Best all you can eat at least in town maybe in entire Germany. Finest quality and huge choice. Only inconvenient is weight gain cause moderation seems impossible.

Very good and varied buffet that is constantly replenished. The food was very tasty and not soaked in fat as is often the case at other buffets. We tried almost everything (except the sweet cakes) and found everything very tasty. We particularly liked that the restaurant was full, but the tables weren't so close together and there was enough space to walk around. The staff consistently cleared away empty plates and did so very discreetly. Overall a really great and tasty experience. We'll definitely be back.

As a Mongolian, I can confidently say that this restaurant does not offer authentic Mongolian food. There might be one or two dishes that are supposed to be Mongolian, but they seem more like poor imitations. I didn’t try everything on the menu. I was there once specifically to have Mongolian food, and what I got was quite strange and far from authentic. Instead of real Mongolian flavors, it felt more like a mix of Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese cuisines. They are simply using the name “Mongolian” to attract attention, but there is nothing genuinely Mongolian about the food.

Once again very good food. Delicious and the Mongolian buffet prepared quickly. Plenty of choice from savory to dessert, something for every taste. Very friendly service, courteous and attentive. The buffet is well refilled, very clean and appetizing.

We were here for lunch. The atmosphere is good and the service is friendly and even jokes.😃 The buffet is rich, from salad to dessert and very tasty.

Everything all around perfect. Even though it was completely full, you didn't have to wait long to be served, the staff was super nice and there was a huge selection of food to choose from and if it was a little empty it was filled up immediately. The hygiene was also top, so there is nothing to complain about here. And the staff was very happy about a little compliment and a nice little conversation. We'll definitely be back. The fish was not properly fried and raw.

Food was warm, but nothing exceptional, not much choice at the buffet. Freshly prepared food was very dry and not well done. Condition was strange and demeanor took some getting used to. There were 4 of us there and even though it was open until 10 p.m., the buffet wasn't restocked after 8:30 p.m. but had already been cleared and cleaned. It's a shame because the restaurant is very nicely decorated.

Very large restaurant with narrow aisles and a buffet that is too small for the number of guests. The duck and pork crust were totally hard, the ice cream was chemical...There are much better buffets. The staff bumped into the guests without apologizing and was otherwise quite annoyed - keep your eyes open when choosing a career!!! The guests can't do anything for your wrong decision. Even a warm farewell doesn't change anything. As a person with walking difficulties, once you have dragged yourself from the far end of the restaurant to the buffet and back, you are "full", no matter what your stomach thinks. Luckily I didn't need the toilet in the basement. The chairs at the table were so close that you had to be afraid that your neighbor would accidentally poke your eyes out with their chopsticks. My recommendation: You can eat better anywhere for the money. There is no need to talk about the parking spaces, as they are hardly available.

The best Mongolia in the surrounding area. I've tried a few, but this one simply tastes the best. The selection is great, the food is delicious, the live cooking is really good and the service is also impressive. The only point of criticism is that sometimes things are no longer properly replenished, even though the buffet has been open for some time. But I think that this is also the case from experience, because there may be less going on on one or two days. All in all, definitely worth a visit again.

Everything is great! I had lunch here today with my mother-in-law for a lunch buffet. The buffet selection was very good. We tried a lot of things and we both liked most of them (it's partly a matter of taste: e.g. seaweed salad). I was surprised that there was even duck for lunch! Luxury :-) There is also a salad bar and a dessert department with a large selection. Both classic German and Asian dishes are on offer here. So also something for visitors who are not necessarily keen on Asian cuisine. The restaurant has several areas and lots of seating options. This also includes a small outdoor area. The restaurant has a clear buffet and is nicely decorated. I particularly like the flower lamps in one of the areas on the ceiling - I've never seen them before (sorry, no photo taken). The service was spot on. Not too rare and not too often there. I also liked the personal notice at every table shortly before the buffet closed that it was about to end - if you did. but would like to get something before it is cleared away. Of course, this means there are fewer leftovers to throw away in the restaurant. For all of this we only have p.p. Paid €15.90 for the lunch buffet + excluding approx. €5 for 0.4l manga/lychee juice. The price is more than fair! We'll definitely be happy to come back! ♡ ♡

Unfortunately a total waste of money! The buffet selection is much smaller than its competitors and the food itself leaves a lot to be desired. Then you get complained about and told you'll be fined €5 because you didn't eat the sushi because it wasn't kept cool and was totally warm.

Ordered lunch/buffet for 3 people last week. Arriving full of anticipation in anticipation of good food, we were "greeted" by a rather unfriendly employee. The buffet was richly stocked with various dishes and disillusionment came with the first bite. Listing: The liver was dry and tough The chicken (spicy) was chewable like chewing gum The beef too The sushi didn't even deserve the name as it tasted stale with dry basmati rice The scampi advertised had garlic added to it, which was obviously burnt The sweet buffet consisted partly of chocolate cakes and Nippon wafers purchased from the supermarket, the ice cream was so heavily flavored that it was simply inedible. The icing on the cake was when the waitress chose her own tip when paying by card. We were shocked. We will never set foot in this disastrous location again and strongly advise against a “visit”.

Ambience and service top. Sushi for a buffet Asian also very good. Mongolian grill and the quality of the ingredients have been much better.

Good, plentiful selection of food. Lots of choice, especially when it comes to fresh products. Acceptable waiting time for freshly fried food on Saturday evening. Sushi also delicious. In the evening, however, we packed up relatively quickly, which was a bit irritating.

Open buffet, delicious food. But it’s a pity that I can’t say the same with sushi and rolls, since the last time they weren’t tasty. Lots of fresh and tasty seafood that is prepared for you. The staff is kind and helpful, but since there are so many people sometimes you have to wait to order cold drinks.

I really enjoy being here, the food is great. A huge selection of Asian dishes of all kinds. The dishes that we put together and then prepare ourselves are also very good. The staff is very nice. Due to the large number of people it is sometimes a bit louder. New is the service robot that brings the prepared food to the table. Very funny. I'd love to come back.

We were there today and the food was delicious, but unfortunately the employees barely understand any German. You want to enjoy your weekend, but you have to keep arguing because you don't understand what the customer wants to order. You have to repeat it several times and in the end, if you don't get what you want, you still have to pay because the employee entered it incorrectly. I didn't feel like arguing and just paid. I would like to see employees working there with knowledge of German.

Mongolian buffet, good selection of desserts too. The freshly grilled things weren't always on point for us; sometimes the meat was on the grill too short, sometimes too long. All in all, we had a nice afternoon and rolled out of the restaurant overfed 😉 unfortunately there were no fortune cookies

My second visit for the dinner buffet. Food as expected - more convenience food than original. Some “weird” additions like chocolate kisses, Jell-O or chocolate ice cream waffles. Show cooking with a good selection. Service was very quick but not really warm…the smile doesn't reach your eyes. Employees seem hardworking but rather conscientious. Good value for money if you're very hungry. I will not give the restaurant another chance.

I've been to Khan Mongolia several times and I look forward to it every time. The food is always delicious and varied. The employees are sometimes a bit grumpy, which is of course understandable given the stress, but you could at least try to hide it. At peak times it is also very difficult to get what you want because there are simply too many guests. So it happened that on some evenings I didn't get any sushi because it was already gone and some other warm dishes as well. I think it can still be improved here, then it would be enough for 5 stars.

Wasn't there for a long time. Went there for lunch and was disappointed. The decor didn't rock the buffet very well. The sauces are stale, the ice cream is terrible. Salad well, staff friendly.

The food was really bad at 8 p.m. on Wednesday there was nothing refilled but everything was dry. I think it's the worst all you can eat restaurant in Hamburg and it doesn't even have the fortune cookies at the end because the reason they're too expensive said the boss Simply embarrassing, the meat that was fried on the plate was never dry again

We had dinner there today. It's the best restaurant and the best service. Friendliness and attention are the top priority there. This restaurant is a model for many other restaurants. Thank you for the evening.

A decent buffet, good mix of sushi, warm dishes and grilled dishes. Dessert is also plentiful. Unfortunately the gentleman's reception was very unusual/lackluster. Unfortunately, this one gentleman also attracted negative attention several times that day with his listless/annoyed manner. The highlight was when the plate was removed while eating. The rest of the staff seems very nice and cheerful.

Regulars! Great Mongolia. Great buffet, you can also have something fried, as usual in Mongolia. There is also a sushi buffet. Everything is prepared fresh in front of the guests. Care is always taken to ensure that nothing goes empty at the buffet. The waiters are always nice and attentive, and the shop is always full. Price performance bomb. We've enjoyed coming here for years, even though we don't live right around the corner. You can park either directly in front of the restaurant, on the side streets or at the Edeka parking lot. By the way, if you can't deal with the robot that sometimes brings you food, you should listen and not become aggressive. Like some customers who don't care about losses. The robot explains everything that needs to be done.

Wir kommen seit Jahren mit Freunden einmal im Monat zum Khan. Die Auswahl an frischen Sushi ist enorm und das sonstige Speisenangebot (fertig zubereitete Essen sowie Zutaten zur eigenen Auswahl) ist riesig. Dabei alles stets von hoher Qualität und appetitlich angerichtet. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können das Lokal bestens empfehlen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Und gute Esser sind hier bestimmt gut aufgehoben, denn zu einem festen Preis kann man essen soviel man möchte.

Great large buffet with a lot of choice

It's really shocking how suddenly the woman says that we have to pay extra because we left food. My colleague (family friend) and I made it clear to the lady that it wasn't our plates that were still full, but the plates of other guests who were also sitting at the table. Her colleague who served us asked us about it and we told her that those weren't our plates. The boss reacts very disrespectfully and rudely and says that we are lying. Then the waitress comes, we ask her and she confirms that she also saw that we had finished eating. My colleague (Turkish) then asks whether it is normal in your culture for guests to be treated in such a way that they are shouted at and called liars. Suddenly the boss, who is currently in the process of billing us, says that we are not in Turkey, but in Germany, and that women's rights also apply. My colleague is very shocked and asks what this has to do with our question. He emphasizes that in no country in the world can guests be treated so rudely. I politely ask the lady for the bill, but suddenly a waiter approaches us very aggressively, slams his cell phone on the counter and aggressively says that we have insulted Khan Mongolia. He comes very close to us and the boss stands between us. We stay calm and ask the boss whether her waiter wants to fight with us or why he is so aggressive. It's really disrespectful and anti-social at the highest level. The service is horrible. We were there with our parents and children, so absolutely not suitable for families. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would give this store zero stars!

We were guests in the restaurant this evening, To spend our 67 year old mother's birthday together with a nice meal. First of all, I would like to mention that we have enjoyed visiting here for several years and have eaten here several times a year. But today it was completely different and completely escalated!!!! During the meal we kept getting pretty bad looks. The waiters were sometimes annoyed when they walked past us or brought us drinks. At first we didn't think much of it and assumed that it could possibly be due to the operation... which was then refuted when we smoked outside, as there was still plenty of parking space available, which is not normally the case in this restaurant. At the end of the evening, other guests passed the bill onto us and accused us of not having eaten and of having to pay extra for it! We were very frightened by the aggression of the waiters and also the boss herself and called in the waitress, who confirmed that she had already asked us who had left the plates like that. We explained this to her and the waitress said ok and wanted to clarify this with the other guests. The boss, in turn, yelled at us and accused us of lying. The whole thing was topped by the waiters and the chef who slapped his cell phone on the counter and wanted to attack us so that the other guests had to intervene! EVERYTHING HAPPENED BEFORE THE SIGHT OF OUR three children who are just 3,4 and 7 years old. Incredible behavior We would give ZERO stars if it were possible. Conclusion: absolutely not recommended and under no circumstances should you go with your family!!!!!

We were there today with the family for Easter brunch. Of course it was very crowded, but there was no trace of hecticness 👍😀😀 The selection of food was simply fantastic and super tasty 😋 😋 😋 The staff was totally friendly 🫠 We'll meet again. Keep it up 👍🤗🤗🤗

Hardly any choice. You shouldn't go there at 8:30 p.m. The staff hardly care anymore, they are more concerned with getting something to eat themselves. What food is still available is already cold. Hardly anything left. We usually know Asian buffets very differently. Unfortunately that was nothing 👎🏻 When we asked, they said there was only a buffet until 9:30 p.m. We pointed out to an employee that there was a buffet until 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Then she started laughing. So in plain language...I don't care!

We were at the restaurant for a small family gathering on Saturday. It's a neat, casual location with good Asian food. You have a really large selection of ready-made dishes and you can also have something nice cooked from fresh ingredients. You order your drinks from the very friendly and prompt service. We really liked it there. This is a great location for mixed groups, especially with children. We would love to come back.

The restaurant has a large selection of all-you-can-eat dishes. I can highly recommend the seafood, sushi and especially the kangaroo meat.

We had been regular customers at an Asian restaurant in Halstenbek for “forever” and wanted to try something new for a birthday party. We visited on March 14th. 24 went to Khan for a “test meal” at lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised by the ambience, but immediately realized that the toilets were in the basement (one of our guests is a wheelchair user). But regardless, we were very disappointed with the buffet. No preheated plates, just cold plates. No spices at the table, so you had to go to the spice rack with the very bland starter soup - an absolute no-go. The buffet itself was very manageable. The dishes offered were lukewarm to cool and the meat was sometimes tough. At times it seemed like it had been reheated. No sushi available. The dessert selection was good, but not essential for a visit to the restaurant. Today, March 18th, we were at “our” Asian again. Actually just to reserve a suitable table - but we couldn't resist the delicious buffet including sushi.

Large selection at the buffet, the service really goes above and beyond to rate the guests. Price performance is right. The restaurant is always very well attended. The crowds are very large on weekends, but it is always worth a visit.

Despite its size, the restaurant is cozy, clean and beautifully decorated!!! The price of around 14 euros is absolutely OK for this. !!! We are very satisfied and would like to come back. !! Nice place, huge amount of choices and the food is fresh and tasty. They have vegetables, fish, chicken, red meat and a variety of desserts. We went there sunday and it was quite busy, so I'd recommend to make a reservation.

We get to the restaurant and my girlfriend is stared at by a little Chinese man. The buffet wasn't refilled, there was no sushi selection and your stomach is still happy today.

There was a large selection of sushi, but it wasn't really fresh... The service was unfortunately very taciturn and unfriendly.. Listening wasn't the staff's strong point either... Unfortunately not recommended in my opinion... There are other restaurants with Mongolian grills where the food is an experience instead of a disaster...
