The hygienic is worst. The guy at the counter his face is almost sweating and dripping plus he is serving foods. Maybe lacks of staff couldnt have time to clean his face.

I understand that you're not really motivated on a Sunday evening, but blaming the customer for the broken card reader and then complaining when large parts of the order were forgotten is a bit over the top. To top it off, the fries weren't "done".

Unfortunately I am disappointed with my visit. The hot wings were dry and seemed old, and only a thin napkin was provided for the finger food rather than wet wipes. The tables were littered with leftover food and the staff didn't exchange a word with the guests, instead staring evasively into the air. The deafening noise of the typical Hamburg Central Station crowd made the stay even more unpleasant. I found the experience terrifying. If anything, I will only visit the smaller KFC branch in the Wandelhalle in the future.

We had something to eat before we drove home in the evening. We wanted to see what was available at the self-service checkouts - but we were shouted at that we weren't allowed to order there. We explained that it was ok and that we just wanted to look there. Apparently the employees don't speak German and had no education - we were yelled at again that we weren't allowed to order there. great service..we left without food.

Worst KFC I've ever been to, an employee gave out the wrong order, when asked he just said don't care... service like that isn't actually worth a cent. For my part, I will never order anything from KFC again if they treat customers like this.

I'm incredibly angry. So to summarize... after a long day, traveling a lot and being very hungry, we end up at KFC. The only problem was that we ordered five burgers from the menu and only received one burger and no sauces! Paid a lot of money and got nothing! Because we had already had something to drink, we of course didn't look in directly to check whether everything was there, but to be able to misjudge like that and only put one in instead of five citizens is really a disgrace! I ordered 2 burgers but I only get 1

We were there after our flight which landed quite late and there was hardly anything open. We ordered a bucket of spicy chicken wings and tenders (?) as well as fries and two chicken cheese burgers. The tables there were all dirty. The upper floor and therefore also the toilets were closed at half past midnight. Unfortunately the burgers didn't taste good at all, half of the bread had nothing on it at all. There was no sauce at all. Unfortunately, the fries didn't taste very good either, but they filled us up. The only tasty thing was the chicken pieces in the bucket. The next day the spiciness of the chicken was noticeably burning again.

Food was fine. Sign says free refills for soft drinks, also says on the menu in the restaurant, assistant manager refused to honor it and said I should try a different location. I pointed to the menu in front of me that said free refills and he said the boss won't let him. I understand maybe he is in a tight place if the boss says no but it literally says free refills on their menu.

I wouldn't even give it a star. Employees are the worst. The only thing that was good was this young guy who yells at everyone and thinks he's King Kong. Unfortunately there are no spicy chicken pieces anymore - sad. The non-spicy chicken pieces were tasteless and poor quality in appearance. I was shocked by what ended up on my plate, in the picture it looks even bigger than it was. Mistaking danger for a quail. Dry and small without taste. 8.99 for the 3 parts is a disgrace. Overall, the price-performance ratio is no longer right. There are no more wet wipes, but that could also be because the chicken is no longer juicy, so your fingers stay dry.

Such unfriendly employees. Listless and not polite in any way. You can be happy that there are screens available to order. Food doesn't taste like usual at KFC. Kind of stale. There is also a lack of cleanliness in the seating area.

Mir fehlen die Worte was für ein Service da überhaupt gibst. Man bestellt was weil man per Via Bildschirm /Touchscreen alles bestellen muss weil die nicht mal in der Lage sind kurz behilflich zu sein um was zu erklären oder man stellt eine Frage wird man zornig und nachdem Motto was willst du ?. Angeschaut. Ich will für dass was ich zahle auch die Portionen sind richtig serviert haben und nicht auf Lust und Laune. Dies ist der schrecklichste Kfc den ich jemals besucht habe. Nachdem ich mehrmals mich beschwerd habe.. und gefragt habe dass ich eine Beschwerde abgeben möchte haben die ein Wie Luft behandelt dieses Verhalten ist unprofessionell und unmöglich. Ich habe mehrmals nach ein Manager gefragt oder gebetet mit jemand zusprechen über den Vorfall. Keiner hat sich bewegt jedoch mir fehlen die Worte . 1 Stern ist viel zu viel. Um zu bewerten.

Essen wie KFC üblich, aber super Service. Bei meiner Bestellung zum Mitnehmen wurde etwas vergessen (habe ich nicht mitbekommen) und der nette Mitarbeiter ist mir bis zur U-Bahn Station hinterher gerannt um mir den Rest zu überreichen.

Gutscheine wurden nicht angenommen weil sie anscheinend in dem Laden nicht funktionieren würden und das dreckige Geschirr stand auf jedem Tisch und keinen Mitarbeiter hat es interessiert.

Ich finde das man auf der Toilette essen muss gut weil der Parkplatz wie gesagt im Restaurant ist und Funde auch gut das sie nicht mehr Chicken haben weil ich mich beschwert habe das ich chicken bekommen habe finde Kartoffelbrei eh besser weil das auf Klo besser zu essen ist

Ich habe vor ca 60min. im KFC, Hachmannplatz 13, HBF Hamburg, 3x Zinger Burger zum mitnehmen gekauft. Auch noch anderes, aber das war ok. Jeder der KFC mag, weiß ja, wie so ein Zinger aussieht. Tja, meine Zinger sind weeeeiiit davon entfernt. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, das in dieser Filliale so betrogen wird. Schade, das es keine Negativ Sterne gibt. Nur noch Profitgier und Betrug. Mich sieht man da nicht wieder.

Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen für das kleine Restaurant in der Wandelhalle NICHT anschließen; wir waren heute (20.10.2023) mit mehreren Personen zum Essen hier. Wir haben eine Family-Box (rd.30€) bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat für uns einige Zutaten extra frisch zubereitet. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich für überschaubare Verzögerung mehrfach entschuldigt - wenn wir mal wieder etwas Zeit am HBF zu überbrücken haben, kommen wir wieder.

Wir fingen an zu stinken und kamen zu spät zum Unterricht. Es war traurig und unangenehm.

Ich spreche hier für den großen KFC und nicht für die kleine Filiale in der Wandelhalle! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr auf Zack. Die Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Besonders großzügig ist man hier mit den "kleinen Portionen" Pommes die zumindest bei meinem Besuch wirklich riesig waren. Trotz der Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist der Laden sehr gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Einer der besten KFC's die ich bisher hatte.
