The worst KFC I have ever had. Everything absolutely tasteless and cold. It was like if you take it home and eat it few days later. And we were only ones in the queue. If you like KFC do not eat here. On the opening hours it says “Might be closed”, that is exactly what they should do with this branch.

Impossible!!!! I stood in front of the counter at 10:20 a.m. and looked at what was available. Then the gentleman who works there came to the front and made it clear to me loudly twice (!) that it was closed!!! And went to smoke. When I asked him when he would open there was no answer. Super. Apparently the only thing missing here was the sign "closed due to wealth" So much for open from 10 a.m....

Ordered two Double Downs and a Twister with extra bacon and cheese - all three products without bacon, and the bacon in the Twister that was ordered extra for an additional charge was simply not there. Yes, it was shortly before 11 p.m. and I can understand if the bacon was gone by then. But to just throw the stuff in the bag without any bacon and offer neither a verbal nor a factual apology or, God forbid, a cancellation, I find it downright disgusting. So now I have to check every product at the counter. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered online in advance. You give your order number on site and then the food is prepared. The employees seemed disinterested and unfriendly. After a minute my order was ready. I laughed and asked if it was ready because it happened so quickly. The employee just looked stupid and didn't say a word. 5min. Later (at home) I opened everything and found that the fries were cold and soggy. The chicken tenders were lukewarm and dry and the burger bread was warm but rock hard. I will definitely not order anything from this KFC again

Very unfriendly staff. After we ordered and paid, we were told that the dishes specified were no longer there and that they couldn't offer us alternatives directly. We were paid a whopping €2 as compensation, even though the upgrade item that wasn't there cost €3.29 . With the other order something else was simply packed in and there was no response when asked. Furthermore, the toys were forgotten in both children's menus and when we asked about it, we were initially told we were lying and had never ordered a children's menu. Never there again

Anyone who comes from a trip and is not dressed in a suit is denied entry and asked the passive aggressive question whether they have money and can pay. Afterwards you will be accompanied shoulder to shoulder. Summary: Massively prejudiced, condescending and disrespectful behavior by employees towards potential customers. Apparently the employees decide who is destitute and therefore not allowed to eat 🤦. I can only advise people who don't fit the typical business look not to visit.

Worst experience. The chicken box that we ordered was really not good and not hot. We went with children and the attitude of staff especially manager was worst. Seeing us they started talking in Hindi, where we don't know Hindi. After argument, they changed the box but still it was cold. Will not recommend this place to anybody. please don't eat there.

There is nothing positive to report here. Fries and chicken packed together in a bag to take away. Then the burger was forgotten. When we got home we realized that 3 chicken wings weren't there. Such poor service, unprofessional and unfocused. Next time I'll give my money somewhere else.

I understand that you're not really motivated on a Sunday evening, but blaming the customer for the broken card reader and then complaining when large parts of the order were forgotten is a bit over the top. To top it off, the fries weren't "done".

Unfortunately I am disappointed with my visit. The hot wings were dry and seemed old, and only a thin napkin was provided for the finger food rather than wet wipes. The tables were littered with leftover food and the staff didn't exchange a word with the guests, instead staring evasively into the air. The deafening noise of the typical Hamburg Central Station crowd made the stay even more unpleasant. I found the experience terrifying. If anything, I will only visit the smaller KFC branch in the Wandelhalle in the future.

We had something to eat before we drove home in the evening. We wanted to see what was available at the self-service checkouts - but we were shouted at that we weren't allowed to order there. We explained that it was ok and that we just wanted to look there. Apparently the employees don't speak German and had no education - we were yelled at again that we weren't allowed to order there. great service..we left without food.

I'm incredibly angry. So to summarize... after a long day, traveling a lot and being very hungry, we end up at KFC. The only problem was that we ordered five burgers from the menu and only received one burger and no sauces! Paid a lot of money and got nothing! Because we had already had something to drink, we of course didn't look in directly to check whether everything was there, but to be able to misjudge like that and only put one in instead of five citizens is really a disgrace! I ordered 2 burgers but I only get 1

We were there after our flight which landed quite late and there was hardly anything open. We ordered a bucket of spicy chicken wings and tenders (?) as well as fries and two chicken cheese burgers. The tables there were all dirty. The upper floor and therefore also the toilets were closed at half past midnight. Unfortunately the burgers didn't taste good at all, half of the bread had nothing on it at all. There was no sauce at all. Unfortunately, the fries didn't taste very good either, but they filled us up. The only tasty thing was the chicken pieces in the bucket. The next day the spiciness of the chicken was noticeably burning again.

Food was fine. Sign says free refills for soft drinks, also says on the menu in the restaurant, assistant manager refused to honor it and said I should try a different location. I pointed to the menu in front of me that said free refills and he said the boss won't let him. I understand maybe he is in a tight place if the boss says no but it literally says free refills on their menu.
