Sometimes like this; sometimes like that. The older lady at the sales desk would appreciate a friendly smile. The younger one is top, sweet and nice when dealing with customers.

The parking lot is clean, fairly large. The price is €18, including 10 food coupons, which can only be redeemed in a restaurant where they count on it 😀 Hamburger for €15, etc. Showers and toilets clean, but payment for toilets only in cash. However, there is also a toilet in the shower, where you can pay by card at the cash desk. EW does not apply here.

Unfortunately the restaurant is only open from Monday to Thursday. Snack at the gas station counter. There are more dishes advertised than you actually get. Staff easily overwhelmed.

Monday, 8:30 p.m. There's still plenty of room. Parking 18e but cash only. They do not accept DKV, only for fuel. The price of parking includes 10e for the restaurant. For 10.50e you can eat carrywurst. Quite tasty in my opinion. 4* for lack of DKV payment for parking.

Was here 2 years ago, back then it was still good, good food etc! But this time it was bad! The schnitzel I ordered wasn't anything special, I think it was a frozen schnitzel, made in the deep fryer, because of the shape, more round and the breading, so perfect! Only if I can't find anything else!

Nothing worse! DKV is not accepted. The place is small. The restaurant is not open. Don't go on ships that suck.

The restaurant is closed on weekends, on weekends when there are 2 people at the checkout, you can order food from them for tickets, balanise is 10.90 and schnitzel is 14.50 euros, the portions are huge, a Kyrgyz man works at the checkout, speaks Russian, Kyrgyz, German, well done)

The menu in the restaurant is not particularly diverse but it is good. Everything I've eaten so far has been delicious. Truck parking lot is relatively well maintained, the toilets and showers are clean. One of the few truck stops that you can still drive to. I hope it stays that way. It shouldn't be more expensive.

Couldn’t fault this place, my wife and me stayed here for the night, parking , restaurant, toilets and showers were immaculately clean. Will come here again.

The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in an Autohof. 80 year old lady attempting to run the restaurant. Watched 6 people goer there food before mine when I arrived 40 minutes before them. Never got any food at all in the end

Lol at this place time just stopped somewhere in the 90's ...its looks totally awful there:)everytime the food is ready in the kitchen there is this music sound like an announcement at a trainstation:) its just really a peculiar place ... the spagetti bolognese german style didn t taste so bad so *** for that ... the petrol station shop right oppossite is actually quite modern and decent

The staff at the gas station were super friendly… The shower was very tidy and clean, nothing dirty at all… The only thing that is now bitter but unfortunately true is that 18 euros in fees are due, unfortunately 8 euros are for parking, 10 euros are wasted... otherwise a good address

Was there the other day, 18.50 euros for parking, of which 8 for the restaurant. I stopped by in the evening, there were a lot of cars, the parking attendant in a passenger car was rushing around trying to find a space, everyone was driving up, and very soon there was no space anywhere at all. Maybe it was a special evening on Tuesday.. I took 🥪 sandwiches with salami and cutlet inside when leaving, very tasty, I recommend it 👍

I stayed here for the night while making a long trip by car. I paid 3 euros for parking. There is a very well lit parking lot that feels safe. I paid 3.5 euros to take a shower in the morning. Showers are very clean. There is also a compartment inside the shower cabin for belongings. Very useful. Great for those on the go. I also paid 0.7 Euros to use the toilet. It's very clean there too.

Good food at a reasonable price

The last time I was here was about 4 years ago. Bon totally disappointed. I remembered the restaurant better. 5 stars for shower and parking supervision as well as staff in the gas station. Minus 5 stars for restaurant. Sorry, it's not about money, it's about feeling after 13 hours in the truck. Had the feeling, "take the food with you in the truck" and not make so much work for us. That's why only 2 stars overall.

If I put THAT in here as a TIP, EVERYONE will go there INEXPENSIVE DIESEL, basically on the highway

We thought that we had landed on the moon,... no, thought that the gas station was closed, nothing was going on, super empty, probably because it wasn't right on the highway, the gas was significantly cheaper than at other places before/after it the route. One star deducted because the toilet attendant actually charged everyone, including children, money, and that was very, very annoying, even though the use of the toilet is free and a service fee is voluntary. We will definitely fill up there again next time and use the toilets.

Autohof already increases the price of parking - 18 euros and the price of food - 10 euros (too little). It's not worth the money for what it offers. For gutshein you should be able to buy everything in the store, beer or other snacks. It's big, but there are no marked paradises and everyone stands as they please and it's hard to leave in the morning. I don't recommend it, it's better to go a bit further and have good food and cheaper parking.

Unfortunately, the quality of the Kempe Group has deteriorated significantly. Parking 18 euros 10 euros consumption, Maxi for comparison 15 euros 10 euros consumption. Of course everyone has a staff shortage but the unfriendly conditions looked very listless. But the food was very good and quick.

Sunday lunchtime, there are enough parking spaces, the restaurant is relatively empty, the service is friendly, the food is very good, small children are welcome and there are opportunities to play. The break couldn't be better! Update: unfortunately there is hardly any restaurant operation anymore due to a lack of staff. However, the bistro is also good and serves simpler food.

So now here's to the Ansbach truck stop, if you can put it that way!! Parking fee 18 euros!!! 10 euro consumption voucher!! 8 euros just for parking!! Staff in the restaurant rude!! Only 10 meals, 2 of which were soups No salads!!! Nothing going on here, not recommended!! Shower 3.50 euros but very clean and you can shower as long as you want and a large washroom!! That's that positive everything else is rubbish!!

Quite a nice truck stop. It stands out a bit from the usual rest stops in that there is more greenery and peace around it if you go to the parking lot just before the customs area.
