I stopped by in the evening, there were a lot of cars, the parking attendant in a passenger car was rushing around trying to find a space, everyone was driving up, and very soon there was no space anywhere at all. Maybe it was a special evening on Tuesday.. I took 🥪 sandwiches with salami and cutlet inside when leaving, very tasty, I recommend it 👍

You can get water if you give something at the checkout as a deposit in exchange for the key to the tap. There were a lot of places after 21.00.

I stayed here for the night while making a long trip by car. I paid 3 euros for parking. There is a very well lit parking lot that feels safe. I paid 3.5 euros to take a shower in the morning. Showers are very clean. There is also a compartment inside the shower cabin for belongings. Very useful. Great for those on the go. I also paid 0.7 Euros to use the toilet. It's very clean there too.

Good food at a reasonable price

The last time I was here was about 4 years ago. Bon totally disappointed. I remembered the restaurant better. 5 stars for shower and parking supervision as well as staff in the gas station. Minus 5 stars for restaurant. Sorry, it's not about money, it's about feeling after 13 hours in the truck. Had the feeling, "take the food with you in the truck" and not make so much work for us. That's why only 2 stars overall.

If I put THAT in here as a TIP, EVERYONE will go there INEXPENSIVE DIESEL, basically on the highway

We thought that we had landed on the moon,... no, thought that the gas station was closed, nothing was going on, super empty, probably because it wasn't right on the highway, the gas was significantly cheaper than at other places before/after it the route. One star deducted because the toilet attendant actually charged everyone, including children, money, and that was very, very annoying, even though the use of the toilet is free and a service fee is voluntary. We will definitely fill up there again next time and use the toilets.

Autohof already increases the price of parking - 18 euros and the price of food - 10 euros (too little). It's not worth the money for what it offers. For gutshein you should be able to buy everything in the store, beer or other snacks. It's big, but there are no marked paradises and everyone stands as they please and it's hard to leave in the morning. I don't recommend it, it's better to go a bit further and have good food and cheaper parking.

Unfortunately, the quality of the Kempe Group has deteriorated significantly. Parking 18 euros 10 euros consumption, Maxi for comparison 15 euros 10 euros consumption. Of course everyone has a staff shortage but the unfriendly conditions looked very listless. But the food was very good and quick.

The parking lot is large, 18€ per day, 10€ of which is for food. Toilet 0.7€, shower 3.5€, five shower cabins and hot water without restrictions, everything is very clean and pleasant.

Sunday lunchtime, there are enough parking spaces, the restaurant is relatively empty, the service is friendly, the food is very good, small children are welcome and there are opportunities to play. The break couldn't be better! Update: unfortunately there is hardly any restaurant operation anymore due to a lack of staff. However, the bistro is also good and serves simpler food.

Only 10 meals, 2 of which were soups No salads!!! Nothing going on here, not recommended!! Shower 3.50 euros but very clean and you can shower as long as you want and a large washroom!! That's that positive everything else is rubbish!!

Quite a nice truck stop. It stands out a bit from the usual rest stops in that there is more greenery and peace around it if you go to the parking lot just before the customs area.

Expensive autohof, expensive food, no choice

For a rest stop there is really good food here. Live nearby and come over often. Price-performance ratio is okay. If you want a large map, you've come to the wrong address. Staff is nice and accommodating. Dogs are allowed and are very warmly welcomed. Outdoor dining area on a terrace.

Food wasn't good. In general, the truck stop looks very unkempt and shabby. We consumed because we were very hungry. Restaurant was closed and the snack bar was a disaster. At the toilet, should we give the lady who was sitting there and could barely speak German a tip of 70 cents? Sorry but she gets a salary for her work but the toilet would have to look neat and clean for a tip. Conclusion: We won't be stopping at the truck stop anymore.

Since taking over eni, I've only been coming to refuel. It always “smells” like a snack bar. I come out of the store, get into the car, the clothes...phew, where did you get them from?...a lot of room for improvement...not so nice! Otherwise ok.

I was here briefly with the truck and took a break. I used the showers, they were clean, you can't complain, they wanted €3.50 for it, that's okay too. The restaurant was closed. There were only the usual dishes, currywurst, schnitzel and so on. The chef made an effort and it was okay.

Cheap refueling right next to the motorway. Toilets can be used at no cost and are still very clean.

Can't complain, everything is tip top

Silence peace. We pay 15e, of which 10e can be used. Parking until 8 p.m. is rather difficult after 8 p.m. In the morning you have to squeeze to leave.

Unfortunately, the truck stop hasn't been open for years. It was always a very good resting place. But now we have to look for a new one. Only with Bockwurst and Leberkässemmel, this is not a truck stop to rest after a long car journey.

Kempes Autohof is located on the A6 at exit 52. You have to drive about 1 km to reach it.

I stopped to refuel with diesel, it's an Agip, the girls are very friendly. The toilets are absolutely immaculate, very clean. Variety of both hot and cold food. Totally recommended for a long break.

DKV. 15/10. The menu is standard. Currywurst 10.90€. Shower 3.5€. Shower 🔥 unlimited time/constant pressure. Washing/drying 5€ set. Friday 18.00 the parking lot is half empty. Can be considered for the weekend. There is a bus stop nearby.

When we recently went to Kempe's Autohof we discovered that there is no service and that restaurant orders have to be placed at the gas station cash register. If I have to serve myself (which is not the case elsewhere) I expect that there will be a menu with appropriate prices. Instead, the prices on the menu are at the higher end, although you have to serve yourself. Furthermore, it is incomprehensible to us why people take part in the gourmet block if it is not accepted. We understand reduced service options, but this should also be communicated to customers (e.g. on the homepage) and also reflected in the pricing.
