Good food they have come a long way

Great Thanksgiving celebration and dining.

Forcing soldiers to eat breakfast outside (boiled eggs and bacon only) so you can get ready for a holiday? Making food isn’t that hard. Place is a joke and food is subpar. Overpaid government contract. Save your time and eat at the shoppette or literally anywhere else.

All I can say is, at one time this was a very good place to eat. But times have changed. It's OK but they could do better. All about pride 😤

Not the worst, not the best. It's a DFAC.

Generally speaking it's a great dfac. The civilians running the place do a pretty great job cooking and serving. Easily one of the top dfacs I've eaten at, almost holding with deployment dfac meals.

Not open for all, only for service members and their families.

I came back after 35 days and they only serve the vegeterian option only once a day, maybe. We pay for this and we are not able to get served the meals we require.

The only good meal is breakfast and even that's a hit or miss. Holiday meals our worth it they do go all out for it

03SEP21 Breakfast: head count took forever because there was only one staff duty runner from 5-4ADA doing headcount, then the food line took forever to get through because there was only one german worker, working on the line to make omelets and after he makes an omelet for you he has to go down the rest of the Hot line and it seems like he is working himself too hard, while you look in the dining hall 3 feet away there is 3 US Army cooks that are having social hour, sitting down and gossiping and having a good time.. that made me wonder, what does the uniformed US Army cooks do there except sit around doing nothing? This isn't only the first time I have seen this but it happens every time I come in I see one or 2 people working hard that are Germans while our uniformed cooks aren't doing anything. If your cooks need a job to do, they can atleast do headcount and you can stop pulling headcount personnel from the units here.

Found bugs in the food multiple times.

Ok. Some chicken is dry most of the time.

Honestly worst dfac I've experienced in a while. It's not the people it's the food.

This DFAC has improved significantly.

It has a great breakfast menu but lunch and dinner can some times not be as enjoyable but overall it is a great place eat

If I could give a lower score, I would. I now hate the taste of paprika.

This is the worst defac I've ever been to. Food constantly sucks, they never have even basic condiments, if the Army wasn't forcing me to pay for this damn food I would never step through these doors. So I've added some photos of my most recent trip to this...place. it seems the took bone in chicken breast and cut them up, and left the bones in for us to sort through. What looks like a decent portion of meat actually turns out to be half bone....got about a month left of eating here, can't wait to be done. 10 JUL 2019 - I come into the defac at 1726, the chocolate milk is bone dry, the place is not crowded, why do we have no chocolate milk?

If you like small DFACs with decent food this is the place.

We have only been for breakfast, but the food is hit or miss. You can't beat the price and if you're not a meal card holder they take credit cards. The staff is great. They have a good selection of food, the fruits are very good, and they give good sized portions but the rest of the food is hit or miss. The pancakes were soft on one side and hard on the other (I think they were cooked and binned so one side got stale), the the eggs range depending on how thawed the were as a few times they had chunks when put on the griddle and tasted a bit off. Other times I've had great eggs there.

Food is overcooked and has no seasoning or gross flavor
