🥙 Top Döner in Hamburg! Sehr viele Variationen möglich und echt lecker. Ich hatte das Steak-Fleisch mit einer Berliner Chimichurri Soße.

Der Döner war in Ordnung, aber der Service war unterirdisch mürrisch. Als wir bestellen wollten, wurden wir fast angebrüllt. Wir durften nicht sofort bezahlen, und als wir später zahlen wollten, wurden wir komplett ignoriert. Ich war kurz davor, ohne zu bezahlen zu gehen. Die Tische waren außerdem sehr schmutzig; erst als sich jemand beschwerte, wurden sie mit mürrischem Gesichtsausdruck und schlampig gereinigt.

Ich hatte über Lieferando bestellt damit ich nicht lange warten muss, weil ich mit Kindern unterwegs war. Nach der angegebenen Abholzeit bei Lieferando bin ich hin gefahren und die Bestellung wurde noch nicht einmal angefangen. Als ich daraufhin wollte das man die Bestellung über Lieferando storniert wurde dies nicht gemacht. Der "Chef" war sichtlich angetrunken und hatte Schwierigkeiten seine Sätze richtig zu bilden. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht, dass meine Bestellung storniert wird, denn schließlich zahlt man über Lieferando um einiges mehr als direkt vor Ort. Und der Vorteil nicht warten zu müssen war nicht mehr gegeben. Ich habe dann meine Geduld verloren und habe den vollen Preis über Lieferando gezahlt. Mit dem "Chef" war es nicht möglich ein Gespräch zu führen. Leider bin ich mehr als enttäuscht wie das alles abgelaufen ist.

Ich glaub der Mitarbeiter hat Schaden der will mir halb rohes Fleisch in mein Dürüm reinpacken. Sag noch, das ist doch schon gegart das fleischne war es nicht das war halb roh und schneidet das noch runter.

Viel Personal vor Ort. Leider keiner der sich um die Optik der Soßen kümmert oder des Salates. Bei der Knoblauch Soße habe ich das Gefühl es sei Knorr Kräuterfix mit Cremefraiche... Mülleimer (Tonne) am Esstisch ist nicht so legger. So genug negatives.. Das Fleisch war sehr gut und die restlichen noch nicht erwähnten Zutaten gut abgeschmeckt. Das Brot war knusprig und der Döner gut gefüllt für den Preis. Personal super nett und freundlich.

Wir haben hier sehr gerne gegessen. Alles hat gut schmeckt. Bis wir heute ohne Grund diese Nachricht auf einem Döner Dürüm von einem jüngeren Mitarbeiter erhalten haben, der sehr genervt wirkte. Aber eigentlich gab es keinen Grund dafür. Außer dass mein Mann Englisch mit ihm gesprochen hat… Vielleicht soll er da einfach nicht arbeiten.

Qualität gut aber 2 Sterne Abzug weil ihr die Soßen für Pommdöner nicht extra einpackt auf Wunsch. Leider ist das Essen zuhause dann immer matschig. Sie wollen 1,50€ extra dafür obwohl die Soße im Preis schon mit dabei ist.

Mein hänchen dürüm bestand fast nur aus Salat, fast ohne Soße und das Brot war weich,zäh,und nicht warm. Das Gemüse war roh und kalt. Die Kartoffeln waren nicht durch. Mehr Schein als sein!! Lange nicht mehr so einen schlechten Döner gegessen wie den

Ich bin bereits mehrfach bei Kebab Zone (beide Standorte) gewesen und habe dabei die mich durch die Speisekarte ausprobiert. Jeder einzelne Besuch hat mich aufs Neue überzeugt. Das Fleisch ist das absolute Highlight: saftig, aromatisch gewürzt und von konstant hoher Qualität, was den Besuch allein schon lohnenswert macht. Die hausgemachten Soßen runden das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Dazu kommt ein freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service, der auch bei hohem Andrang stets professionell bleibt. Wer in Hamburg einen erstklassigen Döner sucht, ist bei Kebab Zone absolut richtig, eine klare Empfehlung!

Der beste Döner, den ich seit Langem gegessen habe, und es gibt ja viele in Hamburg. Die Qualität ist super und die Portionen auch!

Der Döner ist sehr lecker, die Kräutersoße ist mein Favorit. Selbst bei einer Lieferung schmeckt der Döner!

Das ist echt praktisch, wenn man spät abends noch Hunger hat. Ein klassischer Dönerladen: günstig, lecker und auch mit vegetarischen Optionen.

Bester Döner in Wandsbek. Das Fleisch ist lecker und meist gut geröstet (tagesform abhängig) Die Soßen sind nach Berliner Art ziemlich fettig und dickflüssig, was ich persönlich viel besser finde als dünne Soßen anderer Läden. Das Brot ist standard Dreieck Fladenbrot, schmeckt aber sehr gut. Das Brot vom Dürüm ist meist etwas trocken, meiner Meinung nach, daher nicht so gut. Der Salat ist gut, besonders Rotkohl gefällt mir. Ich würde mir noch Krautsalat wünschen, welchen es nicht gibt. Meiner Meinung nach *essenziell* ist es, den großen Döner (mit extra Fleisch) zu bestellen, da ansonsten viel zu wenig drinnen ist. So ist der Döner von der Größe her überdurchschnittlich und viel leckerer. Der Preis von 9,50€ für einen großen Döner ist zwar hoch aber im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz normal. Definitiv mein Go-To Dönerladen in Hamburg Wandsbek. Ich empfehle den großen Döner mit gemischtem Fleisch, Kräuter Knoblauch als Soßen und Rotkohl, Eisbergsalat und Zwiebeln (optional Schafskäse und scharfes Gewürz oben drauf)

Ist fast nur Essen zum mitnehmen, sehr lecker aber wenn man normal alles sagt hauen die doppelt so viele Zwiebeln rauf wie sonst…

Direkt S-Bahn Friedrichsberg. Gut für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch oder im Anschluss nach einer Wanderung. Bisher war ich zufrieden, nehme gerne den Dürüm mit Hähnchen

The food is generally very tasty, but I was recently turned away and left with nothing to eat, even though the place had been open for another 15 minutes and they had plenty of meat. I was really hungry and drove there, only to be sent home with an empty stomach. Not a great experience...

The shop looks unassuming but makes a really good kebab: The meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the salad is fresh and there's plenty of tomato, and the sauces are delicious and go beyond the run-of-the-mill cocktails you'd usually find. Absolutely recommended.

TO: Kebabzone Friedrichsberg Hamburg This place used to be good, and I ate there at least twice a week, but today was definitely my last time. The last few times it was terrible, and I told myself, come on, it's probably just a coincidence, but after giving the place another 4-5 chances, it didn't get any better. Now you pay double for half the price. 80 cents per falafel is an absolute disgrace. Even chocolates are cheaper. And they're tiny. The meat has deteriorated so much that it's become inedible, at least for me. Either it's undercooked, or just fat, or you bite into extremely disgusting pieces of cartilage. Because the meat wasn't as good as it used to be, I only got falafel turnovers, and depending on which of the 8 employees prepared them, they either filled them or they didn't. People's reviews over the past few months reflect this. It's a shame, really. They should think carefully about whether they don't want to return to customer satisfaction and quality. The way things are currently, it's the wrong path. I'd like to say one more thing: previously, there was a boy with glasses working there who, while ordering food, was constantly making fun of customers. I understand the slang a little bit. That's completely unacceptable, and I haven't seen that colleague working there for a while. In any good place, especially in the restaurant industry, that would be grounds for immediate dismissal.

A very good kebab shop! The staff are very nice and friendly, and the food, for me personally, is an absolute 10/10. The bread is nice and thin and crispy, the sauces are very, very tasty (I had garlic and curry pineapple), and the meat was beautifully crispy and perfectly seasoned! So, as I said, overall I give it 5 stars! I don't know what could be improved. Keep up the good work, guys!

My colleagues looked at me in a strange and sometimes aggressive way, even though I spoke politely and said "please." Normally, bringing food to the table isn't a problem—I didn't say anything about it. However, when I asked if they could bring the bread to the counter by the window, one of the employees said "Gerizekali" in Turkish. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, and I'm ashamed of the employer, who is apparently only interested in sales. It seems as if there are fundamental deficiencies in dealing with people and respectful interaction.

Unfortunately, you don't get what you order here... The quality of the meat suggests that this is just leftovers. If you want to eat something without being ripped off, or don't want dog food of the highest quality, this place isn't recommended.

I've been a regular customer and generally satisfied with the food. However, on my last visit, I noticed that my durum doner was significantly smaller than usual—especially considering the price. I suspect there may have been less meat available, as other portions also seemed smaller. After a long day at work, I was actually looking for something nice for myself—a small reward. Instead, I was only disappointed. It seems to me as if they were trying to sell more with less, which is a shame. This kind of thing is particularly disappointing to me as a long-time customer. Therefore, I will not eat there in the future. I'm sharing my experience so that other customers know what to expect.

I was a regular customer for a long time and ate here up to twice a week. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in recent weeks and months – primarily due to changes in staff. The more often I gave the shop another chance, the more disappointed I became. The doner kebab repeatedly contained unchewable pieces of meat (probably cartilage), the meat was often undercooked, and the quantity of the doner kebab was almost entirely salad. On my visit today, the doner kebab was filled with meat that had already been sitting on the platter for several minutes – it wasn't fresh. The fries were made from the leftovers of previous portions – old and anything but appetizing. Apparently, there's not even enough time left for a simple "Hello." My suggestion: Even if your shop is busy, please take the extra two minutes to serve customers high-quality food again. Many would rather wait a little longer and get a warm, well-prepared meal. I'm out as of today...

Doner kebab is very tasty. Meat is well prepared, vegetables are fresh and the sauces taste very good. Hot sauce is quite spicy. Bread was crispy and fresh. Unfortunately the employees are not very nice, you have to wait a long time because they talk to each other. Still come back.

Very tasty, first good kebab in Hamburg

So I find this shop, have to do better things for her clients, because it was to expensive and the menu and the meal was without feelings or anything.

Best kebab. I was last there on February 28th, 2025 and am hereby editing my review. The two salespeople that evening were super nice and polite, I was very happy and hope that the two of them will be there more often now.

I come here regularly because everything is just right: juicy, well-seasoned meat, crisp salad and delicious sauces. The portions are just right and the price-performance ratio is perfect. You can tell that attention is paid to quality here. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants a really good kebab!

My friend was in the town today to get two Dürum kebabs. I wanted one with a little more feta, which I would have happily paid extra for. The unfriendly gentleman behind the counter said that that wouldn't be possible. What world do we live in? Have you ever heard that the customer is king? Guess not. If I had been in my friend's shoes, I would have told him he could keep it. If you want to pay extra for something, what's the problem?

I've been getting Dürum here regularly about once a month for the past 4 years, and have always been satisfied to date: good size, always warm and fallafel or meat were always tasty. Today the meat was crispy, the sauce had no taste and it was cold when I got home (transported regardless of the weather). Please put it back the way it was!

I bought doner kebab on December 6, 2024 at 18:30 - 19:00. I wish it was a package. I was a little drunk. I wanted it to have all the toppings. When I got home, there was no sauce in the doner kebab. I guess they said that a drunk wouldn't understand anyway. So it's not a place that works honestly. I will never buy it again and I do not recommend it to anyone!.

The employees barely understand German. I ordered with cocktail sauce and got herb sauce. It was tasty nonetheless. The bread is triangular and therefore a lot falls over the sides. I have this addressed to the team. The only thing that came was “bread fresh and crunchy”. They stand around a lot, but the tables are dirty. Garbage is lying around outside...

The meat was still raw and didn't taste like veal. The dough for the Dürüm was very rubbery. I just wouldn't recommend there are 3 other kebab shops on the same street that you could definitely try.

I just wanted a salad bowl with some bread to go with it. The service didn't understand me and kept asking "what"... after he understood me, he put sooooo little lettuce in the bowl (he didn't want to add jalapenos and cheese) then I said I wanted more and jalapenos and cheese (then he didn't roll his eyes)...plus sauce! When I mentioned that I would like more of the sauce, he clapped a little in an unfriendly manner. When it came time to pay he asked if I had any change, I kept saying no, I didn't have any money with me. He kept looking at his cash register and just left me standing there without any reaction... Then he said in a completely unfriendly manner: I don't have any change! Then he spoke to his colleague in his language and gave me back my remaining money in small amounts (which didn't bother me). My conclusion: far too expensive for such a bit of salad and absolutely unfriendly employees!

I'm new here in Hamburg and I have to say here in Hamburg you really have no idea about kebab. After numerous kebabs I discovered the shop and I have to say you are really good. Always fresh vegetables, great bread and the chicken in the vegetable kebab is just perfect with the garlic sauce. You saved Hamburg when it came to kebabs.

My favorite in Hamburg, always very tasty. When paying by card, 30ct more was/is charged without being asked.

This staff is unfriendly & lazy, the store looks like a mess. My chicken kebab was a bit mushy because the bread wasn't toasted. The thing can perform as a Berlin kebab if there is veal because all the key data for a good product are negotiated but never with this staff. Smoking, eating and serving customers without washing hands, the team simply changes...can't be an isolated case. The place is sweet and the product can taste good! come back and then test the veal, if I get another thing like that I'll do it for you all in the corner shop.

I've often eaten at Kebab Zone in the past and have always been satisfied. The meat and the quality of the food were right back then. But today I ordered a kebab with veal, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The meat was extremely bad, too fatty and almost inedible. It was rubbery, not fresh or tasty at all. It's a shame, the quality has deteriorated significantly. I will go somewhere else in the future.

We always liked going there because the kebab was always very good, but today the meat wasn't cooked through and some of the pieces were almost raw. Maybe it was an oversight because it was very crowded, but it's a shame that the quality decreased.

I'm really disappointed. I know this differently here. We want to eat something here and we really feel like it. Unfortunately when we arrived the kebab was out of stock. Half an hour waiting time. Everything OK. We eat fries first. Now it's coming. All tables are free and all are extremely dirty, rather filthy. We had to get a rag and clean ourselves. All of the employees had no need to make it as nice for the guests to wipe the tables as I actually know. We are really disappointed! Sorry, that doesn't work! Service zero points...

I gave a bad review over two years ago because the food was really subpar. The owner replied cheekily and didn't respond to my complaint at all. Now, after more than two years, I receive an email from Google that the owner has taken action against this review. The owner now cheekily claims that I wasn't even a customer. Well, then I just deleted my review and am giving it a bad rating here again. We can continue to play this game like this. I know that the lawyer charges the owner for each requested review.

4-5 years ago I was here once a week and got falafel, every time it was really good and delicious - especially with the fried vegetables. Unfortunately they have gone way down - poor service and I'm really not sure about the freshness. Lettuce and cabbage are often brownish on the cut edges and the last few times I always had a stomach ache after eating. Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore :/ I hope you can get this under control and I'll be happy to come back.

Very good kebab, not a Berlin minced meat skewer. Very fresh vegetables. finally one with fresh red cabbage instead of this weird white cabbage. And the hot sauce deserves its name. Very nice staff. Doner kebab €6.90, almost too cheap.
