Kebab Zone in Hamburg

My friend was in the town today to get two Dürum kebabs. I wanted one with a little more feta, which I would have happily paid extra for. The unfriendly gentleman behind the counter said that that wouldn't be possible. What world do we live in? Have you ever heard that the customer is king? Guess not. If I had been in my friend's shoes, I would have told him he could keep it. If you want to pay extra for something, what's the problem?

I've been getting Dürum here regularly about once a month for the past 4 years, and have always been satisfied to date: good size, always warm and fallafel or meat were always tasty. Today the meat was crispy, the sauce had no taste and it was cold when I got home (transported regardless of the weather). Please put it back the way it was!

Food was very tasty, but employees could be friendlier and show more joy in their job

I bought doner kebab on December 6, 2024 at 18:30 - 19:00. I wish it was a package. I was a little drunk. I wanted it to have all the toppings. When I got home, there was no sauce in the doner kebab. I guess they said that a drunk wouldn't understand anyway. So it's not a place that works honestly. I will never buy it again and I do not recommend it to anyone!.

I was really disappointed - I know the other shop with the Chicken Zone and Kebab Zone. And it was definitely much better there

The employees barely understand German. I ordered with cocktail sauce and got herb sauce. It was tasty nonetheless. The bread is triangular and therefore a lot falls over the sides. I have this addressed to the team. The only thing that came was “bread fresh and crunchy”. They stand around a lot, but the tables are dirty. Garbage is lying around outside...

Meat is full of cartilage and not through and very unfriendly staff!

The meat was still raw and didn't taste like veal. The dough for the Dürüm was very rubbery. I just wouldn't recommend there are 3 other kebab shops on the same street that you could definitely try.

I just wanted a salad bowl with some bread to go with it. The service didn't understand me and kept asking "what"... after he understood me, he put sooooo little lettuce in the bowl (he didn't want to add jalapenos and cheese) then I said I wanted more and jalapenos and cheese (then he didn't roll his eyes)...plus sauce! When I mentioned that I would like more of the sauce, he clapped a little in an unfriendly manner. When it came time to pay he asked if I had any change, I kept saying no, I didn't have any money with me. He kept looking at his cash register and just left me standing there without any reaction... Then he said in a completely unfriendly manner: I don't have any change! Then he spoke to his colleague in his language and gave me back my remaining money in small amounts (which didn't bother me). My conclusion: far too expensive for such a bit of salad and absolutely unfriendly employees!

I'm new here in Hamburg and I have to say here in Hamburg you really have no idea about kebab. After numerous kebabs I discovered the shop and I have to say you are really good. Always fresh vegetables, great bread and the chicken in the vegetable kebab is just perfect with the garlic sauce. You saved Hamburg when it came to kebabs.

My favorite in Hamburg, always very tasty. When paying by card, 30ct more was/is charged without being asked.

Apparently open until 1. Announced by phone that I would be there at 12:45 a.m. Loading upon arrival!

More information about salad and vegetables would be better. I can also eat normal kebab somewhere else. If you offer vegetables, please offer them much better

This staff is unfriendly & lazy, the store looks like a mess. My chicken kebab was a bit mushy because the bread wasn't toasted. The thing can perform as a Berlin kebab if there is veal because all the key data for a good product are negotiated but never with this staff. Smoking, eating and serving customers without washing hands, the team simply changes...can't be an isolated case. The place is sweet and the product can taste good! come back and then test the veal, if I get another thing like that I'll do it for you all in the corner shop.

I've often eaten at Kebab Zone in the past and have always been satisfied. The meat and the quality of the food were right back then. But today I ordered a kebab with veal, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The meat was extremely bad, too fatty and almost inedible. It was rubbery, not fresh or tasty at all. It's a shame, the quality has deteriorated significantly. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Absolutely not recommended, especially no chicken meat, toilet 🚽 greetings.

We always liked going there because the kebab was always very good, but today the meat wasn't cooked through and some of the pieces were almost raw. Maybe it was an oversight because it was very crowded, but it's a shame that the quality decreased.

Delicious food and good service

I'm really disappointed. I know this differently here. We want to eat something here and we really feel like it. Unfortunately when we arrived the kebab was out of stock. Half an hour waiting time. Everything OK. We eat fries first. Now it's coming. All tables are free and all are extremely dirty, rather filthy. We had to get a rag and clean ourselves. All of the employees had no need to make it as nice for the guests to wipe the tables as I actually know. We are really disappointed! Sorry, that doesn't work! Service zero points...

Never experienced such unfriendly/aggressive employees in my life. Meat is almost always cut raw and doesn't taste good either!

It was embarrassing for me that my family came and I said let's eat the best kebab in Hamburg, but unfortunately I was disappointed and embarrassed, the bread and meat were really disgusting. The meat wasn't seasoned enough and the bread wasn't toasted enough, the service was rude. For years it was the best thunder for me but now the worst even my sister and little child threw them away, I also threw away half of them🤮🤮🤮

I wasted €7.20 of my life here on May 1st, 2024. The carelessly put together doner kebab tasted bland and had an indefinable taste. The employees seemed listless and tired. In short: no life in the place, neither with the food nor with the staff.

The sauces have been changed and only taste half as good.

I gave a bad review over two years ago because the food was really subpar. The owner replied cheekily and didn't respond to my complaint at all. Now, after more than two years, I receive an email from Google that the owner has taken action against this review. The owner now cheekily claims that I wasn't even a customer. Well, then I just deleted my review and am giving it a bad rating here again. We can continue to play this game like this. I know that the lawyer charges the owner for each requested review.

4-5 years ago I was here once a week and got falafel, every time it was really good and delicious - especially with the fried vegetables. Unfortunately they have gone way down - poor service and I'm really not sure about the freshness. Lettuce and cabbage are often brownish on the cut edges and the last few times I always had a stomach ache after eating. Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore :/ I hope you can get this under control and I'll be happy to come back.

Very good kebab, not a Berlin minced meat skewer. Very fresh vegetables. finally one with fresh red cabbage instead of this weird white cabbage. And the hot sauce deserves its name. Very nice staff. Doner kebab €6.90, almost too cheap.

Dieser Dönerladen in Hamburg-Eilbek war mir von der Vorbeifahrt schon lange bekannt. Die Bewertungen sahen einigermaßen gut aus: Yelp: 3,0 Sterne bei 9 Bewertungen Google: 3,9 Sterne bei 889 Rezensionen Nach einem Krankenbesuch in der unweiten Schön Klinik Hamburg Eilbek (https://s.yelp.com/AMNEoNAS7S) ging ich abends zum Dönerladen. Es stand eine kleine Schlange vor dem kleinen Pavillon, ein gutes Zeichen! Ich bestellte mir einen großen Döner-Kebap mit allem und scharfer Soße für 7,50 € zum Mitnehmen, ich wurde freundlich bedient. Anschließend ging ich zum unweiten S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße und fuhr zu meiner Dienstwohnung. Ich war vom Döner absolut begeistert! Das Dönerfleisch war fein geschnitten, gut gewürzt, saftig und lecker; die scharfe Soße und das knackige Gemüse machten den Genuss perfekt. Ich kann diesen Dönerladen nur empfehlen!

Falafeln wurden frisch zubereitet und waren auch ordentlich von der Größe. Alle Komponenten waren frisch und haben gut geschmeckt. Und die Zubereitung war schnell. Wenn man mal in der Nähe ist nur zu empfehlen. 🥙

Ein Muss, wenn man an der S-Bahn Friedrichsberg aussteigt. Auch zu später Stunde noch geöffnet. Der Döner und die Saucen schmecken wirklich super!!

Geschmacklich eigentlich echt gut, aber sie schaffen es einfach nie die Bestellung richtig aufzunehmen. 3 Mal gesagt "bitte mit Fetakäse" - die Antwort "jaja ist da automatisch mit drin" (ja könnte man bei einem stolzen Preis von fast 8 € auch erwarten) - Plot Twist - es war natürlich kein Käse drin. Selbes bei den 2 Bestellungen vorher... Gemerkt habe ich es natürlich immer erst als ich zuhause war.

Esse des Öfteren dort. Vor Ort klappt soweit alles, Produkte sind super lecker. Probleme gibt es, sofern geliefert wird. Angezeigte Zeiten weichen jedes Mal stark von den Schätzungen ab(ca 70-120%). Leider kommt das Essen dementsprechend kalt an. Desweiteren habe ich bereits 6x versucht einen Jumbo Döner mit Käse zu bestellen, was bis jetzt nicht gelungen ist. Normale Größe ist einem Jumbo trotz Aufpreis identisch zu sein. Ich würde empfehlen hier selbstständig abzuholen.

Kleiner Laden an der S-Bahn Friedrichsberg. Netter, schneller Service. Preis-Leistung passt (veggie Produkte), meiner Meinung nach. Gute Portion und frische Produkte.

Qualität hat leider angenommen. Der Salat im Lahmacun bestand zum Großteil aus Zwiebeln und der bestellte große Döner mit Schafskäse hatte die Größe eines Kinderdöners mit einem winzigen Anteil von Schafskäse. Geschmacklich gut, aber Preis/Leistung passt null.

Ein netter kleiner Laden! Gab am Abend noch einen leckeren Döner Kebab. Von außen ansprechend, innen sauber und die Auslage sieht gepflegt und sauber aus. Klare Empfehlung!

Döner 10/10! Fleisch Qualität top, Brot schön knusprig, Saucen Auswahl top. Außerdem wurde ich von den Mitarbeitern gut behandelt und Chef genannt 🥹

Ein wirklich sehr guter Döner mit tollen Soßen und leckerem Fladenbrot. Besser als die üblichen Döner-Sandwichs. Sehr freundliches Personal und faire Preise. Nur zu empfehlen.
