Best kebab! Absolute recommendation

Waited 2 hours for the food. Trying to reach someone in the restaurant for 30 minutes. Finally reached the restaurant, but unfortunately the employee hardly spoke any German and simply hung up the phone. Tried again, same game. When the food finally came, everything was cold and inedible. I have never experienced such poor service. I expect my money to be refunded.

They probably don't want to pay taxes.....no receipt from the cash register....there is no valuation receipt.....completely stupid. Tip: always ask for a receipt and/or pay cashless. The food is amazing!!!!!!

I ordered a kebab plate for €14.90. Meat tastes mainly of salt and 60% of the content is salad. In my opinion it tastes 4 out of 10.

The kebab is delicious, the price-performance ratio is perfect and the conditions are friendly 👍🏻 My girlfriend thinks the kebab with vegetarian meat is great and I can only recommend the veal 😅 This is a clear recommendation and gets 9.6 out of 10 points from me 🙏🏻

Come in & abi at checkout is really rude, try to ask what he recommends & he rude & stressed says it all. Order with rice, get fries, ask for some rice & the guy pours all over the plate. He realizes my irritation & tries to smooth over the situation by offering dessert. But honestly Sweden's döner beats this every day of the week. Might be among the worst I've ever eaten actually. Dry & the sauce is a nice variation of Rydberg's mango raja sauce.

At Döner Queen, many variations are offered as kebab, Dürüm, box or plate: 2 types of meat, falafel, halloumi, saitan with the usual side dishes Salad, onion, sauces, cheese The staff is very nice and also fulfills requests that are not on the menu (although this leaves little to be desired. I had a halloumi dürüm kebab that was incredibly tasty. There is a wide selection of drinks - I had an Ayran. I would love to come by again

Unfortunately, the staff didn't read your order properly if you ordered online, so expect that you'll be unpleasantly surprised.

Very bad service, I ordered x6 doner kebabs and wanted to have a receipt. The employee said it wasn't available and instead of six kebabs I got five kebabs!!!!!!!!

Spent 50€ for delivery and had to walk over and get it myself. Terrible service for what is now expensive take out. Still can’t quite believe I actually had to go to the place to get my own food after waiting an hour, calling and being told it would be 20 minutes and waiting another 45. When I arrived our plates hadn’t even been made. If you want to eat here do not order over the phone or with an app unless you plan to pick it up yourself. Thankfully there is another Döner place across the street.

Used to like this place, but it took 2 hours to get the food we ordered over Lieferando, and that’s when we went to pick it up ourselves. We even called after one hour and they said 20 mins, but still the problem wasn’t solved. Never again!

PEOPLE FINGER AWAY!!! By far the unfriendly service in all of Hamburg! How can a kebab man be so unfriendly?! Food is good but just super unfriendly! You lose your appetite! Such a delicious meal should not be served by such unmannered, disrespectful staff! You can tell that only fellow countrymen are treated with respect! Really good kebab in Hamburg! Everything is super fresh, great sauces, great selection and the service is great - everyone has been super friendly so far without exception! And I've been there many times :) Kumpir is also super tasty!

Unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed for the second time I get my kebab meat served cold. I briefly mentioned that my meat was cold and dry and no one cared about it. I probably won't go out to eat again, sorry. It's not worth €7.50 for cold, dry meat.

Falafel is worst ! It is not cooked properly and when we complaint , he says customer likes that only . Worst experience !!

We had a veal kebab and a lahmacun with extra meat hot sauce and cocktail sauce. There were sweet, delicious little coconut cakes on the house. The price was very fair for the extra meat. Fresh vegetables and tender meat. If there is something to complain about, it would be that the sauce was a little too little and could have been distributed better/more evenly. Let's remember this for next time. A really good kebab and friendly staff. 😊

We ordered food but the delivery was incomplete. Some items were missing and the staff on the phone was very rude. Despite a subsequent delivery, not all of the missing items were there. This experience left us very disappointed.

Doner really a 9/10, worth the money!

I've always wanted to go to Döner Queen. After a relaxing visit to the Bartholomäus-Therme, I was finally there and pleasantly surprised. Here you can still get “real” kebab meat at a reasonable price. The meat has a good grilled aroma and is not just a smooth chemical mince that is finding its way into more and more kebab shops.

Unfortunately, disrespectful and "laughing" service. If you don't want to offer vegetarian/vegan options, then you shouldn't. In terms of taste and quality, there are definitely better options. At least not here again.

Food is fine, but the staff is most of the time kind of unfriendly. Even if you are there on a weekly basis. Paying by card is accepted only from 5 € on. UPDATE: I will not longer visit this location due to the unwelcoming behaviour. Will give Firat in the Weidenstraße a chance, which is also good in reach, top rated and very friendly as I recognised today.

Juicy meat, fresh ingredients and delicious sauces. Fast service and a welcoming atmosphere ensure an all-round experience. I always like to come here when I'm looking for a delicious kebab. I can only recommend it to everyone. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The employees were unfriendly and the kebab hardly had any meat. I took a bite and it was just lettuce. The kebab men didn't even speak German, I asked for a cloth in the normal way and the employee started talking in some exotic language (I didn't get the cloth). The meat tasted like rat meat and I had diarrhea after eating it.

Catastrophe. Doner kebab is small and ready after 2 bites. Nobody speaks German and the shop is filthy and dirty. Under no circumstances should you go there.

Döner shop is small, dirty and the employees don't even speak German. I asked nicely for a cloth and the employee couldn't speak any German and spoke some exotic language. In an aggressive tone. And meat tasted like rat meat. The kebab was small and after 2 bites it was a salad bag. Then I was hungry and went to Rewe for snacks. At home I had severe diarrhea.

I've been a customer for 10 years and enjoy eating a kebab plate or a falafel here. March 24: I just paid €3.90 for a portion of fries plus 40 cents/ketchup and €3 for a mate. Wow. These prices do not exist anywhere in Hamburg. And yes, there is widely free cay and the sauces are really tasty. But...

If you've found Döner in Hamburg that is as good as here, please let me know, because I couldn't. Maybe only Kardelen in Neustadt comes close...

I have been a customer for over 2 years, the quality has dropped significantly in the last 3 months. When it comes to chicken skewers, the pink meat is cut off. This is not only unappetizing but also harmful to health. You get no response to a tip-off on site. I don't know if the owner has changed but a loss of quality in this form is not acceptable.

It's stupid if you, as a kebab shop, are too stupid to put sauce on the kebab. Not only no sauce on the kebab, but also the extra sauce that was paid for was forgotten. It's really not that difficult, is it? Doner kebab is dry and doesn't taste good. Wouldn't order here again.

Well, as a Berliner, I really have to say. Great kebab outside of Berlin 😃👍 tasted very tasty and the employees were all very friendly 😊 Highly recommended

Nice, friendly shop with a tasty selection of kebabs. Yes, of course not really traditional, i.e. the meat is unfortunately now on a skewer with minced meat, but let's be honest, €6.50 and a choice of 7 sauces and absolutely friendly. So as not HH satisfied. Do it guys

After being noticed by food YouTubers, we gave this shop a chance in February 24th and were absolutely not disappointed. Quality and service were good, friendly staff and tea on the house rounded off our visit. We will come back!

Super tasty kebab, the sauces are heavenly. Nice attentive staff. Free tea before or after. Also get a piece of baking lava for free. Wonderful ! always love it!!!

Bester Döner in der Stadt! Ich komme seit Jahren hierher, weil der Döner bzw. Dürüm einfach der leckerste ist. Ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Fleisch ist immer saftig und kross, die Auswahl an Soßen ist vielfältig und der Salat ist immer frisch. Die Jungs machen einen guten Job, sind immer gut gelaunt und machen keine blöden Sprüche wie anders wo. Einzig an Ambiente vor Ort wäre noch Potenzial etwas zu verbessern, wobei dies schon fast kultig ist.

Leckeres Essen und netter Service.

Netter Dönerladen mit gutem Essen

XXL Portion… im XXL Format. Der Döner-Teller zum dort essen hat 14€ gekostet. Und dafür gab es einen Riesenberg an Fleisch, Salat und Pommes. Fleisch: sehr lecker Salat: frisch und knackig Pommes: goldbraun und knusprig Soße oder Sauce: Cocktailsauce war sehr gut dosiert. Nichts schwamm darin und nichts war zu trocken. Die Bediener waren effizient, kannten, sogar ihre Stammkunden und machten direkt das Menü, bevor sie noch was sagen konnten, Respekt dafür. Da war ein Typ vor uns und der Bediener fragt ihn: war doch das Übliche, ne? Und der der so ja, ähm, klar, wow. Sauberkeit war top und das Ambiente auch. Musik könnte etwas leiser sein, aber das ist subjektiv und ändert nichts am perfekten Döner 🥙 Long live the (Döner)queen!

Tzatziki schmeckt nach Salatdressing, sehr leicht & fettarm. Wenig Salatauswahl, hätte gern Rotkohl gehabt.. aber für mal eben schnell gehts.

Guter Standard-Döner Wir haben einen Standard Falafel-Döner und einen Standard Kalb-Döner bestellt. Alle Zutaten waren frisch und die Anrichte sehr ansprechend. Geschmacklich liegt der Kalb-Döner leicht über dem Hamburger-Durchschnitt. Das Fleisch war zart aber etwas fad, die Soßen gut und das Brot wirklich sehr lecker. Beim Fallapfel Döner wurde nicht an Fallapfel gespart. Dadurch, dass zuerst die Fallapfel in das Brot gelegt wurden, hatte man eine Schichtung, oben Salat und unten Fallapfel, was das Geschmackserlebnis schmälert. Das Ambiente ist nett und mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten

Die Räumlichkeiten sind nett und gut geeignet zum Verzehr vor Ort. Der Döner war lecker aber insgesamt durchschnittlich. Man macht hier allerdings auch nichts verkehrt.

Hier findet man immer einen guten Döner/Dürüm.

Das Essen war super schnell da. Habe direkt bei Dönerqueen bestellt. Nicht über Lieferando. Mega lecker und mit einer netten Antwort auf meine bitte. :) Viel vielen Dank

Sehr leckeres Essen und der Service ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr Freundlich und gehen auf den Wunsch des Kunden drauf ein. Nächstes mal sind wir 1000% wieder dort wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen vorbei zu schauen und zum essen noch einen leckeren Çay gratis zu erhalten

Der Döner ist ziemlich gut für Hamburger Verhältnisse. Super große Auswahl an Saucen . Preis Leistung ok... Fleisch Standard,könnte etwas krosser sein. Sehr gutes Fleisch Salat Verhältnis... Die Jungs wissen was sie tun. Nehmt auf jeden Fall Ezme als Sauce..

Sehr leckerer und schmackhafter Döner in mitten der Jarrestadt unweit des Stadtparks. Hier bekommt man auch noch zu später Stunde frisch zubereitete Dönerspezialitäten. Es gibt die Wahl zwischen Kalbsfleisch (nicht Drehspieß) und Hühnchen. Auch der Vöner ist lecker. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Saucen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Vegane Scharfe Sauce. Das Personal ist nett, es besteht nur eine kleine Sprachbarriere, sodass es zu einigen Missverständnissen in der Bestellung kam.

Der hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt die Sauce schmeckte auch nicht. Fleisch wie Gummi. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch unfreundlich.

I went there with a freind and was surprised to experience how rude the staff was, upon asking for some toppings (for which I paid) the person was rude about how I should stick to the 'standard'. Additionally, the taste was not so good either. Don't go to this place, there are plenty of other good places in harburg that you can visit but don't waste your money here.

Haben heute mal wieder Essen nach Hause geholt - lecker!!!! Mini-Döner nur mit Fleisch, normaler Döner halb und halb sowie ein Jumbo-Döner waren total lecker, ebenso Currywurst/Pommes! Kann ich nur empfehlen ...

baba Atmosphäre. es läuft immer mero auf mermi flöw und richtige Ehrenmänner verkaufen den Döner. selbst die deutschen werden wie habibis behandelt. er macht immer salat alles und nach wunsch. baba soße ist scharf. Wenn der Habib das Dönerfleisch schneidet, kann man sehen, dass er es mit Herz macht weil er sehr sorgfältig und kalkulierend schneidet. Alles in allem eine 10 von Mehmet. Viel besser als oben inna süd!!!

Wer einen schnellen Imbiss mit sehr guter Qualität und auch noch einiges zur Auswahl auf der Karte haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Auch das Personal sehr nett und professionell. Kann ich jedem Döner Freund empfehlen.

Seit nun etwas mehr als einem Jahr esse ich regelmäßig bei der Döner Queen. Nachdem ich relativ lange in Hamburg nach einem wirklich guten Döner suchen musste, bin ich hier nun fündig geworden. Auch der Service ist super! Nur zu empfehlen!

's Avonds laat, na aankomst in ons hotel, liepen we rond op zoek naar een eetgelegenheid. Het was nog mooi weer en we zagen mensen buiten eten. Wij hebben dat ook gedaan, een vleesschotel en een tonijnsalade, blik bier erbij, overheerlijk!

Im Vergleich zu anderen Dönerbuden wird man hier echt freundlich bedient. Der Döner schmeckt immer gut und ist frisch. Alle Extrawürste werden erfüllt :) Man kann sich auch einen Tee selbst nehmen. Einfach klasse! Wir hatten andere Stammdöner aber nun kommen wir von dem nicht mehr los ! Danke Jungs :)

3 verschieden Arten Fleisch, ich habe Lamm getestet und es war sehr gut. Zudem gibt es ein Mittags'buffet' und von dem bekam ich sogar ein paar Happen zum probieren. So geht Kundenfang. Preislich i.O. Absolut empfehlenswert.
