Arin Kebap in Hamburg

The doner kebab isn't tasty at all, and the service isn't friendly either. I really don't understand it.

Unfortunately, a poor-quality kebab, made with little care. You should know that.

This place is a huge disappointment. They tried to overcharge me. I ordered a doner box meal for €10, but they wanted €13.50 from me. They also overcharged the customer in front of me – he only bought a dürüm but paid for a meal. When I pointed this out, no one apologized. This is unacceptable. In my opinion, consumer protection should look into this. The quality of the products is also very poor, which is why the food doesn't taste good. I believe many of the positive reviews are fake. That's why I'm warning other customers about this place.

The service was good enough. The Kebab was so grassy, I tasted much better options. The place is small but is enough for thos kind of fast food. Location is very centric in Hamburg Altstadt. I think is a good option to save a situation, but not enough good for a good taste experience. It is a pity considering that it is in a very privileged location in the historical center of Hamburg.

An utterly average doner kebab that's simply bland. Lukewarm pre-made bread, lukewarm meat, and a tasteless garlic sauce. But it was a large portion for the asking price of €7.80. Never again.

I ordered today via Lieferando, but the delivery driver didn't deliver my order for some inexplicable reason. Arins Kebab, however, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, even though it wasn't their fault. Thank you again, and I'll definitely order again! The doner kebab was very good :)

The food was good and I enjoyed it. However, I have to be honest, there's a real problem: the staff simply don't listen. This happens every time; you have to repeat your order five times and still get something different. I ordered a salad with meat, and then they made a doner kebab with bread. I said salad with meat, and then they made a salad without meat. When I pointed this out a second time, they irritably made a salad with meat. And instead of €8.90 plus a drink, I ended up paying €16 for a doner kebab and a drink. The employee claimed I hadn't mentioned that I wanted a salad with meat. It's ridiculous when you repeat yourself twice, the person still doesn't understand, blames you, and then just raises the price. This was a complete disappointment. Again. I never usually leave negative reviews, but the staff in this place are unacceptable.

The staff were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately they forgot to put sauce on the dürüm. We had to catch the train and couldn't go back. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and not great. It can happen to anyone, but it still wasn't worth the money.

I had a very tasty durum and it was filling. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly. The only downside was the slightly soggy bread and that it was quite greasy. Overall, though, it was really pleasant and, unlike other places, it was enough for me personally.

There's a hygiene problem. We didn't find it hygienic; the doner kebabs are prepared and wrapped with the same hands that take the money. We didn't see any problems with customer service.

Dude, that's a kebab! The meat is juicy, not at all dry, with a real kick in the seasoning. Vegetables as fresh as a fish market morning, sauces creamy, and the bread crispy as it should be. At Arin Kebap, you won't just snack until you're full, you'll feel completely happy. Honestly: You won't get anything better in Hamburg!

The kebab tasted great, the meat was super juicy (veal), the ingredients were super fresh, and the bread was good. The portions were really great. The regular kebab was completely sufficient. But the best part was the staff—the nicest staff I've ever had at a kebab shop.

Unfortunately, the meat wasn't cooked properly and there were a lot of thick pieces of fat, which was pretty unappetizing.

Here, the food is delicious. It's safe and sound. The staff all understand your order, but they ask you to repeat it 3-4 times, giggling amongst themselves, and the other customers next to you just laugh it off because it's a joke. This is the kind of atmosphere that makes people feel like fools. Honestly, I'm not sure if the kebabs are that good. For this price, I recommend going to another franchise burger place.

The döner kebab isn't very good, and the owner is a complete failure in terms of service. The atmosphere is typical of a döner kebab restaurant. Because the döner kebab sales were slow when we went, there wasn't a fire. We didn't want to leave because we were Turkish. He lit it and warmed it up. He even counted the number of colas we drank. I couldn't understand what he thought we were. His döner kebab is nowhere near the kind in Berlin.

Hamburg was a place we came to during our holiday. We did some research and came here because it had high ratings. Even though the owner is Turkish, his behavior towards us was disgraceful. We asked him anything, he didn't answer. We asked him five times if there were straws, but he only got an answer. We said something, but he didn't respond. 4 of us went and bought 3 drinks. Even though we counted the drinks we had when paying, he didn't believe us, looked at the table, and counted our drinks. Putting aside the fact that we are Turkish, I don't think anyone should be treated this way. Would I come again, never? Would I recommend it to anyone else, absolutely not.

The price/performance ratio is very good. The doner kebab has everything it should have. The bread is long and covered with sesame seeds, which gives the doner an extra touch. Which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars... Unfortunately, everything was a bit bland. It was tasty, but just not seasoned well enough.

Standard tasty kebab. Tasty meat, fresh vegetables, but nothing special. The prices are a little bit higher, than in other places with kebab(Durüm 8.80€). Hard to find place to seat on the weekend.

Really great kebab and awesome service. The owner speaks a little bit of Polish and used it when I ordered. This was nice and I felt welcome. The staff is really cheerful and professional.

Above average, it's worth having a quick bite to eat when visiting the center.

The döner kebab was quite lacking in flavor. We had a meat wrap, but it contained more greens than meat. If there's an alternative döner kebab shop nearby, it might be worth a try. The staff was also quite interesting. While we were still discussing our meal at the door, they entered the amount into the POS machine and handed it over to us for payment. It was a Turkish restaurant far removed from Turkish hospitality.

I've eaten a few kebabs here in Hamburg, and I have to say, this one is by far the tastiest I've ever had in all of Hamburg. The bread is crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, the sauces are delicious, and the meat is juicy and tasty. Very fair prices, friendly service, and excellent food. We were visiting Hamburg and went there twice. The first time, we were there on a Saturday evening, and it was a 10/10 and made with a lot of love. Arin Kebap serves good quality kebabs from its compact premises in Hamburg city centre. I sat outside with mine, people watching, while enjoying the flavours of the food.

It's great to have kabab in this location, good options and friendly service. Food is awesome, all the toppings and meat are super fresh and delicious.
