Best doner kebab I've ever eaten The sauces are the best

The staff were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately they forgot to put sauce on the dürüm. We had to catch the train and couldn't go back. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and not great. It can happen to anyone, but it still wasn't worth the money.

I had a very tasty durum and it was filling. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly. The only downside was the slightly soggy bread and that it was quite greasy. Overall, though, it was really pleasant and, unlike other places, it was enough for me personally.

There's a hygiene problem. We didn't find it hygienic; the doner kebabs are prepared and wrapped with the same hands that take the money. We didn't see any problems with customer service.

It was the best and most satisfying döner kebab I've had in a while. The friendly staff also explained the long queue.

Dude, that's a kebab! The meat is juicy, not at all dry, with a real kick in the seasoning. Vegetables as fresh as a fish market morning, sauces creamy, and the bread crispy as it should be. At Arin Kebap, you won't just snack until you're full, you'll feel completely happy. Honestly: You won't get anything better in Hamburg!

When in Germany, eat döner kebab. The meat is juicy and delicious. The spicy sauce is super tasty and perfectly balanced. Very nice!

The food was cold and I was not allowed to have herb sauce. I wanted cucumbers and I didn't get any and the oil was dripping from the doner kebab.

The kebab tasted great, the meat was super juicy (veal), the ingredients were super fresh, and the bread was good. The portions were really great. The regular kebab was completely sufficient. But the best part was the staff—the nicest staff I've ever had at a kebab shop.

Unfortunately, the meat wasn't cooked properly and there were a lot of thick pieces of fat, which was pretty unappetizing.

Meat with hardly any flavor, bread tastes unusual due to far too much sesame and unfortunately not toasted enough.

A delicious doner served by a super friendly and cheerful kebab master. The ingredients are fresh and the service is efficient 👍 I recommend it with my eyes closed if you're feeling a bit peckish.

Here, the food is delicious. It's safe and sound. The staff all understand your order, but they ask you to repeat it 3-4 times, giggling amongst themselves, and the other customers next to you just laugh it off because it's a joke. This is the kind of atmosphere that makes people feel like fools. Honestly, I'm not sure if the kebabs are that good. For this price, I recommend going to another franchise burger place.

The döner kebab isn't very good, and the owner is a complete failure in terms of service. The atmosphere is typical of a döner kebab restaurant. Because the döner kebab sales were slow when we went, there wasn't a fire. We didn't want to leave because we were Turkish. He lit it and warmed it up. He even counted the number of colas we drank. I couldn't understand what he thought we were. His döner kebab is nowhere near the kind in Berlin.

Hamburg was a place we came to during our holiday. We did some research and came here because it had high ratings. Even though the owner is Turkish, his behavior towards us was disgraceful. We asked him anything, he didn't answer. We asked him five times if there were straws, but he only got an answer. We said something, but he didn't respond. 4 of us went and bought 3 drinks. Even though we counted the drinks we had when paying, he didn't believe us, looked at the table, and counted our drinks. Putting aside the fact that we are Turkish, I don't think anyone should be treated this way. Would I come again, never? Would I recommend it to anyone else, absolutely not.

The price/performance ratio is very good. The doner kebab has everything it should have. The bread is long and covered with sesame seeds, which gives the doner an extra touch. Which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars... Unfortunately, everything was a bit bland. It was tasty, but just not seasoned well enough.

Standard tasty kebab. Tasty meat, fresh vegetables, but nothing special. The prices are a little bit higher, than in other places with kebab(Durüm 8.80€). Hard to find place to seat on the weekend.

5 stars for atmosphere, as you can sit outside on a fairly quiet shopping street when the weather is warm.

Really great kebab and awesome service. The owner speaks a little bit of Polish and used it when I ordered. This was nice and I felt welcome. The staff is really cheerful and professional.

The döner kebab was quite lacking in flavor. We had a meat wrap, but it contained more greens than meat. If there's an alternative döner kebab shop nearby, it might be worth a try. The staff was also quite interesting. While we were still discussing our meal at the door, they entered the amount into the POS machine and handed it over to us for payment. It was a Turkish restaurant far removed from Turkish hospitality.

I've eaten a few kebabs here in Hamburg, and I have to say, this one is by far the tastiest I've ever had in all of Hamburg. The bread is crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, the sauces are delicious, and the meat is juicy and tasty. Very fair prices, friendly service, and excellent food. We were visiting Hamburg and went there twice. The first time, we were there on a Saturday evening, and it was a 10/10 and made with a lot of love. The second time, unfortunately, was yesterday at lunchtime, and even when ordering, I didn't feel like I was in good hands, and the kebab was unfortunately only half as tasty 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nice little spot for doner or durum kebab!! Highly recommend if in the area, delicious and generous in portion for a great price. Also everything tastes very fresh, the yogurt sauce with the meat and veggies was outstanding.

Arin Kebap serves good quality kebabs from its compact premises in Hamburg city centre. I sat outside with mine, people watching, while enjoying the flavours of the food.

It's great to have kabab in this location, good options and friendly service. Food is awesome, all the toppings and meat are super fresh and delicious.

Came here with my daughter. The kebab was very tasty and juicy, the place is good, right in the city center and the employees were very friendly. There are just a few places inside and they could be a bit cleaner.

I have eaten many better kebabs. It was ok. Very expensive in terms of price, unfortunately very little in quantity. I was nowhere near full. The atmosphere is very rocky

I'm not a big eater... But if I'm not nearly full from a Big kebab, it's not Big. And 11 euros is simply too much for the amount. The taste is clear. Not yuck and not yuck. The interior urgently needs to be repaired. The benches are well worn and the inner workings of the upholstery are unmistakable. Otherwise it's pretty clean, music isn't annoying, staff is friendly and quick.

Savory bread and garlic sauce, super fresh vegetables, double layer of meat and sauce, without the greasy leftover some Döner leave at the end. I ordered durum 2 times for take away, it was terrible. Person who takes the orders looked like he doesn’t want you to be there and order. The durum itself was massive, but bread was super disgusting. It smelled like plastic and looked like it.
