Bester Veganer Döner in Hamburg!! Man kann gut drinnen und draußen Sitzen. Der Seitandöner ist besonders lecker und es gibt immer mehr vegane Soßen. Mehr kann man sich von einen Dönerladen kaum wünschen!

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten fiel auf, dass der Fußboden im Innenbereich stark klebte und insgesamt keinen sauberen Eindruck machte. Eigentlich wollten wir draußen sitzen, aber die Außenterrasse war so schmutzig, dass wir uns dagegen entschieden und nach drinnen gegangen sind, im Nachhinein leider keine gute Entscheidung. Das Essen war komplett geschmacklos und konnte uns überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Dafür sind die Preise aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu hoch und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität. Insgesamt haben wir uns weder wohlgefühlt noch gut bewirtet. Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit, des enttäuschenden Essens und der hohen Preise können wir dieses Lokal leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolut unterirdisch. So einen miserablen Service habe ich wirklich selten erlebt. Ich wurde erst minutenlang ignoriert, obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter mich gesehen haben. Meine Bestellung wurde am Ende nicht einmal richtig aufgenommen – komplette Zeitverschwendung. Als der Döner dann endlich da war, wurde es leider nicht besser. Geschmacklich war das einfach enttäuschend und lieblos zubereitet. Für den Preis hätte ich wenigstens erwartet, dass das Essen schmeckt oder der Service halbwegs funktioniert. Beides war hier nicht der Fall. Man hat als Kunde das Gefühl, völlig egal zu sein. Unfreundlich, chaotisch und offenbar kein Interesse daran, Bestellungen vernünftig zu bearbeiten. Ein Besuch hat mir gereicht – ich komme definitiv nicht wieder und kann diesen Laden niemandem empfehlen.

Ich war heute mit zwei Freundin in diesem Laden, der Hähnchen Döner war sehr lecker und vorallem die Soße. Ich hatte den veganen Döner im Brot der war wirklich sehr lecker und auch der Feta dazu hat mich sehr überzeugt.

Wir konnten uns auf Deutsch nicht verständigen, aber auf Englisch haben wir uns verstanden.

Das Hänchenfleisch war teilweise noch roh, da sie entweder nicht wissen wie man den Grill bedient oder zu viele Kunden auf einmal abfertigen wollen. Ich bin wegen der guten Bewertungen hergekommen und hatte gemischten Döner bestellt. Das Brot war gut, der Salat war ok. Durchgemischt wurde das Fleisch mit dem Salat nicht. Bis jetzt der schlechteste Döner den ich Hamburg hatte.

Wir bestellen ab und an bei Kebap Lounge und das Essen kommt frisch und warm bei uns an. Die selbst gemachten Saucen, insbesondere Ezme und Tzatziki sind besonders lecker. Die gefüllten Weinblätter sind auch sehr gut. Beim Dönerteller ist alles getrennt voneinander verpackt, so dass der Salat und das Fleisch/der Seitan nicht vermengt sind und der Salat knackig bleibt. Auch die Saucen sind extra verpackt. Als Vegetarierin möchte ich den wirklich leckeren Seitan-Vöner hervorheben, der gut gewürzt und herzhaft ist. Preise sind absolut angemessen. Wir bestellen gerne wieder!

Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei der Kebap Lounge und das Essen ist wirklich immer richtig gut: frisch, lecker und konstant in der Qualität. Einmal gab es ein kleines Problem bei der Bestellung – das Team hat es direkt und super freundlich geklärt. Genau so muss Service sein. Klare 5 Sterne!

Ich habe hier heute den besten Döner ever gegessen! Tolles Fleisch, frischer Salat, leckerer Tzaziki. Das knusprige(!) Brot war eine Überraschung für mich, aber der HAMMER in der Kombination mit allem anderen und richtig lecker!!! Dazu noch super nette Menschen im Service. Danke! Das hat meinen HH- Aufenthalt besonders gemacht!

Es gibt keinen besseren veganen Döner in Hamburg ...unbedingt testen.

Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Hackfleisch Spieße war zu trocken, Reis verbrannt. Naja

Richtig geile vegane Dönerbox. Auch eine sehr große Portion, das war sehr satisfying.

Döner war für Hamburg o.k. aber kein Top-Geschmack. Kommt an den originalen Berliner Döner nicht heran😂. Musik lief zu laut, Toilette leider etwas ungepflegt/ alt/ keine Seife (das geht nicht!)

Ich finde besonders die Köfte und die Kräutersauce sehr lecker, und zu uns ist der Mann hinter der Theke immer super freundlich. Liefern lassen funktioniert aber leider gar nicht, bei jeder einzelnen Bestellung wurde bisher irgendwas falsches geliefert oder irgendwas vergessen...

Gute türkische Dönerbude in strategische Lage mitte auf dem Winterhuder Marktplatz und direkt an verkehrsreichen Hauptstrassen. der Imbiss verfügt über eine aussen Terrasse wo kann man sich gemütlich hinsetzen. Mehrmals in der Woche finden ausserdem Märkte statt, ständige Fussgänger überqueren den Platz: für der oder die jenige, dass sehen und gesehen will, Ideal!. dar ich in der Nachbarschaft wohne gehe dort oft hin überwiegend für eine Feierabend Bier, mal für ein Döner und habe bis heute nix zu kritisieren wie hier in viele Mekkerntante Kommentare zu lesen ist: wenn überteuert ist und das Geld nicht habt, bleibt und isst ihr einfach zu Hause! einfach ist das! Interessante und gemischte Kundschaft. Zum Personals: mag' sein, dass die zwei junge hübsche Burschen hinter den Tresen sowie der Ihnhaber kurzsilbig sind, ist in ihre Natur, aber was mich als Gast betrifft überhaupt kein Störung Faktor: am Ende will nur nach 'ne stressigem Arbeitstag mein Feierabend und das erfrischende Bier geniessen und runter kommen. Faszit: kann der Imbiss nur wärmste weiter empfehlen!

Unfassbar unhöfliches Personal! Ich steh 5 Minuten im Laden vor am Tresen, spreche 3 Mitarbeiter an, dass ich bestellen möchte, alle ignorieren mich und schauen mich nicht mal an!

I discovered it by chance while passing by on a Monday evening, but it was a very strange experience. When two people stand at the counter for five minutes and are completely ignored by the staff, you feel like you're in the wrong place as a customer. He was quite sweaty and busy putting together the kebab, but making eye contact and, for example, a "Just a minute, please" would have been enough to keep him interested in buying. It's a shame, but at least one star is given for the theoretical option of a vegan kebab.

I had a Seitan kebab that tasted great! Really thickly filled kebab pocket and prepared quickly, even though I ordered the vegan option - elsewhere it can take 10 minutes or more. So no waiting and very satisfied! I'll definitely come again

Everything seemed dingy and not clean, the men behind the braid didn't give me the impression that hygiene was a top priority for them, the kebab was a real disgrace, the sauce tasted ranty, the bread smelled and tasted old, and the men's clothes were all dirty, first touching the money then the bread, unfortunately 👎

It's going ok. The food is good and it's nice that they have Seitan Doner. I just find almost all of the employees very unfriendly. That's why I don't feel like eating there anymore. There are enough kebab shops in the area.

The location of the store is really great, but unfortunately the quality didn't convince me the third time. The salad didn't seem entirely fresh and the meat was far too fatty for my taste. In addition, the staff was rather taciturn and not particularly friendly, which makes the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. The sauces are OK, but overall there are better options in the area. It's a shame, there's actually a lot of potential here!

Price-performance ratio was excellent. The jumbo kebab tasted excellent. Always my pleasure.

I came across this place purely by chance when my friend and I were in the mood for a vegan kebab after ice bathing in the city park. My expectations were greatly exceeded; I was deeply surprised. Rarely have I felt so warmly welcomed, cared for and understood in a kebab shop. The two people on site not only worked extremely quickly and efficiently, they also answered questions very benevolently and patiently and also made great recommendations. So here, of all places, in this inconspicuous kebab shop, after 26 years of living and eating many different kebabs, I was able to discover a new favorite sauce (Eßme) and side dish (Salma). I also learned about the spice sumac. Of course, the vegan kebab plate itself was also extremely delicious. I'm already looking forward to returning to this corner of the city soon and being able to come back!

The shop that deserves its name... I'm there almost every day and I'm happy... They're very friendly and nice :)

We ordered food via UberEats for over 50 EUR at 3:15 p.m. When the food wasn't there at 4 p.m., we called and asked. They said the food was on the way. After another 30 minutes we called again and they didn't answer, then after another 5 minutes we tried again and they didn't answer again. Then we tried a different phone number and they answered immediately, it doesn't work at all! The food was good, but the delivery time and service are not good at all!

Was just there for the first time and ordered a Köfte sandwich. It was so good that I ordered one to take away for my wife! Everything homemade, incredibly good. Will definitely come more often now! :)

Doner meat was tough like rubber, sauces were rather poor in taste and unfortunately the service was similar. Has subsided.

I always eat the kebab and can say that it is one of the best kebabs in Hamburg. The meat is aromatic, the salad is crisp and fresh and the sauces are handmade and you can taste it too. We don't skimp here, we just stock up properly. The kebab is full of meat. The service is very quick and any special requests are responded to with a positive smile. If you want to eat deliciously and cheaply, the Kabap Lounge is the perfect place for you. An absolute recommendation. A thank you to the guys, you are real professionals :)

I had a kebab box and unfortunately the veal tasted like stale fat. The salad wasn't edible either...The cocktail sauce was brown and somehow has nothing to do with cocktail sauce. 7.50 euros thrown into the bin. When it comes to cleanliness there, I would have listened to my instincts...

We often order the kebab plate here and the price-performance ratio is great. The food tastes great and is delivered promptly. The drivers are always super nice too.

Pointed out a moldy spot on a grilled pepperoni. Solution: unfriendly and without comment, cut off the moldy piece and put the rest of the peppers back on the plate.

I would like to comment on this cafe, french fries, to put it mildly, are hard like crackers, the packaging is not convenient, I don't recommend this cafe!

As a good kebab connoisseur from Cologne, I can only recommend this delicious kebab. Good, juicy steak kebab for an unbeatable €7.50.

Unfortunately super unfriendly. I wanted to order a kebab box for my 7 year old son, but they were so pissy and unfriendly that I walked out again. At the next kebab shop it was no problem to pack the sauce separately for the child. None of us will go in there again. You shouldn't talk to customers or people in general in that way.

A few days ago I ordered a pom kebab box (vegan!) and asked if I could sit at a table in the store. I was treated very kindly and was allowed to take a seat - which is not usual (boxes are often only "to go"). I also got a real fork (no plastic - sustainable!). The food tasted excellent - in addition to the really good vegan kebab meat, I particularly liked the spicy sauce. Price/performance are in harmony here. I promised a review, and you really, really deserve it! Please stay like this! I'll be back :)

Stable kebab in the area. Meat (primarily veal) almost never disappoints; you get good value for your money here, both in terms of taste and quantity. In addition, card payments are finally accepted here, so there is nothing left to complain about!

Unfortunately I haven't had such a bad Falafel Dürüm in a long time... and the cocktail sauce was spicy for some reason(?) I actually threw half of it away... But friendly staff and the other dishes might be better, I can't judge.

3 kebabs wait 15 minutes. Were alone in the store

Delivery 70 minutes, although only 10 minutes away. Unfortunately the food wasn't good either. Answer to your reaction: your food wasn't good. We don't want to eat it again. The fries were completely soft, the sauces were ultra greasy, the Saitanbox consisted almost entirely of seitan, and the falafels tasted like they were frozen. The road closures have nothing to do with the quality of the food.

The kebabs were not fresh at all, I got a beyti and a mixed kebab, the meat was very tough, the lavash breads were very old.

Food was delicious but took a relatively long time.

Conclusion: Solid kebab for the lunch break. The Kebap Lounge on the Winterhude market square is a solid snack bar without a lot of frills. You can get good kebab (also vegan) in crusty bread and have a good selection of homemade sauces. The fries are a little too crispy for my taste but still ok. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. Here and there the tables could be a little cleaner. There are a few seats in the slightly outdated pavilion and also a toilet. When the weather is good, additional seats outside offer the opportunity to watch the hustle and bustle on the Winterhude market square while enjoying your meal.

Very dear employees. But unfortunately instead of minced meat skewers I just got turkey skewers :( unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. It tasted good too, but I was actually looking forward to eating something else. Edit: the turkey kebabs don't taste that good :(

Die Qualität vom Essen ist leider wirklich nicht gut. Sowohl fleisch als auch salat schmecken einfach nicht und haben dazugeführt, dass ich den halben Abend auf klo verbringen musste. Da gibt es wirklich bessere Alternativen in der Umgebung.
