Ich war mit Freunden im Katsu abends essen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist weniger spektakulär und könnte noch einige Dekoelemente gebrauchen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber schien ein wenig überfordert oder hat gerade neu angefangen. Wir bestellten unsere Getränke und Gerichte und diese wurden auch in angemessener Zeit serviert! Ich hatte das Sushi Menü Crunch & Spicy gewählt. Dies wurde sehr Dekorativ serviert, jedoch zusammen mit einem zweiten Gericht auf der Platte! Leider saßen wir nicht direkt zusammen, sodass wir die Gerichte auf Tellern auseinander dividieren mussten. Geschmacklich war das Sushi hervorragend und auch die Dips sehr passend. Wir würden wieder hier essen gehen!

We ate very well and had extremely friendly and courteous service. I had never had entrecote with noodles and was pleasantly surprised at how Asian cuisine combined with Western cuisine.

We eat at Katsu every now and then because we like the delicious food and good cocktails. The location at the Eiermarkt is easy to reach and on warm summer evenings it's really nice to sit in the square. On our last visit we had a new waitress, which is why there were minor delays. The restaurant behaved very correctly and apologized to us several times and offered us a free drink! We found it very fair and will definitely come back!

Leide sehr enttäuschend insgesamt! Service sehr einfühlsam und zuvorkommend. Das Fleisch übermäßig stark paniert, man hatte nur Panade im Mund und sehr wenig Fleisch. Die Soße war wie eine Suppe so dünnflüssig und in der Soße stand das Porzellanschälchen mit dem Salat, sehr unappetitlich. Das Gemüse war mehr als bildest und das Getränk nicht kalt und es war ein no Name Getränk, kein Original Cola. Kein zweiter Besuch mehr, das waren wir uns alle einig.

I've never eaten as well as I did there. There were four of us eating there and we all ordered something different. For dessert we ordered the platter, which had a bit of everything. It was so damn delicious. And I don't care whether the walls are painted black or white, which others complain about here. It's about food. The staff is super friendly, the food is presented really well, everything is cooked to perfection and the taste is an explosion.

The room was a bit noisy. The food was extremely delicious! What was annoying was that the head waiter asked us if everything was okay when we were already on our way to the door in our jackets and scarves. What I really didn't like was the situation when entering the restaurant. A couple with a stroller arrived ahead of us. Unfortunately, the staff inside was unable to navigate the two of them with their strollers through the place so that there would have been enough space for the stroller. In all seriousness, a guest who was in the middle of eating had to stand up completely and move his chair aside so that the stroller could reach its destination. The guest found that extremely inappropriate, and I was also very surprised. The guest was visibly upset and left very quickly after eating.

Super lovely staff ;) and a great and friendly atmosphere there. It's always a pleasure to come back here!! I can only recommend everyone to eat here. Even if you don't prefer suhsi, you can still find something delicious to eat. The drinks and the food are very delicious.

We had dinner here. Really super nice food presentation of sushi and flying noodles. The jasmine tea and mochi ice cream were delicious. The starter: you should try summer rolls! Everything tasted delicious. It was quite loud inside due to the full shop. I would recommend making a reservation in the evening. The service was friendly. Clear recommendation.

The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The only thing I don't understand is why the entire restaurant is painted black. I don't like the atmosphere so much that I deducted an overall star. But as I said, the food is super tasty 😋

Super friendly service, great atmosphere, very good organization of the homepage including table ordering, you are reminded of your reservation by email in the morning of the day. The menu is understandable, i.e. the dishes are well explained, and you can ask when ordering and receive explanations. We are currently spending the Pentecost weekend in Bad Kreuznach and found the fantastic restaurant via Google. Rarely eaten such super fresh sushi 🍣. My partner had the beef soup and also loved it. Our main courses were with duck breast and the curry with chicken, the meat melted in the mouth and the sauce created an explosion of flavor on the palate. A Japanese whiskey and an espresso round off the culinary meal. We will go to Bad Kreuznach again just because of the delicious food!

The food is really delicious and the service is very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately the acoustics kill everything because it's far too loud when the restaurant is full.

Katsu is a great restaurant to enjoy Asian food. The fried sushi is a blast in terms of taste and appearance. The service was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our table and then the table was right next to the exit - which in winter means that every time we open the door we are immediately exposed to the cold. The restaurant feels a bit too full with tables, so it is quite loud when all the tables are occupied. In summer, when you can eat outside, the problem is certainly unnecessary.

We were a bit disappointed. My family took me here for Father's Day. We expected the same experience as at Katsu in Ingeleim am Rhein. We were a bit disappointed. The service was excellent but the atmosphere was nil, everything was black including the ceiling, the paint was peeling off the walls, not what you would expect. My meal and my sons were excellent. But the wife's meal was a disappointment for €20, the sauce was like colored water with no taste at all and the beef was questionable and a few pieces were overcooked and of poor quality. Needless to say, we will go to Ingelheim when we feel the urge. I can only recommend it at your own risk.

I've been to Katsu several times now and am more than satisfied every time. The staff is always super nice and provides great service. It's nice to sit both inside and outside at the egg market in the old town. The sushi is a pleasure every time and the very fresh and tasty fish melts in your mouth. I can recommend a visit to this restaurant to anyone who wants delicious, high-quality sushi. I particularly recommend the sushi surprise menu (K57 Haki King) if you can't decide.

The food was great, as was the service. The only thing you can complain about is the ambience. Something echoes in the room because the walls are very bare. There is a bit of a lack of decoration, e.g. moss walls would certainly be great here.

Dear Katsu team, We were with you yesterday on the occasion of my mother's birthday and were incredibly excited! First of all, a big compliment to the kitchen. The food was great. I've never had such a delicious spring roll! Not in any restaurant yet. You can taste that they are homemade and not like other frozen goods. Everything was super fresh, crispy, fried, but not too greasy either. You can taste the love and passion in every dish and you can also notice it in the service. This one was simply outstanding. It is rare to see such a charming, motivated and courteous waiter. I would also like to say a special thank you for the fact that my intolerances were taken seriously and that I was accommodated so that I could enjoy my food without any concerns. Your restaurant and the way it is run is an enrichment for our city. We are already looking forward to the next visit. ☺️ Unfortunately I have to deduct one star for the walls, which look a bit in need of renovation. But that's really just a very small criticism. Were in the area for a weekend and fancied sushi. Very nice restaurant and first class service. The sushi was excellent. My husband had duck which was also very good. I can definitely recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience! We live in Nuremberg. It's a shame it's so far away, otherwise it would be my favorite place ❤️

We were there with a total of 11 people, including a small child. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We could choose to sit outside first and go in later, although that was more work. We immediately got play material and something to eat for our two-year-old. Our food was delicious and imaginatively prepared. The prices are absolutely reasonable. I had a surprise wine (can never resist something like that) and got a very good Pinot Gris that went perfectly with the food. All in all, a very successful evening with extremely friendly and competent staff. Gladly again!

1. And last visit. Sushi was drowning in mayonnaise and sauces. Nothing special. Wrong drink. Wall smeared and soy bottle too. Menu is falling apart and overall far too expensive. There are much better alternatives.

A lady from Bad Kreuznach recommended the restaurant to us, our expectations were quite high. But that these were exceeded... Grandma's curry, whether with duck, chicken or shrimp, is something I have rarely eaten so deliciously and with such enjoyment. Ambience simple, probably Japanese, reduced to the essentials, vegetables very fresh and crunchy, sauce is a dream, staff attentive, young, nice people very hard-working. A pleasure that should not be missed. And prices absolutely cheap.

Direct hit! We were just in Bad Kreuznach for the weekend and chose Katsu by chance. The food was a dream, the vegetables were crunchy, the sauce wasn't too spicy and the tofu was well seasoned. If you can sit outside in the summer, the place is nice and quiet and warm. The waitress could pay a little more attention to whether all the drinks at the table are empty (that can take more than 20 minutes) but otherwise they do a good job. We ate sushi there (with an appetizer). The food was really delicious and, above all, very nicely garnished/presented. The starters were very tasty (see pictures). The sushi was very good and very tasty and freshly prepared. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired, but renovations/expansions are in the works. The waitresses are really very friendly and nice. In our opinion it is a bit too expensive. Overall, however, recommended.

Service und Essen sind sehr gut aber beim Ambiente ist noch Luft nach oben.

Sind bei einem Spaziergang eher zufällig dran vorbei und haben uns entschieden mal reinzuschauen. Die Bedienung ( junger Mann mit Bart) hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns zu einem Tisch begleitet. Wir haben nach seiner Empfehlung bzgl. Speisen gefragt. Er empfahl uns den Lachs.Haben wir genommen und waren sehr begeistert was Frische und Garpunkt sowohl vom Fisch als auch Gemüse anbelangt. Zwischendurch kam die Bedienung , um sich zu erkundigen ob alles schmeckt. Wir können manche negativen Kommentare bzgl. Geschmack/ Qualität nicht nachvollziehen. Preis/ Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Lediglich beim Ambiente stimmen wir zu. Die Bedienung klärte uns aber darüber auf, das es im Frühjahr einen Umbau gibt und der Gastraum dann ansprechender gestaltet wird. Sehr freundliche , aufmerksame Bedienung und kompetente Beratung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Essen und Service sind wirklich sehr sehr gut, auch die kleine show wenn der teller gebracht wird ist besonders. Aber die Inneneinrichtung des ladens ist wirklich sehr traurig und leer. Trotzdem 5Sterne in meinen augen

Im Katsu wird man sehr zuvorkommend und ungewöhnlich höflich bedient. Das Essen war nicht nur lecker sondern auch sehr ansprechend präsentiert, zu einem Preis, den ich OK finde. Die hausgemachte Limonade ist ebenfalls sehr gut! Vielen Dank an das Team, dass wir kurzfristig noch einen Platz bekamen!

Essen top. Freundliche Servicemitarbeiter. Preisleistung für Kurstadt angemessen. Das einzig Kuriose sind die zwei Eingangstüren. Da sollte man sich echt was einfallen lassen. 😉 PS: am besten immer reservieren. Zu den "beliebten" Essenszeiten ist hier kein Tisch zu bekommen ohne Reservierung.

Ambiente nicht wirklich schön. An freundlicher Deko könnte gearbeitet werden. Speisekarte abgegriffen und fällt auseinander. Bedienung ist nett aber wir haben 40 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet….! Bad Kreuznach Niklausmarkt. Zentral in der Innenstadt fand der Nikausmarkt statt. Ein nettes Kinderprogramm fand während unserem Aufenthalt statt. Für das leibliche Wohl wurde durch viele kulinarische Stände gesorgt .

Die haben nicht nur Tampons und Binden auf dem Klo, sondern auch Haarspray, Trockenshampoo und Handcreme.

Essen war einsame Spitze. Solch eine gute Ente hatte ich noch nie. Service war an einem Freitag Abend unterbesetzt und auch von der Organisation her solala. Nach 20 Minuten würde die Getränkebestellung aufgenommen, 50 min auf die Getränke für 2 Personen gewartet. Essen kam nach 1:15h. Das ist zu lange.... :/

Essen sehr gut, Showeinlagen mit Dampf kommt gut rüber. Ob 🍣 🍣 oder warme Speisen.

Um sushi essen zu gehen ist Katsu meine erste Wahl. Der Service ist auch super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Lokal an sich ist sehr kahl und lieblos. Im Vergleich zu dem Laden in Ingelheim, der einfach toll eingerichtet ist.

Interieur bedarf einer dringenden "entstaubung". Neben mir an der Wand bröckelt der Putz ab. Die Speisekarte ist völlig abgegriffen, wenn die Seiten laminiert wären würde das schon enorm viel ausmachen. Service absolut Topp, sehr aufmerksam besonders die junge etwas kleinere Dame. Essen auch Topp die 4 Sterne nur deshalb weil wir 2 Tage zuvor in einer Sterne-Lokalität waren deren Eindruck noch Nachwirkungen zeigte. Aber alles frisch, schmackhaft und super präsentiert. Weinkarte mit lokalen Produkten gut aber ausbaufähig. Halt abhängig davon wie das angenommen werden würde. Per Zufall erfahren das das Nebengebäude erworben/angemietet wurde das klingt nach Renovierung...

Ambiente KLASSE, Atmosphäre KLASSE, Essen SUPERKLASSE.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Geschmacklich war das Essen top! Vor allem die Rindfleischsuppe und die dazugehörige Erklärung, wie man sie würzen kann. Scharf und sauer oder süßlich. Richtig lecker. Persönlich fände ich es gut, wenn der Salat in einem extra Schälchen serviert würde und nicht im selben Teller wie das Curry.
