Nice city hotel. Attentive service, nice breakfast buffet. I had a single room for one night, which was a bit sparsely furnished, but clean and functional.

The room was in the guest house opposite It was very, very small which didn't really bother me. It was clean but totally outdated and the bathroom didn't feel comfortable at all. I was glad that I was only there for one night. I can't understand that because the Hapthaus is very elegant and modern. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10

Were there for our wedding anniversary. Interior and cleanliness were very good. The service and all employees were very friendly and helpful. 😁We also had dinner there. The food was excellent. 👌🏼We felt very comfortable there. The only point of criticism is the view from the room of the extraction system from the kitchen and the corresponding smells. Thank you for everything 😁

Very nice hotel with great service staff.

Were only there to drink beer, but the chic hotel and the owners are very friendly and I'll definitely go there more often now.

Overall a great hotel. There was a problem that was quickly solved afterwards because it wasn't possible on the day of departure. A short email exchange and it was done.

The room in guest house number 9, room 82, is not recommended. It is very loud facing the street and the facilities are by no means 3 star+. The breakfast is very good and rich. The parking situation is very limited as the specified parking garage could not be used.

Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Sitting on the toilet is only possible to a limited extent because the shower wall is too close. Showering is only possible upright, washing feet is not possible. Mini desk that barely fits a laptop. However, the bed was very good. No ventilation, the bathroom is just fake. Elevator broken. The price is far too high for this little room in Guesthouse 13 (over €90/night). However, breakfast was included in the price and was good. Still: never again

Nice rooms, attentive and nice staff. Like every year, we went on our bike trip together to a beautiful wine region. This time it was Bad Kreuznach. Because it was a fair, the town was quite full, as was the hotel. We found a parking space 200 meters away, which wasn't a problem. We were able to park the bikes safely at the hotel. From reception, to rooms, to breakfast, everything was OK. We were there with 3 couples and can only recommend it.

Cute hotel centrally located. The entire hotel makes a clean, tidy impression where you immediately feel at home. Elevator available. The highlight is the bar above the roofs of Bad Kreuznach. Criticisms from me (complaining at a high level) Curtains without blackout coating, rooms poorly soundproofed, food in the restaurant rather expensive for what was offered, the organization at breakfast could still be improved a bit. Conclusion: price performance top Gladly again on your next visit.

The hotel is very well located, short distances so you can easily reach everything on foot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food is top class, rarely eaten so well, the service staff is very accommodating and always very friendly. I can only warmly recommend the hotel to everyone, it's a shame I can't give it 6 stars.

We ate here and I had tortellini with basil, tomato & pesto. Unfortunately I didn't like it. The tortellini were quite hard and dry. The filling tasted like fresh tomato cream. But the food was far too greasy for me. There was a lot of oil in the dressing and unfortunately I didn't like it. I also found it too expensive at €19. I was disappointed with this dish and won't be coming back. Visually, the food was beautifully presented and the service wasn't bad either. Unfortunately it wasn't tasty, which I think is a no go given the price.

Access is closed to a construction site. Parking garage next to it is closed and unfortunately no information BEFORE ARRIVAL... it's a shame... otherwise very good... the restaurant even has one more star...

I do not recommend this hotel where I spent 3 nights. The first night was in the guest house, which is not in the hotel building, but opposite. Old building, dilapidated room, not worth the price (95eur). The worst thing was that the room was invaded by insects. I asked to change rooms, I was offered another room in the same building with still insects... Inconceivable for a 3 star! I was able to change rooms for the next 2 nights, this time in the main building. The room is much newer and welcoming, but I found large piles of dog hair on the floor, and the smell to match. The cleaning has clearly not been done. Very disapointed. No air conditioning in the rooms, good breakfast, and friendly reception staff but no commercial gesture.

A fantastic hotel with only three stars, but here I experienced a full five stars. The in-house restaurant mühlentor is worth a trip. I experienced an excellent culinary journey through the gourmet kitchen. The team is just great. From arrival to departure we felt very comfortable here. Many thanks to Ms. Seifert because she contacted me first and was already smiling on the phone. You just rarely find that. I will definitely come back……. Was there one night and had a room in the guest house opposite. Equipment was simple and functional. The bed was far too soft for me and the pillow filled with foam material was too firm. Otherwise it served its purpose. Everything was clean, at least what you could see with the naked eye. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich and had something for everyone. I would come back for that alone. The service was very friendly and not intrusive.

The “check in” was very lengthy and laborious even though our data was already available. Room was okay but very loud. You had the feeling that there was a bowling alley above you. No idea why. The bill wasn't correct, but it could be clarified. The advertised roof terrace could not be used due to "closed society". The breakfast buffet was only refilled after repeated requests and the staff was very unfriendly and constantly complained. This is really not how I imagine a vacation to be!!

I can only warmly recommend that every potential guest clarify with reception before booking that under no circumstances will a room be reserved in the guest house. The glossy brochures on the desk advertise the modern rooms in the main building. It feels like a two-tier society. It's absolutely inexplicable to me that something like this is offered and at such prices. The breakfast is A1. Plenty of choice and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and always strive to ensure a great stay. The location is in the middle of the city center. The hotel itself has a few parking spaces. Due to the current construction site, getting there is a little more complicated but not impossible.

What a great find! Beautiful, modern rooms and EXCELLENT restaurant. We were thrilled with our dinner and experience after a long day of traveling. Thanks also to the staff for being extremely kind and helpful with our last-minute reservation.

The lady at reception was very polite, but unfortunately also unkempt (hair greasy). Other staff also very friendly and accommodating. Of the main house we only saw the reception and the dining area. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and was always refilled until the end of breakfast time. The room we had was in the guest house: with the window open, the nearby area with the small waterfalls is unmistakably loud. The bathroom was very outdated in the shower area (silicone partially defective, joints black with dirt) The chair at the desk had grease stains on the seat. The mattresses did not invite you to stay for a longer period of time. I won't be coming to the guesthouse again, €140 per night is definitely too much for me.

Rooms are only visited by service every 2 days. Parking is too far away and too small for people who are not great on foot. Luggage must be carried there when picked up. A parking fee is also charged.

The reception closes around 9pm. Contact in advance if you should arrive after 9pm.

Very well located and comfortable room, although it was very hot (I went in May and it was not cold enough to turn the heating on full). The varied and complete breakfast is worth it.

Rooms in the main building are modern and brightly furnished, unfortunately no balcony. The Rooms in the guest houses are not that modern, but there are great views of the water from French balconies. I find rooms for one night per person without parking over €100 too expensive. There is currently a construction site in front of the hotel. No noise pollution from the construction site,

Good and centrally located. The room was great, the service was friendly. The only thing I missed with the salmon at breakfast was horseradish.

With one exception, very friendly staff. Food was very good. Unfortunately, it was difficult to reach the hotel, but due to a construction site in front of the door, the hotel cannot do anything about it.

The hotel and employees can be rated very positively. A large construction site alone made getting to the hotel extremely difficult. I spent about an hour on one-way streets and construction sites until I was able to park in a parking lot nearby to get to the hotel. Fortunately, this is only temporary. After that, the hotel can be recommended without reservation.

Located directly on the Kornmarkt. There is currently a construction site here but the hotel can't help it. Hotel is very new and clean. The staff was rather quiet but very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty. The rooms like new.

Well located hotel. You are directly at the Kornmarkt and in the shopping area. The bathing area and thermal baths can be reached on foot. We had parking directly at the hotel. Not always something free. Nice personel. Great breakfast. Salmon, white sausage and much more... When we were there there was a construction site but it didn't bother us at the weekend.

Everything perfect. It's a shame that the coffee counter isn't replenished. A new guest is therefore worth more than one who stays longer. Breakfast very rich, alternative to pork sausage available.

Great rooms in the new building, good food in the restaurant, extremely centrally located. But the best thing in summer is the Skylounge... a roof terrace with wine and other drinks.

I can't understand the bad reviews about the old guest house. I thought the green tiles in the bathroom were really elegant and something different, and I found the waterfall under the balcony to be idyllic and close to nature... during the day I liked having the window open and listening to the noise, at night you can almost hear it through the soundproof windows nothing at all. Great soft bed, great breakfast and the menu... what can I say... I was scared at first... 33 euros for a small portion... but every bite was a taste experience. I've never eaten anything so good 🥰

Very friendly hotel with good value for money. Some rooms in the guest houses have a direct view of the Nahe and the bridge houses. Very good breakfast! And great location in the old town right on the Old Bridge. Now, in March 2024, the road is currently a construction site. You have to go a little further by car. No problem on foot or by bike.

Was only 1 night, guest house, everything was clean and will definitely need a renovation soon, the hotel itself is modern, breakfast was great, everyone was very friendly. Everything is clean and tidy, there is currently a construction site in front of the door, a bit suboptimal.

I can only write for the restaurant: The food is first class, you can't write anything more about it. Which of course has its price, but it's worth it, also support for our local gastronomy in Bad Kreuznach 👍😋

The restaurant is very nice and has good acoustics. The staff are very attentive. As for the food, the fries were unfortunately hard and cold. To make up for it, we got an espresso on the house.

The food in the restaurant was very good and definitely worth the money. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room in the building next door was small but sufficient for one night, but I found the water noise outside the window (from the mill pond and the Nahe) very loud and annoying despite the window being closed. I will visit the hotel again but would like to have a different room.

Wunderschöne 2 Tage über Silvester hier verbracht. Tolles Essen, toller Service. Wir kommen mal wieder

Seit gefühlt zwanzig Jahren ein Mal im Jahr eine Auszeit bei Steffi und Frank. Das Bäderhaus ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zuerst waren wir immer im Gästehaus, älter, aber durch die Lage über dem Fluss sehr gemütlich. Nun habe ich das Zimmer 301entdeckt❣️ alles wunderbar. Die Sky Lounge ist traumhaft und gestern Abend gab es wieder ein sensationell gutes Drei Gang Menue. Der Service war top, kleine Änderungen kein Problem, Käseauswahl vom feinsten und der Rose schmeckt auch im Dezember. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel! Die Eingangshalle/Lobby ist gemütlich gestaltet mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Barbereich. Auch der Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich sind ansprechend und einladend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon in der 3. Etage – ich war begeistert – war ruhig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Absolut zu erwähnen: Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone ist top. Wir haben unser Auto im Parkhaus, etwa 100 m vom Hotel entfernt, geparkt.

Preiswert gutes Frühstück netter Service

Tolles Hotel mit modernen Zimmern, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, nettes Personal und mitten in der Stadt.

Beruflicher Aufenthalt über zwei Wochen. Das Hotel ist neu gebaut und somit in einem Top Zustand mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Der Ausblick ist standortbedingt nicht besonders schön. Es sind Schallschutzfenster und Schallschutztüren verbaut und somit sehr ruhige Zimmer. Große Duschen, bequeme Betten und ein großer Fernseher gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur begrenzt allerdings ist direkt neben dem Hotelparkplatz ein Parkhaus. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig wobei die Brötchen teilweise schon sehr überbacken und trocken sind dafür gibt es aber Eier vom Land. Auf den Zimmern steht ein Kaffeemaschine zu der in unserer ersten Woche auch die passenden Kapseln dazu waren allerdings in der zweiten Woche schon keine mehr dabei standen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung und ich kann das Hotel soweit empfehlen.

Toller, persönlicher Service! Hier erkundigt sich der Chef und Koch selbst bei seinen Gästen und fragt die Zufriedenheit ab. Fantastisches Essen - vor allem den Genuss von feinsten Steaks kann ich empfehlen.

Beim Standort war zwar gerade eine Baustelle aber da konnte das Hotel nichts zu ….. aber wenn die fertig ist, wird es wunderschön sein

Die Fleischportionen waren für unseren Geschmack unverhältnis groß. Die Hälfte hätte es auch getan. Das Restaurant ist ziemlich dunkel. ansonsten okay, nette Bedienung.
