ATTENTION: Indian restaurant! This is not, as the name suggests, a grill house. It is a very classic Indian restaurant. Previously, the “Kashmir” Indians were at home here. I suspect this is a rebranding. The food is OK. But the operation and service could be better. Extra rice costs €2! Every Indian gives the extra portion for free.

For me it's still the tastiest Indian food in Berlin and, above all, always friendly and courteous service :)

We had a starter dish of paneer and chicken curry to go. The food was ready quickly but was poorly seasoned and had no pizzazz. The chicken and paneer weren't great either! It's a shame actually, because the prices weren't that cheap...

The light in the store seemed a bit run down, the guest room and toilets. The service was okay. The food was tasty, the price and the quantity were also okay.

This restaurant serves stale food. And the food served to us was kinda very stale like cooked days ago as it was tasting and smelling foul. We had to abandon the food soon after we started. The rice was old with a brown coloring on the rice grains sitting on the top layer. And the owner dared to argue that it was just a bit stale and not very stale. The tandoori chicken served was really foul and not edible as I had to throw it as soon as tasted the first bite. There is a risk of food poisioning here. The cutleries were not clean as well and had on some edges dirt accumulated for long as those edges were not cleaned properly for long. Dont risk going there as there are plenty other options with indian specialities in Berlin. You can have a look at the pictures I have posted where if you look closer you can see the color of some rice grains being brownish and yellowish and it was stinking and tasting foul.

Awful I got food poisoning from this place The food was not good at all

Das Essen war gut, aber die fehlende Salatbeilage schon recht enttäuschend. Die Bedienung war höflich, aber es gab leider keinerlei Nachfrage ob alles in Ordnung war und/oder das Essen geschmeckt hat. Mein Trinkgeld war also eher Reflex als Anerkennung für zuvorkommenden Service. Übrigens kann ich nur das Ambiente außerhalb des Innenraums bewerten, da allerdings ist es mit der Bequemlichkeit nicht so gegeben. Ergo: Essen total gut, aber das Drumherum eine Enttäuschung!

Don't go there. Just don't. Very unhygienic food. We ordered tandoori chicken which disappointed us very much. Chicken was like a week old.

The food is not clean and had some dirt on it

We went there because they had a special offer which we wanted to take advantage of. The menu options were a little limited and drinks were excluded altogether -- and so was our enthusiasm. After we ordered we had to wait some despite the fact that we were literally the only patrons. But judging by the number of delivery riders they seem to make most of their money by people eating at home. Anyways, when our meal finally came my friend got lamb (instead of the ordered chicken) which she kept to avoid further stress for the kitchen personnel. My own meal was not as spicy as advertised but I forwent to ask for more spices. The amount of food served was enough to fill the stomach at first but failed to really stuff me. All in all we were happy with the 50% discount but would have been very disappointed if we had to have to pay the normal price for what we've got. It was not really a very bad experience but not a good one either so I am not sure whether I will visit there again.

Die Mitarbeiter waren unbeschreiblich freundlich (und das obwohl ein großer Teil unserer Gesellschaft sehr unhöflich war) , das Essen einfach nur lecker, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, danke!

If you ever want to have UNAUTHENTIC Indian food or waste your money, you can order from here. I ordered Samosa, garlic naan and Daal makhni. Though the samosas seemed hot & fresh, the aloo stuffing inside felt very old and spoiled 🤮 Garlic naan (bread) was very thick and tasted awful! The worst part? They put toor daal, green gram and call it "Daal Makhani“ Seriously guys?

Kann mich den vielen positiven Bewertungen leider nicht anschließen. Die Bedienung hat weder gut deutsch noch englisch gesprochen/verstanden. Die Bestellung aufzugeben war schon ein Akt. Am Ende wurde uns obwohl mir mehrfach deutlich auf englisch und deutsch angesagt haben, welchen Betrag wir inkl. Trinkgeld zahlen wollen, zu wenig Geld zurück gegeben. Essen war auch nicht lecker, uns war danach schlecht.

The food is authentic indian and very tasty. Their palak paneer is the best I've had out of all the restaurants in the area. The quantity is also good, their naan is bigger than average. Good value for money.

Diese kleine indische Restaurant in Friedrichshain bietet indische Spezialitäten zum kleinen Preis. Auch indisches Bier wird angeboten. Leckere kleine Vorspeisen sollte man sich Teilen, da sie sehr üppig sind. Sitzen kann man sowohl drinnen als auch draussen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die scharfen Speisen brennen leicht im Mund und nicht im ganzen Körper. Die Gerichte sind sehr gut zusammen gestellt.

We ordered 3 different mains and was very dissapointed. It lacked spices, it doesn't even need to be spicy. But it definitely need more flavour especially when it is Indian. Mine said it had almonds+ cashews in a tomato curry sauce. But there was no curry in it. And just a handful of almonds, no cashews. Also the portions was small.

The food was not very good, the service was incredibly slow (just another table besides us) and they charge you for tap water!

I ordered a Butter Chicken on Wolt, but I was very disappointed. I love Indian food, especially butter chicken. But this one was very bland and not authentic tasty Butter Chicken. The Garlic naan was not soft, but hard and crispy and didn‘t taste like garlic.

Tolles indisches Restaurant, dass ich regelmäßig besuche. Es schmeckt immer klasse und ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Personal ist immer sehr herzlich und hat sehr gute Empfehlungen, wenn man unentschlossen ist.

Very very tastey. Paying with card was difficult. Toilets had no light, but it's probably because they just re-opened after corona. But the food is the absolute best Indian food in Berlin, that I have ever tasted.

My go-to Indian restaurant. Great Chicken Vindaloo, which is what I value a lot. Plus nice thick Naans.

The food was amazing. I like the Chicken Tandoori, Mutton Curry and Bhindi-Masala. The staff were really friendly.

The sign outside says FREE WIFI, but the password I was given didn't work, and the lady there said she wasn't sure what it was. The food was acceptable. Service was good.

Sabji Korma eher geschmacksarm, aber gut genießbar. Viel Kalorien durch die Sahnesauce für vergleichsweise wenig Geschmack. Dafür frisches Gemüse und keine künstlichen Aromen.

A nice relationship between quality & prize

The food is totally tasteless. That’s not the worst. We were two people, we coudn’t even finish our meal and both of us started to feel sick right after eating and ended up vomiting. The service is nice but you don’t want to spend your money to get this low quality and get sick.

Super angenehme Atmosphäre im schönen Außenbereich, ganz nette liebe und aufmerksame Kellner und Besitzer, Portionen sind super, und preislich auch absolut gut, sehr leckeres Essen und für den Preis auch ordentlich groß. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ungenießbarer Schlangenfraß! Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nicht so unterirdisch schlecht gegessen ... und mich beinahe übergeben! Keine Ahnung, wie die guten Bewertungen hier zustande kommen. Wer mir nicht glaubt, sollte sich vor der Bestellung erstmal das Klo und die "Küchennische" ansehen, dann sollte alles klar sein. Ich hätte das auch tun sollen.

This review is not for a recent order and the food you get here is ok but the restaurant serves Duck as well which is not halal and I am sure they make chicken and mutton in the same vessels. I have been ordering regularly before but then stopped once I found out that the restaurant is lying about halal food. Looking forward for the restaurant marking this comment as a Fake comment :)

Ich habe immer von verschiedene Restaurants von indisches bestellt und ich finde das Essen hier ist das leckerste,den ich gegessen habe. Nette Fahrer war und ganz schnell geliefert.

Immer pünktlich, guter Kundenservice und sehr leckereres Essen! Wenn es zu Engpässen kommt, dann wird man rechtzeitig benachrichtigt und kriegt etwas aufs Haus.

Mein absoluter Lieblingsinder in Berlin, nach einigen die wir bisher probiert haben ist dieser wirklich mit Abstand der leckerste. Das Essen ist unvergleichbar lecker, wir sind mittlerweile Stammkunden. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen hier zu bestellen/essen, es lohnt sich!

Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service war sehr nett. Wir haben Lamm Dal, Chicken Jelfraise, Palak Panir und Naam mit Knoblauch bestellt, wurde pünktlich geliefert und noch warm. Gerne wieder!

I am completely blown away by this heaven of flavour and kindness. The people there are perfectly friendly and know their menue by heart. It was possible to leave out the raisins without any problems. The Naan bread is delicious - no matter if it is the garlic/ cheese or normal Naan. A fruity and delightful Mangolassie as desert. Wow. We are definitely ordering again soon!

Haben vor Ort bestellt und es mit nach Hause genommen. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und das Essen war ruckzuck fertig. Viele Indische Restaurants in Berlin schmecken gleich aber hier war es wirklich mal was ganz besonderes. Das Chicken Jalfrezi (anders geschrieben aber ihr werdet es auf der Karte finden) war der absolute Wahnsinn und selbst die Naans waren besser als bei den meisten anderen Indern die ich bis jetzt ausprobiert habe (und ich habe viele ausprobiert). Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und die anderen Sachen auf der Karte probieren. Kurz gesagt. Tolles Essen, eine absolute Empfehlung! Den Besitzern wünsche ich für die Coronazeit alles Gute und dass sie die Zeit gut überstehen.

Unfortunately this restaurant’s food was tasteless, the texture was also terrible. Not to mention the bumpsdum were stale. I heard the microwave sound a couple times which makes me question whether or not things were just reheated. And to top it off we had signed up through an app to get a discount on our meal and we refused the discount when came the time to pay. Would definitely not recommend.

Achtung BETRUG!!!! Über Lieferando bestellt. Angeblich sollte es nur 30 Minuten dauern. Nach 1h habe ich angerufen um den Stand der Dinge zu erfragen. Man sagte mir der Fahrer wäre schon lange unterwegs und in 5 Minuten da. 30 Minuten später immernoch kein Essen da. Wieder angerufen und ich wurde wieder abgewimmelt, der Fahrer wäre gleich da. 20 Minuten später keiner da und keiner geht mehr ans Telefon. Das ist echt das aller letzte. Ich habe außerdem bereits über Paypal bezahlt. Update: Inzwischen schon 21.45 Uhr (vor 19 Uhr bestellt) rief eine Nummer an, der Lieferant stünde vor der Tür. Wir gucken runter, keiner da. Sind dann runter und ein mal um den Block, immernoch keiner da. Wir haben dann bei einem anderen Inder bestellt (Luck). Nie Nie wieder! Absoluter Betrug!

Eines der besten Restaurant in ganz Friedrichshain! Super nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, freundlich und einladent. Vor allem die veganen Gerichte sind sehr empfehlendswert und abwechslungsreich. Wir essen dort jedes mal wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, weil es so lecker ist. Eins meiner absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants. Jeder der in der mal in der Nähe ist, sollte sich die Zeit für einen Besuch bei Kashmir nehmen.

Also der beste Inder in ganz Berlin!!!! Total originale Küche und immer pünktliche Lieferung über Lieferando!!!!! Geil danke das es euch gibt es macht mein Leben viel leckerer!

Haben heute wieder den Ausserhausverkauf genutzt! Frisch zubereitet, nur knapp 15 Minuten gewartet, gut verpackt und ganz wichtig, es hat wie immer hervorragend geschmeckt. So bad. Im sorry but This is not Indian food. If you want food with no heart, ready mix spice, the cheapest ingredient -go there. Never been so disappointed from an Indian restaurant as I was with this one. To top it all, they write "vegan" in big letters outside, and not only that the vegan options are 3 euro more expensive than the vegetarian, they also gave me yogurt sauce even though I asked twice if it is vegan.

Their curries, chutneys, breads are good but Biriyani is not authentic sadly - that dish is high priced for what it is. Otherwise, great restaurant. Just don’t order the Biriyani as if you know what it is, it’s not the best version of that dish!

Visited yesterday this restaurant very delicious and tasty food the customers services was really quick the food food was fresh really enjoyed my food and wish to visit again

Very overrated! I tried this place twice and have been disappointing both the times. It's small and smokey, I found it empty both the times. The dish I had this time had tofu in it despite it was not mentioned in the description on the menù. The food in general was tasteless, quite odd for an indian place.

Ich habe heute hier über Lieferheld bestellt. Da ich über Paypal bezahlt habe, gab es eine Änderung der Lieferadresse, was mir leider nicht sofort aufgefallen ist. Nach einer halben Stunde habe ich es gemerkt und in dem Restaurant angerufen, die Person mit der ich sprach war super lieb und hilfsbereit, sodass wir den bereits losgefahrenen Kurier (nach 30 min., also super schnelle Lieferzeit!!) noch erreichen konnten und er sich zu uns auf den Weg gemacht hat. Auch der Kurier war super nett! Wirklich außerordentlich freundlicher Service an einem Sonntag um 18:00 Uhr :) Das Essen war super lecker. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und beide waren toll gewürzt und sehr verschieden. Wir hatten Shashi Panir und Chicken Vindaloo. Für Personen, die scharfes Essen gewöhnt sind, wird das Chicken Vindaloo eher leicht scharf schmecken. Als Beilage Naan Brot. Wir bekamen noch ein kleines Schälchen mit einer scharfen, grünen Paprika-Öl Sauce, die war seeeehr lecker und super, um das Essen zu schärfen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen!
