Karsten and his team are simply great I have to write nothing more and nothing less about this Sport, gastronomy, big celebrations, or just meeting a friend for a cappuccino Everything is possible.. If something is missing just ask… the guys aren’t that bad 😉

Very, very unfriendly staff, they obviously gossiped about my companion, and there is a distinction between two classes. Wouldn't go there again and would recommend it.

We celebrated our wedding with 60 people at Karsten's at the beginning of October and were very satisfied. The food was very tasty, the service was good & helpful. There was free parking for all guests, including overnight. The children could play in the soccer hall next door. The prices were also very fair and transparent. Even short-term problems/changes could be solved quickly with Luca and the staff on site. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate and enjoy this unique day with you, our guests and we were thrilled! We look forward to the next party with you.

There was a wedding being celebrated, good food, and people always asked if anything was missing. Very nice staff. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately, the menu at the crime dinner was an absolute disappointment: loveless "antipasti" starter, a bad burger (I don't even want to talk about the vegetarian alternative), topped with cheap ready-made ice cream, the whole thing had absolutely nothing to do with a dinner . The service was on par with the dinner: what are consumption tickets doing at such an event? It's a shame, because the show was good, so kudos to the actresses! Conclusion: Crime dinner would be happy again, but not in this location.

It was my first time as a guest at the crime thriller dinner at Karstens. I couldn't imagine anything about it and was very curious. I got the ticket as a gift from a friend. At the entrance we bought the consumption tickets for the drinks. The show was great, the two girls did a great job and all the guests were involved. The location was nice and big and there was a great atmosphere. There was a 3 course menu... The first course was an Italian starter plate with grilled vegetables. Very fresh and really delicious. For the main course I chose the Italian burger (you could also choose vegetarian when you bought the menu). A giant burger Italian style with mozzarella, cucumber and tomato. There were potato slices as a side dish. Very tasty and all the ingredients tasted very good. For dessert, an ice cream... but a tartufo ice cream with fruit. It was the first time I had ice cream like this and I was blown away. At the end we were given pieces of paper to rate the evening. The waitresses and waiters were very friendly and the food was top. The atmosphere was also very pleasant and the piece was very beautiful. Our table neighbors had the same opinion. I would go to the crime dinner again and again and recommend it to everyone. Thanks to the two girls, friendly service and the delicious food.

We went to the restaurant for a crime thriller dinner. For the price we paid, we had corresponding expectations of the menu, service and ambience. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The play was entertaining, the actresses did a good job, but unfortunately it wasn't offered an appropriate setting: the location is part of a sports facility and offers little ambience. No own toilets, only those at the sports facility can be reached via a detour. We didn't feel that the description suggested evening wear was necessary in this context (the majority of the audience didn't stick to it anyway). The staff seemed overwhelmed. The food was not served within the groups at the same time; some guests only received their course upon request and had to wait a long time. Drink orders were rarely taken (depending on the seat) and billing was done via a consumption card. We felt this was very inappropriate for such an event. Remaining amounts were not paid back. For the price we would have expected at least an aperitif on the house. The service overall was not good. The menu was the biggest disappointment: a very clear, bland and unseasoned antipasti plate, a really poorly prepared burger (according to the menu it was Italian style, but there was no trace of it) and a scoop of ice cream with 3 pieces of fruit. All courses obviously contained frozen products and the preparation was not appropriate for the price. We would not recommend the crime dinner in this restaurant.

Leider die Karte stark eingeschränkt- Folgen von Corona? Das Personal ist dafür aber sehr rege und bemüht, da macht vieles wieder gut! Achtung; Besser im Lokal anrufen, online reservieren funktioniert meistens nicht!

Wir waren hier zum Kindergeburtstag. Leider war die Location ausgebucht und wir waren in einem Gymnastikraum. Dort war dann ein zweiter Tisch für einen anderen Geburtstag. Das angebotene "Menü" für die Kinder war wirklich keine 3€ wert. Nuggets billig und Wasserflaschen von Penny. Alles darüber hinaus ist extra zu bezahlen. Auch die Medaillen für die Kinder. Dann ist mir aus Versehen die Tischdecke verrutscht. Da kam ein Plastikgartentisch mit Brandlöchern von Zigaretten zum Vorschein. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, aber etwas zu jung für die Verantwortung. Alles was man gefragt hat durften sie nicht. Es war ein bisschen wie bei der Bundeswehr. Wir haben 8 Menüs bestellt, 1 Kind wurde vorzeitig abgeholt. Völlige Überforderung. Ich habe gesagt er soll einfach alles bringen, wir bezahlen es ja. Das durfte er auch nicht. Die Fußball Halle war ok, aber eiskalt und stockdunkel. Wirklich nette Location, wenn wir sie benutzt hätten und in Zeiten von Personalmangel ok, aber hier steckt deutlich mehr Potential drin.

Sportsbar gerne trinke ich da mein Abschluss Bier. Essen kenne ich dort noch nicht.

Hier kann man nach der Sporteinheit gemütlich ein leckeres Bier trinken.

wir haben dort einen Kindergeb. gefeiert. Es hat alles gepasst. Allerdings war es etwas anoym, das heißt, man wurde kaum betreut. Die Servicekraft war freundlich. Blöd ist die Getränkeregelung. Jedes Kind bekommt eine 0,5 l Fl. Wasser. Jede extra 0,5 l Flasche muss dann extra gekauft werden. Da hätte ich Gläser am Tisch mit großen Flaschen, Wasser, Schorle, etc. besser gefunden. Aber den kids hat es gefallen, das ist das Wichtigste! MfG

Wir haben dort unsere Hochzeit mit 40 Gästen gefeiert. Im Alter von 6 bis 80 Jahren. Vom aller ersten Treffen mit dem Betreiber bis zu dem Moment wo wir die Rechnung bezahlt haben, war alles vorbildlich organisiert.Alles wurde genau so gemacht wie wir es im Vorgespräch besprochen hatten. Kleinere Unstimmigkeiten wurden sofort aus dem weg geräumt und jeder wunsch meiner Frau erfüllt. Die Vorschläge zum Ablauf des Abends oder der Aufbau der Tische so wie des Bufetts Erwiesen sich als absolut richtig ! Hier merkt man den Profi!!! Das Personal sowohl hinter der Theke wie auch die Bedienung waren schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hervor zu heben wäre hier auch der Koch, das Essen war Hervorragend. Bei uns ein Italienisches Buffet . Auch die Organisation des DJ über das Karstens war Perfekt. Der Mann passte hervorragend zu unseren Gästen ,genau wie es uns versprochen wurde! Nik der Betreiber der Gastronomie ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvor kommender Gastronom. Wir können das Karstens mit seinem gesamten Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Abend.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit da gefeiert. Super nettes Personal das Essen war klasse ,die Deko super....... einfach alles stimmte. Danke an Nick und an unseren singenden Koch /Sänger der unser eröffungs Tanz Live gesungen hatte auf Italienisch . Luka du bist der Beste. Danke an das ganze Team.

Sehr zu empfehlen, es schmeckt alles super. Und die Desserts ( Cheesecake und Apfel Kuchen) sind der Hammer. Kommen sehr gerne hier hin .

Die genannte Location liegt direkt im EMKA SportzentruM Velbert und hat eine breite Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Geburtstagsfeiern können hier gefeiert werden. Sehr freundliches Personal

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit dort gefeiert. Tolles Ambiente, super nette Bedienung und das komplette Personal hat Lust auf Hochzeiten. Wir konnten unsere Wünsche umsetzen und die freie Trauung vor Ort vollziehen.

Waren heute in einem vergleichbaren Restaurant mit schöner Aussenterasse in Velbert und müssen sagen das wir im Vergleich zum Karstens sehr enttäuscht waren . Im Karstens kann man mit freundlichen und umsichtigen Servicepersonal sowie mit einer guter Küche rechnen, das Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt .Wir sind sowohl bei großen Veranstaltungen sowie auch als Gäste im normal Betrieb immer wieder positiv Überrascht

Die Begrüßung als auch der Service am Tisch war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen waren ansprechend präsentiert sowie schmackhaft zubereitet, die 5 Sterne sind mehr als verdient. Auch die Reservierung für die Soccerhallen verläuft super. Super Atmosphäre!!! Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl. Danke
