Wir waren hier zu fünft zum Abendessen. Jedes Essen für sich war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche Servicekräfte und die Mahlzeiten kamen sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 👍🏻

Ein einzigartiger Abend! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, stilvolles Ambiente, angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre trotz nahezu vollbesetztem Restaurant. Eine souveräne und freundliche junge Dame nahm unsere Bestellung entgegen. Die Abfolge der bestellten Speisen verlief perfekt. Der bestellte Wein erstklassig. Das Essen übertraf unsere Erwartungen, wir haben in Kaufbeuren mindestens 20 Jahre nicht mehr so vorzüglich gegessen! Es war einfach nur köstlich! Das Karnbach Restaurant kann guten Gewissens und zu 100% weiter empfohlen werden! Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team! Zusatz: Super saubere und und moderne Toiletten!

Ich habe hier auf der Durchreise nach Italien gegessen. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen war ich vielleicht etwas enthusiastischer als erwartet. Ich fand das Essen in Ordnung, aber keine fünf Sterne auf Google Maps wert. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Lage und der Service sind gut.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, hat uns echt gut geschmeckt. Die Getränke waren auch interessant – die Limonade mit Limette und Basilikum war richtig top. Leider hat der Service den Eindruck ein bisschen kaputt gemacht. Mit uns als die Gästen war alles soweit in Ordnung, aber eine blonde Kellnerin ist sehr schlecht mit einem neuen Mitarbeiter umgegangen. Er hatte offensichtlich seinen ersten Tag, war nervös und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Uns tat der junge Mann richtig leid. Sie hat sich wie eine Chefin aufgeführt und wenn sie das wirklich ist, dann ist das kein gutes Zeichen für das Klima im Service. Fanden wir ehrlich gesagt schade

Selten so lecker gegessen. Alles frisch, kreative Speisekarte, super freundliche Bedienung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Akustik und Atmosphäre!

Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich wirklich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Wir und unsere Gäste haben uns den ganzen Abend über sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einfach wunderschön und war für unsere Hochzeit genau das Richtige. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Organisation und dafür, dass ihr unseren besonderen Tag unvergesslich gemacht habt. Krasses Restaurant, toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal, bei denen "läuft's einfach rund", der Chef (an der Bar) erkundigt sich ständig bei seinen Mitarbeitern nach dem aktuellen Stand und frägt diese, ob bei den Essen/Getränken der Gäste auch alles passt, tolle Kommunikation innerhalb vom Team, Essen für (fast) jeden Geldbeutel und Geschmack, fast immer ausgebucht 💪☺️ Die Kellner fragten regelmäßig bei mir nach ob noch alles passt (aber nicht penetrant). Ganz großes Lob ans gesamteTeam 😇

Das Essen war sehr lecker und hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem jungen Kellner etwas schwierig: Er verstand nur wenig Deutsch und konnte auf Fragen zu den Gerichten kaum eingehen. Häufig blieb es bei einem freundlichen Lächeln, was die Beratung beim Bestellen leider erschwerte. Mit besserer Verständigung wäre der Restaurantbesuch insgesamt noch angenehmer gewesen.

Wurde dort von einem Lieferanten zum essen eingeladen. Es war sehr lecker und es gab lokales Bier. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben hier mit 17 Personen einen Geburtstag gefeiert und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war super, geschmacklich wie auch qualitativ, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Der Service war hervorragend, besonders praktisch fanden wir den Service-Würfel, mit dem man jederzeit schnell jemanden holen konnte, wenn man etwas brauchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Dazu kommt ein wunderschönes Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen!

Besser geht's in Kaufbeuren nicht. Super Ambiente und wirklich hochwertige Speisen und alle top zubereitet. Wir waren in der Ratsstuben, für 14-16 Personen, ein seperater Raum in einem Gewölbe. Echt schön und immer eine freundliche Bedienung am Start. Jeder war zufrieden, auch Preis-Leistung passt. Aber auch die anderen Gasträume sind schön und es gibt auch einen großen "Hochzeitssaal". Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren im Hotel Hasen untergebracht. Das Karnbachs war ca. 6 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wir können es auf jeden Fall herzlichst empfehlen. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten und wir fanden unser Essen alle super lecker und den Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den schönen Abend bei euch, eure Ulmer Mädels ❤️

Qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Essen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Die Räumlichkeiten sind renoviert und wirken stilvoll eingerichtet! Dafür zahlt man gerne ein paar Euro mehr.

I highly recommend it to anyone in Kaufbeuren. We went here twice during our stay, ordered different things, and everything was really, really delicious! Four of us went there for dinner. We were able to easily reserve a table online in advance, which was useful even during the week given the good weather. The service was prompt and very attentive. The food was fantastically delicious. It was very attractively presented, and all four dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous. A few potatoes fell off the waitress's plate when she brought them. Although we repeatedly said it wasn't a big deal, they brought us a portion of potatoes as compensation. The value for money was also very good. Since we were on vacation, this was unfortunately a one-off for us; otherwise, we would certainly be there many times.

Short break in Kaufbeuren. We were intrigued by the internet and the reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The food was fabulous and beautifully presented. The service, including the chef, was impeccable. This is what you'd expect from a perfect evening. The ambiance was simply lovely. Excellent value for money! We were completely happy! We'll definitely be back.

Great restaurant! The dishes are clearly prepared with great dedication – a feast for the eyes is definitely part of the experience. The quality is excellent, and the taste completely impressed us all. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for what's on offer. We'd love to come back!

We had a nice seat outside by the window. The drinks service took a very long time, even though we had only ordered two light beers. Unfortunately, the salad was also missing from our meal, even though we were told it would be served right away. By the time we'd finished the spaetzle (highly recommended), the waiter hadn't shown up again. What a shame.

The food is truly delicious and highly recommended. I'd go back anytime. The only thing I find inappropriate are the names of the main courses. They'd be appropriate for a local farmhouse pub, but not for this excellent restaurant.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful, memorable evening there yesterday. We were a large group of 20 people, and we were completely satisfied. The service was excellent. They were prompt, polite, and immediately accommodated our requests. The food was first-class. Wait times were minimal. We were in the conservatory. Once again, a huge compliment and thank you to the staff. We would be happy to come back.

We were there with a large group (75 people). The motivated waiters still managed to serve the entire group in a short time and even accommodated special requests. I've tried almost every restaurant in Kaufbeuren, and none is as worthwhile as Karnsbach. Be sure to make a reservation; it's easy to do online. The menu changes occasionally due to seasonal offerings, and the cuisine isn't too old-fashioned. You can tell the chefs eat their own food. The price is a bit high, but it's 100% worth it. The seasonal asparagus cream soup with sour cream is a 10/10.

Rarely have I been served so courteously. The dishes were all excellent. The ambience invites you to linger.

Centrally located downtown, good food, fun menu names. Prices are normal to inexpensive, friendly service. Star restaurant and hotel.

Wir sind zum Weißwurstfrühstück in das Restaurant gegangen. Wir wurden in einen kalten großen Nebenraum gesetzt und gefragt ob wir Buffet essen wollen. Wir antworteten, dass wir gern Weißwürste essen wollen. Darauf hin reagierte die Servicekraft genervt und antwortete „okay aber das dauert bestimmt 30 Minuten.“ Nach ca. 30 Minuten und nach Nachfrage kam dann die Servicekraft und wir konnten bestellen. Die Weißwürste kamen nach 45 Minuten. Eine TK Breze, Weißwürste teils ohne Haut und komplett ungenießbar. Wir sprachen die Servicekraft auf das Essen an und sie war verständnisvoll und holte die Chefin, die für das Frühstück zuständig war. Nachdem wir „sitzengelassen“ worden waren, kam, nach 15 Minuten, die selbe Dame wieder und gab bekannt dass die 2 Portionen Weißwürste nicht berechnet werden. Wir zahlten die Getränke und verließen die Lokalität.

After half an hour of waiting, there was still no drink order taken. We were served 3 pairs of white sausages, which were definitely not reheated for the first time. There were also frozen pretzels from a discount store. Unfortunately not the service and quality that I expect from a restaurant.

We went to the restaurant for a white sausage breakfast. We were sat in a cold, large side room and asked if we wanted to eat a buffet. We replied that we would like to eat white sausages. The service person then reacted annoyed and replied “okay, but that will probably take 30 minutes.” After about 30 minutes and after asking, the service person came and we were able to order. The white sausages came after 45 minutes. A frozen pretzel, white sausages partly without skin and completely inedible. We asked the waitress about the food and she was understanding and called in the boss who was responsible for breakfast. After we were “left behind”, the same lady came back after 15 minutes and announced that the two portions of white sausages would not be charged. We paid for the drinks and left the place.

Service very good. Ambience too. The food was tasty, but the Kässpatzn lacked cheese, flavor and spice. Unfortunately, chocolate cake was not homemade. We'll be back!

Something special. Oasis of well-being. Food very good, traditional basis with the extra kick of fine cuisine. Staff very attentive, friendly, all wishes are fulfilled. All-round perfect family celebration in a wonderful winter garden. Price reasonable, not excessively high. The breakfast the next day was also really perfect. We'll be back.

I was there on December 11th. in Karnbach. I received a voucher as a gift. The reservation online was problem-free. You were always reminded when the reservation was. The restaurant is very nice. Decoration was also appropriate for the season. We had almost no waiting time after ordering. The food was very tasty. The dessert was also fantastic. Everything was perfectly prepared. The service was very friendly. I would recommend Karnbach's at any time. And I'd love to come back too. The price was also okay.

Wir waren hier beim Frühstück und es war gut. Klar, es könnte noch zB Lachs geben, aber an sich bekommt man genug Sachen geboten. Etwas zu verbessern wären die Eier (Rührei am Buffet zieht halt irgendwann komplett durch und kühlt dann ab, Spiegeleier sind etwas ungewöhnlich gewürzt) und der Speck. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder. Der Service war sehr nett, das Lokal ist gemütlich.

We celebrated our wedding here in October with almost 100 people. And what can I say? It was just great! As always, the food was incredibly tasty, and special requests for intolerances, vegan eating, etc. were also implemented without any problems. The ambience in the Golden Hall with the combination of winter garden and inner courtyard is simply brilliant for such a celebration. A big thank you to Daniel and the entire team! You made our day very special. The service was great and you helped us a lot in advance to implement all of our wishes. Thank you also for the beautifully decorated hotel room, we were very happy about that.

We stayed at the hotel and visited the restaurant twice. At its finest! The menu alone, funny names for dishes that reinterpret familiar and regional dishes. Be it spaetzle, burgers, fried liver or the heavenly desserts - everything we had tasted great and was perfectly prepared down to the last detail. Most of the dishes come in small portions, which is a good thing because some of the typical Regina dishes are very filling... it's a shame we were only there for two days, I would have liked to have tried the rest. The service is attentive and the restaurant's interior is modern with regional roots. This really creates a feel-good atmosphere.

Da sich 3 Punkte als „Befriedigend“ darstellen und 4 Punkte als „Sehr gut“ müsste es hier eigentlich 3 1/2 Punkte geben. Es war Gut, aber bei weitem nicht so gehypt exzellent wie andere Kritiken es für mich vermuten ließen. Bei m.E recht ambitionierten Preisen ist für mich ein guter Service erwartbar; dieser war unaufdringlich und zuvorkommend, dafür ein Danke! Was die Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte betrifft: angenehm abgeschmeckt und vernünftig temperiert am Gast angekommen. Nur warum hier (fast) jedes Gericht einem Namen bekommt, aus dem insbesondere ältere Gäste die Zusammenstellung des Tellers nicht immer herleiten können, mag sich mir nicht erschließen. Sollte es humoresk sein, so passt es nicht zum Laden. Fazit: Gut gegessen, Getränke hatten wir nur die Standards für Autofahrer, von daher ohne Bewertung.

We had a birthday party here last night. Although I know we were a little louder (as is often the case at birthday parties), the staff always served us with a smile. We had spent a weekend in Kaufbeuren and the restaurant was directly below our hotel. The food is really, really good, I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. Even eating with a small child is no problem there, spaetzle with sauce was free for children up to 6 years old and they brought us a box of toys. All in all, really recommended!

Simply great! The restaurant is centrally located in the old town in a historic building from the 14th century. The ambience strikes a balance between tradition and modernity, furnished to a high standard and beautifully decorated. The service is attentive, very friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. The menu offers a wide selection to suit every taste. The food is fantastic, bordering on perfection. Beautifully prepared dishes on beautiful tableware underline the excellent taste. The portions are large enough, but still leave room for a dessert or soup beforehand. If that's still too much for you, you can order almost all main courses as a half portion for half the price. This almost doesn't exist anywhere anymore and is simply great for seniors and children. Conclusion: very solid restaurant that is obviously run by absolute professionals who leave nothing to chance and know exactly what they are doing. Keep it up! 👍

More appearance than reality🫤Portion unfortunately very manageable and there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of taste...Kässpatzn with cheese sauce instead of cheese and the forest mushroom sauce was also nothing, it didn't taste freshly prepared.
