Super Mittagskarte, große Portionen und toll geschmeckt

War mit meiner Freundin spontan in Kaufbeuren, zuerst waren wir woanders, aber da hats uns nicht gefallen. Da ich als Kind hier gewohnt habe und immer mal wieder mal vorbei fahre, haben wir beschlossen da gehen wir jetzt zum Hering rüber. Beste Entscheidung! Ich kannte fast alle Gesichter "von früher" noch und das ist lange her. Was ja schon mal ein Qualitätsmerkmal für sich ist. Eine tolle Gaststätte, die Familie arbeitet hier mit Herzblut, Humor und Achtsamkeit für die Gäste. Und das wichtigste - mega Lecker ist es, Essen war heiß (auch nicht überall so), wir hatten Pizza. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar gut für das was man bekommt. Wohne mittlerweile in Augsburg, da kannst dich umschauen nach solchen Preisen. Also für alle die es unkompliziert und herzig und gut mögen, die sind hier absolut richtig. Bisschen eben wie früher, nicht zu viel Schnickischnacki. Außerdem ist der Blick auf den Fünfknopfturm super einmalig vom Biergarten aus. Und beschattet ist es hier übrigens auch. Parkplätze gibt es ein paar, aber in der Nähe gibt es beim Rofu für einen angemmenen Preis einen großen Parkplatz, max. 2 Minuten Fußweg. Also 5 verdiente Sterne finden wir.

Wir waren nach einigen Jahren mal wieder dort und mehr als positiv überrascht. Leckeres Essen mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, große Portionen sowie flotter und freundlicher Service - was will man mehr! Dazu sitzt man auf der Terrasse recht nett und Falkensteiner Bier gibt es auch...

Essen gehen oder nicht? Das war hier die Frage. Die Antwort, lieber Leser, lautet: Gehen Sie hier essen! Ich machte mich auf die Suche nach einer Stärkung und siehe da, ich fand Großartiges. Das Schnitzel war majestätisch, die Portionen absolut perfekt und der kroatische Barkeeper hatte eine unvergleichliche Ausstrahlung. Er ist der Mitarbeiter des Jahrhunderts! Wahrlich, dieses Lokal kocht. 5 Sterne 👌

Ich gehe seit über 20 Jahren immer wieder dort hin zu 2, zu 3 oder ganze Familien feiern, immer zufrieden, Preise topp, essen topp, gastfreundliche Familien betrieb seit ich glaube 45 oder noch mehr Jahren. Das Essen ist lecker und ausreichend, Salat Buffet und Holzofen Pizza, die beste im 50 km Umkreis.

Tolles Essen und freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung top. Gemütlicher Biergarten ist auch vorhanden.

Riesenauswahl auf der Speisekarte, Service und Essen wirklich gut- Preise angemessen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung ,leckeres Essen wir kommen wieder

Das Lokal wird von Kroaten geführt, was in diesem Fall ein Pluspunkt ist – die Cevapi waren hervorragend. Die beste Pizza Diavolo (scharf), die ich je gegessen habe. Große Portionen mit genug Resten für eine weitere Mahlzeit. Wir saßen im Garten, daher war die Atmosphäre parkähnlich, ruhig und angenehm. Zu einigen Gerichten gab es ein Salatbuffet. Ich bekam den Absacker nicht aufs Haus wie andere, daher 4 Sterne für den Service.

Wir waren zu 5.im Biergarten. Essen war sehr gut Service war flott und freundlich.

Gehen hier regelmäßig Abendessen, sowohl Pizza aber vor allem die cevapcici schmecken wunderbar. Service ist 1A und die Leute sind sehr warmherzig! Preis ebenfalls in Ordnung!

Wie immer sehr gut da weiß man was man bekommt und geht zufrieden wieder nach Hause

Ein überaus angenehmes Restaurant mit wunderbaren, köstlichen und sättigenden Gerichten. Das Essen war wunderschön angerichtet und wurde zügig serviert. Selbst am Wochenende waren noch Plätze frei.

Schmeckt gut wann man Hunger hat. Leider Produkte sind fertig. Reis mit Uncle Bens Soße, Champignons, Spargel aus die Dose. Schade

Wir waren heute Mittag dort. Bedienung, schnell und kompetent. Das Essen kam schnell. Den Salat kann man sich am Buffet selbst holen. Preis Leistung stimmt. Immer wieder.

Sehr lecker. Sehr freundlich. Das BIG-Steak ist der Wahnsinn! Komme nicht oft in die Gegend, aber wenn, dann immer Zum Häring!

Waren mit ner Gruppe beim Essen. Ambiente war sehr gemütlich. War etwas kalt, weil die Haupttüre offen stand. Aber essen war sehr lecker. Wurde nach der Bestellung sehr schnell serviert. Salatbuffet ausreichend bestückt und ein sehr leckeres Angebot von Salatsaucen. Die Portionen vom Essen sind groß und es gibt auch einen Pizza Tag. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommen und auch sehr freundlich. Ebenso immer für ein kleines Späßchen zu haben. Eindeutig eine Weiterempfehlung wert 👍🏼

Das Restaurant "Häring" bietet authentische kroatische Spezialitäten. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und schön angerichtet. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die gegrillten Fleischspeisen. Das Ambiente ist gepflegt und einladend, der Service stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein Besuch, der kulinarisch wie atmosphärisch überzeugt – absolut empfehlenswert.

After a long wait, we returned to Häring and, as always, were not disappointed. The house platter for two is very generous – it easily feeds three people. The food arrived very quickly – it felt like we waited almost 10 minutes for it. Very attentive staff. Our waiter brought us a container without being asked, so we could take what we didn't finish. The salad buffet was always very well-stocked and varied – the potato salad on offer is super delicious. The price/performance ratio is also excellent. We probably won't wait that long until our next visit :-) 2025: The portions are still more than generous; the grilled liver had eight palm-sized slices of liver piled up. It's actually too much of a good thing. Most of the dishes ordered at neighboring tables weren't even finished. The owners should consider whether slightly smaller portions might be more sensible, as not all guests have their leftovers packed up. It's a real shame that so much uneaten food is thrown away.

The food was generally good, but the sauce tasted like ready-made sauce.

During camp, I ate a delicious pizza at the Häring Restaurant. Today, I wanted to enjoy a refreshment (a beer) with my best companion, who is walking the pilgrimage of Saint Crescentia with me. I had raved about the Häring Restaurant because I had attended a Christmas party there in my youth. Today, I politely asked if we could have a beer to quench our thirst. "No, we're a restaurant," was the sobering and succinct reply. We would have been the only guests in the restaurant and would have moved on in 15 minutes. Thank you for your hospitality; I'll enjoy my next pizza with nicer hosts. A few hundred meters further on, we were welcomed at the Ikigai, where the very friendly host, Alexander, welcomed us. He happily fulfilled our request for a pilgrimage beer and even signed our Saint Crescentia pilgrimage book. Is that how you make yourself credible? That's no way to reserve a place in heaven. 😇

Excellent Croatian restaurant, highly recommended. The platter for two is more than enough. The grilled liver is by far the best.

We arrived quite late (after a traffic jam) but were still warmly welcomed! Delicious food, pleasant, hospitable atmosphere. The food arrived in 15 minutes... Absolutely recommended by my family.

Simply great, and has been for years. If you like Croatian cuisine or pizza, you'll feel right at home here. The staff is very friendly, and the portions are generous.

The price/performance ratio is good, but it's on the higher end. Service is courteous. The furnishings could be updated, but I would still go again.

Everything was good. A few more vegetables would have been nice on the plate for the 5th star. The restroom was spotlessly clean, which reinforced the positive impression.

Volle Teller aber kein besonderes Essen. Kaum Gerichte unter 20 € ausser Pizza. Leber (18 €) war ok und viel, Calamari (20 €) nicht so lecker (Gummiringe) und viele Pommes. Für ein Glas stilles Wasser (0,4 l) 4,50 €!!! Auch die Cola (0,4) 4,50 €. Früher guter Kroate mit leckerem Essen und günstig!

The price/performance ratio is OK. Food is okay, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Side dishes are frozen goods, but I expect something different when I go out to eat. But I don't understand why a Croatian restaurant offers pizza and tiramisu. Especially because the tiramisu was really bad and didn't deserve the name. Stick with your Croatian food, the Ćevapčići were great. Nevertheless there are no more than 3 stars. Because I expect something different in a restaurant.

Lots of dishes on the menu. That always makes me skeptical as to whether everything will be of the right quality. I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't a revelation, but it was good to eat. I remembered it worse from the last time I was there a few years ago. We were there with a larger group. I realize that it's stressful for the staff when guests don't respond when their food is brought to them. But that doesn't mean you have to be mushy in your tone. And unfortunately the only comment from the waiter when he poured the contents of a few champagne glasses over me from behind was: "nothing happened" and then smiled it away.

What a shame, you get there at 1:45 p.m. The store is full (about 30 people). You are rudely chased out and told that it will close at 2 p.m. Yes, of course, and then you throw out the 30 who are sitting there???? Never this crap shop again.
