After the drive, we were looking for a snack bar to grab a bite to eat. The food was okay: a cheeseburger and currywurst with fries. It was fried, but it was okay. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. A mop was at the counter, cardboard boxes and packaging were sitting on an old chest, everything was very messy. Service was okay; when a customer came, they put their cell phones aside and served them. Afterward, it was quiet again. It could definitely be better.

The meat is tasty and well cooked, not so mushy

The best kebab I've ever eaten! The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Fresh vegetables, crispy bread, and a homemade sauce that tastes simply heavenly. The service was friendly and quick, and you feel truly welcome.

We actually liked getting kebabs there and thought this would be our new regular kebab. The last kebab, made from leftover chicken, was disastrous. It was just fat, and unfortunately we had to throw it away. We wanted to give the kebab shop another chance, but then we weren't sure where to go. The men just stared at us rudely. Then we decided to drive to Ludwigslust to get a kebab, since there was only leftover chicken like last time, which was just fat. The older employee (who had already been rude to my husband once) then made a stupid remark: He said it's lucky we go somewhere else. It's absolutely not okay to treat customers, or rather former customers, like that. We will never buy anything there again. It's a shame.

Really rude, just because I was thinking about what I wanted to eat and then decided against a kebab, one of them just said, "Thank God." Next time we're in Ludwigslust, we'll go get a kebab.

Food ok, Service fast, nice, there was no problem with space. The menu is not very clear - with the set versions it is not written what is not there from the full menu and what is added from the extras, which can be misunderstood as if the salad with the cutlet cost 8€. There is one bathroom, so it is not known why it is marked as men's.

So we were very disappointed, the currywurst was very flabby and we didn't really like the fries either. The coffee was probably from a thermos flask, at least that's how it tasted. In any case, we won't be leaving the motorway again. 😐

Harald Matysiak's opinion is incorrect. It's simply mean and spiteful to say something like that. We've been going to Kaplan Grill for some time now and really enjoy it. Everything is always freshly prepared. The owners are super friendly and they cater to every request. The shop is clean throughout, and the meals are plentiful. "Just keep up the good work!"

Dürum was wrapped very loosely, the sauce was more of a watery dressing and the meat had hardly any flavor.

Top!! It's been a long time since I've had such a good kebab. We got a kebab and a Turkish pizza - both were really good. Even though it was late at night, it was still fresh and juicy. We can absolutely recommend it!

Also hab jeden döner hier in neustadt getestet und finde dieser hier hat es am besten hinbekommen und super Service bin super zufrieden und empfehle ihm nur weiter

Guter Dönergrill mit freundlichen Besitzern. Das Essen ist gut und man wird freundlich behandelt. Preise sind normal ( Döner 6 Eur ). Im Vergleich zu Aydin im selben Ort wesentlich besser und daher jetzt meine erste Wahl, wenn es um Döner geht. Es wird auch eine Stempelkarte angeboten. Der 10te Döner ist gratis.
