The restaurant is recommended for a successful lunch; the menu is clear and yet well structured. Maybe something a lot more spicy. Nevertheless, the food was absolutely correct. The female waiter was annoyed by questions or changes to lunch dishes, and her expression didn't make any secret of this. Otherwise the service staff were always attentive and courteous. Overall a good experience.

The staff asked a second time what we got because he forgot it after the first time, a latte and a latte macchiato, there was a short spoon with the macchiato, there was no sugar on the table, I got it myself, the only gentleman , who was nice, was the gentleman who cashed in! At the neighboring table, the guest received the wrong drink, although the waitress there also asked a second time what the guest had ordered! It's a shame, the prices for drinks are okay!

The selection and quality of the food at breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the service staff wasn't very attentive. At the beginning we were given the orange juice and were asked if we would like to order hot drinks. These were also brought to the table quickly. That was the service! No further requests for drinks, used dishes were cleared away once in a while when they were already piled up on the table. Vitello tonnato was only added upon request. There is great potential for improvement here, as there were only a few guests present overall.

Today I had lunch with my family in Hildesheim, in the restaurant "KA7", the restaurant is embedded in the beautiful bone carver's office building, which is surrounded by tourists every day. I ate a breaded schnitzel on a crusty bread spread with horseradish. My family enjoyed the meal and I really enjoyed it.The waiter was very friendly and attentive and looked after us optimally.We will certainly visit the restaurant "KA7" more often.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💕💕💕

In the best location in the middle of the square in Hildesheim. Ate the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. Recommended! We ate wienerschnitzel which was super good. The staff were very nice and we were lucky with the weather.

A very nice and tasty restaurant right on a very beautiful square. The staff are helpful and the food/drinks are served quickly. For under €30 you can get a drink, main course and dessert. Food can certainly be enjoyed, portions can be smaller.

KA7 is a non-pretentious restaurant that does not attempt to be something it isn’t. Our visit, however, was marked by details that left the overall experience feeling somewhat under par. The food is nice. Portions are generous in typical German fashion. Prices are reasonable (but steer clear of their wines though, unless you enjoy marked-up wine from the lesser end of the spectrum). When we arrived, it took a while for staff to take our order for beverages. When the beverages arrived, I found that my beer glass had a relatively substantial crack/chip in the lip. No worries here - I got a new glass of beer, and a kind apology. When we were ready to order food, I asked for the porc knuckle. The waitress, seeing that we had a tired 5 year old with us, kindly and considerately informed us that the porc knuckle would take upwards of 15-20 minutes to serve, since this dish is oven-roasted. She suggested I order something else instead. I asked for the rump steak. Tough luck, that was apparently sold out. I ended up ordering a schnitzel. This would all have been fine, had it not been for the fact that the schnitzel (which, as mentioned above, I only ordered because of the projected wait for the porc knuckle) ended up taking more than 25 minutes to arrive. Furthermore, and most importantly, there was no toilet paper in the WC. This really took away from the experience. On top of these things, there wasn’t enough cutlery and napkins at the table. This was, of course, promtly and easily put right when we informed the waitress about it. It has to be said that it was a busy evening in KA7, as there was live music on the square, and therefore a lot of people seated outside. However, it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed on this particular evening. Staff seemed tired and over-worked, and service was consequently lacking. All in all this is a decent place with a cozy atmosphere and fair pricing, but I have a feeling that corners are being cut here and there.

We were forgotten by the kitchen and the waiters were far too busy, so we and other tables were quickly overlooked. The baked potato wasn't cooked through and the mushrooms were cold. I ordered the salad but still got it on my plate. In addition, the food is expensive, which can be justified more by the location and not by the special food. I cannot recommend this restaurant

The staff was very friendly and spontaneously showed us the beautiful interior of the restaurant and the vaulted cellar. Service was efficient and cheerful. Unfortunately, the “Hildesheimer Krüstchen” was a little too soaked in oil and hardly seasoned.

It feels like we've been to KA7 ten times now and we think we can afford to rate it. I'll list it: The food is delicious! The staff is very friendly. The price/performance ratio is good. The atmosphere is rustic and very cozy. The outdoor area on the market square in Hildesheim is undoubtedly a top location. The sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained. There are no long waiting times. Since we have visited very often, we would appreciate it if new dishes appeared on the menu every now and then to offer more variety. The daily special is sometimes a bit too little. We will be happy to continue visiting KA7!

“Reacted confidently” A young waitress had the mishap of pouring an Aperol over her jacket that was placed on a chair. I was immediately offered the option of taking the jacket to the dry cleaner (rinsing it warmly in the bathtub at home also worked here). As always, the food was delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced.

Man zahlt ein wenig für die legendäre Örtlichkeit mit. Trotzdem waren 18 Euro für ein Schnitzel nicht überteuert. Wenn es dann auch gut ist. Hier ist allerdings eher ein "mittelmäßig" angebracht. Die Tomatensuppe vorab war göttlich, die leckerste die ich je hatte. Das hat nat. große Hoffnungen geweckt. Das Holsteiner Schnitzel selber war okay, hätte aber mutiger gewürzt werden können. Die dunkle Soße war zu bitter und zu weinlastig. Die Zwiebeln hätten besser geschmort werden sollen, waren für meinen Geschmack zu roh - davon kann ich nicht viele essen. Die Bratkartoffeln waren wieder super, sogar mit Speck - daran gabs nix zu meckern. Die Toiletten waren sauber und rochen nicht. Fazit: Zwiebeln und Soße haben es im Grunde ein wenig vermasselt. Kann noch nachgebessert werden.

We've been there a total of three times so far. Twice for the breakfast buffet and finally yesterday for dinner. We are already looking forward to the next time! The ambience is wonderful and appropriate, the service is very friendly. Cleanliness and value for money are top. But of course the most convincing thing was the food. Extremely tasty and filling, so you had to be careful not to gorge yourself. The waiters were very friendly, helped with the choice of wine and put everyone in a good mood. The time flew by. If it's too loud for you, you've probably never been to a middle-class inn before. Many voices belong to a restaurant like this. The map is clear, but there is still enough choice. Better less and better. As mentioned above, my best friend and I can't wait until next time :)

A restaurant in a traditional German atmosphere. I ate a schnitzel with a salad, and it was delicious. The waiters are kind and quick.

We were tired of ribs.... Very tasty.... Attentive service.... Delicious beer...

We were there last night with a group of 11 people, but I have never experienced anything like it. The young waiter stated that he “only wanted to take drinks” and “they didn’t trust him to do the rest.” A younger waitress then came and took our meal request. The starters were completely ignored and everything came at once, two main courses didn't come at all. The senior waitress assured us several times that we should have emphasized it more, otherwise it would be logical that everything was brought at once. We had had enough and didn't want to repeat our words again, after all, the hot food was in front of us. The fried potatoes with the herring are dressed with bacon (so not for non-meat eaters) & the salad with goat cheese is barely dressed. Otherwise the food was ok. Since the blanc noir is very sweet, we ordered a bottle of Riesling and then realized that it was more expensive than 5 individual glasses! Since we will never come here again anyway, it wasn't worth starting this discussion with the waitress. Drinks were constantly forgotten. Normally, thanks to the starter, main course & dessert, as well as various side drinks, we don't leave this round for less than €80 per nose. Well, that evening it wasn't even half of it, we couldn't leave it alone anymore... It's a shame about such a great location.

We didn't eat anything there. We asked shortly before 9 if the kitchen was still open and a young lady who was very nice said yes. At that moment an older lady came and told us that the kitchen was closed, which wouldn't have been a problem if she had said it in a friendly tone and not in such an unfriendly, snappy way. Therefore only one star for us. We will be in Hildesheim for a longer time and would definitely have gone to dinner there the next evening. Unfortunately not anymore.

Leider haben wir eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung gemacht. Nachdem draußen zwar nur vier Tische belegt waren, wurden wir von der Bedienung komplett ignoriert. Nachdem sie laut gesagt hatte, sie hätte jetzt Pause, sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen. Wer unser Geld nicht will, bekommt es auch nicht. Man muss sich dann wegen mangelnder Gäste nicht wundern!

I went there for dinner with my husband and in-laws. I had a Caesar salad. This was incredibly earthy/sandy. The waitress apologized but said that there would already be a lot of complaints about the salad today. Then my father-in-law ordered a beer from the menu. After discussions with the waitress, she announced that the beer we wanted was out. We asked for it to be deleted. The waitress was very rude and just moaned that she would pass it on to the boss. I was there for the first and last time.

I haven't felt so unwelcome in a long time - unfortunately the service was subpar. taciturn, unfriendly to stroppy and in 2.5 hours we were asked exactly once for drinks even though the restaurant was almost empty that evening. There was no service staff in sight. We were there in a larger group and would otherwise have liked to have ordered at least 2 rounds more... so unfortunately we went home thirsty. Food was OK. Building very nice and in a prime location.

We were really looking forward to the meal, but were disappointed. There was cartilage in the schnitzel, the fries with the burger were oversalted and not crispy, and unfortunately the sauce with it wasn't tasty either... It's a shame for the money...

Located in the bone cutter house (very nice replica), nice ambience, very friendly professional staff, delicious food and several variations of good Einbecker beer. We have been there several times and can recommend it.

I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately this is not possible. I'm really shocked, but all over again. We were already at Ka7 about nine months ago. We hadn't eaten there yet and wanted to try it out. It was a failure. My husband's food didn't come, only my son and I's. When we asked where it was, we were told it would come soon. It will take another 15 minutes. When it came, it was only lukewarm. No big apology or anything. We paid and left. Today we wanted to give the restaurant another chance, as it is really beautifully located on the market square. So we chose a place in the sun. But what we experienced today can hardly be put into words. The waiter came, the same as last time, and took our drink request. We asked for a menu. This was answered in the affirmative and he walked away. A few minutes later we were served our drinks by a younger waiter. We asked again for a menu. The young man went away and came back with three cards. There were no children's meals on these menus. So I asked if there was also a card for children. He said no and turns to the next table. We were a bit irritated. When he took the order at the next table, I said again: Sorry, we weren't finished yet. He turned to us and I asked if there would be anything for children. His answer: I don't think so today, but I'll ask. Shortly afterwards he came back and said there was nothing for children today. We found this very strange, but then asked for the bill. Now the waiter came back from ordering the drinks and said rather rudely why we couldn't find anything, they had schnitzel and fries, as well as nuggets for children. Then things got uncomfortable. We said that the colleague had just said that there would be nothing. His answer: That would just be a temporary worker. His tone was very stroppy and completely inappropriate. He started arguing with my husband. It no longer had anything to do with professionalism or objectivity. I gave him the money for the drinks on the side, but he threw the bill back on the table and said we didn't have to pay for it, it was on him. But I've never experienced it in such an unfriendly and patronizing tone. We left the drinks and left. This could certainly have been solved differently. We refrained from complaining to his boss because it was just too much. We have never experienced such interaction with customers. We certainly won't go here again and can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A beautiful restaurant in an ancient half-timbered house. We had the roast pork and the schnitzel with asparagus. Both were phenomenal, the service was super attentive and friendly. We would always come back.

Delicious food, super nice and attentive staff. We always enjoy coming here...😎 We ate the delicious “ribs” on Monday. They were delicious as always. The waitress was very attentive and repeatedly asked if we needed more supplies. Once again a very successful evening. April 2nd, 2024 Went to Ka7 again today and ate delicious oven feta from the lunch menu...delicious.

Unfortunately, the ribs weren't "full" of ribs. Given the title, you should be able to assume that ribs would be served later, but another plate was charged extra. Something like this should be made explicitly clear in advance. Otherwise the food was very good, only the staff could be friendlier.

Absolute highlight. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was harmonious and the ribs were great!

Historic building, nice restaurant, nice that you can eat there all day, unfortunately the prices have risen significantly and the portions have shrunk. But the food is delicious!

Unfortunately the food was very poor. The dishes on the new menu have strange side dishes, the popular brewhouse plate with delicious sauces is completely missing. Price performance is no longer right. It's a shame, we always enjoy coming here.

Food very good, Unfortunately the oxen bake a bit small

Great ambience and a very nice house, but unfortunately the price/performance ratio for the food doesn't fit at all! We had the Cordon Bleu "dicken Hermann", the ox cheeks and a small side salad. Plus a passion fruit spritzer and a large bottle of water. The quantity of both dishes was quite manageable and we weren't full, but above all the quality wasn't right... bland ready-made sauces, vegetables completely overcooked without any bite and the meat was rather average in quantity and quality. The 70+ euros for 2 people were quite annoying. At least we now know why the house was only 20% busy on a Friday evening 😉 The best thing was at least the friendly service, although we were a bit surprised why we didn't have a free choice of table given the low occupancy. Conclusion: Unfortunately not recommended for eating, what a shame!

Sure, the eye eats, and it's a nice restaurant with a great ambience, BUT: EUR 8.00 for a blob of goulash soup with dry bread - unfortunately that's completely disproportionate and not a recommendation!

The inn is beautifully decorated, our food was very tasty and well prepared, the beers were a dream!

Ich bin tatsächlich nach 10 Jahren in Hildesheim das erste Mal im Restaurant gewesen, zum Frühstück mit Freundinnen. Es war wirklich lecker, und tatsächlich sogar günstiger als die meisten Lokale, die wir hier in Hildesheim in den letzten zwei Jahren zum monatlichen Frühstücksdate ausprobiert haben. Da meinte ich vor dem Bezahlen schon, wenn es nicht wesentlich teurer ist als die lokale bisher, könnte man durchaus regelmäßig hingehen - und schwupps, selbst mit Heißgetränk(en) dazu, unter 20 € geblieben. Ich dachte bisher immer, dass es "gehobener" ist, das strahlt es auch aus, aber die Preise sagen durchaus, dass jeder willkommen ist 🙂 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Ambiente- freundliche Bedienung

Können das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ambiente ist toll, Bedienung freundlich, aber das Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Wir hatten die Schweinshaxe und das gefüllte Schnitzel. Beides hat uns wirklich den Magen verdorben. Wir wollten den Laden am Ende einfach nur noch schleunigst verlassen und an die frische Luft. Besser woanders hin...

Speisen und Getränke waren gut, leider war die Portionsgröße nicht akzeptabel. Die Toilettenanlagen haben leider den Gesamteindruck abgewertet. Vielleicht werden wiederkommen.

I walked into this lovely building in a recommendation from my hotel, wanting a quick bite to eat around 8.45pm The young girl with long dark hair almost snarled at me when I asked for a table and said the kitchen was about to close and reluctantly she placed at a small table by the drafty door and gave me a menu 10 minutes later two other men came in an wee given a table further inside the restaurant and were greeted with a warm welcome by some of the other friendly waitresses I ordered a schnitzel and fries and a beer which was very nice and served by another very friendly and polite waitress. When I finished I had to ask for the bill as the miserable girl with long dark hair was too busy skulking - she pointed to the till and asked is that what I want to pay ? I asked is that my bill - can I have a print out and a bill / again she asked is that the amount I want to pay - clearly indicating what tip will I add - how rude !! I said yes - she took my card and I paid and she gave me a receipt- never a word of Thankyou, did you enjoy your meal or even goodbye It was a lovely place ruined by a girl who shouldn’t have been in the job if she has no manners and can’t understand how to be pleasant when customer facing I would have willingly given a tip had the girl Ho served my food given me the bill but this dark haired girl ruined the evening for me and lost out on tips to share with her colleagues because she was so rude

Historisches Bauwerk, klassisches Ambiente. Bedienung sehr nett. Alles schnell gestellt. Für ein gemeinsames Essen mit Freunden und Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen gut. Portionen sehr schmal. Preis dafür recht hoch. Mein Wintergemüse leider etwas zu sehr verkocht. Sonst aber alles ein Gut. Gerne mit neuen Besuchern in der Stadt ja. Leider aber nicht in meiner Kategorie hier bin ich jetzt häufig Gast.

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten hier, weil ich unbedingt Gänsekeule essen wollte. War jetzt nicht so günstig, aber auch kein Wucherpreis - ist wohl jetzt einfach so. Die Portion war in Ordnung, hätte aber ruhig ein Kloß und ein Schlag Rotkohl mehr sein können. Meine Frau isst nicht so gerne Fleisch und hier war die Auswahl sehr mager. Sie hat sich dann für den Hering entschieden. Der war im Vergleich zur Gans wirklich teuer und bestand aus wenig Fisch und einfach nur Sahne. Das Ambiente in diesem historischem Gebäude ist allerdings wirklich toll. Trotzdem würden wir hier nicht mehr unbedingt essen gehen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Aufmerksame und engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen. Tolles Ambiente. Wir können das KA7 nur weiterempfehlen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: auf Emails im Vorfeld wurde nicht geantwortet. Angesichts des aktuellen Fachkräftemangels ist das aber erklärbar. Deshalb 5 Sterne!

War echt schön aber ich wurde irgendwann rausgeschmissen weil ich angefangen habe mit Knochen zu hauen. Ich dachte bei dem Namen könnte ich mein Hobby mal so richtig ausleben aber anscheinend nicht. Wissen sie, ich spiele nämlich gerne mit Hundeknochen Schlagzeug, aber die meinten alle das wäre Ruhestörung. Pfeee da hab ich extra mein Schlagzeug mitgenommen… Naja egal Essen war leggaschmegga :)

Sehr schönes altes Fachwerkhaus . Wir haben einen Tisch am Fensterbekommen und konnten schön auf dem Marktplatz schauen wo gerade der Weihnachtsmarkt aufgebaut war . Die Bedienung kam prommt . zuerst bestellten wir Getränke . Die haben recht schnell . Dann bestellten wir unser Essen . Sehr nett der Ober immer einen netten Spruch auf den Lippen . Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und auch genügend . Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir kommen wieder .

Trotz des Hochbetriebes war es gut. Das vorab bestellte essen kam warm und zur gleichen Zeit für 16Personen auf den Tisch. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Nur leider war des Personal teilweiser sehr gestresst und genervt.

Ein tolles Fachwerkhaus, innen und aussen. Gemütlich und übersichtlich. Freundlicher Empfang und Tisch Zuweisung. Eigenes Bier 🍺 und schmackhaftes Essen.

Service war superfreundlich und sehr entgegenkommend, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen und geändert, Ambiente hat sich leider nichts ins Positive geändert, Essen war in Ordnung in Richtung lecker. Verbesserungsvorschlag: wenn ihr schon auf eurer Website eine Reservierungsnummer anbietet, bitte auch ans Telefon gehen und vorallem, LEGT DEN HÖRER NICHT BEISEITE und lasst jemanden einfach in der Leitung👎, wenn ihr auf eurer Website eine Reservierungmail anbietet: ANTWORTET auch, wir hatten Glück, als wir kamen hat eine Meute das Restaurant gerade verlassen, sonst käme man umsonst und geht zur Konkurrenz. Bis auf diese beiden Punkte: 👍🤘👍🤘...wir kommen wieder !!!

Essen war kalt, Rippchen satt heißt, dass man 20-30 Minuten auf die nächste Portion warten muss, Service unter aller Kanone. Wenn die Bedienung mit den Augen rollt, weil man eine Frage oder eine Bitte hat - ein absolutes No-go.

Enttäuschend, serviceorientiert sieht anders aus und ehrliche Freundlichkeit fehlt. Außerdem wurde lauwarmes Essen auf einem kalten Teller serviert. Käsespätzle auf einer kalten Pfanne haben wir auch in keinem Restaurant vorgesetzt bekommen. Unsere Erfahrung: ein schön erhaltenes Gebäude muss nicht zwingend ein gutes Restaurant beherbergen.

Geweldig mooi pand uit 1529 is het houten gotische Knochenhaueramtshaus. Wat een mooie details en vakwerk.

Empfang war nicht sehr höflich Im Gästeraum an der Wand hing eine flackernde/defekte Lampe die nur mit einem alten Tuch abgedeckt war damit das Flackern nicht so stört.Wir saßen im hinteren Bereich oben an der Decke saßen ca 8 ausgewachsene Weberknechte mit ihrem weitreichenden Gespinst.Insgesamt machte dieser Bereich einen ungepflegtn Eindruck.Sauberkeit scheint keine Priorität zu haben.Essen war sehr mäßig 4 verschiedene Gerichte keins davon war gut.2 waren gerade so ok.Rippchen all you can eat gab es nach mehr als einer 1/2 Std Wartezeit beim Nachordern eine 3. Der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Kaffee, nicht mal der erste, nicht inbegriffen. Frische Brötchen nur auf Nachfrage. Ansonsten war der Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Insgesamt zu viert, alles Freunde und alles Hildesheimer, wollten wir das Restaurant KA7 endlich mal ausprobieren. Das Lokal in einem der schönsten Fachwerkhäuser direkt am idyllischen Hildesheimer Marktplatz gelegen, ist einfach und urig, aber passend eingerichtet. Zunächst war zwar die Reservierung aufgenommen, diese aber nicht mit einem Tisch verknüpft worden. Kann passieren, es waren auch noch genügend Tische frei. Im Nachhinein passte dieses Versäumnis allerdings ins Bild. Der Service war leider die ganze Zeit maximal durchschnittlich. Es dauerte zunächst bis wir am Platz bedient wurden, es wurde uns ohne große Begrüßung die Speisekarte gereicht, nach Getränkewünschen wurde allerdings nicht gefragt. Hinsichtlich der bestellten Haxen wurde auf die Wartezeit aufgrund der Zubereitung hingewiesen. Diese war aber absolut akzeptabel. Die Haxen selber schmeckten auch gut und waren schön kross. Allerdings waren die Beilagen sehr klein gehalten. Neben einer überschaubaren Menge Sauerkraut, gab es nicht die aufgeführten Semmelknödel, sondern nur einzelne Knödelscheiben, insgesamt höchstens die Menge eines Knödels. Für knapp 20 Euro leider trotz der ordentlichen Haxe enttäuschend. Wie erwähnt war der Service eher unterdurchschnittlich. Getränke- und andere Wünsche wurden nur sehr gelegentlich wortkarg abgefragt und beide Bedienungen wirkten eher missgelaunt. An freundlichen Small Talk, der einen Restaurantaufenthalt angenehm macht, war dementsprechend nicht zu denken. Insgesamt wirkt aus den beschriebenen Gründen alles recht lieblos und eher auf Einmalbesuche von Touristen ausgerichtet. Ein Besuch ist leider trotz des tollen Umfelds nicht zu empfehlen, da es in fußläufiger Entfernung deutlich bessere Gaststätten mit bürgerlicher Küche und deutlich mehr Engagement gibt. Schade. .

Ein Stern sind schon zu viel. Wir kommen nicht aus Hi, haben hier einen 50. Geburtstag gefeiert, wo wir für danach ein Restaurant für uns & unsere Gäste gesucht hatten. Hatte ca. 1 woche vorher den Tisch für 15 Personen im KA7 mit dem Vermerk für spare ribs und dass es ein 50. Geburtstag ist, reserviert. Die Enttäuschung begann schon beim Betreten. Wir & unsere Gäste wurden leider auf 2 Tische verteilt getrennt gesetzt. Die Getränke wurden noch zügig aufgenommen und schnell gebracht. Nachdem nach ca 20 Minuten noch keiner kam, um die Speisen aufzunehmen, ging ich nach vorne um die Kellnerin zu rufen, die mit dem Handy beschäftigt war. Nachdem ich nachfragte, kam die Bedienung kurze Zeit darauf. Die spare ribs kamen in angemessener Zeit, leider wurden 2 Teller vergessen. Nachdem alle Teller fast leer waren und die 2 fehlenden Teller immer noch nicht da waren, ging ich also wieder zur Bedienung und fragte, wann denn die 2 Teller kommen? Sie öffnete hinter der Theke eine Art ‚kleine Garage‘ und siehe an, die 2 fehlenden Teller waren bereits dort drin um serviert zu werden. Diese bekam ich in die Hand gedrückt und ich bediente somit in dem Moment unsere Gäste und brachte ihnen ihr Essen. Die Spar ribs waren geschmacklich ganz gut, ebenso der Salat dazu. Am Ende fragte meine Schwester; ob wir eine Sektflasche öffnen dürften am Platz, die sie für das Geburtstags“kind“ dabei hatte. Wir hätten nicht einmal Gläser benötigt, diese hatten wir am Platz, es ging einfach um ein kleines anstösserchen zum Geburtstag, bevor wir gehen. Die Kellnerin sagte; für das öffnen der Flasche müssten wir eine Gebühr von 20 Euro zahlen. Entschuldigen sie, sagte ich, es lief heute so viel schief, lange Wartezeiten, fehlendes essen, die Aufnahme der Gerichte wurde vergessen, auch die getrennten Tische obwohl rechtzeitig reserviert wurde und ich meine, wir haben knappe 350 Euro da gelassen, ob das wirklich so sei, dass wir dafür 20 Euro zahlen müssten. Ja, sie hätte mit der Chefin telefoniert, das sei eine Anweisung von ihr, sie könne nichts anderes machen. Na gut, haben wir hingenommen mit der Bemerkung, dass wir leider nicht nochmal kommen werden und gingen wieder an den Platz. Unsere Bedienung, die Frau Kader, brachte die 4 bestellten Espressi und begann auf einmal eine Diskussion mit mir vor allen Gästen, sehr laut, zickig, arrogant, sehr patzig und auch sehr provokant. Ob ich denn bei der Reservierung erwähnte, dass es sich um einen 50. Geburtstag handelt und Bescheid gegeben habe, dass wir zusammen sitzen wollen. - Ja, dass es ein 50. Geburtstag ist, wurde erwähnt, nein, dass wir zusammen sitzen wollen, wurde nicht erwähnt, da dass für mich eigentlich selbstverständlich ist, dass wenn 15 Leute einen Tisch zusammen reservieren, diese nicht auf 2 Tische aufgeteilt und getrennt gesetzt werden. Die Frau Kader brachte dass in ihrer sehr provokanten und frechen Art also so rüber, als hätten wir den Fehler gemacht, denn dann hätten wir Bescheid geben müssen. Die Dame fuhr leider sehr hoch und es war mir neben unseren & auch den anderen Gästen sehr unangenehm. Gut, Thema war dann irgendwann durch. Wir baten für die 4 Espressi noch um Zucker, die die Frau Kader uns bringen wollte. Nachdem der Espresso nach 5 Minuten schon kalt war, holte einer unserer Gäste den Zucker. Die gefragten Servietten beim Essen wurden ebenfalls nicht gebracht. Für Getränke mussten wir die Kellnerin auch immer wieder rufen, selbstständig ist da leider keiner gekommen. Wir sind über 30 Jahre selbstständig in einem gut laufenden Restaurant. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Über die Beschwerden, die wir sachlich und förmlich erwähnten, lachte die Frau Kader nur. Über die Bemerkung, dass das leider nicht so gut war und somit der erste und auch letzte Besuch war, antworte die Frau Kader nur, dass wir das ja so machen können. Keine Entschuldigung, absolut gar nichts. Das war heute der enttäuschendste Restaurant Besuch, den wir je hatten und absolut die Nummer 1 der frechsten und unfreundlichsten Bedienung, die ich je erlebt habe. Kundenzufriedenheit und Service ist hier fehl am Platz.

Great restaurant with beautiful architecture and the food is inexpensive and of good quality. Try the local beer, it’s good.

Fantastisk och god mat. Vi är så nöjda med vårt besök i denna vackra restaurang. Personalen var uppmärksam och trevlig.

Beetje norse bediening, verder mooie plek met uitzicht op mooi marktplein met vakwerkhuizen. Ook vd Valk zit er, echter geheel in stijl.

Sehr netter Service, leckeres Essen, angemessene Wartezeit, vielseitige Getränkeauswahl, tolle Location mitten auf dem Rathausmarkt in traumhafter Kulisse. Deshalb waren wir gleich an beiden Abenden unseres Aufenthaltes in Hildesheim dort.

Unfortunately we did not get the attention to detail from the waitresses as the other tables got, we sat inside. The location & building is amazing. Just disappointed with the service.

Sehr freundlicher Service, tolles uriges Ambiente. Ein kleines, aber feines Frühstücksbuffet mit einem O-Saft inklusive. Brötchen/Brot, Rührei, gekochtes Ei, Bacon, gebratene Tomaten, Käse, Wurst, Fisch, ein paar Salate, Müsli, alles hübsch angerichtet. Reicht! 😊

kurze Bewertung* Der Herr vom Service war sehr nett - freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut sortiert - es wurde schnell bei Aufschnitt und Käse/ Lachs nachgelegt. Es gab leider nur ein doch sehr festes Brot zum " Selbstschnitt" sowie einige Brötchen. Nach einem Engpass wurden weitere Brötchen aufgebacken. Die Preise sind gefühlt schon sehr sportlich.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant! Sehr urig , wie waren zu 5 Mädels dort ! Sehr freundlicher Service ! Essen war sehr lecker und preislich völlig ok , kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Die Lage ist direkt auf dem historischen Marktplatz 1a. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Sonderwünsche werden sofort aufgenommen und nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Die Küche ist sehr gut, waren schon oft hier und haben viel ausprobiert. 100 % EMPFEHLUNG.
