Just Kool in Kiel

I recently ordered 30 takeaway meals from the Orika restaurant in Kiel, and my experience was excellent in every respect. Mr. Wael was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional in his dealings. He handled all my requests and pickup time changes with great patience and cooperation. The food was excellent, and the order was ready exactly at the agreed time. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant, and there was a good number of customers, reflecting the restaurant's good reputation in the area. Overall, I highly recommend the Orika restaurant, whether for large or small orders. It offers first-class service and delicious food that lives up to the quality and reputation of the place.

The tables are dirty, toilets are broken, the food tastes bad, employees are unfriendly

"The food is simply fantastic and the service is great! The prices are also really good. My family and I always enjoy coming here because the restaurant is large and cozy. The food is always fresh and delicious. The variety of dishes for breakfast and lunch is particularly great. Highly recommended!"

Unfriendly, you don't feel comfortable. Most significantly, they failed in terms of sound. They can't make kebabs, and the kebab meat tastes like everything but kebab meat. Definitely a restaurant I won't go to again. I hope the quality improves and the staff is properly trained. And speaks some German so they understand what the customer wants.

An Arabic snack bar with a small bakery. The prices are reasonable in my opinion; the chicken shawarma for €3.50 was a really good snack.

They are all rude, everyone insists, no respect, just rudeness

In addition to bakery and to-go offerings, there is a great selection of Moroccan dishes. Among other things, we had a delicious lamb tagine (the meat was super tender!) and a grilled chicken with lemon liver sauce, excellently seasoned and something completely new for us. The service was very warm and attentive and as the icing on the cake there was fresh mint tea, cookies and dates. If you would like to take a culinary short vacation in North Africa, you should definitely stop by Just Kool.

Super nice location. You are warmly greeted and immediately feel welcome. The restaurant is spread over 2 floors and is very tastefully designed. Cozy seating, the food is lovingly prepared and really tasty. There is something for everyone.
