Josan's bollywood pizza service in Löbau

The food is excellent, the service is pleasant. The ambiance just needs some improvement. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I order from there regularly; everything's always hot and delicious. I can't confirm long wait times (Lieferando usually gives incorrect times). Otherwise, the driver is very friendly and nice, top notch 👌👍

A top address in Löbau for good, fast food. Sometimes delivery times are truly extreme, but that's due to rush hours and limited kitchen capacity; they can't help it. Even if it takes a little longer, it's definitely worth it. I can especially recommend the Indian dishes; the chef is Indian, and he regularly brings spices from his vacations at home, and you can taste it.

We've ordered food from there several times now. The taste and quality are very good. The price and value are also reasonable. What's completely unacceptable, however, are the delivery delays of at least 30 minutes plus X. This urgently needs to be improved. Other providers are doing just fine.

You order 4 hours in advance, and even then the food arrives 30 minutes late and cold!

I would have preferred to give 0, food was cold, too late, wrong food and then something was missing - it was my last order from you.

Never again!!! That was really the last time we ordered from there. The delivery times are probably just for show, with the motto that the main thing is to give a reasonable time, even if you can't make it. We ordered around 5 p.m., the stated delivery time was 6:15 p.m.... At 7:10 p.m. we finally had our food, which is great with small children, of course! My husband's meat doner was a hoot; you could count the meat on one hand... (Unfortunately, I can't add a photo for some reason). After another complaint, he got a meat doner after half an hour that was worth his money... I'd rather invest my time and money in another kebab shop...!!!

No response for 2 hours after ordering! I call and there's no response. The next time I call, a woman answers the phone and says she doesn't know anything. The driver is on the way! Service is absolutely terrible. I'm still waiting for my food!

Delicious. We were happy that Josan delivered to us. The Indian butter chicken was great. The pizza was also very good and 2 casseroles were good. Only the delivery took 2 hours instead of 1 hour. So it's better if you don't feel too hungry right away. All in all we were very satisfied.

We ordered at 5:25 p.m. and at 7:45 p.m. there's still nothing there. We are aware of waiting times, but not more than 2 hours, especially since my little son was so happy and is now completely waiting for his food. Even when we asked, we were not responded to. You couldn't understand her on the phone either. The quality of the food has always been good, fresh and hot but this is really disappointing. Lieferando and her statement also agreed 0.0. No accommodating. Are very disappointed.

The food itself is good, but the stated delivery times can be ignored. The time was 6.30 p.m. and it finally arrived at 7.30 p.m. We ordered at 5.15 p.m.... Of course it's really great with kids...!

We really enjoy ordering from Josans. The food is really delicious, even if you don't expect it from shops like this with the range of selection. No matter whether it was pizza, Indian or burgers, we were never disappointed. So far we have never had any problems with special requests. Delivery time is of course an issue, but I think that's the case almost everywhere. We usually order at 5 and then it doesn't matter when the food arrives. The main thing is that it is warm. For us it was usually still hot. So dear readers: Order early! It's at 5 and I'm going to order something first ;)

Never again!!!! Already ordered the 3rd time and waited over 2 hours each time. You ask on the phone how long it will take and they say an hour!!! The clock there seems to be broken or working differently.

The food is always great, whether pasta, pizza or burgers or rice. Everything tastes great there. Thank you very much!:)

The food was delicious, unfortunately we had to wait an hour longer for the order. Sauces would be forgotten. We found a hair in a pizza... baked in cheese. Disgusting. Driver was very nice and it was the only thing that saved this order. It will take us a very long time to order there again, if at all. Unfortunately, something like that isn't possible for such expensive food.

50€ valuable order never arrived… I called a few times, the woman on the phone said that the “driver” would be there in half an hour. He never arrived. Money taken, no food delivered

Visiting friends today for a spontaneous party, the note goes around and the order list was an A4 page... Every item was spot on, delivered quickly and everything was delicious. Top performance!

We have been ordering there off and on for almost a year. The food is excellent. They respond to customer requests and make a lot possible. The kebab meat for example. is very well seasoned and the Indian food is a delight. Pizza and schnitzel dishes are also recommended, as are the delicious hamburgers. The delivery service is rarely on time, BUT that's because we live 20 minutes outside Löbau. LG

Das Essen war köstlich (indische Gerichte) hat super geschmeckt. Ich empfehle jedem, die Weltküche zu probieren :) 10/10

Die Lieferzeit ist unterirdisch. Wir warten seit Stunden. Inzwischen ist uns der Appetit gehörig vergangen.

Essen top, Bedienung sehr freundlich. Lieferung dauert immer etwas -wer Hunger hat selbst abholen. Ambiente schlicht...aber das Lokal ist auch nicht unbedingt zum Essen vor Ort gedacht.

Am Freitag bestellt, über 1 1/2 Stunden wartezeit, beide Fleischteller groß waren ein witz für diesen Preis was die Größe angeht,(siehe Bilder) Leider auch fast kalt, aber lecker. Aber für dieses Geld zu kleine Portion. Und Brot wurde vergessen.

Ich hab über Lieferando bestellt. Lieferzeit 45 Minuten! Das ging wirklich ruckzuck und die Pizzen waren superlecker! 🥰 Das machen wir auf jeden Fall wieder! ☺️

Essen war ok, haben aber fast 2 Stunden gewartet. Leider ist das meistens so. Unter 70min kam noch nie etwas

Sehr leckereres Essen. Das Chicken Korma ist absolut Empfehlenswert! Meine Tochter liebt die Nudeln mit Tomatensoße und mein Schnitzelverrückter Freund kommt auch nicht zu kurz. Super liebes Personal und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr wie angemessen. Wir kommen gern wieder :-D

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, personal ist sehr freundlich aber die Lieferzeiten sind katastrophal teilweise 3 stunden Wartezeit, deswegen 2 Sterne abzug.

Guter und günstiger Döner. Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Wenn ich mal wieder in Löbau bin, komme ich gerne wieder!
