I wanted to grab something tasty for dinner and ended up here. The food was delicious, but I found the prices a bit too high. I spent €20 on a burger, sweet potato fries, and a soft drink, even though those weren't the most expensive items. Maybe that's the owner's policy, but for that money, you can get a decent meal at a restaurant and still be full. So, in conclusion: Delicious, but expensive.

One star for the nice lady who delivered! Otherwise, a disaster! Cold food delivered after 2 hours, the changes were only partially observed, and the chicken was a complete disaster. Never again.

A dump! Not even my sweetheart was full, and the burger cost €9.90. Furthermore, the burger didn't come with any nuggets! Not recommended. It was my first and last time!!!!!

Today I ordered the lunch menu twice: 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks for under €20. Absolutely fair! The food was hot and delicious, and arrived half an hour earlier than expected. The driver was incredibly friendly and even delivered the drinks in a cooler, which you don't get everywhere. So, there was nothing to complain about, and I'll gladly order again! 👍

Review of the BIG San Remo Pizza: This pizza has absolutely nothing to do with "big." If it were round, it would be a maximum of 20 cm. I ordered it online for pickup and picked it up on time. When I got home, a two-minute walk away, it was completely cold. Unfortunately, the whole pizza was nothing special and rather bland. The price of €12.99 is completely unjustified. The only positive thing is the dough, which is okay, but no better than a ready-made pinsa dough from Edeka. Overall: A shame

Well, I wouldn't necessarily want to eat there in person - the "order room" is filled with stale air from the roasting. We've had it delivered for the third time - the burgers are delicious, so you can't really complain about them being greasy - you should really be aware of that. Only the potato wedges aren't made to order - they're beyond dead and beyond dry - they're so hard, you'd break your teeth on them!

We got our dinner today at the last stop and ordered a Classic Burger, BBC Burger, a corndog, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Firstly, the food was honestly delicious, although the corndog was unfortunately far too dry and lacking in flavor. Otherwise, we can recommend the sweet potato fries and the Classic Burger. The BBC Burger was not well presented and the onion rings were really very small for the price. We ordered the food on site and took it with us. The wait time was 45 minutes, simply too long for our standards, considering that it was quiet and there was also a driver on site. Overall, it's an expensive affair for the few things, but it's worth it solely for the burgers, as they are exceptional in terms of taste and quality. The staff at the last stop were unfriendly and not at all customer-friendly. For now, we won't be coming back, except when we really fancy a good burger, albeit without any sides.

Unfortunately, your website has become very frustrating. I notice that it lags frequently, and I can't add certain things, such as dips. There are major problems with address entry: Often, the location isn't displayed, especially if the same street appears in multiple locations, leading to confusion about whether the wrong location has been selected. Overall performance is extremely poor, and it seems as if the servers may be down. Additionally, the contrasting colors don't match at all, which severely impairs readability, and the logo is far too small. This is all a huge disappointment for the user experience. The previous version of the website was significantly better. I strongly recommend reviewing your entire development process.

My partner ordered a pulled pork burger. When he opened the box at home, the grease leaked out, so he poured it all over the sink. The buns were completely soggy and mushy. Absolutely zero points! My Naples pizza really didn't taste good either, and it was also spicy. I still don't know why or what was spicy about it. Our dessert: apple pie and cheesecake. Well, the apple pie was a soft mass with apple pieces, and the cheesecake only tasted of lemon. Definitely not recommended. We could have spent €40 on a really good meal!

We ate a Buttermilk Burger and a Final Stop Burger today. Both were delicious. The service was super fast and friendly. Simply fantastic. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. I was happy to finally find a place that offers classic corn dogs. I haven't been this disappointed with the food in a long time. The taste was beyond spicy. Well, I don't know if they have to be spicy, but then that should be stated in the description. The kids' meals: The only thing that was gone immediately was the chocolate milk; the rest went back in the box without comment. My chosen cheese noodle burger will stay in the packaging for now until my expectations are lowered. Too bad, I was really looking forward to trying something new and was more than disappointed. For us, it's clear: It's a waste of money, and that's just one thing and never again.

The food is delicious but we have often waited a long time for the food. Most recently a little over 2 hours.

So unfortunately I have to say that I'm really disappointed. My daughter ordered today at 6:20 p.m. Waiting time 120 minutes, so around 8:22 p.m. Everything was still ok but at 9 p.m. there was still no food. Then she called and just said sorry and food would be there in about a quarter of an hour was the answer. At 9:10 p.m. the food finally arrived. I find it really cheeky to have a waiting time of over 2.5 hours. We will definitely not be ordering again.

Very tasty food for every fast food lover and also very nice staff. Unfortunately only standing room for the inside area but the restaurant is also more geared towards take-away orders. Overall very good 👍

The staff is very friendly, and the place is very cozy. You can sit outside; it's beautifully decorated. The food, I could eat it all! Tastes amazing!

The guys are friendly and work quickly, the prices are very reasonable, but the most important thing: they have the best burgers I've ever eaten - anywhere in Germany. The Classic Burger with meat, cheese and bacon simply wins against everything compared to other burgers with the same ingredients. The sweet potato fries are also crispy and delicious, final stop is simply 10/10.

We are really very excited. Have ordered quite often now. Food always came on time and the driver was very friendly. As far as the food is concerned, I can only say that the food is incredibly tasty and always arrived warm. The portions are really great. Even though they seem small, they are actually enough and very filling for a normal portion.

Update: even after a long time we can only report positively. The menu is regularly expanded/changed (which many people can't manage and have the same dishes for years) and it is still delicious. What I also have to emphasize very positively is the following: We ordered pizza without cheese because our son absolutely doesn't eat it. Was delivered with. The pizza was replaced without any problems. Plus: a free dessert. That's what I call customer service. Mistakes happen and replacing them (we were also able to keep the pizza with cheese; Dad was happy) is good service. If there is then an “apology” from the house, that is really commendable. We picked up the final stop burger from you at the appointed time and wanted to eat it straight away. The burger was a complete disaster. It was cold and just mud. Demanding money for this is a bottomless impudence. There is no next for us Once more.

Ordered from you yesterday. We called at 6:45 p.m. and it was supposed to be delivered... we had to wait until 9:45 p.m. until the food finally arrived... in between we called and was told the driver would be on the way at around 8:50 p.m. Accordingly, the food arrived cold and was actually no longer edible. Otherwise we were always happy with you. But perhaps something should be changed if it is not possible for all deliveries to be covered with drivers or simply no longer deliver and prefer to just have them picked up. The driver was still very friendly and apologized. Very unfortunate.

Ordered for the first and last time. My wife had the nacho burger, which was tasty but cold. I had the Farmer Burger, which was just crap. Cold, the meat was too dry, the "sauce" consisted of ketchup and mayo. There was also a portion of "frits" that were half raw, unseasoned and cold (how could it be otherwise) with a sweet chili sauce that you can buy anywhere, the chili cheese nuggets (although really very spicy) were the only positive thing besides the fast delivery and that Friendly driver. Conclusion: Never again.

Unbelievable! Ordered for the 2nd time today. The kid wanted a corn dog and I wanted a burger. Order still went smoothly. Delivery time was given as 59 minutes, which is already very steep for 2 items. After 80 minutes of calling and asking, we were told that the driver would be there shortly. Called after another 20 minutes and canceled the order. The driver (who can do it the least since he is obviously alone) came at some point. Just to be interested, I touched the delivery bag and of course everything was cold. Then ordered from another restaurant, where the food was delivered after 18 minutes! I was a regular customer in Görlitz, but I won't be ordering from Löbau anymore! If it cannot be guaranteed that the delivery service will work, you should change something or set it to collection.

Unfortunately the burger didn't taste good. The burger meat was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. There was no sauce and only a small onion ring was on it. And at over 15 euros it was far too expensive. Unfortunately it was the last time I was with you! If you had read my review correctly you would know that my food was delivered and I wasn't there. So we couldn't clarify anything on site. Furthermore, if the meat is 2-3cm thick, it may very well be burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Maybe you should accept criticism and make improvements rather than brushing off a customer with a flat answer.

As always, it was a culinary delight. Had the Classic Burger. The store was clean and you were treated kindly by the employees. Always worth a visit! In terms of taste, you won't get anything of this standard around here.

very bad attention. I placed an order online and had to wait. I was told there would be a three hour wait. I called to see what the best option they could give me was, but the person who helped me didn't help at all. For this reason I leave my experience with Burger Imbiss.

Ordered and picked up! Food was ready on time. It took less than 5 minutes from pickup to my table and unfortunately the food was cold. Like the last two times. And with the chilli cheese nuggets you had to look for the cheese! Despite everything, the taste of the burgers was great!

The burgers from the “final stop” (Farmer Burger, Triple Burger, BBQ Burger, Classic Burger) are absolutely worth their price. Really very tasty and plentiful. We ordered by phone and received our burgers at the requested time. So we didn't have to wait at all. The young man at the checkout (and certainly on the phone) was very friendly. Keep it up!!!!!!!!

Oh well.... It was a bit disappointing that we ordered food very early for 5:30 p.m. and it was delivered about 1.5 hours later, there's nothing wrong with a little delay, but it was more than that. As a result, the food was totally cold and the corn dog was soggy... a real shame and I paid almost 40e for it. From an organizational point of view, things often don't work out that way ;( When you ask over the phone you are told that the driver is on the way, which is true :D Driver very friendly and really can't do anything about this disorganized shop. Then you cannot offer delivery.

Today we decided to order here and have it delivered to us. For the first time, I haven't been there yet. On football day I could have imagined that they would be very busy. But I really didn't think that there was so much to do that we had to wait 1.5 hours longer for our food (pre-ordered at 11:30 a.m. for 7:30 p.m. and it was there at 9 p.m.). After the first call (after 30 minutes) I was put off, after the second call (after an hour) the driver was contacted. The food was of course as good as cold. It tasted good, but it would definitely have been better warm. For me that means... Either pick it up yourself or order directly somewhere else.

Yesterday we ordered citizens again for a long time. The delivery was very quick and the citizens & fries were very tasty. Special requests were also taken into account. We can't understand the negative reviews that everything falls out... After all, the citizens have a lot on their hands, of course something falls out every now and then, but it's better that way than if you barely got anything for the price and you wouldn't get full... We can recommend the Bürgerladen to everyone 😊

I recently had a corn dog, the taste was good but the portion size for €7 is very questionable. So for 21€ you would be full. Unfortunately far too expensive

Burgers were okay, you can eat them if nothing else is available. But I can't say it's a must.

It would be really nice if the food was delivered at the time you ordered it and not 45 minutes earlier. There will be a reason why you order at this time. Unfortunately, I didn't arrive from work until the time I was supposed to order and then had to eat the burger cold. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were a little over-roasted this time and the promised chili for the chili cheese fries was only paprika. Otherwise we have always been very satisfied.

Supplement 2/2024: Ordered yesterday with the children. A mix of burgers, salad and various fries. We all enjoyed it very much. Of course it's not cheap. But if you compare it with the Golden Seagull: the quality is worlds apart and you won't be hungry again after an hour. So: keep it up, guys! Not a cheap treat, but very tasty! The normal portion size is enough, the XXL portions would hardly be manageable even for someone like me (who can manage a lot).

Wir haben uns spontan heute dazu entschieden ein Abendbrot zu gönnen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis finden wir persönlich nicht gerechtfertigt. Als wir unser Essen abgeholt haben und Zuhause verzehren wollten fiel uns auf, dass die Pommes versalzen waren sowie die Burger kalt waren, viel zu wenig Soße auf den Burgern und das Fleisch an sich geschmacklich nicht gut war. Wir sind wirklich enttäuscht. Unserer Ansicht nach hat der Burger-Imbiss Endhaltestelle nachgelassen. Wir werden definitiv nichts mehr in diesem Laden bestellen. Es wäre uns persönlich zu schade um das Geld. ----------------------------------------------- Um jedoch auch etwas positives zu hinterlassen können wir sagen, dass der Service trotz dieser Umstände sehr sehr freundlich ist.

Sehr lecke Burger und Pommes, Nur zum Empfehlen

Was soll ich hier schreiben, jedenfalls habe ich keine negativ Punkte zu vergeben, wir haben jetzt das zweite mal Burger bestellt und auch abgeholt und waren wieder völlig zufrieden, Geschmacklich gut, auch warm und völlig ausreichend in der Menge. Unsere Fahrstrecke ca.7km dauert 10Minuten und das Essen war noch warm beim Auspacken. Wir kommen gern wieder, weiter so.

Meine Frau und ich hatten uns heute ein Chicken Egg Burger mit Bacon und einen BBQ mit Curly Fries gegönnt und es waren wirklich die besten Burger seit langem :) Auf jeden Fall werden wir in Zukunft öfters bestellen :)

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten das erste Mal dort, weil wir schon viel Gutes von der "Enhaltestelle" gehört haben und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Burger und Beilagen waren richtig lecker und im Handumdrehen fertig. Wir hatten einen Classic Beef Burger, Chicken Crispers sowie normale und Süßkartoffelpommes. Zwei minikleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Honig-Senf-Sauce war für meinen Geschmack zu senflastig und könnte etwas mehr Honig vertragen. Außerdem wären kleine Haken an der Unterseite der Tischplatte sehr praktisch, um Jacken oder Taschen dort aufzuhängen. Wir haben nämlich direkt vor Ort gegessen. Dass man Stehen muss, hat uns nicht gestört. Das ist halt bei einem Imbiss so, der sein Business auf das Ausliefern der Speisen spezialisiert hat, aber wir wussten nicht so recht, wohin mit unseren Winterjacken. Insgesamt nichtsdestotrotz sehr empfehlenswert. Preis absolut gerechtfertigt, Service freundlich und schnell, Essen frisch und lecker, Ambiente passend zur Geschäftsidee. Wir kommen wieder!

Absolut Ärgerlich das Essen ist nicht mal ansatzweise warm oder lauwarm. Es ist alles sehr lieblos auf die Burgerpatties drauf gehauen wurden. Mir ist beim herausnehmen der Burger komplett zerfallen. Geschmacklich aber voll in Ordnung Die Pommes sind knochenhart und völlig versalzen und auch kalt

Das erste Mal bestellt und ich muss sagen,es war verdammt lecker gewesen. Da kann sich McDonald's eine Scheibe abschneiden. Immer wieder gern.

Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir immer nur abholen. Leider ist die Endhaltestelle für uns keine Alternative mehr. Das Essen ist gut, wie erwartet aber zuhause angekommen ist alles kalt. Das verdirbt einem leider den Spaß am Essen. Das Problem wurde ja schon oft angesprochen, daher wäre es vielleicht mal zu überdenken, wie man dieses mit einer anderen Verpackung lösen könnte.

Erste Sahne. :) Schon damals in Görlitz immer alles sehr lecker gewesen und jetzt in Löbau auch. Wir können den Laden nur weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Nachdem ich das Plakat draußen gesehen habe, wollte ich eigentlich garnicht mehr rein gehen, weil es so hässlich ist. Aber drinne musste ich erstaunt feststellen, dass es ganz andera war als man vermuten würden. Klein, leider nur Stehtische, sauber und einen gewissen Hipster Stil. Das Essen war zudem eine echte Granate. Mich hats komplett aus den Latschen gehauen. Es war extrem lecker und auch eine echt gute Portion. Werde jetzt jede Woche mir was holen gehen. Es schmeckt einfach wie selbstgemacht, einfach einfach aber doch sehr geil. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so Jungs!!

Die Burger sind mega! In der letzten Zeit ist mir allerdings aufgefallen, dass das Fleisch deutlich durchgebratener und die Burger nicht ganz optimal zusammengesetzt werden. Aus meiner Sicht ist das abhängig davon wer die Burger zubereitet. Immer wenn sie vom Inhaber selbst zubreitet werden sind die Burger außergewöhnlich gut!!! Schade finde ich, dass die Öffnungszeiten gekürzt wurden und mittags gar nicht mehr geöffnet ist.

Wenn man über die App bestellt, verkürzt man etwas die Wartezeit!!! Mit der Zeit wird die Routine reinkommen um das die Zeit zum Warten kürzer ist. Macht weiter so, euer Preis-Leistung ist top und die Qualität einfach klasse. Wir kommen bald wieder!!!!

Spontan angehalten, bestellt und mitgenommen. Wartezeit war okay für einen Samstagabend, kann man nicht meckern. Der junge Mann war wirklich nett und auch noch voller Tatendrang. Und es war wirklich heiß an diesem Tag, drinnen wie draußen. 😅 Die Burger an sich waren wirklich top. Das Fleisch nicht totgegrillt, das Brötchen fluffig und auch der Rest war super lecker aufeinander abgestimmt. Selten sowas leckeres gegessen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Burger sind fantastisch, und die Fotos werden ihrem Aussehen in Wirklichkeit überhaupt nicht gerecht. Tolle Noten von drei verschiedenen Käsesorten und eine wunderbare Sauce mit einem super Bacon-Finish (Tripple-Cheese-Burger). Einmal waren Pommes ein bisschen zu hart, ich glaube, sie waren zu lange im Öl gewesen. Insgesamt 9/10 Empfehlenswert. PS. Foto mit Hand für Perspektive
