I fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars.... The deciding factor for the 4th is the boss himself 🙂 He is very relaxed, natural and very attentive. You could also say: He has his heart in the right place. He runs the restaurant with his wife, where you can spend cozy hours. Ideal for small family celebrations with a beautiful courtyard area. Happy to come back 🙂

Wasn’t sure what to expect as had read it was a set menu. So glad we did it was the best restaurant of the trip for me. Enthusiastic host who explained the menu and wines he had chosen to complement the meal. All home cooked and absolutely delicious. Great insight into the varied Bulgarian wines. Each course was sharing plates. Thoroughly enjoyable evening, just wish we lived closer! Definitely need to book as very small place.

Alte Wernigeröder Str. 1Very cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant, which is hardly noticeable from the outside. It's very homely. The menu offers a nice variety. We had deer roulade. Very delicious. Conclusion: highly recommended

Barenberg 15 bThe best inn in the region, super delicious food and very friendly staff. Five stars are actually not enough given the price-performance ratio. We'd love to come back! Don't forget to reserve a table.
