So unfriendly and above all very, very dirty. There was a lot of rubbish scattered all over the lawn. Glass doors so greasy! Strange... during the Covid period everything had to be disinfected 100 times... now it's as bad as it never was before.

What can I say: First I got a pork knuckle that was still raw inside, gave it back and got this “appetizing” plate - see photo - without words. Then the chicken schnitzel my daughter ordered was forgotten, which was clearly frozen - again without words. The salad bar was completely empty and wasn't refilled. The cleanliness in the counter - catastrophic! Very disappointing for “Wasner”.

Das Essen schmeckt uns persönlich ziemlich gut, das Problem liegt leider beim Service. Jede Bestellung ist wie im Lotto. Wenn man ganz viel Glück hat, bekommt man mal alles was bestellt wurde. Falsche Beilage, fehlende Extra-Zutaten die zwar berechnet, aber nicht geliefert wurden, falscher oder komplett fehlender Salat, sogar eines der beiden Hauptgerichte wurde schon vergessen. Jedes mal ist irgend was anderes. So muss man eben doch wieder wo anders bestellen. Schade, weil geschmacklich eigentlich gut.

The food doesn't correspond to the price you pay. We have already ordered about 5 times from them with the hope that they will improve, but that hasn't happened. The food was always soggy and cold, unfortunately only 1 star.
