We ate out today. It was very good 👍 The service was excellent. We had just finished our last bite when a couple with a dog came in. There's nothing wrong with that, but the dog smelled so bad, I'd say, that all the good food and enjoyment was for nothing. I would have liked to have had a coffee to finish off, but it was so intrusive and unbearable. A real shame

I've been there twice for dinner with four people each time. It has a cozy, rustic decor. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. We all really enjoyed the food, the portions are really generous, and the value for money is absolutely perfect! You should reserve a table on weekends, though.

It couldn't be better. Very friendly service, very, very good food. Without a reservation, you'd have to wait a bit, but they'll do their best to accommodate. Ouzo is also included afterward, and it's free. It was a fantastic evening. THANK YOU and keep up the good work. We'll be back.

Eating like you're on vacation. Even though I didn't have a reservation, I was able to get a seat after a short wait. I wasn't disappointed; the food was truly delicious...I made another reservation right away.

The restaurant was very busy at 8 p.m. on a Friday. We were lucky to get a table. The dog wasn't a problem. The service was good, the food was excellent! Generous portions, and the tzatziki appetizer was truly delicious. Highly recommended; reservations may be necessary. Note: The sign outside says "Gasthof Adler," but there are clear signs pointing to Janni's Mykonos Restaurant.

We recently moved to Bad Dürrheim and have already eaten at Janni's 7-8 times. The quality is consistently very good, the waitresses are on the ball, and the prices are fair. We will be going to Janni's Mykonos regularly.

Simply the best Greek restaurant in the area

We arrived on a Friday night, completely starving and thirsty, after another restaurant had turned us away – and were warmly welcomed here, even though it was very busy. The team was extremely organized, friendly, and attentive. The food and drinks arrived quickly, were fresh, and incredibly delicious! Unfortunately, no photos – hunger struck first. A clear recommendation, we'll definitely be back!

Hassle-free reservations by phone. The restaurant is rather small for a Greek restaurant and was already busy at 5:30 p.m. Reservations are definitely necessary in my opinion. The service was quick, very friendly and accommodating. The service wasn't above having a joke with our son either. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. Portion sizes are typically large for a Greek restaurant and you will definitely leave the table full. We'd love to come back!

The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned and super tasty. The gyros in particular were very, very good. I can recommend that. The ambience was also good, but the outside area definitely couldn't be nicer and apart from the dried plant above my head, everything inside was really very, very nice 😁

I ordered Gavros. I paid €21.80 for about 20 pieces. I thought that was pretty excessive. The Greek salad was also so-so, and the pita bread probably needed some cooling as well. The wine was good. Lots of room for improvement.

Not real Greek food, and the pitas come straight from the freezer. The service staff is slow and passive-aggressive.

I had already tried a few Greek restaurants. But this one WOW. Mega tasty, simply great. Not too much but it's enough to fill even a good eater. Salad was super delicious, Greek platter was delicious. Unfortunately I forgot to try the liver. So if you're looking for one and want to eat well. I recommend the restaurant. Wow.

Reference for Jannis Mykonos Greek Restaurant in Bad Dürrheim On Sunday, January 5th, 2025, we were able to spend a wonderful evening at Jannis Mykonos in Bad Dürrheim. The atmosphere, the service and especially the food were simply fantastic! We would particularly like to highlight the boss's recommendation: the lamb knuckle. It was cooked perfectly – juicy, tender and full of flavor. While we waited for our table, we were treated to a quick beer right at the counter. A great start to the evening! The highlight, however, was the warm treatment of the entire team. At the end there was a schnapps with the boss himself - a successful end to a perfect evening. The food was good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a very long time for every order - even a glass of water and a coke took 15 minutes. We waited even longer for the bill. After some time the waitress admitted that she had forgotten about us, but even after that we had to wait another 20 minutes. In addition, there are no vegetarian options for the main courses, which is no longer appropriate these days. In general, the restaurant has deteriorated in recent years.

First time after 20 years of living in Germany I found an Hellenic restaurant to be flawless 🥰… The food (meat) perfectly cooked, the salad very good, the place very beautiful and clean, the staff and the owner were all very happy people 🥰, and above all the chef and owner is Greek and knows how to cook. 🥰 We recommend you 100% if you are from the surrounding areas or tourists from Greece to go and try. The city is perfect and close to Zurich for anyone interested 🥰

This was our second time at Jannis Mykonos and we weren't disappointed this time either. The food was again incredibly good and authentic. Particularly noteworthy were the lamb shank and the chicken breast with cream sauce – both were absolutely delicious! The service is also very nice and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Visited 06/21/24. Great Greek restaurant, very nice staff and owner. Top food, everything fresh and totally delicious. I had the #96 Girades Saganaki for 16.50. A very good choice, I was craving fish or seafood. The scampi with peppers in tomato sauce come in a small pan and therefore stay hot for a very long time. Plus a nice side salad, bread for dipping and very good fries. Really TOP 🔝 Thank you very much, I would love to come back!

Unfortunately it wasn't possible to reserve a table, so we couldn't try out the much-praised quality. The phone hung up straight away and was then constantly busy. It's a shame, apparently you don't need it.

Reserved by phone and confirmed by email. Still didn't work. The staff was on the ball for this. Food was ok. I had tapas and the yogurt under the sauce. Unsuitable for dipping as tapas were soggy. A pity. The fries were nice and crispy.

Ein gutes Zeichen für ein Restaurant ist sicherlich, dass es quasi immer ausgebucht ist, am Wochenende hat man ohne Reservierung keine Chance, unter der Woche wird es vermutlich auch eher Glückssache. Das Ambiente ist eher im schlichten Stil eines Wirtshauses. Dafür ist das gesamte Personal sehr engagiert und freundlich. Es wird griechische Küche geboten, ohne Besonderheiten. Das Niveau der Gerichte ist gut, haben wir aber schon besser erlebt. Insgesamt war alles für griechische Küche zurückhaltend gewürzt. Insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant, das wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Bad Dürrheim wieder in Betracht ziehen werden.
