Gasthof Rössle in Bad Dürrheim

Very nice service with fine food. We'd love to come back.

We reserved a table for lunch on November 11, 2024. The food was good middle-class average, although the prices were high. My wife had Bombay Curry with rice, which wouldn't have been bad, a bit more meat instead of a lot of fruit for the price of €21.80. I had Swabian onion roast with my own spaetzle, which was very pale and limp, the onion roast was not chewy medium medium because it had tendons running through it, for €27.80 And what was even more disturbing was the artificial laughter of the waitress (2). Never mind once, not again. P.S. The shandy for dinner was very tasty.

We ate 4 different menus there twice. The food was delicious and there was enough. Very friendly service.

Today with 8 people there. Somehow they weren't as well coordinated as usual today. The food came at some distance. The desserts didn't come far behind. Nevertheless, it was delicious again and hopefully the service will work again next time.

I booked this accommodation based on good reviews! Could have had a room locally for €30 less. But unfortunately it wasn't worth it. Averagely furnished, everything you need available, not very clean, noisy on the main street. After liquid was accidentally spilled, you could see that the laminate floor had only been vacuumed but not mopped. Also corners in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, no fresh baked goods, only baked rolls, no bread or mares, etc. Very little fresh goods. (peppers, cucumbers, quark) if so, then counted. Everything is more or less packaged in portion packs like in a hospital. There is no indication that you can get eggs prepared other than boiled and cold. Maybe e.g. Scrambled eggs with or without bacon. There was a lack of an appealing selection of cheese, sausages or even salmon. I would have expected that given the price of the room. I got to know many other accommodations with corresponding services that were cheaper.

We stayed at the Rössle for one night. Our room was big enough and nice and bright. Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern and large, everything was clean. The only thing that isn't great is the view. But what the heck, for one night we didn't care. The breakfast buffet was great! We had everything our hearts desired: rolls, sausage, cheese, sausage spreads, cream cheese, butter, probably 6 different types of muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, various grains, eggs,... What more could you want? Nothing! Simply amazing!!! We can't judge dinner because we didn't eat at the Rössle. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (at check-in, check-out and at breakfast). We'd love to come back!

There were four of us and we had four different menus. All four looked very appetizing and tasted excellent. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant definitely deserves five stars. Rooms cannot be rated as we were only here to eat.

We were only there to eat so I can't comment on the rooms. The restaurant is rustic but very nicely decorated. Old dark wood, comfortable rustic chairs and well-padded benches. Decoration very nice and suitable ambience Super friendly employees, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The food was terrific. Really good home-style rustic cuisine. Large portions - you definitely get something for your money. For seniors, everything is available in smaller quantities but still sufficient There is also a sufficient selection of children's meals The toilets are clean and tidy. There are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant, and the restaurant itself is easy to reach. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to go out for a good home-style meal.

We had a family dinner with 8 people at the Gasthof Rössle. Service very nice. Temperature in the guest room was uncomfortably warm. One person at the table had already finished eating when the others received their dishes. Schnitzel (pork) with fries and salad for just under €24 is very sublime. The ketchup ordered with it (1 sachet) costs another €1 extra. Unfortunately that is not appropriate at these prices.

The food is good 👍 Price is 30% higher than a year ago. Back then, the toppings were included. Now the main courses are more expensive and the side salad costs €7.80 extra. You can quickly find yourself between €25-40 with a salad. That's intense, it's a shame we're from Dürrheim and have been here several times, but that's beyond the scope. This is also great for Swiss customers.

Ein toller Gasthof mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben einen leckeren Zwiebelrostbraten mit Brot gegessen. Auch das Hirschgulasch hat dem Rest der Familie gut geschmeckt. Nur beim Nachtisch den Apfelküchle hatten wir das Gefühl, es war Convenience-Foot.

War bei unserem Besuch leider geschlossen, öffnet erst um 17 Uhr

Wir waren im Restaurant, es war gut aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Wir hatten die Filetpfanne 3 wirklich kleine Scheiben Fleisch für 27 Euro. Die Spätzle hätten bissfester sein können, es war eine gute Hausfrauenleistung, aber ohne Raffinesse. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Wir waren im Nachhinein schon enttäuscht. Der Service war gut und freundlich.

Absolut leckere Gerichte. War vor 3 Jahren schon hier, es ist mindestens genauso gut wie damals!!! Ich werde wiederkommen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Spontan dieser Gasthof entdeckt. Super freundlich man merkt das die Besitzer die gastfreundlichkeit leben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Essen hervorragend. 5 🌟. Dessert: Apfelküchlein Perfekt als hätte sie meine Mutter gemacht. 6 🌟 Zimmer alles sehr geräumig und stilvoll. Super geschlafen. Trotz schräglage des bodens :-) das Haus ist eines der ältesten in der Ortschaft. Wurde im 2014 kpl. Saniert mit sehr gutem ergebnis gutem Ausbau. Wir empfehlen diesen Gasthof jedem. Wir bedanken uns bei euch und wünschen euch allen weiterhin viel Erfolg und Spaß.

Kleiner aber feiner Gasthof mit sehr schönen Hotelzimmern. Zentral gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Therme und Kurpark. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Tolles Essen im Gasthof. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Ein feines Restaurant und eine gediegene Stube ergänzen sich perfekt. Das Essen überzeugt ebenso wie der Service. Besonders zu empfehlen sind gut bürgerliche regionale Gerichte. Salat und Nachtisch runden perfekt ab. Als Beispiel: ein kleiner Salat, Gordon Bleu und Apfelkuechle. Die Erfahrung der letzten Jahrzehnte ist eine klare Empfehlung. ———— A fine restaurant and a dignified parlor complement each other perfectly. The food is just as convincing as the service. Well-bourgeois regional dishes are especially recommended. Salad and dessert round off perfectly. As an example: a small salad, Gordon Bleu and Apfelkuechle.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel ! Parkplätze vor dem Hotel! Zimmer war schön und gross,genauso das Bad! Im Restaurant kann man gut essen,allerdings Mittwoch und Donnerstag ist Ruhetag. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Frühstück und Bedienung waren top👍

Nettes Restaurant. Zentral gelegen. Service war flott und freundlich. Essen war gut. Qualität meines Rump Steaks war gut, Garpunkt perfekt. Atmosphäre insgesamt etwas old school.
