I ordered and paid online from Lieferando. The order showed as delivered in the app after 30 minutes, but I didn't receive anything. On the phone, an employee who barely spoke German said the package would arrive in 20 minutes. An hour later, there was still nothing, and then no one answered the phone. Pure scam.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Arabic restaurant Ana w Yaak (Jaliya) and was absolutely thrilled! The quality of the food is simply top-notch. The meat was incredibly tasty and juicy – ​​perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The salad selection was also great! Fresh, crisp, and with delicious dressings that complemented the flavors wonderfully. The combination of delicious meat and refreshing salads made the meal a true delight. The friendly service rounded off the visit perfectly. I highly recommend Ana w Yaak (Jaliya)! An absolute must for any lover of Arabic cuisine. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The shop is my insider tip in the neighborhood ❤️ The service is always extremely friendly and everything here is really made by hand. I love the vegetarian and vegan selection here. The fattoush salad is full of fresh herbs, the falafel is fried to order and is incredibly crispy, flavorful and creamy on the inside. The fatteh is so delicious and rich that you can go straight back to bed afterwards 😂 You can also sit surprisingly well on the small terrace!

I live nearby, the food is always fresh and tasty, the plate portions are generous and the sandwiches are balanced. For me, the shawarma and falafel sandwiches are among the best in Neukölln. My absolute favorites are the pickled cucumbers and pickled radishes. The atmosphere is familiar and the staff are always super friendly and helpful and are always happy to fulfill personal requests.

Quantity of food on the plate is appropriate for someone who wants to lose weight . Which I do. Which also means i left hungry, after spending 9 Euros for a vegetarian plate. Because of the good reviews, I took a detour to try out this place. Hit and miss.

Unfortunately, the vegan falafel in the bread disappointed me, even if the people were very friendly. There was hardly any sauce, the salad portion was far too small and I found the price-performance ratio to be unreasonably high. It's a shame, I expected more.

Ordered a halloumi plate. Gave 5 pieces of halloumi, a few pickled cucumbers, a few fresh cucumbers and a few thin slices of tomatoes. Plus a thin sauce. Bread was only available upon request. €9 for that. I find it very exaggerated. Edit: the hummus and salad mentioned in the answer were not available. Unfortunately, it was not possible to ask because the employee (who was actually friendly) unfortunately spoke almost no German and no English.

Absolutely great since the change of ownership. Super tasty, had the chicken skewers and the hummus, really good and tasty from the charcoal grill. Great seasoning. Soooo much better than anything nearby. I can highly recommend it, the price is also very good. Looking forward to trying more.

Berlin has lots of places with falafel, but I've found that most of them are actually quite mediocre. Not this one. I was a bit worried because the place and decoration is actually quite cheap and it doesn't look great, but man is the food worth it. I had a falafel-makali sandwich. Best one I've had in Berlin by a lot. I had to stop myself from ordering a second one just after finishing the first one. And by no means was the first one small. I've also had some Kisir and it was great as well.

A bit away from the busy Karl-Max and the competition. The falafel taste fresh and the service was friendly but I has hoping for more sauce and variety of pickles. The spicy sauce was schiracha so that was a bit disappointing. Falafel teller for 6€ slightly above what I would pay in Wedding.
