Were there for dinner on Sunday, good beer from our own brewery, menu very large selection and delicious.

Five stars for a middle-class restaurant? I say: YES! Because here I don't expect the service or the menu of a starred kitchen from the "Michelin Guide". My expectations are good food at a reasonable price with good service in a nice environment. And THAT is exactly what we were offered. Thanks to our waiter, Mr. Islam, for the great service - just great. Of course we will come back and bring our friends with us 😀.

We have been eating here off and on for many years. The pizzas are great, the beer is really good and the boss is very nice. What more do you want.........

I enjoy eating there often. Delicious pizzas and kebabs, moderate prices, very friendly staff. Plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the house or opposite the train station. Yes, it should be possible to pay with the card in 2024. The restaurant is right next to the street and there's really no relaxation there. Service was very slow and rather unfriendly. I have no idea what the food is like because, like most people, I don't have any cash with me

Initially, ordering by telephone went completely smoothly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and immediately informed me when I could pick up my order. This clear communication made the entire process very pleasant from the start. When I arrived on site, I was immediately served in the specially set up pick-up area. My food was ready on time and carefully packaged so transportation was hassle-free. The pickup stand was well organized and there were no waiting times, which I found to be very customer friendly. The most important part: the food itself. The portion was generous and I was completely impressed by the quality of the food. It was not only delicious but also filling. After the meal I was pleasantly full and completely satisfied. Payment also went smoothly; I paid in cash and the staff here were also very friendly and efficient. Overall, my experience was extremely positive. From the smooth ordering to the punctual pickup to the delicious food, everything was perfectly organized. I highly recommend this service and will certainly be returning soon.

We have been visiting Jägerbräu for many years. Now we turn our backs on him. The restaurant was a favorite due to its convenient location, very good price-performance ratio and, above all, the friendly staff. What happened now?! The fact that prices in the catering industry have risen is absolutely understandable and valid. At the same time, the portions in Jägerbräu were also significantly smaller. For the grilled pepperoni, for example, the portion is about 1/3 smaller. Both in terms of the number of pepperonis and the accompanying flatbread. There is also no longer a free choice of seats. The two of us came to an almost empty restaurant and had to take a table for two directly opposite the door and therefore in the draft. On several occasions the waiter was brisk, to say the least. The seating is now very tight. During one of our visits there was a wheelchair user present. Four people had to get up for him to get to the door. But even without a wheelchair you have to sit quite close to the table. Otherwise it will be difficult for waiters or guests to get through. Another point of criticism is poor communication. We were sitting and had already had our drinks when we found out when we ordered our food that there was currently no pizza available. With all due respect, this is one of the highlights and a significant part of the map. This should have been pointed out beforehand with a sign on the door, but at the latest when the menu was handed out. The next disappointment followed immediately. I decided on a kebab plate. The last time I ate it there – there was meat, sauce, salad and fries on the plate. This time only meat, sauce and fries in a “manageable” quantity. Empathy and service mentality were lost here with the change in personnel. It's obviously just a matter of processing as large a mass as possible as quickly as possible. It's a shame that the boss can't assert herself with her previous warm and open manner.

After I accidentally hit him with the chair while getting up, the waitress pushes the chair directly into my back and does so deliberately. Something so unprofessional and rude. I was also insulted. Completely crazy - I've never experienced anything like that.

Update from March 8th, 2024: We were regular guests for many, many years. Unfortunately, after our original 5-star rating, we can now only agree with the more recent reviews. The service was originally super friendly and communicative - especially towards the regular guests. The new waiter cannot currently keep up with this original standard. Prices went up a bit everywhere, which is absolutely fine. Unfortunately, the portions became significantly smaller at the same time. The price-performance ratio is still good. We no longer order an appetizer, a second drink and we also skip the coffee afterwards. The restaurant is conveniently located, which is why we still stop in on the weekends between gardening jobs. However, we reduced the frequency of our visits and the number of people with whom we come to the minimum. Unfortunately, what was special about this place was lost. We are curious to see whether anything will change and will be happy to post again.

Went to Jägerbräu again today. The waitress (boss) was very friendly, even though she was very busy. Italian salad is a large portion and is super tasty 😋. Pizza 🍕 excellent!!! We recommend.

I ordered a pizza and the food wasn't good at all, very carelessly made unfortunately and many things felt like it wasn't cooked through. Unfortunately, service was more than just bad and a gentleman complained on the phone. Unfortunately very disappointed, I've only heard good things but unfortunately I have to say at least with my order it was exactly the opposite. Will not order there again. But you have to know.

Meat quality is very good, but the kitchen goes with the chef. No spices and no Gorgonzola in the Gorgonzola sauce. Waiter very nice

Wir waren mit 4 Pärchen und haben sehr gut gegessen und getrunken.

Wir sind früher gerne ab und zu her gekommen. Als Bedienung war Inge immer sehr freundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Doch die Chefin hat eine furchtbare Ausstrahlung. Sie wird schnell pampig und unfreundlich wenn man zb. Anmerkungen hat oder etwas nicht stimmt. Sie hat uns das falsche Essen gebracht (war für einen anderen Tisch) und hat es mir einfach vor die Nase geknallt und sagte " Nein, das ist Ihr Essen." , als würde ich nicht wissen was ich bestellt habe. Von Service abgesehen sind die Rationen enorm klein geworden. Der Dönerteller hätte nicht Mal ein Kind satt gemacht. Wir waren gerne früher hier aber kommen nicht mehr wieder. Sehr schade.

Qualität, zumindest beim Döner und Yufka zum mitnehmen hat deutlich nachgelassen. Der Preis ist (in der heutigen Zeit) wahrscheinlich unschlagbar für 4,50-5,00 Euro, aber für das was man dafür im Moment bekommt noch zu teuer. Sehr, sehr schade. Noch vor einem halben Jahr war die Qualität um Welten besser. Das war leider vorerst das letzte Mal.

Tried Yufka and Döner - both had totally the same ingridients and taste. Both were a bit too salty and undercooked. The onions were chopped badly - way too big and raw, spoiled the taste. Even though it looked exactly like something a 5th-grader would cook for himself, it was still better than the German average.

Sehr tolle Gaststätte selbst gebrautes Bier leckere Speisen gerne und immer wieder

Wir waren hier letzte Woche essen mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Wir hatten uns vorher telefonisch angemeldet und eben da auch gesagt, dass Kinder dabei seien. Wir wurden in die Mitte des Lokals gesetzt. Nachdem die Kinder gegessen hatten sind sie aufgestanden und um den Tisch gelaufen. Sie hatten Spaß und haben keinen anderen Gast gestört. Lediglich die Bedienung hat sich dadurch gestört gefühlt, ich meine "unerhört" war ihr Wortlaut. Danach hatten wir die Kinder etwas gezügelt, jedoch kann man 2 jährige schlecht am Tisch fest binden. Als diese wieder aufgestanden waren, hat die Bedienung eins der Kinder unter den armen genommen und an den Platz getragen und meinte "da setzt du dich jetzt hin". DAS ist für mich unerhört. Fasst man etwa ungefragt fremde Kinder an? Wenn man sich durch freundliche, lachende Kinder gestört fühlt, kann man das sofort bei Reservierung sagen, dann hätten wir uns ein anderes Restaurant gesucht. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir hier zu essen waren, geschweige denn etwas zum abholen bestellt haben.
