Wie jedes Jahr besuchen wir das Lokal, da es nicht weit weg vom Pullmann ist. Wir essen abends in Berlin immer auswärts , aber immer bei anderer Küche (Italienisch, griechisch, chinesisch, indisch)Das Essen ist richtig lecker, auch war die Atmosphäre deutlich besser als vor einem Jahr. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen im Oktober wieder ( Wohnhaft in München) . Preise haben schon richtig angezogen, aber so what,...

The lunch menu outside was apparently only for people who work around there. After I specifically asked for the lunch menu gyros, I was then unknowingly served the "full price" 20 euros gyros on the real menu and only found out when I paid. Ridiculous. Pity you have to operate by scamming people.

Very unfriendly service, bordering on rude. We were in a big hurry and barely had time to have a drink beforehand. 3 different waiters came to ask if we finally wanted to order. Food was mediocre, portions far too large, meat was dry and the mixed grill included 1 small and very well done lamb chop.

Beautiful atmosphere- surrounded by threes on a big but quiet part of town. Horrible service. Waitress refused to speak to me and only wanted to speak to my partner as I don’t speak any German and he knows a bit. She said ‘English? No!’ We waited over an hour for our food. Waitress and other staff came around a few times but didn’t seem to care enough to realise our food wasn’t there… over an hour later, we lost patience and asked what happened. They actually didn’t register the order at all. We were til that sometimes it happens. Another 15 minutes later they brought the food out. They gave us a glass of beer each but no proper apology. Bland food. For dishes that costs more than 30 euros each, they shouldn’t use frozen seafood. Maybe for half the price… or less….. Would not recommend it. Expensive and really not worth the time or money. Was surprised they charged full price after all the messing around.

There were three of us there last night. After much consideration, we decided to give the restaurant a chance. When we arrived on site, disillusionment quickly set in. The service was subpar, on the one hand we had to ask after over half an hour whether we could order anything at all, and on the other hand the waiter was unfriendly. We weren't paid much attention. The food came relatively quickly. It was very carelessly arranged. The side salad was a bag salad consisting of some green lettuce and grated carrot. The rice was extremely dry, the meat was tough and the gyros was not recommended at all. The pieces are way too thick, not tasty and full of fatty meat. Absolutely not edible. We had to wait so long for a high chair that we were almost finished eating. At least what was somewhat edible. While we were paying the bill we talked about what was absolutely not right. We were offered an espresso as an apology and told us that we weren't happy with the food today. Absolutely no go. To make matters worse, 2 of us got stomach aches from eating tonight. We absolutely cannot recommend the restaurant, the food is bad and the service is a disaster. We advise everyone to find another Greek nearby.

Wonderful experience! The food was excellent but it is the manager who makes this place a delight! Sorry no food pictures but we thoroughly enjoyed the lamb chops and pork cutlets with hollandaise. The Greek salad was excellent and the ouzo was flowing!

Even though it's in front of the InterContinental Hotel, it's great to stop by late at night. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. You can eat to your fill at a reasonable price compared to German prices, and the fried lamb and baby calamari are especially delicious.

Worst restaurant ever, all the dishes served were frostbitten. Even was salad not fresh and sticky from the 1000 island sauce:-(((, tzaziki - forget it . Run away. The Horror restaurant.

Location easy to reach, terrace around the restaurant perfect in summer, hard to bear inside. Appetizer Saganaki very salty and small. Main course calamari was ok but rice had hardly any taste. Nice Mythos beer on tap. I think the prices are very high.

My husband and I were in Berlin from Thursday to Sunday and on the day we arrived in the afternoon we looked around for good places to eat. My husband then found Ja Niko Ja and we went there for the first time on Friday. We were warmly welcomed at the door with a smile and taken straight to a table. We immediately got the memory card and immediately found what we wanted to eat and ordered. We didn't have to wait long for our food or drinks, the staff was very friendly and super nice and also in a good mood. On Saturday we went to dinner there again and were greeted very nicely and warmly. At first we couldn't go into the restaurant because there was a school enrollment party there, so we sat outside. Ordered our food and drinks. We didn't have to wait long until our food came, unfortunately we were repeatedly interrupted by wasps while we were eating because they were getting worse. My husband asked if we weren't allowed in because I have an allergic reaction when I get stung. The ambience is quite pleasant and cozy. However, I cannot recommend eating the fish there. It tastes almost like nothing, and if you do taste something, it's the half-burnt salmon. The waiters are friendly, but... I accidentally had salad thrown at me, and unfortunately their knowledge of German wasn't the best, which is why 1 out of 4 meals was wrong.

Loveless restaurant with poor service. Coffee was nothing special and the service staff didn't speak a word of German. I had to go in extra to pay because absolutely no one came with the bill. Underground!

We didn't walk in spontaneously, a large restaurant near the zoo. 2024-07-27. We ended our pub crawl at this pub and it was a very nice and polite staff who went the extra mile for us. We each had a wießbier which tasted very good! We would love to come here again!

Despite its proximity to the street, the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space to linger. There was an ouzo before and after the meal, which is another positive thing. The price/performance ratio is neutral for Berlin standards. What should be mentioned negatively is that the gyros were not crispy and were only served lukewarm and poorly seasoned. The fries weren't completely done either. My partner's dish (chicken with rice) was delicious, but the rice wasn't convincing. When paying the bill, the waitress naturally accepted a tip; i.e. the change was not returned. That is not how it works! Conclusion: Worth a visit for holidaymakers passing through if the cuisine is a little better.

Unfortunately the owner isn't there today either. Last Saturday this bouncer turned us away even though the restaurant was empty on Saturday evening. I had visitors from Belgium and there were eight of us guests. Apparently there was no room for us, even though the place was completely empty. The “bouncer” turned us away with the argument that the seats were reserved. Which of course wasn't true. However, I can understand that the permanent staff sometimes need vacation. However, it would be advisable to take company holidays and not leave the restaurant in the hands of amateurs. No star 🌟 for the service today. Unfortunately

Onderbemand restaurant zonder structuur. We bestelden wijn toen we het hoofdgerecht kregen, maar die is er nooit gekomen. Toen we de rekening vroegen wou het meisje alsnog het gevraagde karafje brengen, nee dank u. Veel te grote kaart, dus het eten kan onmogelijk vers zijn. Dat getuigen ook de gerechten die we kregen. Opgewarmde diepvriesgroenten zonde enige smaak met zielige scampi. Alles lijkt wel uit de grootkeuken van het ziekenhuis aan de overkant te komen. Beslist een no go in de toekomst!

I recently visited the Greek restaurant “Ja, Niko, ja” near the Ku’damm and overall I was very satisfied. The shop is good, even if it doesn't have much to do with a Greek atmosphere. Nevertheless, everything was nice and great. The food was also good and quite bearable. Overall, a positive experience that I can only recommend.

The Greek barbecue restaurant across from the hotel serves delicious grilled lamb chops. You can take bus number 200 to reach the doorstep, and for three main courses and three drinks, it only costs 80 euros, which I think it offers great value.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the homemade tzatziki was wonderful, but afterwards I was served cheap frozen goods that were carelessly prepared. I had to leave the food behind. Instead of puff pastry there was dry biscuit dough (cheap goods). When I pointed this out in a friendly manner, I was casually replied: "It probably wasn't to your taste. No apology came, just dirty looks.

Der Chef sagte, wenn unsere Mannschaft gewinnen sollte, sollen wir wieder kommen und er offeriere uns Getränke. Er hat Wort gehalten, nach dem Sieg unserer Mannschaft hat er uns eingeladen. Ordered the filet platter- meat was cooked well but was bland in flavor. The best part of the meal was the coke zero. Also took another 20 minutes to pay. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

No Niko... Really not... We were at Ja Niko Ja two weeks ago. My girlfriend and I ordered an appetizer plate and wanted to share it. What was brought to us was the worst food I have ever had from a Greek. The plate consisted of some not tasty dips, canned grape leaves and in the middle a large portion of broad beans in canned tomato sauce... Cold! It didn't taste good at all. There was also a pitiful portion of bread. There were four people in service that evening and the restaurant was not very busy. Nevertheless, all four service people completely ignored us. We sat on the terrace. The waiters and waitresses were around us regularly. But only for smoking or playing on their cell phones. My girlfriend and I didn't eat any more because the food was really unappetizing. After almost an hour a waiter finally came to us, although he was friendly, our mood was already in the basement. We put the plate back and didn't order any more main courses. At least the ladies and gentlemen there probably knew what they had served us, because the mixed desolation of starters no longer appeared on the bill. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant as it is currently run.

Gyros are soggy, certainly haven't seen a grill in the last three weeks, nor have the fries a deep fryer. The waiter can also pick up dishes just by number, that says it all.

Als Stammgäste in griechischen Restaurants, haben wir eine ganz gute Idee was uns erwarten sollte. Hier wurden wir allerdings mal überrascht, leider nicht positiv. Die Bedienung ist etwas hektisch und forsch, wohl fühlt man sich da nicht. Das ist aber weniger das Problem, wenn das Essen dann passt. Auf dem Foto sehen Sie eine Platte für 2 Personen zu schlanken 70€. Satt macht die sicherlich, da etwa ein halbes Kilo Reis drauf liegt. Zum Glück hatten wir die Kritharaki statt der anderen Beilage (Knoblauchkartoffeln meine ich) bestellt. Den Reis konnte man schwerlich essen, Al dente wäre eine freundliche Umschreibung für den trockenen Haufen. Als Gemüse gab es 2 Häufchen Karottenraspel, leider waren die auch schon ausgetrocknet. Das Fleisch bestand aus 2x Rind, 2xLammkotelett , 2x Hähnchenbrust und 2x Bifteki. Lamm fettig aber Ok, Huhn ok, Rind zäh und trocken, Bifteki für mich Ok, für meine Frau nicht. Sosen oder Tzatziki gibt es zu der Platte nicht , jedoch einen Bauernsalat, der von der Größe her eher an Bauernsalat für 1 Person erinnert. Fassen wir zusammen, der Laden lebt vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel und Touris, so kommt dann auch der Schnell rein- Schnell raus Service , der Preis und die Qualität zustande. Für uns der schlimmste Reinfall seit Jahren. Wir hatten uns schon gewundert warum im ( ich glaube korsischen) Lokal nebenan soviel mehr los war.

Unfortunately it wasn't the case that I can recommend it: - Most of the service only spoke English and was quite disorientating - the starter came before the drinks - the empty plates were ignored for about 15 minutes - I had to wait over 50 (!) minutes for the main course because the service had forgotten to order the food in the kitchen. It was a Sunday evening and it wasn't crowded. There were a few tables outside that weren't occupied, but there were hardly any people inside. So it wasn't due to stress. The food itself was mixed: the side salad was very fresh, iceberg lettuce, some coleslaw and chopped carrots, but ready-made cocktail sauce poured over it. Loveless. Grape leaves with tzaziki were okay, but the tzaziki was extremely lightly seasoned. The chicken skewer as the main course was very good, the meat was juicy and well grilled. Tzaziki again rather tasteless, fries good, but unsalted. Overall average. The service got better towards the end, as an apology for the late meal there was a drink on the house and lots of kind words. Nevertheless, the restaurant clearly thrives on the guests of the hotel across the street, and they don't come back that often.

Very familiar atmosphere here, the food was good and the location was great for us as we stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel opposite. We'd love to come back. Ps. The toilets were clean and what should be highlighted positively are the deodorants and refreshments in the toilet.
