We came as tourists and sat outside. It was empty and after a while a waitress brought the cards when we asked. No explanation and there is nothing on the cards. Now we waited patiently. After about 15 minutes she came back and asked if we were familiar with the system. Nope!!!! Then we left. 20min. Wasted time.

Delicious pizza, we ate it with the whole family and everyone liked it. We'll be back for pasta tomorrow ;)

Steht unserem Stammlokal in Braunschweig in nichts nach! Lecker Pizza & Pasta, tolle Salate, wir lieben auch den Antipasti-Teller zum teilen. Alles macht einen sehr frischen Eindruck und die Nudeln sind sogar frisch und hausgemacht. Wenn wir mal wieder in Wolfsburg sind, kommen wir wieder!

Sehr cooles Konzept. Schön mal so richtig dabei zusehen zu können, wie das Essen zubereitet wird. Macht auch alles einen sehr cleanen Eindruck. Insbesondere auch zu sehen, dass die Pasta hier von Hand selbst hergestellt wird ist einfach toll! Gerne wieder 😊

You have to get your own food at the counter and therefore can't eat together.

Probably the worst Pasta in my life (not exaggerating). Location and Service was fine, but the Pasta was -5 stars. I had a Aglio Olio (added Chicken breast - 3 tiny oily chicken breast pieces for 4.40 EUR) and Arrabiata with added Prawns. Prawns tasted dated and caused stomach pain the following day...

A great spot for Pasta and Pizza. I visited 6-7 times for the bolognese! I was a huge fan of the beef. The restaurant is beautiful with lots of seating inside and outside. Wait time is 5-10 mins max for food which is amazing. Great large tables for large crowds. The front of the restaurant has a lounge vibe. I loved everything about this place, including the friendly staff. Thank you. Love from USA!

The food was, as always, very good. You take care of the service yourself. Ambiance... it's just a big room.

Like mom, good food and nice staff. It's like coming home again. Requests are also responded to very well, which I think is great. As I said, it's always a great experience to go here. You are the best, always happy to come to you. I would also like to add that you are just a great team, I enjoy being with you and I really feel like I'm with mothers. Keep it up.

The Food is good, however, the service (at least in the pizza bar) could be better

The staff at the pizza station simply ignored me and left me standing there. I then went over to the other side of the street where I was personally served. This food stamp will never see me or my family again!!!

I think the food and the ambience are very good. There was actually nothing to complain about for me. Which is why I have 2 stars against the service staff and the cooks. I've been to Italians many times and I've often experienced unfriendly and really unmotivated employees. I once saw a chef next to me yelling at his customers just because they didn't decide on a dish quickly enough. It's a shame, because everything else in the store is actually good.

The food was completely ok, although the prices for pizza, pasta and the like are quite high. The service staff were all very nice and helpful and always with a smile. Very nice atmosphere with lots of seating options. Would love to come back.

Who is expecting a gluten-free pizza choice in a town like Wolfsburg? Though the dough could be optimized I recommend the truffles pizza definitely and Prosecco is always worth a try 😋 I like the interior with this puffy diner character and huge nice outdoor terrace.

Nice concept and ambience! The food was also very tasty. And there was a good selection of vegetarian options.

You can put together your own food and get what you want. The quality is good and everything is prepared quite quickly. It's not cheap for a self-service restaurant. The atmosphere is still friendly and bright. A good alternative if you're in a hurry.

Today we went to bake kids pizza for the first time and it was simply fantastic! Our pizza chef in charge was so great with the kids! Totally patient and loving! Everyone went home happy. Of course it was - as always - very tasty 😋 THANK YOU ☺️

The ambience is fantastic, the concept is already familiar. When you come in you are greeted in a friendly manner and given your card with which you can order yourself. This is known from the Vapiano. The food is tasty, relatively well priced and is prepared quickly. It was a nice visit and we really enjoyed it. Basically you can recommend almost everything, the dishes are well balanced.

The food was very good! Important: there is gluten-free pizza. Prices are ok too. I would come here again.

First we waited 15 minutes for a pasta dish and then the first child had his meal. And then another 20 minutes in line for pizza for the second child (+ waiting time) so the first child had already finished eating. This caused me to lose any desire to eat and I left without eating anything

Good middle class. Concept like Vapiano. Portions are generous. Not very flavorful, there is salt on the tables. If you want more taste and originality, go to the Italian you trust.

Works like Vapiano, but the grilled vegetable pizza was the blandest pizza I've ever seen. The taste was ok, the drinks were good too. The ambience is more of a fast food restaurant type, although very nicely decorated.

Food 10/10, ambience 10/10 simply WOW. Great welcome from Carlo at the entrance and if there were any problems, I was helped straight away - my pasta wasn't cooked through and new ones were made straight away. Thank you, I always enjoy coming back. Greetings from Leipzig/Berlin

It's great there, selection of dishes and drinks is great. It's a bit 'more expensive' compared to other pasta/pizza dishes, but that's justified as everything is very tasty and satisfying. Great ambience and nice staff, the fact that there are Italians at the stove makes it authentic - & they are super nice AND DON'T BE SINGLY WITH CHEESE 😂👌🫶 I can only recommend it.

Von außen sah das Restaurant sehr gut aus und drinnen war es auch sehr schön das System war aber am besten man bekommt eine Karte und kann dann überall im Restaurant hingehen und sich Essen besorgen wenn man fertig ist muss man die Karte dann wieder abgeben und bezahlt alles was man sich geholt hat das Essen war sehr lecker und sah auch schön aus die Toiletten haben mich aber am meisten überrascht weil ich noch nie ein so schönes und sauberes WC gesehen habe wenn man in Wolfsburg ist lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall

The environment is pleasant. Some of the attendants are friendly, but sometimes the service is slow. The food is good and well served. Fair value.

I chose a special with shrimp and coconut milk. Very tasty and filling. Price also reasonable. Only the employees at the open kitchen all seemed annoyed and it took longer than usual.

At first glance, a nice restaurant. However, the service absolutely leaves a lot to be desired. We had reserved for a group. When we arrived there was absolutely no organization, there was absolutely no possibility of accommodating such a large group and in the end it was "our fault" because we supposedly didn't listen properly when making the reservation. A pity. We were then next door...that was TOP!

The food is okay, the price is just about right. There is practically no service because you have to order drinks at the cash register or the counter and get the food yourself on a tray, like in a cafeteria. Probably due to the lack of staff. The selection is quite large, as far as I can tell the quality of the food was good.

Das Restaurant war sehr cool eingerichtet. Es lief gute Musik, jedoch war es etwas laut... Nicht wegen der Musik, sondern der Gäste wegen. Besonders fand ich das Konzept des Lokals... Beim Betreten des Restaurants würde jeder Person eine Karte ausgeteilt, mit der "bezahlt" werden konnte. Der hintere Bereich des Restaurants war eine hroße Theke, wo das Essen, das man sich selbst zusammenstellen könnte, frisch zubereitet wurde. Es könnte also bei der Zubereitung zugeschaut werden. Die Zutaten sind also sehr frisch. Nachdem man das Essen bekam, konnte sich ein beliebiger Platz im Restaurant ausgesucht werden. Das Abräumen wurde vom freundlichen Personal übernommen. Nachdem man fertig ist, geht man zur Kasse, wo die besagte Karte vorgelegt und bezahlt wird. Dies sorgt dafür, dass vor der Theke kaum abgestanden werden muss. Allemal einen Besuch wert.

Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Pizza, Pasta und Nizza Salat waren wirklich super. Aber jetzt kommt das große „aber“: der Bestellvorgang und der Service sind teilweise chaotisch. Dort bestellen bedeutet, an verschiedenen Schlangen anzustehen und dann die Speisen mit an den Tisch zu nehmen. Also Self Service mit Kantinenflair. Gemütliches Dinner sieht anders aus. Es gibt die Möglichkeit der online Bestellung. Dort war es dann aber nicht möglich, Mineralwasser und Pasta zu bestellen. Zum nett Essen gehen auf keinen Fall geeignet, zum gutes Essen zu bekommen, jedoch sehr zu empfehlen.

Very enjoyable Italian restaurant. One can order food and watch it being prepared or simply order from your table. It was a little confusing a couple times as we auto-ordered from the table (I had never seen this before), and weren't sure if our food was ready to pick up or not. It was a quite nice, large, and busy restaurant. Not a quiet night of dining, but if you like friendly hustle bustle, give it a try. Definitely worth a try.

I love going to Italian's. It's where I often go for lunch during the week. And sometimes over the weekend for dinner as well. The pasta range is really lovely, the menu offering is quite wide, and you can choose which type of noodle you would prefer. Their cocktails and drinks selection is also very good - I can specifically recommend the cocktails. Pasta, pizza, salads, soup, cocktails, coffee - it's all delicious.

Service sehr freundlich, Ambiente auch, auch wenn es ein eher lautes Lokal ist. Leider waren mir die Nudeln zu hart, ansonsten aber sehr lecker. Vielleicht sollte man vorher fragen, wie bissfest die Nudeln werden sollen. So waren sie so hart, dass mir das Gericht nicht so sehr geschmeckt hat

utrolig god og bred mad spredning på det italienske menukort, de har madstationer som har hvert deres speciale, utrolig hurtig tilberedning, og smagen i top, smart med at hver kunde får sit eget købekort, og så afregner man på vej ud, så man kan selv vælge om man betaler hver for sig eller hver for sig

Bellissima esperienza scegliere un piatto, ed avere una cucina e dei cuochi che ti preparano tutto davanti a te . Tempi d’attesa piccoli , il risultato un piatto di pasta super godurioso . La pasta tutta fresca , preparata da loro , si possono scegliere vari formati e tante ricette che veramente rispecchiano la nostra amata Italia. Fra le varie postazioni si può scegliere, antipasti, secondi , pizze , e dolci . Esperienza da rifare per provare nuove ricette. Io ho provato, le caserecce al filetto di vitello e vino rosso ed il carpaccio di vitello. Complimenti veramente ad una catena di ristoranti super .

Leckeres Essen, zu Stosszeiten (also Wochentags ab 12 Uhr) sehr voll. Nicht von der längsten Schlange an einer Zubereitungsstation abschrecken lassen, die Durchlaufzeit ist entscheidend. Salat dauert erschreckend lange, die Ansage „keine Zwiebeln“ wird innerhalb von 3 Millisekunden vergessen und ignoriert.

Essen ist in Ordnung, aber der Rest passt überhaupt nicht. Von stumpfen Messer bis lustlosem Personal alles dabei. Das umständliche Selbstbedienungskonzept finde ich wirklich mehr als nervig.

15.10.23: Lust auf Pizza 🍕? Gute Idee hier zu essen. Besser - probiert die Ratatouille und lasst euch positiv überraschen. Einfach köstlich im Geschmack und Appetit anregend in der offenen Zubereitung. Was soll ich sagen …. überzeugt euch einfach selber. Überraschung am Ende -der Espresso war nicht nur gut 😌, sondern auch gratis 😃. So geht Kundenservice heute. Fazit: bald wieder 👍

Mega schönes Ambiente, das Essen leider nur mittelmäßig. Wir hatten zwei Pasta-Gerichte, die für unseren Geschmack viel zu viel Soße hatten. Schade!

Das essen und alles ist echt klasse!!! Aber leider ist die Küche nur bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, obwohl bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Schade, vll sollte ein zusatz stehen das die Küche nur bis zur bestimmten Zeit geöffnet ist.... Aber sonst echt Mega gutes Lokal....

Erst ein mal das essen war mepa alles self made sogar die nundeln. Service leider nicht so gut und es ist selbst bedienung.

Wir mussten ungefähr eine halbe Stunde warten was für ein Restaurant ziemlich lange ist und dann sind überall Fliegen gewesen in meinem Hals und auch im essen😤🤢🤮
