Der Preis auf der Speisekarte stimmte definitiv nicht mit dem bezahlten Preis überein. Das Essen sah viel günstiger aus, aber die Rechnung war teuer. Und es war den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Es hat auch nicht besonders gut geschmeckt.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen zum Essen dort. Durch das Kartensystem kam das Essen leider zu völlig unterschiedlichen Zeiten, sodass kein gemeinsames Essen möglich war. Auch das ständige Hin- und Herlaufen passt aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz zum Preisniveau. Geschmacklich waren einige Gerichte zudem eher durchschnittlich. Das Feedback haben wir bereits vor Ort an der Kasse weitergegeben. Trotzdem weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Leckeres Essen, frisch gemacht. Freundliches Personal. Das Ambiente ist auch echt schön. Man merkt aber, egal wie sehr auf italienisch gemacht wird, dass z.B. das Mineralwasser nicht aus Italien kommt sondern nur so aussieht.

Ein sehr toller Laden, wir mussten nur sehr lange anstehen. Pasta super lecker.

Essen ist okay, aber nichts besonderes, hätte bessere Pasta Zuhause zubereiten können. Die Atmosphäre und das Konzept sind cool, aber P/L passt hier leider nicht.

Die seit einigen Monaten angebotenen Lunch Deals sind super. Faire Preise für Essen und Getränke, das Personal erscheint mir auch freundlicher, als es zwischendurch mal war. Nudeln schmecken immer super, wer möchte kann mehr Chilli oder Knoblauch haben. Sitzgelegenheiten insbesondere im Bereich neben der Bartheke sind unser Favorit.

Ein wenig mehr freundliches Personal wäre super ( Mimik und Gestik ) kam mir persönlich bei dem einen oder anderen genervt vor. Aber sonst Top

Alles ok und es gibt sogar glutenfreie Pizza

… verstehe nicht, wie man hier 5 Sterne vergeben kann. Systemküche an sich ist ok. Wenn ich jedoch darum bitte ein wenig Schinken auf die fertige Pizza zu legen und diese werden mit bloßen Händen aufgelegt, dann kann es mit der Hygiene nicht so weit her sein… insgesamt war die Pizza auch nicht wirklich überzeugend, in der Mitte alles klitschig… naja, war da, ist nicht meins…

War schon öfter dort, aber heute war alles nicht wie es soll. Beim letzten mal war mir schon einiges aufgefallen. Falsches Getränk auf die Karte gebucht. Toiletten könnten auch mal eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Besonders hinter den Türen. Es war auch nicht viel los, was ich für einen frühen Nachmittag normal ist. Preise sind schon etwas überzogen, 19€ für Nudeln mit Champignons und Hühnchenfleisch. Wobei das man Hühnchen mit 4,50 wirklich suchen musste. Die Paprika auf der Pizza war sehr hart und die Pizza im ganzen nicht durch. Teller wurden schon zum Teil abgeräumt bevor der andere fertig ist. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Finde ich sehr unhöflich. Fazit: für ein Restaurant mit Selbstbedienung ohne wirklichen Service sind die Preise einfach zu hoch.

Ich war am Sonntag spontan mit meinem Freund im Italians. Und was soll ich sagen. Meine Pasta war sooooo lecker! Das Restaurant ist mega schön dekoriert und das Ambiente ist zwischen modern, chique und verspielt.. ein Ort zum verweilen.. Was ganz anderes als Nonnas kleines Stübchen im kleinen Dorf Apuliens, dass man erst durch zwei Eingänge über irgendeinen Hinterhof und Perlenvorhang betritt … , ABER geschmacklich ganz genau wie Nonnas Pasta. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder , wenn nicht sogar bei jedem Besuch in WOB. Danke :)

Waren das erste mal da und derbe enttäuscht Am Thresen zum bestellen 15 min stehen gelassen ob wohl man gefragt wurde ob man noch bestellen müsste Einen gereizten Mitarbeiter hinterm Pizza Tresen der es auch spürbar ausgelassen hat und egal war ob leute dann gehen. Nächstes mal vielleicht zu ner anderen zeit nochmal ne Chance geben aber leider viel gutes gehört und derbe enttäuscht worden

Sehr freundlich und hat gut geschmeckt

Essen war sehr lecker. Leider etwas kleine Portion ( Gnocchi) Für Bruchetta hat man ne halbe Stunde am Tresen angestanden. Leider konnte so nicht gemeinsam gegessen werden. Es war sehr laut.

Tolles Personal und sehr lecker das Essen

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Das Essen ist köstlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Stadt bin. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Konzept gefällt mir gar nicht. Das Italians ist eine hübschere Kantine, nur dass man länger ansteht. Das Essen ist ok, aber Preis-Leistung bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal essen gehen.

Ein tolles Konzept : Man bekommt eine Karte, stellt sich dort in der Schlange an, was man essen möchte (Pasta, Pizza,..), bestellt sein Essen, die Rechnung geht auf die Karte. Man bekommt einen Pieper mit, mit dem man benachrichtigt wird, wenn das Essen fertig ist und sucht sich einen Platz. Man holt sich Getränke, das gleiche mit der Rechnung auf Karte. Zum Schluß lässt man seine dreckigen Teller und Gläser stehen und geht mit der Karte zum Bezahlen. Echt tolles Konzept, tolles Essen. Macht weiter so, immer wieder gerne 👍

Es ist wirklich erschreckend wie qualitativ unterschiedlich das Essen, der Service und die Freundlichkeit im Vergleich zum Italians in Braunschweig ist. Wir sind als Familie hergekommen, da wir das Italians in Braunschweig so vermissen, aber das machen wir definitiv kein zweites Mal. Salat sehr trocken und lieblos zubereitet, Bambini Pizza matschig und lieblos (in Braunschweig bekommen die Kids immer ein Gemüse Gesicht) und die Pasta Carbonara wässrig wie Milch. Kein nettes Hallo, kein Lächeln den Kids gegenüber, viel zu wenig Personal, welches zum Teil sehr überfordert ist.

Das Essen war nicht sehr gut. Von außen sieht es sehr gut aus, aber leider hat das Essen dann nicht sehr gut.

Stylisches Restaurant (LED-Schriftzüge im 80er Stil; moderne Inneneinrichtung) mit dem Konzept der Selbstbedienung an den jeweiligen Ausgabestellen. Die Kosten werden auf eine Chipkarte gebucht, die man am Ende an der Kasse vorlegt.

Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich habe sehr gerne 10 % Trinkgeld gegeben und komme bestimmt wieder.

Finde das Konzept nicht so toll. Man muss hier vor dem Koch warten bis das Essen fertig ist. Karten haben nicht funktioniert so das wir hin und her gehen mussten um dieses Problem zu lösen. Es war aber sehr lecker und Ambiente war auch sehr schön.

Tolle Pizzeria mit riesiger Auswahl. Meine Freundin hat eine glutenfreie Pizza bestellt, da sie Zöliakie hat, und ich habe sie auch probiert – sie war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Ich war von der Qualität total begeistert.

Leider bekommen die Köche das, was sie eigentlich ausgebildet sind zu tun, nicht richtig hin. Wie auf der Karte ausgewiesen habe ich eine Pasta Limone in vegan bestellt und der Koch fing dann auch erstmal fleißig an, ein Milchersatzprodukt zu verwenden. Dann kurz vor Fertigstellung reibt er plötzlich Käse ins Essen 🥴🥴🥴. Für eine Person die vegan aus Überzeugung ist geht das ja vielleicht noch aber für eine Person mit Intoleranzen kann dies ein deutlich größeres Problem darstellen. Ähnliches Problem dann bei der Pizza. Wie auf der Karte ausgewiesen bestellte ich eine Melanzana in vegan aber der Koch meinte daraufhin das würde es nicht geben …… unprofessionell!

Good food, quick preparation. Beware: they don't take "vegan" very seriously. I got a lot of cheese on my food without asking.

We weren't familiar with the restaurant's concept when we chose it, so we were surprised. The explanation from the front desk, "it's like Vapiano," wasn't very helpful. The atmosphere felt chaotic and reminded us more of a cafeteria than the cozy Italian restaurant around the corner. There's no table service; the food and drinks are self-service. The prices are okay, but I can get similar prices elsewhere with service. Unfortunately, one of the two pasta dishes was bland and tasteless. The gnocchi with Gorgonzola, on the other hand, were delicious. All in all, it was an experience, but it wouldn't be our first choice for a nice, relaxed evening.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, I didn't feel well afterwards. The service was okay... it's self-service.

Every dish we ordered was wonderful! The salmon pasta was delicious; we've been three times already.

The name and the high rating suggest that this is a cozy and intimate Italian restaurant. This isn't the case. The noise level is high, you sometimes have to wait in line for food, and the atmosphere and concept are comparable to places like Vapiano. You order from a menu at designated counters, receive a pager, and are notified when your food is ready. However, you might have to wait in line again for pickup. Since you communicate directly with the chefs, the familiar, typically Italian "human interaction" between staff and guests is (unfortunately) absent. If that doesn't bother you, you can get decent Italian food here for a reasonable price. Once you get your food, there's nothing to complain about. The quality is good, and the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately, the visit was rather disappointing overall. The entire concept felt extremely chaotic: the restaurant is very loud, and the design is overwhelming, even extending to the restrooms. A relaxed meal is hardly possible here. The process is also impractical: you have to order your food individually at each counter. This results in dishes being ready at completely different times. While one item is already on the table, another isn't even available to order yet. The quality, unfortunately, couldn't compensate for this: • The pasta was far too hard (no longer al dente). • The garlic bread, sadly, had never seen a clove of garlic; it tasted only of dry oregano. In addition, the seating is quite uncomfortable, which doesn't make the experience any more pleasant. I unfortunately won't be returning. The Vapiano imitation has unfortunately failed.

The food hadn't even finished; the noodles were still hard.

Italians adopted the same concept that already caused Vapiano to fail. You have to wait at the counter and then bring your own food and drinks to your table. When I asked the "chef" at the pasta counter what he recommended and what options I had, I just got a bored "Here's the menu," and he pointed to the stack of menus. The food was okay, but not good. After eating, I couldn't be bothered to get up again, choose a dessert, and go back to my table. I found it outrageous that they asked me to leave a tip at the register. For what? For nonexistent service and unenthusiastic staff? I would pay the same price at a proper restaurant with table service. A very questionable concept, in my opinion.

The staff was very friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but unfortunately the pizza was bland and soggy. My daughter's pasta was okay, but the desserts were sometimes delicious and sometimes disappointing.

Both freshly prepared pasta dishes were excellent. There's practically no service, but the atmosphere is trendy. Everything was okay, but it's not something you always need. When it's busy, expect long wait times. It's not cheap.

Even though it's a self-service restaurant, we still received excellent service. After a misunderstanding was resolved without any fuss, the food and drinks were brought to our table. Everything tasted fantastic. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great place.

I was there today, and the food was really good (Salad Casa and Burrata). The staff behind the counter seemed totally stressed and rushed, which really detracted from the atmosphere. After eating, we ordered two cappuccinos and a café crema. I received two coffees and one cappuccino. When I pointed this out, I was told I had ordered two coffees and one cappuccino. They should have just made one cappuccino without any discussion. Unfortunately, I didn't feel very comfortable after that.

I ate a children's pizza and it was too much

The ambience was 10/10, it’s one of the most coziest place to dine specially at evenings. The vibe of the place stands out in itself, although I found the taste of the pizza just okay. I tried Pizza Calzone and it came out to be folded in half. The taste wasn’t expectional (as compared to Italian’s Braunschweig) and eating a folded pizza didn’t actually gave me the feeling of eating a pizza. But overall I would still recommend this place!!! Note: Parking was a bit tight on the front street.

Very bad service, I was simply handed a card and told to order using the card and I didn't know how to do that. I sat there for about 20 minutes and nobody asked if I was okay or if I needed anything.

Italians is a highly recommended restaurant in the center of beautiful Wolfsburg. Located close to numerous sights, it boasts delicious food and fair prices. Although it was busy during our visit, the food was prepared very quickly. What's more, we could watch the pasta being prepared live. The service and ambiance fit in with the overall impression and also created a pleasant atmosphere.

Chic restaurant with friendly staff. It's best to call ahead if you want gluten-free pizza. We were there on a Wednesday, and unfortunately, it was sold out. The pizza was delicious, but only half worth my stomach ache...

convenient restaurant to grab a bite

A very nice, chic, and quiet restaurant. I personally don't like these self-service, Americanized restaurants, but the food is excellent and the service attentive. I had a very tasty lunch there.

Suprising good Italien pasta/risotto/pizza cooked before your very eyes while you wait. Lovely modern atmosphere but strange way of ordering as there are no servers and everyone was given a RFID card to rock up to the food counter to order food. Food menu mentioned that staff can help with food allergies but staff could have been more aware of the ingredients used as no one knew if there was a particular common allergen in the food were asked. However can't fault the food and would go back again.

It can take a little longer (if it's busy), especially for pasta dishes. The tagliatelle with salsiccia was very fluffy. Unfortunately, the salsiccia was still raw inside on my first order. After I reported this, I was immediately brought a new dish, and everything was perfect! I think things like this can happen from time to time, and if something like this can be resolved quickly and easily, it's no problem.

Excellent Italian self-service restaurant with delicious Neapolitan pizza and fresh homemade pasta. The children's pizza had "ears", a lot of fun in the kitchen was also transferred to the food. However, many people did not notice the self-service method when ordering and were surprised that no one came to them for 10 minutes, because they did not know about it and waited on the terrace, it is a shame not to see the beautiful interior equipment! You get a card and a beeper, when they prepare the food, you can choose and take away drinks and pay. An ingenious system, but with multiple orders it piles up on the table...

Fantastic restaurant. Our own restaurant in our hotel wasn't available, so we came here. What a lovely location, nice and cozy, the food was fresh and prepared quickly. Everything was top-notch.

Delicious pizza and salad, fast, and with friendly service. You don't necessarily have to like the ordering concept, but it's quick and uncomplicated.

All we can say is that it was truly delicious, without exception. The atmosphere was fantastic in the evening. Beautiful indirect lighting and very friendly service. We'd be happy to go back.

Different concept where you get a card at the counter upon arrival. You get up and order your food. We ordered a carbonara, where you chose which fresh pasta and any extras you wanted. Then the food was made and delivered. Before you sat down you paid for the food and drink that had been chosen. Super good food, polite and smiling waiters and chefs. Definitely worth a visit 👍🤩

Please add pasta with ratatouille/grilled vegetables to your range again😀

The service is completely different, and there is no real explanation of how it works. But the food is recommended, and there are options for celiacs and vegans

Everything is top-notch here, the chef is the best! The peppermint tea was delicious.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the restaurant. The ambiance is very large, but nicely decorated. You get a menu and then have to order your food at the counter and wait there. This meant that the carbonara was ready 15 minutes earlier than our Caesar salads. In total, we stood at the counter and had to wait at least 20 minutes for our food, even though it wasn't busy. The staff was friendly, though. The food, however, was anything but authentic Italian cuisine: The carbonara was made with cream. And the salads were way overpriced. Just romaine lettuce, some Parmesan cheese, and a tomato. The chicken strips, which you could order in addition to the salad for €4.95, were also a joke—five small pieces of chicken. The food also lacked much flavor, and we had to add a lot of seasoning. Unfortunately, the restaurant is reminiscent of Vapiano or other chains that don't place much emphasis on flavor and authenticity. Everything is also very impersonal. If you want authentic Italian cuisine, you probably shouldn't go here.

Bei unserem Wolfsburg-Trip sind wir im ITALIAN’S eingekehrt, welches so hübsch eingerichtet ist wie in Braunschweig. Wir lieben die Pizza, so mega knusprig und dünn, einfach nur lecker! Die Pasta ist, wie in BS schon erwähnt, selbstgemacht und frisch, viele verschiedene Sorten und so leckere Soßen! Für Familien super easy und kinderfreundlich, der Hund darf mit. Die Preise sind moderat für die Qualität und es schmeckt einfach super gut.

As a starter we had bruschetta and pizza bread. The bruschetta was way too full of tomato, it was soggy. The pizza bread was just a whole pizza with tomato, garlic and herbs. Nothing special. As a main course we had tortellinis, which were too al dente on the dry side. Too bad.... The floor was also dirty with breadcrumbs, etc. Upon arrival, it was swept onto the floor from the table...

Italians: super relaxed and casual location that is elegant and cool with retro style elements waiting for you. The “Vappiano successor” is always worth a visit. One point deducted in the service because of the concept (queuing, getting cutlery, carrying a tray always reminds us of the canteen or cafeteria, getting drinks...) but it's completely fine; you know what you're getting yourself into! I absolutely miss the Vitello Tonato pizza on the menu!! I would be very happy about a comeback! The drinks menu is small but nice! Amalfi Spritz and especially the Italians Sour. I liked it. 👍🏼 Espresso/cappuccino is good. Buon Appetito

Pizza could be a little juicier otherwise the taste was very good

Absolutely recommended – a real highlight! We had an all around great visit! The bruschetta was fresh, crunchy and perfectly seasoned – a great start to the evening. The pizzas we ordered were wonderfully thin, crispy and really tasty with high-quality ingredients. The highlight was the pasta with salmon – simply amazing! If you love fish, you should definitely try this. The staff was super friendly, attentive and warm. Plus a really nice atmosphere and absolutely fair prices. Everything is just right here – we will definitely come back!

This Italian style pizzeria in the echte downtown of Wolfsburg. Easy the parking the evening time. The restaurant inside nice. Beautiful the decorations. Easy to enjoy the atmosphere. The payment system is card system. Separate the paste and the pizza. Enough fast ready the food. I was partly luckily partly unlucky with the staffs. The pizza chef was kind and helpful but the bar tender was not. But definitely not easy to find good work power…. The pizza was good nothing special thin pasta enough toppings. The pasta was the same. My feelings the price a bit high.

Food and ambience top. The service at the cooking stations leaves a lot to be desired. The chefs just seem annoyed and speak very quietly. I've probably been there more than 5 times, but every time I notice the chefs negatively. It's a real shame because everything else is fine.

The atmosphere is very nice, the alcohol content in the cocktails is a little low, the prices are average depending on the place.

Super friendly staff, delicious food for a decent price and a great location. At the Pasta & Salad Station you are immediately welcomed by competent and trained employees. Recommendations related to dishes are standard here. Rarely have I been so convinced! I'm definitely counting on seeing the lovely Italian team again at least once a week.

The food is freshly prepared with a lot of love and tastes great. You can also find delicious cocktails at the bar. I always enjoy going there.
