No... The junior boss is absolutely unfriendly... Okay for picking up, but when you're told that commercial customers take priority over private customers, you do wonder how he makes his money.

The order was submitted clearly and transparently via WhatsApp. However, significantly fewer pizzas were delivered than ordered. No consideration for the complaint, but discussions instead. The quality and taste are now very poor, whereas they used to be much better. Additionally, unnecessary travel costs were added, and no solution was offered. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, the way we were treated as customers was extremely rude. We were accused of not paying an invoice... for an order we never placed. That alone shows that they are mistaken. Such misunderstandings can, of course, happen, but the way they spoke to us was unacceptable. We were shouted at, and things were accused of, or said, to us that should never be said to a customer. We paid for both the new order and the one we were falsely accused of not having paid. Never again... and our friends will not order from there either. We do not want to continue supporting people who treat customers in such an ungrateful and disrespectful manner.

Very good pizza, especially the Divola. It's on a busy road, so it only gets 4 stars for atmosphere. But for car fans, there's sometimes a good spot to look at.

I only know the place from the two big Audis used as business vehicles, which generally stand out in a negative and antisocial manner. Sometimes they accelerate at full throttle in a 30 km/h zone, blaring their exhausts; then they park in disabled parking spaces or wherever the driver feels like it, regardless of whether it obstructs or endangers others; they recklessly change lanes with the motto "I signal, therefore I go," and ignorantly yield. The list goes on and on.

We've been customers here for years, but the quality is currently poor. There's very little topping on the pizza, and it's poorly distributed. Nothing like the advertisements. They didn't ask for oregano. The Margherita was okay, and very Italian, but we probably won't order any other pizzas again.

Anyone who values good service is unfortunately in the wrong place. The difference compared to the past is extremely noticeable. Friendliness and good manners are barely present anymore, and the quality of the pizzas has also noticeably declined. If more effort isn't made soon, both in terms of service and food, the shop will likely lose many of its loyal customers.

I'm giving this review with mixed feelings. As a foreigner, this pizzeria was touted to me by locals as an absolute insider tip. No sooner said than done, off to this pizzeria. They definitely have a huge selection of different pizzas. I placed my order, paid, and waited for the pizza. (A quick note: please be sure to count your change!) You can definitely tell there's a clear difference in the treatment between regular customers and those who don't come that often, and especially between men and women 😉 The pizza was ready quickly and ready for pickup. I opened the box and was overcome by a wave of disappointment. So, this was supposed to be a salsiccia porcini... I was very disappointed by the look of it, so I closed it again and took it with me. That's why they look a bit distorted in the pictures. I tried it at another location, and lo and behold, the disappointment vanished. The taste was absolutely excellent. Great crust and just the right toppings. Conclusion: Great flavor, just how a pizza should taste. The appearance, in my opinion, could be improved. And the price is relatively high for street sales. I'll definitely get another pizza there. Maybe then I can change my review.

I'm not particularly impressed with this pizza truck. The location for pickup is fine, but eating in is rather uncomfortable – you sit right in a parking lot, which doesn't feel very inviting. The prices are a bit too high for a street vendor, in my opinion. The pizza itself tastes good, even though it's obvious that some of the ingredients probably come from a regular supermarket. What particularly bothered me was the owner's behavior – both toward his employees and in general. His demeanor seems very arrogant, which significantly dampens the overall impression. I really wonder how such people can run a successful business.

Pizza good, service bad! Ordered 5 pizzas for pickup at 7:00 p.m. When I got there, I was immediately given a rude rant, asking if I'd even ordered. To top it off, I received five persistent calls the next day, asking why I hadn't picked up the pizzas. (An aggressive/arrogant attitude the whole time.) Stay away from that place!

In general, I always have to ask myself whether my behavior meets the demands I place on the environment. Few will be able to answer yes to that...

My 10+ visits, and today was the first time I was dissatisfied!!! Service was just "so-so," and I felt like I should be grateful to be allowed to order pizza. For the first time, the "boss" and namesake weren't there. The clerk kept joking about which ingredients and pizzas I couldn't order :-( Small pizzas were supposedly sold out, but large ones were okay!?! My kids would say, "You can see that!" Furthermore, several pizzas were sold out that evening, but that's actually a good thing; at least for the retail price ;-) I didn't like the fact that instead of the sold-out "Diavola," I was offered a "Salicia," which, ALTHOUGH PROMISED, didn't even taste remotely like a "Diavola." The pizza was poorly sliced; without cutlery, barely a slice was edible. Despite everything, the taste and quality of the pizza itself was, as always, great!!! Based on my previous experiences, I'd happily come back, but I wouldn't tolerate this order again.

From food truck to flavor explosion – completely unexpectedly amazing! We had absolutely no expectations. Really. We just wanted to grab something quickly from the food truck, get full, and be done with it. But what awaited us at Bella Italia was... shockingly good! Freshly prepared, made with incredible love – this wasn't a boring takeaway pizza, it was a mini-vacation in Italy, served from an inconspicuous truck. Crispy crust, spicy sauce, fresh ingredients – and all with a warmth rarely experienced these days. An absolute insider tip! Anyone who just "grabs" here will be in for a culinary surprise – in the best sense of the word. We got more than we ever expected. Conclusion: Never has planninglessness been so delicious!

The food is delicious. The only thing that annoys me is that the sauce has been forgotten on my pizza twice. I always order the Gamberetti salsa rosa, which comes with prawns and the salsa rosa sauce, and this has been forgotten twice, or rather, it wasn't on it. I'm now switching to the pizza I've always had before. It's a shame because it's really delicious, but not having the sauce twice is a bummer. I'm fed up.

First visit: the food was excellent considering the prices (food truck). On the second evening, I wanted to have it delivered two streets away. Delivery was denied because I only wanted a small pizza. After a quick phone call with a colleague, we settled on two pizzas. The phone call to order got a little out of hand. I was told I had to order at least one medium pizza and not two small ones. A desert of service, I can only say. With that luxury fleet of cars, they've obviously sold enough pizzas already. I'm speechless.

We ordered family pizzas from this pizza truck for our civil wedding - and were completely satisfied. The delivery came on time, the pizzas were hot and tasted great. Our guests were thrilled and praised the food several times. A great, uncomplicated solution for a festive meal with many people – absolutely recommended!

Relatively inconspicuous food truck in a parking lot. But: the pizza there is really delicious and the prices are completely reasonable. It's also cool that there are small (quite cheap) pizzas that are great for your lunch break. The pizza is always freshly baked, is nice and hot and, as mentioned, really delicious. The preparation time is also quite short, so you don't have to wait too long for your pizza. I can really recommend it without hesitation! TOP!

Food is good for the price. Not a run-of-the-mill pizza but edible. The delivery driver is a mess. In the city, overtaking at 80 km/h on the right and then standing in front of you shouting at the red light. I hope the guy loses his license soon.

Unfriendly owner Pizzas fluctuate a lot, sometimes really good and then again everything burnt apart from delivery, can't find the address. Simply an unprofessional shop, we won't buy anything there anymore. Fortunately, there are enough alternatives that are friendlier and motivated

I swallowed the foil and several people wanted a normal pizza, just under the cheese there were lots of small pieces of foil on the pizza. I didn't think it was okay, please be careful!!!!!!

We've often ordered for our lunch break and had several bad experiences. Unfortunately, the deliveries were often a good half hour late + lukewarm and last time one of the pizzas was burnt!! According to the owner, delivery is ONLY possible if AT LEAST one large/normal is ordered, although the order value is the "same" if you order 1 large and 6 small or 8 small for us pizza lovers. It is also NOT a good idea to call a few seconds before 11:00 a.m.! Due to the experience we have gained, we are UNFORTUNATELY forced to switch to a better pizzeria in the future.

The Pizza here are worth the price and you have 3 differant sizes to order. I have been here a few times previously. What gets my beef is the appaling customer service on the telephone. I am giving them my money yet you get attitude on the phone. The punctuality is also a minus point especially when you specifically order a Pizza for a certain time frame. The place is good but could do a lot better if they uped there customer service skills.

Called shortly after 11am. I wanted to have a small pizza that we brought to work for me. To add to that, it's right around the corner and I just can't leave my place of work. Was shouted at on the cell phone and told me to pick up my pizza. I wouldn't recommend something so unfriendly. The operator should think about a etiquette course and how to treat customers in a friendly manner.

Here you can find the best pizzas within a 100km radius. You can turn a blind eye to the ambience. Somehow this Italian food stall also has its charm 😉. The service gets 5 stars for its special Italian entertainment.

Pizzeria Bella Italia was recommended to me by a member of staff and I have to say it was a hit! It's more of a food truck than a restaurant, but that doesn't detract from the taste. The pizza is really first class and a real alternative to delivery services like Smileys. Particularly practical when you're at VW BV again - the pizzeria is easy to reach and offers delicious food for a short break. The price is absolutely right and the service is very friendly. Tip: It's best to come around half past 12, because it gets really crowded from midday onwards and the waiting time can be longer. Overall, nothing to complain about – clear recommendation!

At Bellaitalia, care is taken to use separate cutting tools for vegetarians and meat eaters, which I find particularly commendable. This shows a high level of consideration for different diets and ensures that vegetarians can feel safe. A really great place for anyone who wants to enjoy vegetarian dishes!

Best pizza in town and from a food truck :D The owner is a very warm man with an eye for good quality❤️. Delivery is easy and the food arrives quickly and hot. Eating on site isn't the best atmosphere but that's not the point. Absolutely 10/10 the shop if you haven't tried the pizza yet you're missing out!

This is the best pizza I've eaten so far. All fresh ingredients, and no crap like shoulder ham etc.! The service is great and it's very quick! The prices are absolutely okay for the pizzas, I can highly recommend them!

Very tasty pizza from the original Italian restaurant. It's a food truck, as we say today, that's parked in a furniture store parking lot. There is always something going on here, there are beer tables in front of the car for consumption on site. The pizza is very tasty, thin dough, crispy and delicious Italian ingredients. Soft pizza, unfriendly staff with an owner who just shouts and tells you to go to McDonalds when you ask how long it will take. Employees are just yelled at, which is not conducive to the atmosphere.

As a Leipziger, I view such food trucks very critically, but I would like to thank my wife for convincing me to eat pizza there. I'm 30 years old and this was by far the best pizza I've eaten in my life. Everything is fresh, very good thin dough and the ingredients are not stingy. I can 100% recommend the food truck. Price performance is completely okay.

Best real Italian Pizza in Wolfsburg.

In my opinion the best Italian in Wolfsburg. I ate pizza from him for the first time, the stand was in front of the Edeka, now they can be found in the Thomas Philipps parking lot. As always, the food is delicious and comes quite quickly, but you shouldn't come at peak times as you'll have to wait longer. Unfortunately everything is outside and not covered, great in summer but miserable in winter/rain, so only 3 stars for ambience.

Unfortunately the pizza is just way too greasy, apparently due to the cheese... who knows My child can't tolerate it and always ends up with stomach pain and nausea. It's not particularly clean and it's not really friendly. There are better pizza bakers and tastier pizza - even in Wolfsburg!
