Food tastes great. The prices are also completely reasonable.

Service on the phone is really not good because you don't understand most of the things. Food arrives way too late and a bottle order often arrives.

When we called after 2 hours of waiting and were told where the food was, it would be coming soon, we could honestly have said, sorry, you forgot. The food was just as bad as the service, pizza soggy and not baked, fries lukewarm to cold and the rest of the order wasn't any better Not recommended, when I was there the finished currywurst was lying next to the stove and was cold. When I ordered one, it was briefly warmed up. Hygiene is zero!! Better to order somewhere else or catch salmonella.

Latest experience: it tasted good but... We had to wait a whopping 1:45 hours (!!!) for our food!!! Several inquiries about when the food would arrive were shamefully silenced and when the food arrived there was nothing more than a mumbled apology. Of course there was no tip, I was still thinking about demonstratively returning the menu card according to the motto: I don't need it anymore... Because we definitely won't be ordering here again.

I ordered a kebab and I have to say unfortunately it was one of the worst kebabs I have eaten. Meat was very dry and too well done because apparently there were hardly any customers there after being open for 5 hours. Bread not toasted enough and almost cold. Sauces 100% out of the bucket and really not tasty. The only thing that was good was the Coke Zero from the can. Never again.

I confirm, only the service was nice. The food was poor. The fries were undercooked, the meat was strange and you have to be careful how you spend your change. 8 euros to pay out of 10, they spent 1.50 euros

Someone just cut an onion in half and threw it in, the food isn't fresh. The food there isn't worth a cent... There is a better provider in the center - sorry. PS: There was no receipt either because the cash register is always open and the receipts are not paid correctly... 👎🏻

Since the new owner took over, the kebab has become significantly better. All 3 sauces are perfect and the quantity is outstanding.

First order at 7:38 p.m. for delivery... with statement... about 45 minutes... ok, you can live with it, no problem .. asked at 8.35 pm.. it said 15 minutes left.. .. at 9:15 p.m.! Called again... Statement: they're next, we'll be there within 15 minutes ... now it's September 22nd and no one was here with a food delivery, nor did anyone call us, they couldn't find us... just nothing ... if you can't get the delivery service, then just leave it alone

You can eat there, but you don't have to. The food isn't exactly a burner.

Am ersten Februar in diesem Jahr, habe ich für 4 Personen 4x Döner mit Pommes geholt. 26 Stunden später hatten wir alle vier eine Lebensmittelvergiftung!! Und wir waren in dieser Woche nicht die einzigen in Grefrath! Schämt Euch! Das war wohl das letzte mal, dass wir hier was zu essen geholt haben.

Leckerer döner zumindest die ersten Stunden, haben zu 3. Drei döner geholt und alle 3 eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Klasse 👍

Gut organisierter Schnellimbiss mit guter Qualität. Pizza, Nudelgerichte, Döner, Pommes, Salate usw. - für fast jeden ist was dabei. Freundliches Personal. Wir sind schon lange Kunden und gehen auch immer wieder gerne hin.

Pizza war stabil aber Marius hat mir eiskalt n Stück geklaut

Hat sich geändert..anderer Ofen...Pizza daher nicht mehr so lecker ..letztes Mal Haare im Essen..geht gar nicht Hat sich nach über einem Jahr deutlich verbessert... Haben es jetzt schon mehrfach getestet... Sowohl Abholung als auch Lieferservice... Schnell und gutes Essen.. okay ist nicht wie früher aber man kann es wirklich gut genießen...

So lala, nichts besonderes… Service = 0!! Alles muss man sich selbst holen wenn im Restaurant gegessen wird… 4 Leute hinter der Theke und niemand ist bereit dazu die Gäste am Tisch zu bedienen!

Stehen mit 5 Leuten hinter der Theke, Sind nicht in der Lage einer Gehbehinderten Person Speisekarte zu bringen. --Weil Selbstbedienung -- Nie mehr !!!

Der Döner wurde frisch und heiß serviert, na ja man muss ihn sich schon an den Tisch holen. Soviel zum Positiven. Das Fleisch ist relativ trocken. Auch fehlt mir total eine dunkle,kräftige Sosse, die bei Anderen Standard ist. Insofern ist der Preis von 5,50 € eher hoch.

Hier wird man immer freundlich bedient. Ich esse hier meistens Salatteller oder mal Pizza. Die Salatteller sind immer sehr lecker auch das Dressing. Die Pizza schmeckt hier auch sehr gut, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Vor Ort Essen ist super, Bestellen find ich nicht so gut

Das Angebot ist vielfältig, es beeindruckte mich das trotz der Vielfältigkeit jedes Gericht bisher sehr gut war. Ist sicher nicht einfach.

Ich habe vom den neue Pizzaofen Pizza gegessen, ehrlich gesagt ich war erst skeptisch. Aber die Pizza war optisch auch geschmacklich sehr schön. Einfach Top. 👍

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und gehen auf Extrawünsche ein. Das Essen selbst schmeckt gut und wird zügig zubereitet.

Gehe seit dem es den Laden gibt regelmäßig mittags dort Essen holen. Bisher war es immer hervorragend. Meiner Meinung nach der beste Dönerteller der Region.

HIer komm ich immer wieder gerne mal hin um leckeren Döner zu holen. Auch ist die Pizza, die hier aus dem Holzofen kommt echt lecker. Auf jeden Fall kann ich diesen Schnellimbiss für alle Döner/Pizza Fans absolut empfehlen und da kommt man so wie ich doch gerne mal wieder :-)

Immer freundlich, immer lecker, immer reichlich. Die Preise sind normal. Die Jungs und Mädels haben immer genug zu tun. Aus gutem Grund. Selten ein so leckeres Kebab gegessen.
