I've never experienced anything like this before!!! Despite a phone call confirming that no table reservation was necessary for Whit Monday, we were refused a table. After pointing out the situation, we were verbally abused and insulted by an employee, whom I assumed was the manager. My companions and I will certainly not return to this restaurant and will spread the word about this incident as widely as possible.

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated considerably since my last visit. An unfriendly notice stating that all tables were reserved, even those without reserved signs, was used. The tone was borderline.

We were a group of nine people, and Lukas served us with great friendliness, courtesy, and courtesy. Thank you for that.

We cycle here every year on vacation to eat. The portions are very generous, and they offer senior citizen portions. The seasonal menu included asparagus with boiled potatoes and ham. The service from the team is always excellent. Tommy cheers up all the guests! The view of the airfield is truly a joy! Small planes, gliders, and parachutists take off here!

A nice restaurant located directly at Grefrath sports airport. There's always a lot to see, especially when the weather is nice. But the interior is also very attractively designed. The food is very tasty and everything is always fresh and made by ourselves. The whole thing is rounded off by friendly staff. Price performance is completely okay. I always enjoy coming here.

We enjoy watching the glider pilots on the weekend and being treated to delicious food. The waitresses are all very friendly. There is still space for our bikes, even if the seats are hard to find. We are very satisfied. Take a look at the small Niershorst glider airfield.

We spontaneously ate here today because we wanted to look at the planes with our daughter. The food was authentic Croatian and super tasty. The Djuvec rice was quite simple but everything else was really delicious (9 out of 10). The seating and the view were also great. The service was very warm, honest and super accommodating. Many thanks to Milan and Lukas for the great service and Slavka for the fabulous food :-) we'll be back!

Wir wollten eigentlich etwas essen. Ich habe mir dann die Speisekarte von März 2024 runter geladen! Die Schnitzel sind seitdem um 5 Euro teurer geworden! Eine kleine Pommes 4 Euro!? Und das in einer besseren Pommes Bude! Das ist frech, dreist und total überteuert! Der abgestandene Pott Kaffee kostet 3 Euro! Das war unser letzter Besuch!

Always very friendly and attentive. Prices are ok. Personally, I think €5 for a piece of wheat is a bit excessive. I used to always drink two beers, now I only drink one. 🤷

Heerlijk gegeten terwijl de vliegtuigjes opstegen en landen. Leuk schouwspel. Toen de laatste vliegtuig was geland kwam er een fazant haan de land en opstijgplek op.

We had a party for our aunt, we had a delicious meal with very nice and friendly staff.

Ik kom er een paar keer per maand. Het restaurant is erg gezellig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de prijzen zijn prima. In de zomer is het leuk om op het terras te zitten en de activiteiten op het vliegveld gade te slaan.

Highly recommended when the weather is good, the food is solid and worth the money. The service is personable and friendly, even if there are a lot of customers. In summer it can also take a little longer to get your food, which is understandable and within acceptable limits. You will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the planes taking off and landing.

My colleagues and I had lunch here as part of our team day. Anyone who likes Croatian, meat-heavy cuisine is well served here, but vegetarians will also get their money's worth. Very good cuisine, attentive and friendly service.

We had severe stomach aches from the fried camentbert and the fries with the currywurst. The fat was apparently rancid, judging by the taste. The young man in service was very nice and attentive, but his boss didn't treat him very nicely.😞 Nice to sit there, but never eat again.

I was there around 7:30 p.m. and wanted to eat. I was told that the kitchen was closed, but it was advertised that the kitchen would be open until 9:00 p.m. and would close at 10:00 p.m So thumbs down.

The food was very good. Perfectly cooked meat and broccoli (at least on my plate 😉) and the prices are totally reasonable. Here you can enjoy good home-style and Croatian cuisine with decent portion sizes. There was also a baby chair and very nice staff. We were there at lunchtime so it wasn't too crowded. We were also able to watch a few planes take off. We'll definitely be back.

The food at the airport is super good - Croatian. Whether it's civapcici with fries, rice and ayvar or the aviator pan with medallions, croquettes, broccoli and hollandaise sauce - absolutely delicious 😋 It is often very busy on Saturdays and Sundays as the airfield is also a destination for cyclists. The staff is always very friendly and helpful!

The food was super delicious! A big compliment to the waiter Lucas or Luca (unfortunately I can't remember exactly his name). You could tell that he does his work with heart. I found him to be extremely attentive and polite. But the other waiters who work there also seem really nice. There is a small playground for the children, where my son enjoyed playing. Right next to the restaurant there is an airfield where you can watch the planes take off and land. This is a special highlight, especially for airplane lovers and children. We'd love to come back for dinner!🥰

The food is always quite good and the service is friendly and fun. You can charge your e-bike in the back area.

Unfortunately, meat from the grill plate died twice...

As a family, we would have liked to eat and drink something after the jump. 1 family member sat alone at the table before the jump (didn't want to jump) and drank coffee. I sat down but was asked to leave because I didn't want to drink anything before the jump. So my father just sat there alone. +50% of the tables were free. 🤷‍♂️ Under different circumstances I would understand. We will therefore not recommend it.

Service was the last thing. The mixed salad was quite good, maybe a little too much sauce otherwise OK. But the employee was the last thing.

Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. The service was great, always asked if we needed anything else and our son even got his beloved straw. The food tasted good and the surrounding area is always worth a visit, especially with children. We'd love to come back! Even a year later I can only say the service is still top, people here are attentive and super friendly. You'll be happy to stay for dessert. As always, we really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back countless times!

Today we ate on the terrace for the first time. Special requests will not be accommodated. The mayonnaise costs 80 cents a bag. Very little ayvar and onions with the grill plate. After asking to get a little more, the answer came... that costs extra... So good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere... but with small blemishes

My husband and I ate there today for my birthday. It wasn't the first time I've come there often. I can only say it's great, whether service etc. Keep it up. LG

Simply wonderful, we arranged to go on a sightseeing flight at 11 a.m. and by that time a lot of tables were already occupied. After our return we had trouble finding a table But it worked out to eat, very tasty food, service very nice and funny

Price-performance ratio is good, ambience is okay. You have to like exhaust fumes from airplanes. It's interesting to watch. For someone who wants to watch something while eating, this is a good place to go.

Good thing we booked a table beforehand. In this weather it was packed. Nevertheless, all the employees were very friendly and literally ran to make the guests happy. The food was very good and the drinks without ice cubes 👍. You can watch the flight operations from the terrace. Simply very, very beautiful. A good price-performance ratio.

Simply super good, very good cuisine, highly recommended. And you can watch flight operations for free. When the weather is good, it's busy on Sundays, but so far we've still cycled home full and satisfied. Milan and family simply do a good job.

Really delicious food, the cordon bleu was excellent, the fried potatoes were super tasty. The view of the airport is really nice and something different than other restaurants. If you like hearty German home cooking, this is the place for you. The staff is super friendly and funny!

Heute die "Flieger-Pfanne" bestellt. Zwei zarte Schweinemedaillons mit Kroketten und bissfestem Brokkoli. Mit Sauce Hollandaise und Käse überbacken. Sehr zu empfehlen! Besitzer und Personal sehr freundlich und einladend.

Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad. Es war sehr voll.. hatten viele die Idee dorthin zufahren🤭 Wo wir ein Sitzplatz hatten,haben wir uns ein alkoholfreies Radler bestellt und dann die Karte angeschaut. Servicekraft *mega Freundlich* trotz das es so voll war. Haben uns ,dann für einen Paprikaschnitzel und Flieger-Pfanne entschieden. Es war sehr Lecker 😋 Macht weiter so...kommen gerne wieder😉😊

Sehr schöner Platz um einen schönen Tag zu genießen. Haben hier bei einer Radtour Rast gemacht und würden hier wieder einkehren. Essen und Getränke stehen in einem guten Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Bedienung und Ambiente sind gut. Hier lässt man gerne mal etwas Trinkgeld.

Völlig unfreundlich und pampige Bedienung, die uns sehr unverschämt klar gemacht hat, dass wir mit 7 Personen hier nicht erwünscht sind. Wir brauchten mehr Platz als an einem Tisch gegangen wär, also wollten wir Tische zusammen stellen…. Das wurde aber sehr frech unterbunden. Dann sind wir wieder gegangen. Das haben wir ja noch nie erlebt!

Hier kann man gut ein Stop einlegen wenn man mit den Rad unterwegs ist.

Noch immer sehr gutes Essen und trinken. Terrasse neu sehr schön erneut. Selbstverständlich zahlt man auch hier (mit guten Grund) was mehr als vor Jahren. Immer noch sehr ausreichend und zum netten Preis. Manche Leute und Bewerter scheinen nicht zu verstehen das alle Restaurants uzw auch schwierige Zeiten hatten. Man kann froh sein das es noch Plätze wie diese gibt.

Wir waren zu siebt dort und hatten alle übereinstimmende Eindrücke. Das Essen war ohne Schnörkel und außerordentlich schmackhaft. Es wurde keinerlei erkennbares Convenience Food verwendet. Auch die Soßen waren hausgemacht und sehr lecker. Der Service war, ohne Ausnahme, sehr freundlich und in angenehmer Weise schlagfertig. Der Blick auf das Flugfeld des Sportflughafen rundet das Gastroerlebnis ab. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier; aber nicht zum letzten Mal.

Wir waren heute mit meinem Vater dort. Der Service sehr schnell. Der Chef hat gesehen das wir ein Tisch in der Sonne hatten und das nicht so gut für uns war. Da hat er uns zu sich gerufen und uns ein Platz im Schatten gegeben. Super. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Große Portionen. Für mich hätte locker die Senioren Portion gereicht. Es war frisch und heiß und wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Also alle Daumen hoch. Der Kellner war überaus freundlich. Der Chef kam nachher zu uns und hat sich auch zu uns gesetzt und sich mit uns unterhalten. Sehr toll. Es wird einem da auch nicht langweilig da man die ganze Zeit was zu gucken hat. Wir kommen wie versprochen aufjedenfall wieder. LG

Gute Lage, einfache Küche in einem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, das ok ist. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service. Im Sommer grosser Biergarten.

Toller Service. Hier Lässt es sich aushalten. Es gibt viel zu sehen. Gute Karte und leckere Gerichte. Immer wieder gerne.

Hier wird man jederzeit freundlich bedient; das Angebot reicht vom Mittagessen, über Kaffee&Kuchen bis zum Abendessen. Man kann hier unterhaltsame Stunden verbringen und insbesondere draußen sehr gut den Flugbetrieb beobacht. Für die jüngsten gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz. Wochentags sitzt man häufig mit wenigen Gästen hier; am Wochenende, bei schönem Wetter sind schnell alle Tische besetzt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Gemischter Salat mit Putenbruststreifen und Bratkartoffeln: In der Vergangenheit sehr, sehr gut! Jetzt ist die Portion deutlich kleiner zu einem deutlich höheren Preis = zu teuer, zu wenig, zu fettig, (gemischter Salat); Zu salzig (Bratkartoffeln).

Wir kommen seit zig Jahren dorthin und sind immer zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich bedient worden. Das Essen ist stets frisch, reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Man hat vom Außenbereich einen idealen Aussichtspunkt um das Fluggeschehen zu verfolgen. Das Restaurant ist auch ein ideales Ziel für einen Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad.
