Complete cheek. They offer two vegetarian kebabs. I wanted to know the difference. He said one was with meat and the other without (vegetarian but meat... oh yeah). To which he said I should just take the other one, which was with grilled vegetables. I thought that was weird, but I took it. I got the kebab bread and the salad. Green salad, nothing else. No cheese, no peppers, not even an onion, they don't bother me. Absolutely nothing. For that they wanted 7 euros, like for the original kebab. Of course I didn't eat it. He asked me if it didn't taste good? No! Should he pack it up? To which I said no, thank you, really. He then gave my girlfriend a new, super veggie kebab for me. I looked at it at home: kebab bread with completely burnt aubergines, about 5 slices, pitch black (so as compensation, a free crab). Nothing else, just five sad, burnt eggplant slices that look almost sadder than me. This place should be closed. So why even offer vegetarian options? Two of these culinary outrages ended up in the trash. The owner would never have eaten them himself. Put falafel on them, or really a combination of DIFFERENT vegetables, or even a meat substitute, but definitely not a sandwich with green salad and no butter for 7 euros! Never experienced such a disgrace.

I ordered two doner kebab boxes. They had virtually no meat on them. For €7, it was really bad. I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else.

I ordered food for delivery from this place after waiting two hours for the food to never arrive. I went to the place in person and found that my order wasn't even saved, and I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be ready. I was charged for it, for which I didn't even hear an apology—just a phone call for a cake I had already paid for. The service wasn't friendly, but the food was good.

The food was always delicious! Unfortunately, over the past few months the portions have gotten smaller, the prices higher, and the food colder! No more drinks for orders over a certain amount, and the one we got was always something the boss didn't provide! When we asked, we were told to order from another kebab shop if we didn't like the portion sizes! 👍 We will, it's a shame they treat regular customers like this! It seems they no longer need it!

The food is quite good as long as you get what you order. Sometimes I go there to get a bag of fries (pomm döner), and sometimes I get confused. Apparently they don't even know what the items on their menu are, but I think the staff are really nice. The stupid thing is when you order the food online and then something wrong arrives, such as: B. ordering 2 pockets of fries and not even getting 2 kebabs with any fries. I don't care how good the food is, I paid for something else.

I like eating there. The kebab variants are absolutely top, you can't complain about that. Hamburger and salad is normal "chip shop standard", what you expect, it tastes good. The pizza is really good too. One star deducted because I give 5 stars to the top restaurants, a pizza and kebab shop cannot be compared. Top service with nice employees. In this category it is definitely a very good shop where you can enjoy eating.

Ordered 2 Turkish pizzas. They were mini pizzas without the typical red topping... rather cheap bare wrap dough Pathetic never again still hungry never again!

The three of us happened to drive past the pizzeria and spontaneously ate there. The staff was immediately incredibly friendly and the food (2 pizzas and a pasta dish) was fantastic. The pizzas had more than enough toppings and the portion size of the smoked dish was so large that my son will eat the rest he took with him this evening. Everything tasted great! The prices were also absolutely justified. If we happen to go there again, we will definitely stop and eat there again. 🤤😊

I live 400 meters from the restaurant, and the wait after ordering was 1 hour and 25 minutes! After an hour, I called, and the man said he'd be there in 20 minutes, but it took 25 minutes! I also felt nauseous and had stomach pains after eating.

In the past, many people enjoyed ordering there for years. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly in the last few months. Half the time pizza arrives as a lukewarm rubber rag, pizza delivery man distributes the rolls all over the box and puts them back with unwashed hands. Half the time the herb butter is missing or the promised drink is missing from a certain order value. When asked, the driver often takes it out of the car. Unfortunately, drinks that you order are missing half the time, but of course they are included in the bill... Definitely the last time for us!!!

We ordered on the website and it was supposed to arrive between 6:05 and 6:25 p.m. I asked by phone at 6:35 p.m. and it felt like I didn't really know anything. Then after at least 5 minutes they said the driver was on the way. The food came around 7 p.m. It was lukewarm to cold. The meat gristly and fatty! That was our last time!

Spontaneously ate there today. After a recommendation, I decided on the Berlin kebab. It was delicious with the additional sautéed vegetables and refreshing from the lemon. I would be happy to come back 🙂

On December 22nd Ordered 3x filled pizza rolls. Expensive fun for mostly just dough. Very disappointing. Ordered kebab and veggie kebab today. Almost only coleslaw and hardly any sauce in the kebab. Our guest from BaWü also made a long face. Sorry, you can no longer order here. A lot of money for nothing.

One of the worst Margherita eaten there. It didn't taste good at all and had a hair on the pizza. It was the first and last visit.

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences. When I paid I was given back €50 short of change. When noticed, it was claimed that it had been published correctly, which unfortunately wasn't the case. The owner wanted to call me back after the checkout to see if there was too much money in the checkout. But I waited in vain for that too. Then I called again the next day in the afternoon and only got a short, succinct answer. If that had all been the case, I would have been offered to come over again and they would have been able to prove me wrong. There is a surveillance camera hanging above the cash register. I will never enter this store again. Thank God there are other and better ones. Doner kebab shops in Grefrath. People be careful.

I have been a customer there for years and will remain so. For me it is the best kebab in Grefrath! The pizzas and everything else are all good standard at a fair price. The biggest drawback is the changing portion size depending on who and when the kebab is made.

Always consistent top quality. Always everything fresh. The kebab is excellent. For me the best kebab. I know many other “döner kebab stalls”. Pizza is great here too.

It's really crazy that you wait almost 2 hours for the food to come and then the food is cold and has the wrong toppings (pizza).

Ordered 3 out of 3 times, the wrong dish arrived or a dish was missing on delivery

It used to be our absolute favorite pizza to order home. Either the owner has changed or we don't know what was going on the day before yesterday. The pizza was so bad, and unfortunately they charged us the price for two large pizzas instead of two small ones, which my husband didn't notice. I ordered mushrooms, ham and a fried egg with little cheese. On my pizza there was a boiled, chopped egg and, something I've never experienced on pizzas, a slice of processed cheese. My husband had anchovy pizza, which was a bit disgusting because there were leftovers of the kebab on the pizza. The dough was tasteless, not super tasty like it used to be, and rather thick (although we wanted it to be thin). A pity. We are quite surprised at the positive reviews because, unlike before, this was truly the worst pizza we've had in a long time. Unfortunately we won't be ordering anymore, even though the guys are very nice on the phone.

Have ordered here several times and have always been satisfied, today was the first time there were problems. I ordered a kebab plate WITHOUT sauce (ordered from Lieferando and stated in the comments). Unfortunately, it was delivered with sauces and when we called and pointed it out, they said that when there is so much going on, the comments are not paid attention to, which is not possible! 1. What is this function for and 2. Can it be very dangerous for someone with an intolerance or allergy and thus be fatal to the restaurant. A new kebab plate was then delivered and everything was fine and it was very tasty. But PLEASE change the attitude of the employees towards the comments when there is a lot of activity, because even when there is a lot of activity, the quality and service must not suffer!!

The food is excellent. Honest. Order here often now. And are always very, very satisfied. The portions are large, the salad is fresh and crunchy. The meat is nice and juicy and simply delicious. And the deciding factor is the price. Without words. Absolutely great for the portions. Nothing to complain about. On the next order. Oh yes, the ambience didn't get a star because I don't know the rooms personally.

The food is always fresh and delicious. We often order there and have never been disappointed. For such a small shop, it's really great how quickly the staff can get all the food fresh and warm! Absolute recommendation!

I just had a chicken kebab and I have to say it was great! Bread crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Perfect ratio of meat to salad. The sauces, tasty, not too much, not too little and well distributed. The sheep's cheese is a dream, really creamy so that it melts in your mouth. Unfortunately I'm just passing through, otherwise I would stop by often.

Grade im vollsuff dort bestellt, kam 10 Minuten früher als angegeben, heiß und so lecker! Empfehlung geht raus für die Pizzabrötchen ohne alles, den Pomdöner (genau die richtige Menge an Soße/Pommes/Fleisch) und die Vierkäsenudeln überbacken. Weiter so! Der Liefer-Junge war auch sehr nett, gebt ihm Trinkgeld!

Ich habe dort bereits mehrmals bestellt und war bis jetzt so gut wie immer sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Mir schmeckt dort beim döner das Hähnchenfleisch besser als das Kalbfleisch. Ich bin zufrieden.

Döner war nicht der Kracher leider. Brot nicht knusprig, etwas wenig Fleisch. Dafür waren 6,- zu viel. Sorry Jungs.

Attraktiv sind die durchgängigen Öffnungszeiten. Das Essen ist auch echt super. Wir bestellen meistens die Drehspieß Pizza mit barbecue soße. Super lecker. Das Personal ist immer höflich und aufmerksam.

Essen kam in der Zeit. Mein Mann kam Zeitgleich zu Hause an und hat gesehen, das der Fahrer auf dem Gehweg geparkt hat. Als er dem Fahrer sagte, das man nicht auf dem Gehweg parkt, bekam er zur Antwort: Ich Lieferdienst, sagen Haus Nr. 12 sollen nicht mehr bestellen. Danke für den Hinweis. Das werden wir dann auch nicht mehr machen. So kann man Kunden verprellen.

Jahre lang bin ich echt ein zufriedener Kunde gewesen. Der Döner heute war total leer und matschig. Beim telefonieren wird der Döner beladen und von den 3 gegriffenen Tomatenstücken wurden 2 vorbeigeworfen und landen wieder in der Theke. Kaum Fleisch und Salat im Döner und dann dafür 4,50€?

Hmm Schade wahr eine Ist eigentlich eine göGute Pizzaria Bestellen oft da diesmal wohl das letzte mal letztens komplett schwarze Pizza aber so richtig jetzt ein Angebot bei Lieferando Bestell und einzelne berechnet. Anstatt 15 25euro Chef zeigt null Einsicht Schade.

Leckeres Essen freundliches Personal.

Wir haben eben essen bestellt, kam zwar sehr zügig aber bei den bami Scheiben war Salz dran, bei dem Gyros obwohl gesagt worden ist nur Cocktail Soße, waren beide Soßen drauf.pommes waren auch nicht der Bringer Die mageritapizza war das einzige was schmeckte.

Mit den Dönerprodukten bin ich immer sehr zufrieden, probiert doch mal Pommesschale spezial... In Grefrath selbst hole ich keinen Döner. Lieber hier. Pizzen sind auch ok. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Einzig mit Liefern lassen gab's schonmal Probleme. Wurde was vergessen, oder nicht mehr warm genug... Deshalb lieber direkt dort holen. So bin ich immer zufrieden. Das Team ist auch sehr freundlich.
