Insel Croque in Hamburg

Since I've lived here, I've been ordering from there regularly. I love this croque, as it used to be the only place for miles around that served good food. However, they've recently started using new bread, which I personally don't like, and it's triggering me. Please go back to the old one.

A very nicely decorated shop! Relatively small, but compact and efficient. It fills the stomachs of the locals well! If possible, I'll post a photo of my homemade croque later! The crêpes are also very tasty and perfect for this time of year. The drink selection is pretty standard, but I would also like to see Fritz-Kola drinks or something more exotic like Fanta Exotic or Red Bull variations. The prices are perfectly reasonable considering that in other areas, prices are around €15-20, while here they're around €5-15! Now I'm going to enjoy my meal! Enjoy your meal!

I ordered a crispy croque with tomatoes, cucumbers, coleslaw, iceberg lettuce, and cheese. What arrived was just a dry piece of bread with a few chicken strips and some coleslaw, and that was it. No sign of tomatoes, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce, or cheese. Too bad :( Very disappointed

Bring back the crêpes 😭😭😭😭 Edit - okay, thank goodness crêpes and croques are the absolute highlight on the island :) They're no longer available on Lieferando, nor on your website. Maybe it was a bug? You definitely deserve 5*, the best delivery service there is :)

Ordered there for the first time today, and the last. I ordered a crispy croque, which was supposed to arrive in 20 to 50 minutes. It arrived after 80 minutes, lukewarm, and anything but crispy. There was hardly any lettuce on it, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, and no cheese, even though I ordered cheese separately. So I just had the bread with the non-crispy chicken and a minimal amount of iceberg lettuce.

Great little shop. The food has always been delicious...I can only recommend it...the owner is friendly and very nice...everything is clean and delicious 😋

Fast delivery, delicious croque, and tasty dip. The extras are unfortunately quite expensive (€1.50 for a small amount of corn), but that's the case everywhere.

We ordered to the hotel for three people, delivery took over 80 minutes for two Croque Crispy Chicken and two crepes. The croques - was very dry, a single burger patty was on a large one! Croque cut into 2 mm slices and distributed, Hardly any sauce, hardly any lettuce, or tomato or cucumber... it was very dry and very disappointing! Unfortunately we don't have any photos of the dry croque! The two crepes were actually supposed to be with Nutella and fresh strawberries... unfortunately they were just diced stale ones that tasted like fermented fruit and it was definitely not Nutella but a dessert chocolate cream that you put on ice cream! And only partially smeared...see photo. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like anything good...paid 13.20 euros for the croques. The crepes each cost €6 Simply too expensive and not tasty! I can't recommend it! Wouldn't order there again...

The croques were very tasty (crispy chicken) and the employee was also very friendly. Definitely to come back!

I've been looking for a good croque for a long time. Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality because I canceled the order. I lost interest in the price of drinks. What a rip-off (0.33l for €2.80)

Knapp 2,5 std Wartezeit, Croques und crepe eiskalt. Und dann noch Cola vergessen. Erstes und letztes mal. Edit. Cola wurde nachgeliefert plus ein Crêpe, und der Kollegen am Telefon war korrekt

Super Croque und sehr gute Crêpes zum fairen Preis. Telefonisch vorbestellt und nach wenigen Minuten abholbereit. Das war nicht meine letzte Bestellung. 👍👍👍👍

Ich habe einen Oreo Donut, ein Nutella Crêpe, einen Crispy Croque und einen Mozzarella Croque bestellt. Mozzarella Croque und Nutella Crêpe waren eine 10/10. Crispy Croque war eine 7/10, weil das Hähnchen eher Nuggets ähnlich war. Vielleicht hätte man das beim Bestellen kenntlich machen können 🙈. Oreo Donut war eine 3/10, i am sorry aber es hat keinen Oreo Geschmack und die Konsistenz ist nicht mit dem eines Donuts, sondern eher mit dem eines Kuchens, vergleichbar. Zudem ist der Nachgeschmack sehr eigenartig, etwas chemisch. Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und die Crêpe & Mozzarella Croques waren krass lecker 🫰🏻 Wieso ich 5/5 Sternen vergebe, trotz negativer Aspekte? Weil ich vor der Bestellung in den Rezensionen gelesen habe, dass sich jemand über das aufgeweichte Brot, wegen den Soßen, beschwert hatte. Als Vorschlag wurde genannt, dass die Soßen zusätzlich in kleinen Behältern mitgegeben werden könnten, sodass das Brot nicht während der Lieferung aufweicht. Siehe da, bei meiner Bestellung wurde dies tatsächlich umgesetzt. Voll cool! Außerdem waren alle Bestellungen mit dem jeweiligen Inhalt und einem Herz beschriftet. Mega sympathisch! <3

An sich war es zwar lecker und die Lieferung auch relativ schnell, aber leider waren beide Sandwich total aufgeweicht als sie bei uns angekommen sind. Probiert doch mal aus, die Soße in einem kleinen Behälter extra zu liefern. (:

Personal freundlich, Croques sehr lecker...habe mittlerweile fast jeden Croque mit der Familie oder den Arbeitskollegen ausprobiert...Lieferzeit 25-30 min...Top!!!!

Heute zum ersten Mal da Bestellt Essen (croque) war sehr lecker Lieferung war schnell,und sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen👌Macht weiter so 👍

Endlich mal was neues in Wilhelmsburg. Sowohl der Croque als auch der Crêpe hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und cool drauf. 👍🏼
