I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-in during off-peak hours at 3:30 p.m., and there was only one car in front of me. It used to be much faster.

The restaurant left me with mixed feelings. First, I must say that it was far too cold inside. This detracted from the overall dining experience and made me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame that management couldn't manage this important aspect. Furthermore, I was also disappointed with the taste of the food. The dishes I ordered didn't impress me. They were bland and lacked care in their preparation. The quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired, and overall, the food wasn't worth the money I paid for it. It's unfortunate that my experience at this restaurant was so disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and makes improvements so that future guests can have a more enjoyable time there.

I was there with my partner last weekend. The weather was nice, so we asked if the outside terrace was no longer open (implicitly saying it was a shame because it was always so nice there). The old lady with bleached hair replied rudely, "No, you can see we've packed up," but also with a face you can't imagine 😂 Then she wanted to seat us in the back of the restaurant, in the darkest corner, even though the windows at the front were empty (and no, we didn't have a reservation there ;) ). It's a shame that a restaurant with such a good location to attract so many customers has such a bad staff. It's not the first time this woman has been so unfriendly; perhaps, unlike other people, she gets up on the wrong foot EVERY day. By the way, it's also very unprofessional for a restaurant to respond to bad reviews here with makeshift counter-arguments and indirect attacks. Unfortunately, it shows that some people aren't suited to the restaurant industry or criticism in general. The blame that the restaurant is always projected back onto the customers in the replies also shows that these "isolated cases"/"individual customers" aren't just exceptions, but that guests have had exactly the same experience many times before. This makes these "counterattacks" seem quite ridiculous, which is also evident when other users repeatedly like the messages from the guests who commented. Maybe try something different, like a restaurant 👍🏼
