There were three of us at the Tandoori House and we were warmly greeted right at the door. Afterwards, we were allowed to choose where we wanted to sit. The starter was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the main course. We all ordered different dishes so we could try each other's. Our selection: 1. TANDOORI SEEKH KEBAB 2. TANDOORI LAMB TIKKA 3. LAMB SAAG With the first dish, I noticed an unusual smell that I couldn't quite identify – whether it was from the lamb or the spices, I can't say. Therefore, I didn't like this dish. In the second dish, the meat was very tough, and the spice mix wasn't to my taste. The third dish, on the other hand, completely won us over. The drinks selection was standard. However, the glasses are very small, while the straws were quite large in comparison. The placemats are also very slippery – BE CAREFUL with the drinks, there's a risk of tipping over! Overall, I can recommend the restaurant. The meat is halal, but alcoholic beverages are also available.

The best Pakistani restaurant that reminds me of home made cooking from my own Pakistani mother. I am here for business and I’m here for a few weeks and this Pakistani restaurant was the best in Hannover. I was getting tired of the usual restaurants and needed some home cooked meals and this restaurant definitely brought me back. Coming from the USA and very pleased with this restaurant and staff.

Really, really delicious food! Preparation is quick, and delivery is just as fast. I haven't eaten in the restaurant itself yet; unfortunately, it's a bit cramped. But I've been working my way through the menu recently and haven't had a dish I didn't like. The cheese naan is especially delicious with the curries! 100% recommended!

We tried the Tandoori Haus because of its high ratings and as an alternative to other Indian restaurants in Braunschweig, but were disappointed with the selection and value for money. We didn't take advantage of the buffet, but ordered à la carte. The staff was friendly but uninformed. Papadum (standard at every Indian restaurant) and dishes with paneer weren't available, even though they weren't on the menu. The quality of the food was okay, but the presentation was a bit poor. However, the price was too high compared to other Indian restaurants. During the week, the restaurant was 20% full.

We visited Tandoori Haus for the first time, at lunchtime. It's one of the few restaurants that also offers lunch. A cozy, clean atmosphere and delicious food. Excellent value for money. What stands out, however, is the friendliness and hospitality of the service. There's even time to philosophize about God and the world when it's not too busy. We greatly appreciate this hospitality and will definitely return. The dishes can also be ordered online and picked up or delivered. Thanks to the team for the delicious lunch and the pleasant stay.

After my visit, I believe the current reviews are not true. The lamb was extremely tough, tasted old, and had an unpleasant flavor. The portions were disappointingly small, especially considering the high prices. The salad was minimal and poorly prepared—it added nothing to the meal. The quality doesn't match the cost, and the ambiance is merely average, which doesn't justify the high price. The value for money is very poor, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We'd love to come back! We've ordered from here many times, and today was our first visit to the restaurant. We had tandoori chicken and aloo gosht. Both were truly delicious and wonderfully seasoned. The flavors were intense yet balanced, and the meat was tender and juicy. The service was also very friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. We're already looking forward to our next visit or our next order :)
