Ince B83 Restaurant in Melsungen

We just ate at their restaurant and were absolutely thrilled with everything. The food was delicious, the service was incredibly kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. Many thanks to the owner for creating such a great place! Best regards from Sascha and Natascha.

The food is generally okay, but the staff often seem annoyed. Unfortunately, last time I went, they put a large piece of meat in my vegetarian kebab. That's really annoying, especially if you're consciously avoiding meat. They should be more careful about this.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The doner kebab meat was of very poor quality – tough, full of gristle, and truly awful. The doner kebabs seemed carelessly prepared, simply thrown together quickly without any attention to detail. The customer service also leaves much to be desired – they urgently need to improve their friendliness and service. On a positive note, the mixed grill platters are quite tasty, and the rice is also really good. Nevertheless, it's a shame that the only doner kebabs available in Melsungen are made with basic doner kebab meat. A proper doner kebab with high-quality meat, better prepared, and with delicious sauces would certainly do the place a world of good.

The doner kebab has declined considerably in recent years. The meat is no longer cut fresh from the spit, but stored in warming containers. Furthermore, the bread wasn't crispy. The dishes from the charcoal grill, however, are still very tasty and highly recommended, but the doner kebab has unfortunately become very disappointing these days.

Unfortunately, the quality of the kebab has declined considerably: the bread isn't crispy, there's not enough sauce, and the meat is cold...

In my opinion, this is the best Donnerläden in Melsungen. The prices are a bit higher than the others, but the quality is worth it. Especially considering the core elements of Anatolian cuisine, the dishes on offer are very tasty and varied.

We've now ordered once and eaten there once. Ordering over the phone was difficult because the recipient couldn't understand the street and, annoyed, had to fetch someone who spoke better German. The prices are on the higher end of the menu for a snack bar. The doner kebab plate costs €15.50, the doner kebab box €8.50. For that, I would expect a larger portion, or more meat. The pizza was topped with canned mushrooms and peppers. Unfortunately, the salad also contained pickled peppers. Overall, the food could have been more seasoned. The service in the restaurant was super friendly and quick.

An absolutely fantastic atmosphere and great staff. The prices and service are very good. We love eating there with the whole family. The chef is a great guy and a natural host, always ready with a smile.

Never in my life have I eaten such a lackluster kebab plate for €15.50. I ordered veal but got chicken, and the salad tasted like it had been sitting in a box for two days. There was too little sauce, so the meat was very dry, and especially the fries.

We ate there while passing through. The pizza was good, as was the service. The only thing that was different was the payment. You placed your order at your table, and the food was served. You only had to go to the cashier in the restaurant to pay.

Look closely! Eating inside costs extra. This wasn't obvious to us at first glance – it could be more clearly signposted, even inside. I had a pizza, but unfortunately, it wasn't in the oven for much longer. The fries were excellent. The price/performance ratio wasn't quite right in my opinion. A portion of garlic sauce for €5.50...

I do not recommend it to any cheapskate

Twice very disappointing. The first time, the lamacun dough wasn't cooked through...and yesterday, I ordered a kebab box without sauce!!! What was in it? Lots of fries...six pieces of meat and an awful lot of sauce...and for that price, it's a real rip-off!!!!! And this isn't the first time I've heard this, so never again...

The dürüm was very dry, and the sauce we requested was charged an extra €2.50. The water glass had a stranger's lip print. We sat outside, incredibly loud on the street. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered the special offer for a doner kebab for €5 and was very disappointed. After opening the kebab, I realized it was almost entirely salad. That's unfair—I ordered a doner kebab, not a bowl of salad. If you want to save money, please don't do it at the expense of your customers. Only make offers you can actually keep. This seems like deception, and I won't be visiting this restaurant again. Customers shouldn't be taken for fools.

We ordered two family pizzas. The taste was okay. The price was overpriced. 7 euros per topping. The total cost was 99 euros. Inappropriate!

I didn't like the food at all. 11.50 for a children's kebab and a canned drink. Too expensive for me. The portion was very small. You could say it was a children's portion. The meat was finely sliced ​​and dry. The meat had a specific flavor, with a specific spice. How can you tell if it's good quality? The service could be better. No salvettes on the table, no toothpicks, and no glass was offered with the canned drink. I was expecting at least "Bon appetit and goodbye." The Turkish music bothered me a bit. The tables and room were clean and well-renovated. That was good.

I really enjoy eating here. Everything is fresh and delicious. Finally, no takeaway food. I had the most delicious lamb soup of my life. The staff is very friendly, and the chef is never too proud to stop by the table for a few friendly words. They also serve authentic Turkish tea. 😋. The ambiance is also very nice.

25 Euro mixed is expensive, also İskender is only bread and döner meat, the price is 20 Euro expensive and having only 1 employee in a big restaurant is a different situation.

They make a mega offer for 5€ but don't keep it

Actually, I should give it a minus 5 stars. The reason for that is the burgers they serve. Afterward, we went to McDonald's out of frustration and ate 5-star burgers there, by comparison. I recommend everyone avoid this bistro. On top of that, the staff behind the counter were absolutely miserable.

Very disappointing! I ordered a pide with minced meat. There was almost no meat visible at the top, just dough. When I opened it up, the bottom was completely black and burnt. It was unappetizing and looked very unhygienic. I cannot recommend this restaurant

We ordered a buffet from Mr. Ince for our wedding (100 people) in March 2025 and we and our guests were thrilled. It was so delicious, lovingly prepared and everything was so easy to set up and take down. We chose Ince because we have been eating there for years and are consistently satisfied, full and happy. Being brought the wrong food. Unfortunately the food was cold and didn't taste that good. We ate there with several people; But it was definitely the last time because the quality had deteriorated a lot. The waitress was very unfriendly and tried to blame us for the errors in the order.

Parking spaces are available on site. The food was really good, especially the grilled plates. The dishes for e.g. 4 people are easily enough for 6, i.e. 6 adult men. Prices were completely reasonable. The disadvantage was that the music was way too loud and well I would say that the waitress had a very difficult time understanding fluent German.

Hello, up until now I have always enjoyed eating here or ordering it and picking it up. Basically, I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. After my visit yesterday with my previous order, I was disappointed for the first time due to a mistake on the part of the staff, the entire order was mixed up and didn't even correspond to my order in the slightest. So far it's not bad "we're all just human, that's what I thought until today!" When I appeared in person today with my complaint, the managing director did not respond to me as expected, let alone with an adequate apology, only with raised words and gestures plus a ban on the house, after which I wanted the receipt back from him... and finally got it! .... now I or we are banned from the house and the yard, documented by photos of my car and myself! All in all we can live with it... But an apology? Nope, just a house ban :) TOP! I'll frame my receipt :)

The food is good! Takeaway service poor. Food is put down and at some point someone conveniently takes away what was ordered. Or you order to take away and wait forever for the rest while the kebab has been sitting on the warming plate for 10 minutes.

When we are in Melsungen, we often plan to have a meal at Ince. We have always been satisfied so far. The food, drinks and service are always good.

I've eaten in the restaurant here several times. It was always delicious and filled me up. Today I got a kebab box to take away. Unfortunately, the portion feels like it's only half as big as if you eat it in a restaurant. For €7.50 you can expect more... So either eat in the restaurant or somewhere else.

We came here quite by chance through our hiking group. All grilled dishes and pizzas were great. I myself ate a lamb skewer that was really good. Located directly on the main street, it is very large, bright and very clean and tidy inside with plenty of parking space in front of the restaurant. The only thing one hiker in our group didn't like was a pasta dish with cream, and a Turkish restaurant also seems unsuitable for that. Otherwise we were very satisfied and will definitely come back, especially because of the lamb dishes. Thank you

Wir waren in Melsungen unterwegs und sind zum ersten Mal in diesen Restaurant gewesen. Der erste Eindruck war ganz okay vor allem sauber und sehr freundlich. Man kann mit der Familie dort sehr gemütlich sitzen und essen. Wir würden nochmal kommen 👍
