Imbiss Le Kilimandscharo in Nürnberg

Two of us were there today, and we'll definitely go next week because they have goat meat too. Oh, and the food was very good. We had beef with tomato sauce, fried banana and steamed banana, and bobolo (I hope I spelled it well). The bobolo wasn't our favorite. It was a bit hard, but the woman told us what it was. But my friend still had it 🤣. But the beef with tomato sauce and foufou was fantastic. The meat was very soft. We also had a fork and knife (some African restaurants don't give us that), and the woman was incredibly friendly and very nice. She said if we order goat meat, they can combine it however we like. For example, goat meat with tomato sauce or with peanut sauce. And everything was 27 euros. Very cheap. Ah, and they also have a very good spicy sauce if you want it. But it's extremely spicy. I'll be honest, the restaurant Don't look wow, but the food is very good. I was in a nice restaurant last time and the food wasn't good or the service wasn't friendly. Honest experience: I’ve tried almost everything on their menu, and the only decent option is the stew with rice. The rest is well below average. Service is extremely poor, especially when ordering online or asking for clarification. They misrepresent portions, overcharge, and deliver far less than what’s shown in the pictures. Dine in? atmostphere is noisy and dirty.

Very delicious food! Prepared with love and fresh. The meat was tender and the peanut sauce was delicious. We'll be back!

Delicious! It was our first time eating African food, and we really wanted to try fufu. We preferred the tomato sauce version to the peanut sauce version, which was also very tasty! The staff was very friendly.

Very delicious food and very hospitable. We drove an extra 1.5 hours for this, and it was more than worth it. We'd love to go back 🙂

Fufu tastes more neutral than plantain, but the peanut sauce and chicken were very good and add flavor to the fufu. Absolute recommendation for a really good meal for €11.

It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to eat, everything tasted like old grease because we were waiting in the store and our clothes also smelled like it

I ate the beef skewers with rice 🍚 and the doughnuts. The prices are very good for the portions, I could still eat rice the next day. I picked up the food then and it was still nice and warm, I didn't even have to warm it up at home. The service was top 👍🏽 Can only recommend it. Support is not murder :)❣️

Incredibly delicious food, family atmosphere, again at any time!

I ordered FUFU and egusi with two orders of beef stew that have rice. They all had 3 pieces of meat with them each were 10-11 euro. The FUFU was not real FUFU, it was like pounded rice.

After a strenuous day at the trade fair, I really enjoyed the authentic African food in a quiet atmosphere. At my request, there was detailed and friendly advice on the various foods. Which resulted in an excellent fitting choice. It will be an integral part of the next trade fair visit to Nuremberg.

Owner is very friendly. Food is delicious. Just a little too much oil in it. It's nice that in Nuremberg, in addition to the many Ethiopian cuisines, there is also West African cuisine - bravooo, merci.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert! Tauche ein in die authentische Welt afrikanischer Aromen mitten in Nürnberg! Das Essen ist ein Fest für die Sinne – von würzigen Jollof-Reis bis hin zu köstlichen Plantains. Jeder Bissen ist eine kulinarische Entdeckungsreise. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die echte afrikanische Küche lieben!

Wollte unbedingt mal FouFou probieren. Habe ein Gericht mit Rindfleisch und Tomatensoße bestellt. War sehr lecker. Nur das Fleisch hätte ein bißchen weicher sein können. Komme gerne wieder um auch die anderen Gerichte zu probieren.

Wo kann man in Nürnberg essen und zufrieden sein? Das ist der perfekte Ort. Die Dame ist sehr zugänglich und gastfreundlich und nimmt sich die Zeit, dir viele Dinge zu erklären. Ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Ort.

also wir haben genau 1 stunde und 30 minuten auf das essen gewartet lammfleisch war richtig trocken und wie gummi zudem hat der fufu einfach nach garnichts geschmeckt aber die bedienung war eine ganz liebe dame drum auch 2 sterne sonst essen leider nicht so lecker und für die portionen zu teuer 2 knochen mit etwas lamm hat uns 12 euro gekostet

Mein Mann und ich waren heute das erste mal hier essen und haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert. Alle waren super lecker und wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

ES WAR SUPER LECKER!! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort, eine süße klein Essecke ist vorhanden. Die Frau war sehr freundlich. Das essen war mega Lecker 😍❤ Ich werde hier öfters kommen.

Ein sehr nettes Lokal mit sehr gutem Essen!! Tolle Gastgeberin, die es versteht zur Essensauswahl zu beraten und von der Kameruner/afrikanischen Küche zu begeistern! Wir kommen wieder und Sie hoffentlich auch!! Für manche Gerichte empfiehlt sich die Vorbestellung!! 😋

Super geniales Essen! Wir hatten DG und Rinderragout. Beides super lecker und auf den Punkt. Werden hier noch öfter bestellen.

Ich hatte Kochbananen mit Hühnchen und kann dieses Gericht nur empfehlen! Es war sehr fruchtig und hat angenehm gesättigt. Preis - Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Außerdem ist die Dame, die dort arbeitet, sehr freundlich.

Das erste mal frittierte Kochbanane gegessen, und war sehr Lecker... vor allem die scharfe Soße hat es mir angetan :) Sehr nette Frau am Tresen.

Essen war ok, die Erdnusssosse samt Fleisch wurde vor meinen Augen in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht. Stellt die Mikro zumindest in die Küche. Unfähig mit der Kasse umzugehen, unnötiges warten bis man bezahlen kann, Essen wird in der Zwischenzeit kalt.
