Gutmann am Dutzendteich in Nürnberg

The staff are sometimes a bit overwhelmed, but otherwise everything is fine. However, the service is terrible; I've been waiting for 10 minutes for my beer.

A lovely beer garden in a prime location, on a historic site. Coffee, cake, typical beer garden dishes and drinks were all excellent. The restrooms were very clean considering the number of visitors.

We were there with the whole family, ranging in age from 5 to 80. Something we weren't used to at home, and which I really appreciated, was that in addition to the typical children's schnitzel and nuggets with fries, they also offered a children's roast pork. I'd honestly never seen that before. The schnitzel was a very good size and tasted great. The crackling on the roast pork shoulder was incredibly crispy and delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. As a newcomer, we immediately felt at ease, as if we'd been there many times before. We'd love to come back on our next visit to Nuremberg!

The food was very tasty, the girls in the service were super nice and quick, unfortunately the noise level is really very loud - a normal conversation is hardly possible inside.

Simply has the best Hefeweizen 🥰 very good Franconian cuisine 😋👌 and still normal prices 👍

Yesterday, the three of us went to the Nuremberg Comedy Night and we were thrilled! 😇 The program and the performers were very entertaining and funny. Gutmann itself has a fantastic location, and parking is very close and easily accessible on foot. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and quick. 😊 My two colleagues and I all had the sauerbraten and Kaiserschmarrn, and some of us also had the pumpkin soup beforehand – everything was incredibly delicious! 🤗 And the plates were piping hot! 👍 The dark Gutmann wheat beer is also fantastic! 🍺 A wonderful evening – highly recommended! 🥳

Yesterday, we spontaneously decided to have dinner there with a larger group of colleagues. The reservation was very straightforward and promptly confirmed. We received a warm welcome, and a large table for 20 people was reserved for us in the adjoining room. The service was friendly and attentive from beginning to end. Someone was always coming around to make sure we had everything we needed. Once everyone had eaten, a colleague came by again to ask if everything was alright and wished us bon appétit. Everything was great: uncomplicated, friendly, clean, good, and of course, delicious. The price was also realistically reasonable. The only downside was that the pork shoulder wasn't crispy, which disappointed me 😞, but the staff apologized and said they would pass the information on to the kitchen. Many thanks to the Gutmann team; we had a lovely evening and will gladly return.

Fantastic experience here. Even though we didn't have a reservation and the dining room was full, they opened the other room so we could still have dinner. And we had a delicious meal afterward!

Very friendly service, lightning-fast, and no long waits—it's quite impressive. When choosing food, you should stick to the standard brewery fare; they're good. You can skip the more exotic dishes; they're okay, but nothing more. The draft beer is excellent; the wheat beer, which I don't usually like from the bottle, is something else entirely. Is it worth going here? I think so. When the place is packed, it's quite loud, but that's part of it.

The club's home game. Beforehand, we headed to Gutmann am Dutzenteich. The weather still allowed us to sit on the terrace. There are plenty of cushions and blankets to keep us warm. Great service. Full marks for everything else, too. Super fast service. Friendly staff. The food (roast pork & cheese spaetzle with a large salad) arrived very quickly and was delicious. The prices for Nuremberg are unbeatable, and the drinks (beer, blackcurrant spritzer, and latte) are also highly recommended. Thanks to the team at Gutmann am Dutzenteich. Keep up the good work, and next time we're in Nuremberg, we'll definitely be back.

Awesome, idyllic beer garden with delicious beer and food. Perfect for a pre-match drink or two. And a tip for anyone with good taste: This is, of course, the best wheat beer anywhere. If you need a quick bite, you'll also find delicious currywurst and fries, even a vegetarian option. The place to be for a home game!

Quality in all areas. The schnitzel is freshly cooked in the pan, and there's a constantly changing seasonal menu.

An institution on the Dutzendteich lake. In summer, the beer garden is very busy. There's almost always room in the restaurant, but reservations are definitely recommended on weekends. However, this isn't possible when FCN is playing, at least not at lunchtime. The menu offers something for everyone, including snacks, salads, hot dishes, and desserts.

I was there for an event and had eaten in the restaurant beforehand – everything was excellent. The dishes are traditional, prepared with great taste and love, from cabbage rolls to a snack platter. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for the quality offered. The interior is very stylishly decorated, and outside there is a large, beautiful beer garden that invites you to linger in the summer. We were also served at our tables during the event – ​​it was extremely well organized. Highly recommended, reservations recommended.

A beautiful beer garden by the Dutzendteich lake. Excellent cuisine and a fantastic rooftop terrace. The service is also very friendly and attentive. The Gutmann wheat beer really doesn't need to be mentioned specifically; it's delicious. I've rarely had such a tasty wheat beer. They also serve a classic Helles beer. The Gutmann, or formerly Wanner, is an ideal place to stop for a drink, for example, after a walk or something similar.

We attended a wedding in the grand hall. Delicious food, excellent staff! I highly recommend it!

Beautifully located on the Dutzendteich lake, the spacious grounds offer plenty of parking spaces both in the serviced area and outside. Parking is a bit limited, but there's an Obi supermarket just a few minutes away, which has plenty of space on weekends.

We were there for an event. The restaurant was extremely busy, and the event hall was fully booked. The service was very friendly and quick, and the Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) was delicious. The price was fair, too.

Gutmann am Dutzendteich serves delicious beers and tasty Franconian specialties such as Schäuferla (a kind of sausage), highly recommended. The interior is spread over several levels and also has smaller, separate rooms for family celebrations. Outside, there's a terrace and a large beer garden under large, old trees, right by the Dutzendteich. It's best to arrive by public transportation, as there's virtually no parking on site. Currently, due to construction, all parking is reserved for residents. And there are very few other parking spaces. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Humming on a Friday, this cheery lakeside venue shows how much the locals love their beer. And excellent beer it is. Pay a little deposit for your glass. A salad is an optional alternative to the hotdogs.

Top location. There's something for everyone. You can refuel in the self-service area or relax in the restaurant. Very good value for money. Homely, Franconian cuisine. Excellent sauces. I give it only six out of five stars. There's room for improvement in terms of organization, but it's well-organized. Thank you very much. We'd be happy to come back.

Very nice hefeweizen. Other drinks are available. Price is standard. The beer garden is next to a lake with duck and flamingo pedalos. There is an indoor area but I paid no attention to it as it was the summer. Transport to and from the central district of Nürnberg is easy. I'd definitely go back.

My fourth or fifth time visiting Gutmann am Dutzendteich. We usually go to the Biergarten for a beer en route to view the lake, football stadium and site of the rallies. A considerable sized outside area and very nice, clean indoor space for visitors to avail of. It is always an excellent experience on a nice, sunny day. However, on this occasion, the heavens opened resulting in a very heavy rainfall and strong winds. The staff were excellent, ushering us into a warm dry banquet type hall, where we stayed for a few Gutmann beers until the rain stopped. Would 100% recommend stopping here for beer going to and from these places. I must have had one too many as I walked toward the tram stop, I had left my rucksack behind. As I walked back, one of the waitresses was walking towards me with it. I was very relieved as I had some semi-valuable items in it. I tried to give her €10 but she refused to take it. What a lady. Fabulous experience and service delivered by the team.

We had hoped for much more from the food. Portions were okay to small, but not worth the price. Mashed potatoes tasted good reheated. The cheese spaetzle was more like pasta with cheese sauce. Unfortunately, nothing special.

The beer garden is quite large. There are plenty of available tables outside, while there are plenty of seats inside, but significantly fewer than outside. The food is served relatively quickly, but the quality is only average. The service is very friendly. Overall, it's still a nice place to spend a pleasant afternoon.
