The food was great. The website says it's open until 10 PM, but they charge you at 8:15 PM. The coffee machine was also cleaned at 8 PM without even asking if you wanted one. It's a shame, we felt like we had to leave.

The service was friendly. The food was disappointing.

Two years ago, I gave it 5 stars 🌟, but I can only give it one. First, the positive: the male waitress was very friendly and quick, but unfortunately, that was it. The octopus salad, an appetizer, was almost completely thrown away, with far too much vinegar, inedible. The same thing happened with the main course, Tagliata Ofrukola (€17.20): only the meat was edible, and the arugula was completely thrown away. It was also far too vinegary, sour, not a good vinegar, and tasted more like dark wine vinegar. Despite informing the waitress about our complaint, we were charged full price for both dishes. Constructive criticism was not welcome. The manager's reaction was unprofessional. To each their own opinion... It's a shame, but Radolfzell offers enough good restaurants that value their guests. Never again

Unusual Austrian lightness paired with Italian cuisine served by the chef, or better yet, with a sense of humor. The food is incredibly delicious, and the meal concludes with a tiramisu dessert. Buonissimo!

If there were zero stars, I would give it now. We went in comfortably right by the entrance because all the tables outside were full. Then we sat inside right in front of the door and waited, then the waitress came and told us in an unfriendly manner that we could only sit outside. I then asked her for what reason it was right by the entrance gate and it was full outside. Should we sit on the concrete slab? I then told her how bad that was and how unfriendly to guests. PS the guest is always king, worldwide. Because we bring the money. Unfriendliest restaurant ever. Don't go there. 00000 stars

The food was okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. It claims to serve Italian cuisine, but it didn’t taste like authentic Italian food.

The food was very good, and I'd be happy to come back. However, it's deducted one star because you still can't pay by card here in 2025.

Simply disappointing – cheap convenience foods ("calamari" and "tuna") that weren't even properly prepared (the tuna was completely dry and the calamari coating was soaked in oil). But the prices were high. The tagliata was quite decent.

This was the worst restaurant we've ever eaten at. Everything was just convenience foods. At first, we thought the prices were really good. But when we finally got our food, we were very disappointed. Ready-made schnitzel, salad mix from a package with canned mushrooms, and chicken breast tasted like store-bought. Even outdoor pool food tasted better... Never again! 🤮

I should have left the restaurant when I felt that it was rather cold inside and was offered a table adjacent to the entrance door. It was a rainy day, temperatures had dropped to 10 degrees C but they kept the entrance door open all the time. After chosing a table far away from the door we ordered drinks and food, Pasta Arrabiata and Asparagus with boiled potatoes and sauce hollandaise. The pasta was a bit too spicy but more importantly the penne pasta was not of the best quality, however, it was edible. The asparagus and the boiled potatoes were good but the salad was dried out decoration, not edible. I doubt that the chef is an Italian.

We were there twice for dinner in the last week of March 2025, nice atmosphere, good service, price/performance ratio ok!

Def. Not recommended the restaurant. Beginning very unfriendly seems very nerfed for the child after ordering. Half of the menus ordered are forgotten and not served. Some of the menus are no longer available so you just get something else without asking. Reclamation is being discussed. And paid full price for it.

The directions from Google were completely wrong because three people accessed them and wandered around, so the redirection to the restaurant took place via cell phone. The tarte flambée wasn't a hit for the price. It may be common practice to not ask which classic mineral water you want and then automatically give you the most expensive one on the San Pellergrino menu, but it is not good service.

Since the food tasted very good on the first visit, we made another reservation outside for two adults + 1 child. When we arrived promptly at the specified time, we saw from the distance how the last square table had been given away to three adults. It's a shame, we should then go to a small round table without a child-friendly chair or just that. Were really disappointed with the way it was done. Taste isn't everything.

Service could have been a little more attentive. The food tasted very bland, unfortunately we had to add more seasoning. The tarte flambée was nothing special, I actually wouldn't order it again.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, great octopus salad...steaks with homemade awesome herb butter, great wine...large portions...everything fresh and absolutely great value for money!!!

No EC card payment possible. Only a piece of paper written in very, very small letters indicates this. Not very professional in a place where there are many guests from all over the world. A note when ordering would have been appropriate. Food is ok, but no better or worse than anywhere else.

A great bruschetta as a starter made us look forward to the turkey steak tomato mozzarella with fries, unfortunately the main course, which tasted good despite everything, couldn't keep up. Crispy fries, but almost unseasoned, a halved tomato with melted mozzarella (not enough for me), but delicious tomato sauce (unfortunately not enough 🥲). Otherwise great ambience and good coffee.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant based on the reviews. First of all: it is neither an Italian restaurant nor is the relatively good rating justified. The menu was minimalistic and had nothing to do with the online menu. Ordered a bruschetta as a starter. But it didn't come because it was forgotten. I ordered a lumberjack steak. A turkey steak arrived piled high with vegetables and a thin tomato sauce where the sauce flowed all over the plate and made the fries soggy. When I pointed out that this was not a lumberjack steak, I was told that this is how you do it. 1 star is still too much for this meal.

After we had sat down and ordered, the food arrived at the next table. The couple complained that the meat was tough and the arugula on the plate was spoiled. The woman read her Went back and ordered something else. But the arugula was probably bad there too. I always like to form my own opinion and was excited about my food. Unfortunately, I discovered that my husband's pasta and salad also contained lettuce that I wouldn't expect anyone to eat myself. We did so partly because we were hungry and partly because we are generally suspicious of food that is brought after a complaint. We sorted out the arugula and demonstratively placed it on the napkin on the plate (unfortunately I can't post the photo here. Maybe in the general image search?). The waiter noticed this (he already knew the problem from the next table). He asked if everything was OK, which we said no about the arugula. He said he would let the boss know. She would come soon. The boss came too - but only to collect money. No price reduction - no apology - neither in words nor in the form of an espresso or similar. We were very disappointed, especially since there was a market right next to it where the restaurant could have bought fresh, crunchy rocket,… Really a shame ☹️ We certainly won't come back.

Went to the restaurant specifically. While several people were still in the store, we were informed that the store was closed. However, it says online that the restaurant doesn't close until 10 p.m. When I politely suggested that they might be able to adjust the opening times so that others wouldn't be disappointed, I was answered with a smile that "that's just the way it is today." Very unfortunate.

Dieses gemütliche Lokal mag klein sein, überzeugt jedoch mit einem aufmerksamen Personal und einem besonders freundlichen Hauptkellner. Die Speisen sind stets von hervorragender Qualität, frisch zubereitet und preislich angemessen. Besonders das Surf 'n' Turf, das mit 350-400 Gramm zartem Rumpsteak, einem Garnelenspieß und einem großen Scampi sowie reichhaltigen Beilagen daherkommt, ist für nur 25 € ein echter Genuss. Dazu gibt es stets großzügig eingeschenkte Weine. Die charmante Lage mitten in der Stadt bietet die perfekte Kulisse, um einen Abend in angenehmer Gesellschaft zu verbringen. Meine 98-jährige Tante und ich haben bereits einige Abende mit Oliven, Brot und Wein hier genossen – ein Erlebnis, das man nicht verpassen sollte. Es mag edlere Alternativen geben, aber hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein echtes Juwel in der Stadt!

We wanted to eat at Passagio for the third time with 4 people. The first time (around 6 p.m.) everything was fine, drinks and food were good. The second time (around 9 p.m.) we just wanted Flamm cake and something to drink, we had barely sat down when the cellar came and said there was no more food and just a quick drink and it would be almost the end of the day (9 p.m.) And now for the third time today, we just wanted tarte flambée and something to drink, and the waiter didn't come for a long time until we waved at him, then he came and immediately said he didn't have any more tarte flambée and went back in. We weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink. We avoid the local pub, as you should call it, and unfortunately it is not recommended.

It couldn't be worse. Unfriendly staff. The woman who was at the bar was not only unfriendly but also cheeky. The food, well. In any case, the cleaning staff wasn't there today. Never again

The place looked inviting, so we went out to eat… However, the food was very disappointing… 1. Tarte flambée had far too much ruccola, although there was no mention of it anywhere… 2. Small "mixed" salad consisted of 99% only ruccola and didn't even have any sauce (you thought you were a cow that only eats grass) the only piece of cucumber was cut as thick as a finger... 3. Ravioli with truffle sauce also consisted almost entirely of ruccola, although there wasn't any of it anywhere and the portion was so small that you wondered if you had actually eaten anything at all... For the money we paid, there are clearly better alternatives. Unfortunately, all in all, not recommended.

I came for the second time to order a rump steak with salad. The first time experience was very good. This time the meat was almost raw and after a second roast it went better. The price of Euro 18.50 was ok, the salad was good. The piece of meat was very large, rather tough and I would have liked a sharper knife.

Der Kellner konnte uns keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Radler war extrem dünn. Mein Salat.. na ja, essbar war er schon, das Hähnchen war sogar ok, aber in 40 Minuten hat mir mein Bauch extrem weh getan. Flammkuchen mir Speck und Kartoffel war gut. Toilettenraum im Restaurant stammt vermutlich noch aus den 80-er Jahren. Ich kann es leider nicht empfehlen.

Klasse Essen und eine absolute Empfehlung!

Personal war freundlich, allerdings war mein Nudelgericht absolut nicht den Preis wert. Hat leider nicht geschmeckt und wenn mich einer fragt waren die Hähnchenbruststreifen aus der TK Packung von Netto, sorry ,habe was anderes erwartet. Der Grillteller war auch nix besonderes und wenig.

Die Paella sowie auch der gemischte Salat mit Putenstreifen haben sehr gut gemundet und waren lecker gewürzt. Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend, in der Paella war reichlich Fisch und auch andere Leckereien, der Salat sehr knackig weil das Gemüse frisch war. Die Putenstreifen waren schon fast kleine (große) Schnitzel. Auf den Punkt gegart. Mmmmhhh lecker. Passend wurde nachgefragt ob es schmeckt oder vielleicht noch etwas fehlt. Empfehlenswert.

Kleines Lokal mit einigen Tischen auch draußen. Wir haben Flammkuchen gegessen, trotz Fertigteig sehr lecker. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Toilette war leider nicht so super.

Auf Empfehlung vieler bekannter und aufgrund eines Gutscheines zu meinem Geburtstag waren wir hier essen und wurden enttäuscht selbst die Freunde die es gelobt hatten und ebenfalls mit uns essen waren waren enttäuscht die Bedienung junger Kerl nett freundlich aber in Jogging Hose die so tief hing das der Schlitz für Trinkgeld immer Offenstand die Tische wurden sporadisch gesäubert durchgehend mit dem gleichen lumpen Bedienung sie junge Frau war sehr still ist auf Reklamationen gar nicht eingegangen weder das die Paella nur nach Zitrone schmeckt oder der Salat mehrere braune Blätter hatte der flamkuchen einen ca 5 cm Belag freien Rand hatte was großzügig mit Rucola überworfen würde wurde einfach nicht gehört oder drauf reagiert naja für mich war es leider das erste und letzte Mal

Einfache, klare Ausstattung. Das Essensangebot ist überschaubar, aber vielfältig und gut zubereitet. Der Lugana ( Weißwein) schmeckt sehr gut und ist preislich voll OK

Wir haben hier zu später Stunde trotz eigentlich schon geschlossener Küche einen Salat mit Putenbruststreifen bekommen. Das Ambiente war super angenehm & entspannt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Lediglich das Dressing des Salates hat nicht ganz meinen Geschmack getroffen.

Ich habe die Ravioli mit Käsesahne gegessen, gefühlt mit Spinat. Die Soße war eine Geschmacksexplosion hat mich echt umgehauen. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam! Ich hab mich wohl gefühlt, ich hätte noch stundenlang dort sitzen können trotz schlechtem Wetter.

Es war eine sehr freundliche Bewirtung. Der sehr leckerer Flammenkuchen zum vernünftigen Preis war den Besuch auf jedenfall wert. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind vor dem Regen hier her geflüchtet und haben uns bei Flammkuchen (mega lecker!) Und Teramisu (lecker aber streng) es gut gehen lassen. Der Kellner verstand uns nicht wirklich ganz, aber hey aller Anfang ist schwer, die Kollegin kam zur Hilfe, was völlig ok ist. Wir würden wiederkommen ;)

Sehr kleines Restaurant und Cafe was eigentlich viel italienischen Charme haben könnte wenn der Service ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit auch in Stress Momenten zeigen könnte.Der Cappuccino war sehr verbesserungswürdig aber trotzdem ein Straßen café das man einfach mal probieren sollte.

Wir waren am 30.4.23 zum essen. Wir hatten 2 mal den Grillteller, 1 mal Spargel mit Kartoffelgratin und 1 mal Currygeschnetzeltes mit Reis. Jedes essen war liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich genial. Einige Spargelstangen waren holzig und die Reaktion der Chefin war unglaublich, denn Sie hatte uns das Gericht nicht berechnet. In dieser Zeit einfach Hut ab. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Ersteinmal das positive. Die Bruschetta war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Das Ambiente war auch schön. Wir sind Mittags hin, also war nicht viel los. Als ich die Karte bekommen hatte, war ich erstmal verwirrt da dort nicht das gesamte Angebot drauf stand. Draußen stand, dass es Spaghetti Bolognese gibt, auf der Karte war davon aber nichts zu sehen. Auf Nachfrage hin konnte ich diese bestellen und muss sagen, dass es inordnung war. Meine zwei Freundinnen waren allerdings sehr unbegeistert von ihren Gerichten. Die Paella war übersalzen und das Rumsteak war laut meiner Freundin kein richtiges Rumsteak und schwer zu kauen. Bei diesen Gerichten gäbe es nur 2 Sterne... meins war in Ordnung deswegen gibt es 3. Für eine Flasche Mineralwasser (0,7), die ebenfalls nicht auf der Karte stand, zahlt man 6,90. Im Vergleich zu anderen Getränken war das noch günstig. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin...

Preiswert, lecker und gut! Der Flammkuchen war klasse, der Espresso spitze.
