It's a shame that the breakfast offering at the Ikea Koblenz has been so reduced. That's more distant to me now, just like the colorful ideological flag. Ikea will lose customers in both of these ways. It used to be packed here. go woke, go broke. Reduce your breakfast and skip the last bit. you should ask yourself whether all of this is necessary.

Well... rolls are old and right after opening on Monday - are the rolls from Saturday? The cocoa is either set incorrectly or made unclearly - in any case, it tastes watery despite the fact that we added cold milk from the coffee machine.

Very, very strange... My daughter (18) was in the Ikea restaurant today, August 8th, 2024 at 10:40 a.m. to fill the waiting time. Afterwards she sat in front of me crying. Her experience: When she entered the self-service area, she didn't see that if you wanted to drink a coffee you had to pay for it at the checkout!!! before !!! you fill it. She then walked past the cash register to the machine and started the preparation process. She noticed a man in a safety vest and the cashier who positioned themselves to her left and right and asked her to go to the cash register in a very harsh and loud tone. The tray was taken away from her. At the checkout my daughter apologized twice. She was ignored and people stood next to her, presumably to cut off her escape route. The cashier, still ignoring, with a look of absolute contempt on her face, threw the change onto a tray in front of her. The fact that my daughter then started crying out of insecurity didn't seem to faze her at all. I've experienced a lot of customer unfriendliness, but this was the worst. This cashier should urgently be assigned a workplace without customer contact. The reviews and the result of 2.9 stars speak for the overall impression the restaurant leaves.

Today I was greeted by a cockroach coming out of my food. After I told an employee about it, he just said to me: oh, they come in the packaging from Sweden. No refunds, absolutely nothing.

Today I had dinner with my friend at the IKEA restaurant, we both had Köttbulla with fries. It wasn't bad, of course it wasn't like it used to be, but you can eat it and it surprised us in a positive way. We can recommend it.😊

The food was a disaster. Mashed potatoes, peas, Kottbuller no taste, absolutely bad. No cocoa and also the coffee wasn't tasteful. Sad

No more comparison to before. Opening hours are now very bad - it's a shame. We also visited the restaurant while shopping at Ikea. Unfortunately, prices there have also risen. Basically it's okay, but it's not quite as appropriate given the ratio. Addendum July 2024: The opening times have been adjusted again. Friday promotion is also currently a good thing.

Has really worn off... In my experience, it's no longer worth it.

Courts have become much, much smaller. You won't be satisfied with one dish here. Just enough as a snack. Really stupid. Let's not eat at Ikea anymore

Köttbullar absolut nicht so gut . Die Pommes haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt.

More appearance than reality. Cold food, no idea about allergens (with reference to a digital system in which not everything is available or a folder with hundreds of pieces of paper). But since the staff is friendly, there are at least two stars. They can't do anything about it. Note to Ikea: provide employees with better training when it comes to intolerances. Writing child-friendly everywhere but not being able to help children with celiac disease or other allergies shows the opposite. For people with allergies, I would personally absolutely advise against eating there.

Today the visit to Ikea was combined with lunch. I chose an asparagus soup and a Caesar salad. The soup was very good and the salad was a good alternative to Kötbullar.. And the coffee afterwards was, as always, very good. You don't really expect such good food in a "furniture store". But all the dishes at Ikea have always been great.

The counter and cash register are overloaded, so the food is only lukewarm. Apple drink without apple, super loud.

Essen schmeckt gut.... Nur die Teller waren kalt.

Netter Service und guter Kuchen. Immer einen Besuch wert, wenn man bei Ikea ist.

You can enjoy the shopping and when you need to refresh your energy just enjoy the restaurant, drink something and eat, the food are Ikea standard, simple but nice , have also salads and deserts , you can buy a drink and the refil it’s free . Toilets are near the eating area they are big and clean , my only negative points are the seats are not comfortable , for a place who sells comfortable chairs, they are missing at restaurant , the place you need to rest a bit after long time walking inside , they do need pay attention on the employees from restaurant also (kassa) we was attended by a very rude one yesterday, maybe she is overworked! Anyway , hope change something about restaurant seats .

Schnelles Essen für die Mittagspause oder Zwischendurch. Teilweise wechselnde Gerichte. Kötbullar gibt's immer :-)

...für die schnelle Mittagspause und zum Nervenberuhigen beim Einkauf. Die Standard-Ikea-Gerichte wie Salat und Lachs sind okay, ohne Begeisterungsstürme in mir hervorzurufen.

Wer IKEA kennt weiß, was er hier bekommt. Ob nun die obligatorischen Kötbullar oder auch ein Schnitzel, Salat, Kaffee und Kuchen oder auch zum Frühstück, alles zu moderaten Preisen und auch die Qualität ist absolut in Ordnung. Klar steht man an, bei IKEA ist es eben immer voll, egal an welchem Wochentag oder zu welcher Stunde.

Man sollte in diesem Haus wirklich nur Möbel kaufen, aber nicht essen gehen. Massenabfertigung in Bahnhofsatmospäre. Nur geeignet für diejenigen, die die einschlägigen Ketten wie McD, BK und SUB für Gourmetrestaurants halten.

Einfach super ,günstig und lecker ,auch ohne Kuchen oder sonst was , einfach ohne Stress und Druck, der Kaffee ist lecker

Na ja, wenn ich ein First-Class-Restaurant erwarte, in dem ich etwas ganz besonderes geboten bekommen will, geh ich weiß Gott nicht zu Ikea. Wer zu Ikea geht, will sich in erster Linie Möbel und Wohnassessoires ansehen und - wenn der kleine Hunger kommt - auch mal eine Kleinigkeit genießen. Zudem ist das Ikea-Restaurant eine Kommunikationsstätte, morgens besonders für ältere Semester. Regelmäßig um 9.30 Uhr stehen schon Trauben von Rentnern vor der Eingangstür, wartend darauf, eingelassen zu werden, um sich ein andersartiges Frühstück zu gönnen, als sie das zu Hause haben. Für nur 3,95 Euro erhalten sie 2 Semmel, Lachs, Käse, Wurst, Trauben, Kiwi, Butter und Kaffee bis zum Abwinken. Für's Frühstück reichts allemal. Dazu die Möglichkeit, bis mittags sich mit Gleichaltrigen und mehr oder weniger Gleichgesinnten auszutauschen; herrlich, diesem Geschnatter zuzuschauen. Wo gibt's das sonst, als bei Ikea? Und nachmittags das Gleiche, jetzt sind überwiegend junge Familien mit ihren 'Plagen" unterwegs, die sich ihren Kaffee mit Kuchen gönnen. Herrlich, die Kleinen in ihrer Spielecke zu beobachten, oder am Tisch, wenn sie gestikulierend ihre Grimassen schneiden, wenn sie mal nicht zu mögen, wie Mama das will. Die Kleinen völlig unbedarft, die Eltern auf Etikette bedacht - bloß nicht auffallen. Herrlich, fast wie im Zoo, bei den Erdmännchen. Ganz klar, um die Mittagszeit, wenn alle an den Trog wollen, gibt's ein wenig Geknubbel an den Kühltheken. Das hat man auch, wenn man sich am 'Chinesischen Turm' im 'Englischen Garten' sein Hendl mit Kraut und Weizen, oder beim Oktoberfest, oder im Hofbräuhaus oder weiß-Gott-wo abholen will. Wer das nicht will, sollte zuhause bleiben und an seinem Knäckebrot knabbern. Das Essen bei Ikea ist stets frisch zubereitet, sieht lecker aus, schmeckt für Otto Normalo recht gut und ist doch - betrachtet man die hochwertige küchentechnische Infrastruktur - im Preis sehr angemessen. Teuer ist woanders. Zeitgenossen, die hier stinkig werden, weil ihnen bei einer gewissen Wartezeit der Magen bei den Knien hängst, sollten gegenüber zum Globus an die Wurstbude gehen, da kriegen sie für nen Euro-zehn ne dicke Scheibe Fleischkäse im Semmel, die sie dann im Stehen runterwürgen. Mahlzeit!

Schlange stehen im IKEA Restaurant, für dürftige Qualität - wie es aussieht, wurden mal höherwertige Rohstoffe eingesetzt, aber was draus gemacht wird, ist Abfütterung schlimmer wie im Kuhstall. Schlange stehen, mit der Kelle auf`s Teller geschmissen, im Akkord, unansehnlich. Rumpsteak gewünscht, gerade nicht fertig. Statt dessen Schnitzel bestellt - Trockenfleisch mit gerade noch bissfester Panade, dazu getrocknete Pommes, wenigstens gut gesalzen, und ein Salat, der seine besten Zeiten längst gesehen hatte, in der Kühltheke etwas vor sich hingewelkt bzw. getrocknet. Das andere Essen Lachssteak - der arme Lachs war mal Fisch, also Wasser gewohnt, hat seine letzten Tage aber sicher in der Wüste verbracht. Anders ist die Trockenheit - getarnt durch eine weißliche Soße - nicht erklärbar. Dazu ein Schlag Kartoffelpüree. Der schmeckte sogar nach Kartoffeln.
