Ida & Frida in Düsseldorf

I can only report good things. I picked something up there for the first time via TTGG. The young woman behind the counter was super friendly and I was allowed to choose three different products from the display. I had an avocado chicken curry baguette, a cheese potato roll and a chocolate muffin. Everything is still quite fresh, well chilled and delicious. Absolutely satisfied for €3.99 and a 20% voucher for next time.

Good prices, but unfortunately it just looks good :/ My roll tasted like it had been in the freezer just before and was really icy on the inside

The most disgusting experience. The woman was coughing into her hands and touching the sandwiches. (I am guessing she is also the one who prepares them and places them in the display). ZERO hygiene!!! Completely not acceptable.

Baguette with Chicken Avocado 100%

I bought a salad there for the third time and it tasted good. The service was OK and no worse than others in the station.

Bought a hummus and avocado sandwich around lunchtime, tasty in itself but the roll was definitely older and therefore hard. According to the saleswoman, the signposted Matcha Latte is not even in the range, so the board with hot drinks should be updated...

The only address where I got a vegan baguette straight away at the main station. The gentleman behind the counter had no idea what the baguette was topped with, but the description of the item in the display was detailed. It is self-explanatory that it is not cheap due to the location.

The hand scanners on the Teke shine in your eyes all the time. I have no idea what the customer card is for? In any case, you can position these much better so that they don't shine in your eyes. And they only light up when they are really needed and not permanently.

The problem here is not the food but the hand scanners that shine in your eyes. Assault

Hands off! Service was poor, slow and unfriendly. Check the order before you pay because the service staff are not careful. Price-performance ratio isn't right here either. No recommendation!

The sandwiches are always worth trying.

Makes my veggie heart beat faster 😍 Had a delicious cappuccino with oat milk, a small pasta salad with edamame, tomatoes and spinach, and a bread topped with avocado and tomato. Everything fresh, everything super delicious! The girl who served me was also very friendly - I'll be happy to come back next time I'm in Düsseldorf.

I shop there very regularly in the morning, the ladies there are adequately friendly. Today I was there exceptionally in the evening. The man was extremely unfriendly and in no way customer or service oriented and refused to sell me the rolls that I wanted. I've never experienced anything like this before. I wanted to buy it for around 15 euros but I left Edit: the store has been redesigned, the rude man still works there, the product range has been changed and is worse and more expensive than before

Repeatedly disappointing! When the sandwich you ordered turns out to be a mixed bag on the train. Squeezing quartered eggs between bone-dry bread can only go wrong. Sorry, but my 6 year old son can do better than you. Too bad, never again...

My no chicken wrap, which was marked as vegan, had chicken and mayo in the bottom. When my friend bought one too, it wasn't in there, so either I got a non-vegan wrap, whether it was marked as vegan or they make everyone Wrap others. Plus it didn't taste particularly good.

Absolutes nogo. Heute das 2te Mal versucht, das 2te Mal enttäuscht. Für teuer Geld von nem wortlosen Mitarbeiter ein NoChicken Wrap bekommen. Erst im Zug reingebissen, der Wrap war tatsächlich no chicken. Außer Fladen und Salat nix drin. Bin echt sauer! 2te Enttäuschung, das wars. Werde dort nie wieder was kaufen, kein Wunder stehen da selten Menschen an.

Sehr leckere frische belegte Brötchen…hab schon lange nicht mehr so lecker To-Go gefrühstückt. Meine Empfehlung: Baguette mit Chicken/ Avocado. Sehr lecker!

Unglaubliche Erfahrung. Der alte Mann, der am 24.11. abends kurz vor Schluss dort hinter der Theke stand, sollte am Besten weder im Service arbeiten noch irgendwie sonst mit Menschen zu tun haben. Wenn drei jungen Mädels im schärfsten Ton gedroht wird, weil sie es wagen ihre bereits bezahlten (!) Too-Good-To-Go-Bestellungen abholen zu wollen… uff. Laut diesem Mitarbeiter sollte „so gutes Bio-Essen“ wohl nicht „so billig“ abgegeben werden. Darüber echauffierte er sich eine gute halbe Stunde lang. Sorry, aber da kann der Kunde nix für und es ist auch definitiv nicht dessen Problem. Bezahlt ist bezahlt und die Herausgabe der Ware aus fadenscheinigen persönlichen Gründen zu verweigern ist da komplett daneben. Als wäre das nicht genug, wurde einem Mädchen noch an den Kopf geworfen, ob sie denn kein Deutsch könne, weil sie mit leichtem Akzent sprach. Ich habe sowas noch nicht erlebt und hoffe, dass die Geschäftsleitung sich darum kümmert. Selbst das Personal der umstehenden Läden, das bei dem Gebrüll des Mannes alles mitgekriegt hat, war komplett schockiert. Kein guter Look für die Kette, die sich scheinbar ja als exklusiv und „schick“ präsentieren möchte. Solches Personal sollte nicht geduldet werden.

Sehr unverschämt und dreist, wurde heute morgen von der Verkäuferin abgezogen. Vermeidet bloß diesen Laden

Sehr gut Qualität Das Dinkelbrötchen schmeckte hervorragend. Kleine Kritik, Etwas mehr Butter bei dem Preis Wäre gerechtfertigt. Ansonsten topp 😋

Ein Salami Baguette gekauft Gurke war matschig und übel riechend Baguette hart und trocken Nicht zum empfehlen Komplett weggeworfen

Very racist staff dough. One member of staff treated us very disrespectful, literally smashing our sandwiches on the table , advising that the toaster takes to long to toast . In the situatioan that all the costumers in front of us were asked if they want the sandwiches toasted.And this is all because she heard us talking romanian before we got to speak with the st herin english.

Absolut unmögliches Verhalten der sehr unfreundlichen Verkäuferin heute Morgen: trotz dreimaligem Nachfragen, ob es wirklich vegane Milch ist (was dreimal mit einem genervten Ja beantwortet wurde) und dem Hinweis, dass ich auf Kuhmilch hochgradig allergisch bin, musste ich im Zug feststellen, dass die gute Dame mir dreist einen Capuccino mit Kuhmilch verkauft hat. Warum sagt man dann nicht einfach, dass man keine andere Milch hat?! Ich komme nie wieder.

Noch nie so etwas erlebt. Was ein altes Brot.

Nachdem ich die erste Hälfte meines Brotes aufgegessen hatte, habe ich bemerkt dass auf der zweiten Hälfte grüner Schimmel war, also definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Frischeküche soll wohl suggerieren, dass hochwertige Ware verwendet wird. Hoch ist jedoch nur der Preis, die Ware ist Standardfraß, trocken und matschig. 3,25€ für ein belegtes Brot. Dahinter steckt auch kein hippes Start-Up oder Familienbetrieb (der Name wirkt ja so), sondern ein Großbetrieb, der auch Mc Donalds Filialen betreiben. Nächstes Mal bin ich schlauer

Wenn ich das hier so lese, hatte ich wohl Glück und ich wurde von einem freundlichen Herrn bedient. Dieser war sehr freundlich ( auch zur Kundin vor mir). Ich hatte einen Smoothie, welcher wirklich lecker war und für mich auch preislich im Rahmen.

Ich gehe sehr oft morgens zu Ida und Frieda am Düsseldorfer Hbf. Jedes Mal steht da eine SEHR unfreundliche und inkompetente alte Dame, die wenn ich vor der Theke stehe erstmal noch gemütlich Dinge in die ragale räumt oder Brote schneidet, obwohl sie sieht dass ich gerne bestellen würde (die meisten Menschen haben morgens um 8 Uhr auch Zeitdruck, da sie ihren Zug bekommen müssen, da muss man sich dann anhören dass man morgens mehr Zeit mitbringen soll) nachdem man dann die erste Minute ignoriert wird bekommt man keine genaueren Informationen was auf den Broten ist. Es heißt nur patzig „Salami“. Es ist ja schließlich egal aus welchem Fleisch, Vorallem für moslems oder Allergiker. Ich frage mich wie solch ein Team im Service arbeiten kann

5,80 für ein kleiner Wasser und ein belegtes Brötchen. Ja, normale Bahnhofspreise, Ich weiß aber 3,80 für das belegte Brötchen zu verlangen ist echt Wucher. Keine Tomate oder Gurke und brauner bis matschiger Salat. Noch nicht mal ne Serviette gab's dazu. Was das angeht, kann Ida & Frieda leider nicht mit den anderen Back Shops im Hbf mithalten. Da bekommt man deutlich! mehr für sein Geld.

Essen und Trinken war sehr gut, aber die Mitarbeiterin die mich bedient hatte hat wohl Ihren Tag nicht gehabt. Vergaß was ich wollte, Stur und beschuldigend zur Kunde.
