Wunderbar... wirklich top! Ein sehr schöner Abend mit ausgezeichnetem Essen! Jederzeit wieder.

Essen und Ambiente war sehr gut, Bedienung für mich etwas abgehoben. Ich wollte nur etwas essen. Dieses ganze Herr und Sir kam mir eher unangenehm vor. Vielleicht mögen es andere. Selbst gemachte spaghetti mit einer sauce aus frischen Zutaten waren sehr lecker.

Absolut makellos! Ein italienisches Restaurant, das den Umweg wert ist! In der Fußgängerzone von Friedrichshafen gelegen, erreichen Sie die Pizzeria über die Tiefgarage in der Nähe eines großen Parks, etwa 200 Meter entfernt. Wenn man eine Pizzeria dieses Kalibers findet, ist man wirklich begeistert. So etwas findet man selten, selbst in Italien!

Hier kocht eine echte italienische Mama. Prima Gemüselasagne mit Auberginen gegessen.

Nur durch Zufall sind wir hier gelandet, aber es war eine absolut glückliche Fügung. - Richtig gute italienische Küche - Alles frisch und sehr lecker angerichtet - wirklich sehr hohes Niveau - sehr guter Service - die gebotene Qualität hat natürlich ihren Preis, aber das ist es absolut wert. Beim nächsten Besuch in Friedrichshafen sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier. Wer gutes Essen als Glück empfindet, ist hier absolut richtig!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, allerdings etwas unbeholfen. Sehr unangenehm war, dass sich neben unseren Tisch 2 Damen mit zwei großen Jagdhunden gesetzt haben. Auch als Hundeliebhaber finde ich dass solch große Hunde nichts in einem feinen Restaurant zu suchen haben.. schon gar nicht wenn die sich mehrfach schütteln. Das auch noch ohne zu fragen. Der Chef hat den Anspruch auf einen tollen Service.. da verstehe ich das nicht. Daher 3 Sterne fürs Ambiente… der Abend war dadurch nicht gemütlich sondern angespannt.

Das Lokal ist soweit okay. Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Portionen hätten ein bisschen größer sein dürfen. Darüber möchte ich nicht meckern. Was uns Besuchergruppe gestört hat, es gibt in dem Lokal keine Pizzen. Auf Speisekarte ist noch Pizzeria aufgedruckt. Auch am Lokal selbst steht über den Eingang Pizzeria. Wenn wir es vorher gewusst hätten, wären wir wohl in eine echte Pizzeria gegangen.

Ich war schon öfters im Rest. Trulli. Bedienung und Essen stets perfekt und daher ist das Trulli immer einen Besuch wert, mittags oder abends!

Ein rundum gelungener Besuch im I Trulli. Die Lachstagliatelle waren köstlich. Der Wein war von guter Qualität. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und der Service war sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Kleine Karte. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Service ist freundlich, aber bei vollem Haus etwas übervordert. Es gab nicht mal genügend Rotweingläser. Darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Wir haben reserviert.

The best Italian restaurant in FN. A little bit of a vacation back home. A nice surprise on the menu always adds variety. Or you can stick to the culinary highlights: bruschetta, lasagna, taglioni with truffle, or spaghetti with buffalo mozzarella. Finish with the crème brûlée. A little insider tip that's not so secret among connoisseurs ;-)

Very good food, friendly service. It took a while for our drinks to arrive (about 15 minutes), but then everything went smoothly. The portions could have been a bit larger, but the dessert was excellent.

Dear Mr. Rockyroad Runner, I'd like to respond to you as the chef and owner of a restaurant here on Lake Constance. I've read your review and would like to clarify a few points. When a guest enters a busy or even full restaurant, it's important to be patient and also pay attention to your own schedule. In your case, your drink order was taken first, followed by your food order. You mentioned that after an hour and a half, you realized that a neighboring table, which had arrived later, had already been served. My question is: Why did you wait so long without asking first? As an experienced chef and restaurateur, I can only recommend: If no food has been served after 30 minutes, it's perfectly acceptable to politely ask if a mistake has occurred. In such cases, the service staff can respond immediately and correct the problem. Unfortunately, you responded very late and then used very hurtful words toward our entire team in your review. We find this unfair, as the situation could have been easily resolved by addressing the matter early. You wrote that you never wanted to enter the restaurant again. I accept that, of course. However, our experience and statistics show that of the thousands of guests we receive every two weeks, the vast majority are very satisfied. A single negative opinion changes little. I wanted to add something: After you finished your meal, the waiter came over and asked if everything was okay, and you replied yes. He also apologized again for what had happened and offered you each a glass of grappa. And yet you wrote such disrespectful statements like "you have no character in my opinion." Honestly, if I were him, I wouldn't have given you anything at all, because you were rude in this situation. Ultimately, you didn't do yourself any favors with your reaction and review. What a dreadful evening! After waiting almost 1.5 hours for our food and wondering why guests at neighboring tables who had arrived later had already received their food, we were told when we asked that our order receipt had disappeared. So we had to order again. During this long wait, the friendly young waiter walked past our table several times. He didn't notice that we hadn't had our food yet, or that we'd been sitting in front of empty glasses for a long time. After about 2 hours, our food finally arrived. The mixed salad for €7.50 was a disappointment. A bit of iceberg lettuce, a few slices of tomato and cucumber, and ready-made dressing. (Normally, there's oil and vinegar on the table in Italy.) And the main course: a disaster. I had tagliolini with lemon butter and mint. The pasta was hard—not al dente, but hard. It definitely needed 2-3 minutes more cooking time. The mint was missing, and the portion (€19.50) was so manageable. I just didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait again after the long wait – also for the sake of our friends, who were also a bit annoyed. I told the waiter that the food wasn't okay. He then said the manager was at a wedding and they had a replacement chef to whom he would inform. The young waiter was very nice but completely overwhelmed. Dear manager, just close your restaurant for one evening if you can't guarantee either the service or the quality of the food. For my husband and me, it was a truly disappointing "experience"! We certainly won't be coming back.

Beautiful pastas, great service and a charming little store

Italian atmosphere, the waiter was kind and fast, the food was excellent quality with homemade pasta made by the owner. The quality of the food is very high, the prices are justified by the service and quality offered. Recommended if you want to eat like in Italy.

It's a lovely, comfortable restaurant with the best tagliatelle Bolognese, which tastes nowhere as delicious as it does here. The service and the price-performance ratio are perfect. You'll definitely want to eat there more often and feel at home.

In my opinion, this is the best Italian restaurant in the Lake Constance district. Upon asking, we learned that the mother actually cooks in the kitchen herself, and you can really tell how much love is put into the food. The service was phenomenal. The waiter was very attentive and truly professional. The espresso was also really good!

From the moment I entered I Trulli in Friedrichshafen, I felt like I was visiting friends. The warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere immediately made it clear: This is a family-run business – and you can feel that in every detail. You immediately feel at home and in good hands. I ordered the tagliolini con tartufo nero – homemade pasta with black truffle. Simply divine. The pasta was perfectly al dente, wonderfully fresh, and the truffle wasn't just lightly shaved over it, but was truly present. Aromatic, elegant – a real highlight. To finish, I had a tiramisu that tasted like Grandma made it: airy, creamy, not too sweet, with a wonderful espresso note and a hint of cocoa. Just the way it should be. All in all, a true gem in Friedrichshafen. Authentic Italian cuisine, a family atmosphere, and great attention to detail – I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening in this small and very cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was unobtrusive and pleasant, and the service was equally pleasant. Despite a minor reservation error, they were able to seat us in a relaxed manner and after only a short wait. Even a longer wait would have been worth it, as the food we ordered truly exceeded all expectations. Very well-seasoned and not overcooked risotto, a truly hearty lasagna, and more homemade pasta, followed by delicious starters including a fabulous minestrone. A few small desserts rounded off the very pleasant evening. We'd be happy to come again, Grazie!

Schon komisch wie kommt man auf Platz eins obwohl es dort keine Pizza gibt. Da gibt's nur Nudeln und Fleischgerichte. Komisch.

We ordered sea food pasta and black truffle pasta and both dishes were amazing. What left me in awe is the black truffle sauce in pasta. Our experience became more amazing when we ordered strawberry panacotta. It was just delicious. This place is highly recommended.

You won't find a better Italian in Friedrichshafen. The food comes from “Mama” and the atmosphere invites you to stay. Especially in the evening in Friedrichshafen, the quality of the food is unique.

We found this restaurant just by walking by and looking at the menu posted outside. It turned out to be a wonderful experience; the food was absolutely excellant! We returned a second night and left with exactly the same sentiments as the first time! The staff was really friendly and the prices were correct. Pathetic experience. Very rude and perhaps racist staff. We were cycling along Lake Konstanz and found this place in time for our lunch break after having cycled for more than 4 hours. After making sure that they have a table available, we went out to lock our cycles. The waitress came out running to tell us that they don't have any pizzas (we had not even told them that we wanted a pizza). This was a first sign that we were not wanted there, which we couldn't catch. Since I was exhausted, I was drinking my own water with electrolytes (from the bottle that I was carrying with me). The waitress came and told that I can not drink my own water. My phone was discharged due to continuous map navigation. I requested the staff if I can plug my charger somewhere. The waiter bluntly refused. We ordered a pasta and a bruschetta for me and my wife. Our teenage daughter wanted to share the food with us so she didn't order anything. After asking for the cheque, I saw that they had charged Euro 1.5 without any prior notice, for an empty plate that we had requested for our daughter to share the food. Pathetic experience which ruined our otherwise perfect day cycling around the lake.

We are delighted with our visit to this restaurant. We had pasta and tiramisu. Everything was excellent. And the staff was very friendly.

An all-round successful evening with great food and very friendly service. Italian cuisine that is worth seeing and tasting. Even if there is no pizza maker, there is no lack of selection and delicious dishes. The weekly menu is highly recommended. The homemade pasta is also highly recommended. Have fun with your visit.

If you google a pizzeria, Trulli appears. If you visit the restaurant, the menu says Ristorante-Pizzeria. You open the menu and see there is NO pizza! All the children were completely disappointed, so they switched to noodle. Children's portion costs €1.50 less than adult portion: here it is better to take an adult portion and divide it between two plates. And removes the word “pizzeria” from the menu.

Great food with a cozy atmosphere. Incredibly friendly service that is not intrusive but attentive. The presentation of the food was very appealing. Price/performance ratio was great! We were here during the trade fair and reserved a table in advance. Unfortunately, guests without a reservation had to be turned away because the restaurant was fully booked.

Schade das es nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben gibt. Wir waren 2 Tage in Folge dort beim essen weil wir wirklich begeistert waren. Das Personal ist super nett zu uns gewesen. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und die Qualität des Essen war wirklich top. Die Pizza schmeckt wie in Italien und die Pasta / Salat war perfekt gewürzt. Also unbedingt einen Platz reservieren und den Abend dort genießen. Wir werden wieder kommen👍 Vielen Dank für alles.

Lovely, cosy restaurant with an unpretentious menu of fresh tasty dishes and good wines. The staff are very welcoming. Pizza wasn't on the menu when we went, but there was plenty to choose from. We went back three times and enjoyed all we ordered.

Ein rundum gelungenes Essen mit tollem freundlichen Service. Italienische Küche, die sich sehen lassen kann. Auch wenn der Pizzabäcker fehlt, an Auswahl und leckeren Gerichten fehlt es nicht. Die selbstgemachte Pasta ist ein Muss!

Sehr freundliches nettes Personal . Eineinhalb Stunden auf Vorspeise warten . Nach 2 std keine Hauptspeise die aus burata salat (kalte Speise ) , penne pomodoro , und Baby calamari’s vom grill mit Pommes , definitiv viel zu lang . Wohlgemerkt drei Getränke und Restaurant halb voll mit zwei Servicekräften . Nach 2 std kommt essen dann nicht so das man gemeinsam essen kann . Gutes Essen schönes Ambiente , wirklich mega herzliches Personal aber leider sind die Wartezeiten nicht tragbar und somit nicht Preis Leistungsverhältnis stehen .

The food was good. The wait for food was quite long, almost too long and needed complaining about. The atmosphere was nothing special on a street full of restaurants. I will visit this restaurant again in the future to see if it improves.

Angenehmes Klima, nettes Personal, angemessene Preise, hygienische Räumlichkeiten sowie Toiletten

Wir hatten hier zu 6. einen Tisch für 20 Uhr an einem Freitagabend in der Vorsaison reserviert. Unsere Hauptspeisen kamen nach rund 1,5 Stunden, hingehalten wurden wir mit trocken Brot. Service war anfangs freundlich und aufmerksam, nachdem wir mehrmals nach unserem Essen gefragt hatten wurde der Service gewechselt, offensichtlich fehlte es der ersten Servicekraft an Professionalität mit der Situation umzugehen. Die Hauptspeisen waren überwiegend gut, zwei der Gerichte waren überwürzt und die Gerichte mit Muscheln haben dazu geführt, dass es den Konsumenten in der Nacht und am nächsten Tag schlecht ging. War insgesamt dann also leider eher schlecht, wir kommen nicht nochmal wieder.

Selten so gute Pasta gegessen - auch der Beilagensalat und der Kaffee war top. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ich komme wieder!

Essen war klasse, eine der besten Lasagne die ich je gegessen hab. Personal war sehr freundlich und die Preise völlig OK. Rustikale Ausstattung, dass muss man mögen. Gerne wieder.

Lovely Italian dining experience. At the outset our host advised ‘no pizza okay’ - which suited us fine! In fact the menu was broad enough to meet all desires and the pasta was absolutely delicious. Best lasagne he’s ever had said Number 1 Son (he’s had plenty!!). The truffle tagliolini was cooked, and the flavours balanced, to perfection. Smoothest panacotta - like eating silky clouds. So pleased we walked past and decided to go into this restaurant!

Nett eingerichtetes Restaurant. Ich hatte die hausgemachten Nudeln welche sehr gut waren. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war dass das Lokal in 2 Räume aufgeteilt ist und trotz guter Auslastung die Lautstärke absolut ok war. Ebenso war das Essen für die Auslastung sehr schnell am Platz.
