Nice staff. The tuna pizza was delicious

For me the tastiest pizza ever! We had salmon/spinach (waiter's recommendation) and pizza funghi. Chili garlic oil was served for drizzling, very fine. Comparatively a little more expensive, but incomparably tasty. Staff very friendly and professional, super pleasant! The ambience is not that appealing, everything is a bit cramped, but there is a nice view of the lake on the upper floor.

Italian restaurant by the lake, friendly welcome from the waiter or Italian manager, the menu is tempting and boasts of making homemade pasta, the pasta was very good but a shame to use frozen shrimp. The pizzas are also very good and well stocked. For dessert I recommend the Tiramisu, it is great, the ice cream is not good. The service is expeditious at the start, and as soon as you have the dishes you are forgotten. The restaurant has 2 rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs and if you are downstairs you are really forgotten unfortunately... In addition the restaurant works in several services so you only have 1h30 (for 2 people it increases depending on the number of people) to eat and then we kindly make you understand that it is time to leave

We rang in the New Year 2025 with a wonderful dinner there. Perfect service made the delicious food (I didn't know that a simple pizza could be so delicious!) even better. Despite New Year's Eve and a lot of activity, a very professional team that had everything perfectly under control at all times. Luckily there were no dogs in the restaurant, which made it really perfect. We can definitely recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back.

The restaurant is 100% recommended. The food is simply a culinary delight, the service and ambience are excellent. We were very happy there on New Year's Eve. We'd love to come back.

Rarely have we had such great service, we were with our little son (almost 3) and there was even free pasta (very tasty), everyone was so friendly and accommodating, it's a shame we were only there on vacation.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly even though we were 20 minutes late for our reservation. The Pizza Venezia was well spicy and the prawns in the Tagliatelle ai Gamberetti were very tasty but there was a bit too much oil in it. For dessert we had pofiterole and they were great. The chocolate sauces were really tasty and I would recommend them to every chocolate lover.

We were here again today and, as always, we were more than thrilled. Great and super nice service, very tasty food, great view of the lake. An absolute recommendation. We'll definitely come back. All the best and keep it up.

We were very enthusiastic about the food.....I had pizza with eggplant parmesan and honey with balsamic.....mega Combi......Service was also great.....Prices are a bit higher but top Location and quality just cost

There is nothing criminal about this. We had a horrible experience with the manager refusing service to our little kids wanting ice cream when the restaurant was clearly open. It was over an hour before closing time in the evening. They were probably not interested in the business of two ice creams for kids and looking for customers with a bigger bill. Learn to treat customers with respect and kindness and you will get better reviews.

You will enjoy every moment till the end. Take funghi pizza with Merlot red wine.

While visiting Friedrichshafen, I spontaneously went to Bella Vista in the evening after another restaurant was already full. Here too I was told that I only had a time window of about 1 hour. But that suited me. The restaurant is located directly on Lake Constance, is tastefully decorated and was very busy at the time of my visit. The service was attentive, not only towards me but also towards the other tables and guests as I observed. For me there was salad and pizza with a special request, which was of course fulfilled. The food came relatively quickly. The pizza was large, but unfortunately a bit too greasy and the dough a bit too soft. The salad already came with yogurt dressing. Nevertheless, vinegar and oil were put on the table. That was unnecessary and irritated me a bit. I would have expected the salad to come with a dressing and ask me if I would like a different dressing. In terms of price, the food was totally okay. I'll come back when I'm back on site and can set it up.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Voor zaken hier een overnachting geboekt. En na het zoeken op tripadviser hier uitgekomen. Aan het meer en leuk ingericht. Naar mijn idee echt italiaans. Na de introductie gelezen te hebben in de kaart dat ze zowel de pozza’s als ook de pasta’s in huis maken werd ik nieuwschierig. Uiteindelijk voor de pizza “bella Vista” gegaan. En deze was erg goed. Zeer lekkere bodem en goed belgd. Bediening was ook zeer vriendelijk. Bij een volgende keer in Friedrichshafen kom ik zeker weer.

A dream by the sea, nice location, friendly service, highly recommended, it's worth a trip

I live on the opposite side of the lake, but every time I'm in Friedrichshafen I love eating here. The staff is attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The tortellini are super tasty and, although a little more expensive, they have a good price-performance ratio. I would like to have 1-2 more vegetarian dishes (e.g. a vegetarian lasagna). I prefer to sit on the 1st floor, where the room is small, not too loud, warm and inviting (modern but makes you feel good). And you have a beautiful view of Lake Constance. The option of online reservation is also great.

Wir waren mehrmals gegen 18 Uhr in dem Lokal. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, keine Wartezeiten, nur die Reservierung klappt nicht immer. Wir haben aber immer einen gleichwertigen Tisch erhalten.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the portions were large. The mixed salad and the pizza Al Sugo are highly recommended. Service was wonderful and attentive.

Very good Italian. Food excellent and really plentiful. Service was very nice, courteous and attentive but not intrusive. The location on the waterfront is of course priceless. All in all, a cozy evening in a very pleasant atmosphere. Gladly again.

Nicely located restaurant on the promenade. Outdoor area right on the water. When we visited in October, blankets and cushions were available, which made it pleasant to stay in cooler temperatures. Our pizzas were very good. Price/performance was still okay (around 25 euros per person including 2 drinks). The espresso was also very good. The service was very friendly and attentive. All in all we were very satisfied and would come again.

Amazing view of Konstaz Lake and friendly staff

We had dinner at Bella Vista last night. The staff was always super friendly and quick. Everything was real and not fake. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere made you feel good. Special requests were also addressed immediately and our dog was also welcome. Without asking, a bowl of water was offered straight away. In short, a great restaurant of very good quality, which you wouldn't necessarily have expected in this tourism hotspot. We'd love to come back.

Was my first visit here. The waiters were quick and friendly. The food was good. We had to wait a relatively long time for dessert, hence only 4 stars for the service. There is still significant room for improvement when it comes to the ambience. Nevertheless, thank you for the pleasant evening.

We showed up with 5 people and actually had no room in the restaurant...then a nice waiter said we should only wait 5 minutes...they were setting up the tables upstairs on the 1st floor...it was great service and... Food tasted very good too!

The most beautiful place between Germany, Switzerland and Austria

Wir waren vor 4 Jahren als Paar schon mal hier, mittlerweile zu 4t und mit ganz anderen Prioritäten. Auch die Situation war anders dieses Mal: anstatt mit 200 Touristen im Sonnenschein auf der großen Terrasse, waren wir diesmal fast alleine im Restaurant, es schüttete aus Eimern und die Geduld der kleinen Kinder zeigte sich sehr überschaubar. Aber Bella Vista kann mehr als schöne Aussicht. Der Service war Klasse (da sicherlich auch etwas unterfordert mit der Gästezahl), das Essen kam entsprechend auch super schnell und wirklich wieder super lecker und überraschend authentisch für einen Laden, der im Grunde ja hauptsächlich massenverträgliche Uniformität für die Hauptsaison anbieten muss. Diese wird auch mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen und höchstleckeren Steinofen-Pizza sichergestellt. Da können die Gerichte drumherum etwas mehr Individualität wagen. Nebenbei noch viel Herz für die Kids und Zeit für einen kleinen Scherz. Die Toiletten sind übrigens wie geleckt sauber (hoffentlich nicht) und auch der Rest des Restaurants wirkt einladend und modern. Geworben wird zwar mit dem Blick aus dem 1. OG auf den See, aber eigentlich, so meine bescheidene Meinung, ist das der uninteressanteste Ort des schönen Lokals, wo Leben und Gefühl sich im Erdgeschoss und vor der Türe abspielen.

The tuna salad was the best I've ever had in a restaurant. There was also a lot more than expected. The Funghi pizza (with special requests) was also excellent.

Last Saturday I visited the restaurant in question with my family (four people). We ordered two pizzas and two pasta dishes. Regardless of the fact that the service was poor and the bald waiter displayed worrisome aggressive behavior, all four family members suffered food poisoning after eating it. Since Saturday evening we have been suffering from significant health problems, including severe abdominal pain. Due to these events, I cannot recommend this restaurant in any way. A legal review of the events is currently being seriously considered.

The food and beer is WONDERFUL, the service is very good and kind (especially Lydiane). The location allows for an incredible view. I loved everything, especially the good humor of the waiters.

Perfect! Very tasty, the service Lydiane was very nice and the atmosphere right on the water was really nice. After the delicious meal, we stayed much longer than planned. If we come back to Friedrichshafen we will definitely eat here again. Very good.

Because of the good reviews, five of us went to eat there. We all enjoyed it very much. The waitresses are also super nice and try to get us a table outside as quickly as possible. The location and view of the lake is great. We'll be back.

We had dinner twice during our short vacation. The staff is incredibly quick and perfect! It also tastes very good, apart from the view of Lake Constance.

This is the second time we have been here and we will come again. Just great. The food is great. Pizza exceptionally good, exactly how you want it. Salad fresh and well dressed. The staff have to be highlighted, they are so nice, courteous, very attentive and considerate, even when almost all the tables are occupied, always friendly. We can highly recommend it.

Wir haben spontan reserviert mit der Option mit etwas Wartezeit auch auf der Terrasse einen Platz zu bekommen. Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns vorübergehend ein Platz im Restaurant angeboten. Das Personal hat sich sehr darum bemüht uns trotz großem Andrang möglichst bald einen Platz draußen anbieten zu können. Die Pizza und der Salat war zudem auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an alle für den schönen Abend .

I had such a lovely time at this restaurant! Highly recommend for delicious Italian food! We sat outside on a hot summer day and had Edward as our waiter. He spoke great English and helped us choose some delicious meals. I got the pasta with shrimp, my husband got the lasagna (only on Fridays and Saturdays), and our friends got the burrata and tomatoes. Each dish was delicious! The Sauvignon Blanc was also great for a summer time lunch drink!

My boyfriend and I spent a week here in Friedrichshafen on vacation and ate there twice. The pizzas are awesome. The best pizzas I've ever eaten. You can simply taste that the ingredients are really good and the homemade lemonade is also highly recommended. With the lake view and the great food, as well as the friendly staff, all in all it is a great restaurant. I would go there again and again.
