Rude employees, when I asked for quotes at a court, the employee became so rude that she responded with a tone as if I owed her something. No, I don't owe her anything, and clearly, we're never coming here again. You need to teach your employees what customer service is.

As is to be expected given the location, the Hauptwache is unfortunately just a tourist trap. The potato soup was an inedible watery broth that only tasted of salt and pepper. You couldn't eat. The taste of the hamburger was okay, apart from the centimeter-thick onion rings. We ordered two cappuccinos and got two beautiful ones with flowers. Without biscuit. However, although we didn't order, we were charged for two large cappuccinos. One of these on the house as compensation for the inedible soup was also not possible. Not an apology either. You should listen to your gut feeling. Only 15 reviews on Google for a traditional restaurant in Frankfurt's landmark, something can't be right.

Perfectly located when in Frankfurt city center. The menu has a wide range, something for everyone at different times of the day. It gets busy with positive vibe☕️🍩🥪🌯🥗🍛🥂🍹

The building is nice but the inside doesn't look very inviting. When the weather is nice, you can sit in the square and have a drink.
