The food is really tasty - the price/performance ratio doesn't really match and the atmosphere in which to linger is more like running away.

Delicious falafel and fresh side dishes were just the thing for a proper lunch. The service was friendly and the prices were okay. The only thing that took some getting used to was the ambience in the somewhat noisy and crowded seating area, but that was made up for by the good food. Gladly again

The food is super delicious, I had a veggie plate and have rarely eaten such good hummus😍, the grilled vegetables went well with everything and were like freshly grilled👌 The man who served us is really a legend, it was pretty full and he cooked, took orders and did all of this with a smile and totally polite. Ambiance wasn't that great because (when you sit in front of the store) you have the feeling that other people are walking over your plate. Otherwise maybe wipe the tables (but I think that part was ruined by the mall)

Very tasty food! We had falafels, shish tavuk and a few drinks. My partner and I know Arabic cuisine very well and found everything extremely tasty. My parents and siblings didn't know these dishes and had to get used to them. Overall, a great store with very friendly staff. We'd love to come back!

As a pregnant woman, I got food poisoning after eating a salad in the store during my break from work (working at the center). If something had happened to my baby I would have sued them. You just have to wash lettuce well, terribly unhygienic!!

For every Arab who knows what shwarma is, you'll be laughing your ass off, it's simple chicken kebab meat that you can find on every corner. Hummus from a can, fatouche salad, sour like biting on a lemon. When I said I couldn't eat it, I was angemault.man said 1 euro out of 11 euros and said get out. Very unfriendly scammer. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star

Für uns jedes Mal ein Muss, wenn wir in der Mall sind! Wir essen schon seit Jahren immer das Chicken Shawarma. Einfach so lecker und man ist für Stuuuunden satt. Nur die Knoblauchsoße hatte früher mehr nach Knoblauch geschmeckt und war intensiver :) Jetzt ist sie leider schon länger etwas milder, schade. Aber trotzdem immer wieder gerne!

Ich kann einige Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Finde das Essen wirklich immer super frisch und lecker. Auch preislich ist es extrem fair für die Location in der Mall of Berlin. Kann ich jedem nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Danke für das tolle Essen und eure Ausdauer stets gute Qualität und guter Service zu halten!

Fantastic food it’s so fresh and you can tell the owners really take pride. I had rice and chicken Shawarma which were gluten free and a mango honey smoothie which was fantastic. Lots of options for those who are not gluten free too!

Das Essen ist wirklich gut und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Servicekonzept führt zu unnötig langen Wartezeiten. Die beiden Mitarbeiter, welche die Gerichte zusammenstellen, sind nett und wirklich schnell. Der Mitarbeiter (oder Chef?) an der Kasse geht mittags - trotz einer langen Schlange wartender Kunden - einfach nach hinten und kommt auch nach 5 Minuten nicht zurück. Das ist unnötig und nicht zuträglich für das Geschäft. Für das Geschirr (oder das Tablett?) wirdnohne Ankündigung 1 Euro "Pfand" erhoben, welcher dann nicht erstattet wird. Das wirkt unlauter.

This place has delicious Lebanese street food. Their falafel is quite authentic and their hummus is not bad. The portions are generous. Definitely recommend for a quick oriental dish at the mall.

Man kann es essen wen man Hubger hat. Aber es war ein wenig chaotisch, es wurden falsche Bestellungen aufgenommen, dann haben die Mitarbeiter sich gegenseitig angemeckert. Naja das muss doch nicht vor dem Kunden sein. Abgesehen die Fleisch Qualität war jetzt auch nicht so der Hit.

Worst shawarma place. We waited 15 mins for a poorly prepared plate. The taste was unfortunately not spot on: the chicken meat was not well cooked, the french fries were too oily and not enough fried, the sauce was nearly absent on the dish and that made the whole meal super dry with the bread

It's ok. We mostly picked this place because it was the only decent-looking one surrounded by a bunch of culinary atrocities, that's the only way to describe the Mall of Berlin food court. The chicken shawarma is okay, nothing special. Most of the other food is what I would call unremarkable - not unpleasant, but it doesn't stand out either. The staff apparently isn't fond of larger groups that (mostly) don't speak any German. Not uncommon for Berlin in general, but definitely a bit inadequate in one of the most commercial, least organic places in the most touristy part of town.

Der Döner hat eine gute Qualität und leckere Falafel. Besonders die Pommes und die Mangosauce werden mir in Erinnerung bleiben und das Personal war auch freundlich. Dennoch muss ich leider sagen, das der Döner zu klein war und man von dem nicht ansatzweise gesättigt wird. Das mag vielleicht auch der Grund sein, warum der Döner im Vergleich zu anderen Dönern so günstig ist.

Falafel Dürüm (wahlweise auch im Pide) mit frischem Salat, hummus, sauce und relativ guten Falafel … Preis ist ok (im Gegensatz zu manch anderem Stand hier in der Mall) Zubereitung ging sehr zügig, Personal war zuvorkommend (sehr viel Stress weil Food Court voll war)

اسوء معاملة من اللي ع الكاشير لا فهم ولا ادب ولا احترام .. طلبت ومشى ناس من بعدي وبعد ما احتجيت يقول اذا ما عجبك خذ فلوسك.. والله لو عندك مطعم خمس نجوم ما تعاملت كذا .. هذا ومطعمك عبارة عن مقبلات وسندويش ومعاملتك سيئة .. نصيحة للسواح العرب لا تقرب المطاعم العربية خاصة اللبنانية . حسبي الله عليك وعلى معاملتك السيئة

Nichts besonderes im Detail ! Es ist keine typische Anlaufstelle , wenn man nicht gerade im Center verweilt oder im Umfeld arbeitet. Aufteilung im shawarma passte rein gar nicht, entweder war ein Biss komplett in Eisbergsalat oder in Fleisch, trotz weiterer Zutaten. Die Mischung war einfach gar nicht gegeben. Vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach nicht das Glück mit dem Zubereiter. Wie mit vielen solcher Läden in Food Courts, ist hier die Qualität 2. ranging . Masse statt klasse und das schmeckt man .

Mit Abstand die beste Tabule (Petersiliensalat) in Town. Viele Hummusvarianten, der Spinathummus ist traumhaft. Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Empfehlenswert!

Bin ganz oft in der Mall zum Essen, da ich in der Nähe arbeite. Mit Humus hatten wir soweit die schlechteste Gesamterfahrung: -Die Qualität ist mittelmäßig -Die Portionen sind klein -Pfand auf Plastikteller- das ist wirklich eine Lachnummer, kein anderer Imbiss in der Mall hat sowas -Teuer im Vergleich zu den anderen. Die Typen an der Theke sind auch echt unfreundlich, besonders der aggressive Typ mit dem hellem Haar und Bart. Bei der großen Auswahl in der Mall gibt es wirklich kein Grund hier zu essen!

Absolutely horrifying behaviour from the staff of this restaurants towards a black lady who was a customer there. They were rude, racists and highly unprofessional. I will never eat again at a restaurant that has racist staff!

Hier bekommt man zu fairen Preisen leckeres Essen. Ich hatte Falafel, Fattoush, Taboulé, Pitabrot, gegrilltes Gemüse, Hummus und Halloumi. Alles schmeckte hervorragend und ich musste nur zwei Minuten warten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine gute Option wenn man in der Mall of Berlin was essen möchte. Seit kurzem haben sie die Karte etwas umgestellt, sodass man sein Gericht quasi modular zusammenstellen kann. Vor allem für die ganzen Leute die mittags ein einfaches schnelles aber dennoch einigermaßen gesundes Essen möchten einer der besseren Angebote in der Mall of Berlin.

First morning in Berlin and came to the Mall of Berlin for breakfast. 11am so not too busy, no wait time. The best Lebanese food to date. Falafel and salad plate is the way to go! Make sure you get all the sauces, hot chili a must. The staff were really friendly too even when we reverted to english. Update: I made a mistake in coming here again, on a busy evening. They were fresh out of tabouli and replaced it with a bland dollop of cous cous for EUR2,0 extra. No chilli sauce, begrudgingly gave me a spoon of garlic sauce and the falafels were dryer than the Sahara.

Ich konnte auf Grund von Unverträglichkeit 2 Sachen aus dem bestellten Menü nicht essen, sie deshab abbestellt... habe trotzdem den vollen Preis gezahlt.... Ich habe um etwas Petersiliensalat als Ersatz gebeten da hieß es nur: sowas geht nicht. Qualität der Speise war gut, Service geizig und unfreundlich. Insgesamt war meine Portion auf dem Teller sehr klein. Preis /Leistung 👎👎👎👎 Ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen.

Falafel Sandwich mit Salat und leckeren Hummus sowie scharfer Soße. Das alles für 3,50 Euro. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die scharfe Soße (nicht scharf) gibt dem ganzen den gewissen Pep. Danke Philipp

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren, habe einen Schawarma Teller (Huhn) bestellt und das Fleisch war wirklich zart und nicht zu fettig oder knorpelig oder sonstiges. Genauso wie deren Humus wirklich gut geschmeckt hat genauso wie deren Soßen. Man könnte wirklich die Komponenten herausschmecken. So sollte es sein!

Massenabfertigung in der Mall. Da ist es in Kreuzberg oder Neukölln beim "Araber" schon persönlicher. Aber zwischen den ganzen anderen Kalorienbombenverteilern in der Mall eine angenehme Ausnahme.

I stumbled across this restaurant in the food court of the mol of Berlin, the falafel was good but the schawarma was great, i took a star because the food was a little bit salty.

An sich cooles Konzept und tolle Speisen, aber mein Fleisch auf dem Teller war völlig kalt. Schade um die 8,50€
