Great food, unbeatable value for money. We often drive from Burgsteinfurt to Rheine to eat, it's always worth it.

A former pub is now an Asian restaurant. It works wonderfully: cards are played at one table, while food is served next door. Simple menu, attentive service. We'll be happy to come back.

I had delicious, crispy fried duck with mango vegetables and coconut curry. I highly recommend it. We enjoyed the terrace. They also have a wide selection of beers. The service is friendly.

The food is really very good 👍🏻 The homemade spring rolls are really very good 👍🏻. The duck in mango sauce is very tasty and crispy. The ambiance is okay, but a bit more Asian flair would be nice. The service is friendly and attentive, but could be more attentive. The owner is very welcoming and even has time for a little chat. The food is also available for takeout, which is a popular option. The prices are fair. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Thank you for the thumbs up; it motivates us to keep going.

The food is absolutely delicious, the service is also very friendly and welcoming; I enjoy going there. However, the chairs are quite outdated and cracked. The menu is a bit confusing, with dishes either crossed out or handwritten. I wish a place like this could be more appealing.

Crispy duck with rice and vegetables and sauce of your choice for lunch. Duck was crispy, but very low in meat and little. You had to look for vegetables... and then €12.90 for lunch! I'd rather go to a Chinese restaurant with a buffet for €13.90!! But the staff was very friendly.

Food very good, price and performance okay

The new Vietnamese: Super friendly staff. The food was good and healthy (I chose the traditional Vietnamese soup). The tea was served in a sweet pot (not ready-made tea). My friend had the chicken curry and was super satisfied. Large portions, you'll really feel full here. But you can easily take the food home with you. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes with tofu. Something different! The soup was a new experience. :-)

Well, I was very disappointed when I ordered a noodle box with crispy baked chicken and discovered on the way that my crispy baked chicken was just four chicken nuggets

We enjoyed the food! The owners are very friendly and accommodating! The interior looks inviting and not too cluttered. The toilet is clean but old but there is a vent!!

Quite okay. Everything is good for a quick meal to pick up. No star cuisine but highly recommended for quickly bridging a cooking gap.

Very nice service, beautiful and appropriate decoration, very good food. Even breakfast and homemade cakes are offered. I'm thrilled with what the owner has done with the old restaurant. Always happy to eat and relax there.

Very poorly organized. The place was almost empty with 4 waitresses and after 20 minutes without service at the table we left again. I imagine service differently.

Went to the reopening today. It was really worth it. The soup as a starter was very tasty and the food was excellent.

It is currently being converted into an Asian restaurant (February 2024), so I can't say anything about the restaurant.

Even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing the kitchen (we arrived from a trip) they treated us very well. The delicious food.

So I've never experienced anything so rude.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch immer ein guter Platz zu feiern. Essen war einfach aber ok. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Keller (Partyraum).

Alteingesessenen Gastronomie, hier steht der Chef noch hinter der Theke und die Chefin zaubert in der Küche leckere Gerichte, ich hatte einen lauwarmen Pfifferlingssalat...lecker, Service wie immer sehr gut, gemütliche Athmosphäre, "eine Perle" in Rheine.....

Immer wieder gerne... Morgens, Mittags zum Kaffee oder Abends alles ok...der selbstgemachte Kuchen ist einfach Spitze 👍👍👍

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Busier and louder outdoor seating than the city square, but it’s still great. Pollock filet is one of the best meals I’ve had in Germany.

Nettes Personal, tolles Essen, leckeres Bier, was soll man mehr sagen wir kehren immer wieder gerne ein.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Abwechslungsreiche Zusatzkarte. Da hatten wir zur Mittagspause eine gute Wahl getroffen!

Wir kommen immer gerne hier hin! Man fühlt sich wohl, alle sind sehr nett. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, reichhaltig und der Preis stimmt. Draußen kann man gut sitzen, große Schirme, man findet immer ein schattigen Plätzchen! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Hatten nur was zu trinken, daher keine Meinung zu Essen. Ist ein Haus mit Geschichte und sehr gut zum Leute gucken am Samstag.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Essen war sehr lecker. Spargel mit Sauce Hollandaise und Kartoffeln und Rührei. Die Menge ist ausreichend. Die Darbietung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür ist der Geschmack gut. Was mir immer wichtig ist, dass Kartoffeln frisch sind. Das Rührei war auch sehr gut. Das Tangobier war genau im richtigen Mischverhältnis.

Sehr nette Eckkneipe mit langer Tradition...nette Bedienung und gutes Essen...aber auch gute Unterhaltung...einfach zu empfehlen.

Tolle Gaststätte.. ich kenne sie schon seit ca.55 Jahren und gehe immer noch gerne dort hin..

Schnitzel für 12.50 Euro wo gibt's noch sowas. Restaurants voll mit einheimischen es muß Schmecken.

Nettes Lokal und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir genießen hier regelmäßig Samstags Vormittags das gute Frühstück. Fühlen uns sehr wohl dort und kommen immer gerne. 👌👍
