Self-service, hence 3 stars for service. I ordered without mayonnaise but received it with mayonnaise. Kitchen help made a mistake, a complaint was made without discussion and I was offered a new burger. Boss tried very hard to make it right. I found it very pleasant. The atmosphere is quite plastic, it's more like a gaming shed, everything is white and painted. But the burger and fries were flawless.

One of, if not the best Burgerz shop I know. A great team, nice, friendly and above all a super relaxed boss who put a lot of thought into putting together his menu and burgers. And lo and behold, with success. Delivery for special events and even on-site catering. Praise from everywhere. P.S. Try the pulled burger on Fridays ❤️‍🔥 Keep it up 🤙

The best burger place in Berlin! I tried the Beyond Meat Burger there and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, juicy patty and fresh ingredients. I found the ambience of the place great. A good place to be with friends and also play games alongside great food which is really delicious. I highly recommend to be at House of Burgers whenever you have free time to enjoy and chill with buddies alike.

Love this place!! I visited with my boyfriend and dad (who visited from the US) and it was a huge hit. Super lecker hamburger and fries and the workers were so funny and nice :) 10/10 recommend

Delicious, juicy burgers are the order of the day here. The bacon comes from beef and is really good. The team is friendly and helpful and happy to answer questions about the ingredients. If you like, you can find a place in front of the door and there is a very large indoor area.

After visiting a museum we were looking for a burger restaurant near Alex. According to Google reviews, House of Burgerz was great. What can you say? Top restaurant, super nice staff, absolutely delicious food and great ambience. The kids particularly liked the fact that this is still connected to the LVL World of Gaming. If you want to eat a delicious burger, this is the place to be. Price performance is also perfect.

I don’t do this. I’ve maybe left one review before. I was visiting Berlin from Chicago and as a Burger connoisseur I googled “best burgers Berlin” and this came up. Luckily, it was a block away from my hotel. I know burgers. This is an incredible burger. The beef is juicy and super flavorful. The meat crumbles away perfectly. It stays hot the whole time you eat it. One of the biggest things I look for is the presence of pepper seasoning. This has it. Owner Bora is a great guy and spent time in the US and it shows. I recommend getting a double patty because it’s that good. Truly a 9.2-9.5/10 burger. Americans, or anyone, wanting a great burger: go here!

My husband and I stopped in tonight because we were walking by and saw the great reviews. They’re well deserved. Service was amazing! I ordered a classic cheeseburger after the gentleman taking our order suggested I choose that instead of the chicken burger I initially ordered. I didn't realize it came with mayo but the chef was so kind to offer to remake it for me which he totally didn’t have to do. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The regular fries were also delicious. Better than the curly fries.

The portions are generous and the prices are adequate because the burgers are made with quality and very tasty ingredients. The chips are worth tasting in all their ways because they are all delicious. The best thing about the restaurant is the staff who treated us very well, they were super nice and friendly. So my daughter and I thought it was great. From the welcome, service to the food, everything was great. We were welcomed by a very nice, relaxed and very well-spoken (in a positive way) employee. After choosing the food, it didn't take long for our mega delicious burger with fries to appear in front of us. The taste is really delicious, the quantity is sufficient and well the price is quite high, but I'm happy to pay a little more for it. We'd be happy to come back next time we visit Berlin. Thank you

In this restaurant I had the best beef burger I have ever tasted. I totally recommend it. The guy that took our order was also very nice and pretty funny, making jokes. I also loved the music that was playing in the restaurant.

Very nice and particular place, excellent food, normal prices, the only flaw, I asked for the menu and they told me it was hanging near the cash register, but the ingredients were not written on it.

Near Charlie Check point we found this burger place that surprised us by how good it was and by the friendliness of the guys who run it. Good humor is appreciated! Be careful: the entrance is a little confusing because it is inside a video game room.

House of Burgerz was mega. I ate the halloumi burger. This was very tasty. The sauces and the bread were also great. The salespeople were in a very good mood and were very personable. I would definitely come back and recommend the store! The atmosphere is modern.

We saw the really good reviews and decided to visit and it was really worth it. The burgers were awesome and one of the best we tried while in Berlin! The prices were slightly inflated but ok for Berlin. At first, having seen photos, we were looking for the canteen in a park that has been shaped like a beach, but it was closed. But a paper informed that they have opened a shop right across from where we sat.

A burger joint that takes you to the USA! The staff is relaxed and speaks excellent German and English. Burger bread super fluffy and the meat is crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside! The bacon gives a perfect kick of spice. There's no need to talk about the cheese, it pulls great strings and is of first class quality. An insider tip for every Berliner and a burger shop that is definitely in the upper league of burger shops. Value for money is great! Definitely an experience to eat there and have a relaxed chat with the staff. Highly recommended!
