Sauber, freundlich und ein schönes Frühstück - für uns war es perfekt

Ich war mit meinem Freund und seinem Bruder wegen des Buntspecht-Konzerts im Roxy in Ulm. Wir hätten uns kein besseres Hotel für den Trip vorstellen können und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die super Lage. Nur innerhalb 10min waren wir zu Fuß beim Roxy für das Konzert und die Donau war in nur 2min erreichbar. Auch das Ulmer Münster war nur 5min entfernt. Was uns jedoch am meisten gefallen hat, war die Offenheit und liebevolle Art der griechischen Gastgeberin Kristina und auch den anderen Mitarbeitern. Da ich selbst auch griechische Wurzeln habe, war die Begegnung mit Kristina sehr besonders. Das hat den Urlaub einmalig gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles. ~ Ευχαριστώ, Katharina

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Dies war das erste Hotel, in dem ich bei meinem ersten Besuch in Ulm übernachtet habe. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir die Stadt gezeigt. Es ist ein sehr gutes, rustikales und sauberes Hotel in toller Lage.

Ich war im Rahmen eines Unternehmer-Frühstücks in den Ulmer Stuben zu Gast und war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr gute und vielfältige Auswahl, alles war frisch und ansprechend vorbereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr schönen Tagungsraum – modern, großzügig und voll ausgestattet, sodass sich Veranstaltungen und Meetings dort hervorragend durchführen lassen. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service und eine tolle Location für geschäftliche Treffen oder Veranstaltungen. Gerne wieder!

Hervorragender Service und erstklassige Ausstattung

Super zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegen für mich immer ein Stop wert. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr aufmerksam und nett und dank des Online-Check-Ins kommt man schnell in seinem Zimmer an. Ich wähle das Budget-Zimmer mit geteiltem Bad, für 45 Euro kann man nicht meckern.

Wir waren vergangene Woche im Zuge eines geschäftlichen Treffens zu Gast im Hotel Ulmer Stuben. Der Saal war für unser Treffen sehr schön vorbereitet, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig und das Personal super nett. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, vom Bahnhof innerhalb von wenigen Metern erreichbar und die Innenstadt liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Perfekt, nicht nur für Geschäftsreisen, sondern auch für kurze Städte-Trips.

Ich kann das Hotel Ulmer Stuben wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben dort die Tagungsräume genutzt und es war alles perfekt geplant und organisiert. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls das sehr reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ich habe mit meinen beiden Töchter (5 und 1) dort übernachtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das ganze Team war sehr freundlich, auch besonders zu den Kindern. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, mit Fenstern Richtung Bahnhof und sind Stadtlärm nicht gewohnt, trotzdem konnten wir sehr gut schlafen! Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. Und auch das Abendessen im Hauseigenen Restaurant kann man sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 🤗

Jedes Mal war alles bestens organisiert, das Essen hervorragend und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Meine Gäste waren durchweg begeistert. Eine klare und volle Empfehlung!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in den Ulmer Stuben. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und insgesamt sehr gut. Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischen Produkten ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal, ohne dass man etwas davon hört – entweder perfekt gedämmt oder ich habe einfach sehr gut geschlafen. 😴 Und wer sich fragt, ob er richtig ist: Das rote Zickzack-Gebäude kann man wirklich nicht verfehlen – ein Hotel mit Wiedererkennungswert. 😜 Gerne wieder.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da es sich um ein Budgethotel handelt. Das Personal war fantastisch – die Inhaberin war super hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir hatten einen tollen dreitägigen Aufenthalt. Sie boten uns sogar nach Mitternacht noch heiße Getränke an, obwohl das Restaurant bereits geschlossen war.

Sehr leckeres Essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre! Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Das Essen inkl. Service war traumhaft und absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Tolle griechische Küche mit wirklich hausgemachten Gerichten….selten so gut griechisch gegessen

Wir waren zum essen da. Es war wirklich sehr lecker, die Portionen waren auch sehr groß und schön angerichtet. Es für jeden was dabei. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und immer zu stelle wenn wir was brauchten. Ich kann es echt nur weiterempfehlen hier essen zu gehen.

The location is good: you can get to the city center quickly. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is poor. The good reviews are incomprehensible; I share this opinion with others in my travel group. The rooms are reasonably clean (as long as you don't look too closely), but they're reminiscent of cheap workers' accommodations/motels: furnished without care and cheaply, the walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint, the mold stains really should be removed, the bathroom looks like it's from the 80s/90s, and you can only sleep with earplugs (due to trains or noise from the next room). Breakfast: there's a selection, but everything is cheap... for €10 you're better off going to the bakery around the corner. The only positive aspects I'd mention are the location near the city center and the somewhat friendly service.

Absolutely unfriendly cashier at the Ulm Christmas market. Ignoring the "Too Good To" rules... She simply shouldn't participate if she treats customers like that!

Die Heizung war schon bei meiner Ankunft deffekt, wurde auch bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht wieder intakt gesetzt. Interessanterweise heißes Wasser funktionierte, obwohl kein Durchlauferzell ersichtlich war. ein Schelm der da Böses denkt und eine Sparmaßnahme zu Lasten der Gäste vermutet. Ich habe unangenehm gefroren, das war keine angenehme Nacht, kein angenehmer Morgen. Das Personal reagierte auch nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen mit einer zweiten Bettdecke und am Morgen auch nur nach meinem Frustablassen mit dem Angebot eines Gratiskaffees. Traurig. Eine Reaktion von seiten der Geschäftsführung war und ist bis heute nicht vorhanden.

I received a warm welcome right from the check-in; the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. You can immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. The room was very clean, comfortably furnished, and had everything you need. The bed was super comfortable, so I slept really well. The bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. I particularly liked the location: just a few minutes' walk from the main train station and Ulm's beautiful old town, perfect for exploring the city! I felt at home from the very first moment and will definitely be back. A big thank you to the entire team at the Ulmer Stuben; you do a great job! 🌸

The Hotel Ulmer Stuben impresses with a very friendly welcome, well-kept and comfortable rooms, and an excellent restaurant. The service is attentive, the ambiance pleasant, and the location ideal. A clear recommendation for anyone who values ​​hospitality and quality.

A complete disaster! There was no lock on the door to our room; we could only close it by closing it. Only cold water came out of the shower. The worst thing is that the bedding, pillows, and sheets smelled so strongly of old deep-fryer grease that we almost felt sick. I travel a lot for business and stay in hotels a lot, but this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Breakfast is OK: a few baked rolls, a bit of sausage, cheese, etc.—nothing special. But it's not worth 11 euros. Parking is quite expensive at 12 euros; there are parking spaces in front of the building, but they were all full. We couldn't arrive until very late at 10:40 p.m., and were told upon arrival that no one would be there after 11 p.m. By the time we had "checked into" the miserable room, no one was there either. In short, once and never again!

We're giving it a 5-star rating because everything was just perfect. Service, surroundings, staff... top-notch. Thank you for your hospitality :-)

Stayed in the budget room with a shared shower. The bathroom is in the hallway, but you get your own that is private. The shower is only shared with one other person. The room was clean and the location was fantastic. Easily walkable to Ulm downtown and Hauptbahnof. Great for a traveler looking to stay at an affordable rate

We held a two-day conference with 20 people at the Ulmer Stuben, and everyone stayed overnight in the attached hotel. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised! Bright, spacious rooms, delicious, plentiful food, and consistently attentive, exceptionally friendly, and warm service! We can wholeheartedly recommend the Ulmer Stuben!

Very unprofessional! A room was booked for a guest through Booking.com, and we were even promised an early check-in over the phone – then, when we arrived, they suddenly claimed there was no booking. Unfriendly, false information, and no help at all at the reception. Not a hotel you can trust.

The place was very good in terms of price and value! The air conditioning is missing, but the room was not expensive! The guy at the reception was very helpful, the African lady at breakfast was also very nice and helpful! The interesting thing is that there were strange figures all along the side and in front of the hotel... but that's the hotel's fault!

In 5 minutes in the fishing district

What a lovely hotel. The staff is super friendly and willing to make all as comfortable as needed. We stopped here during a motorcycle trip. The restaurant with a Mediterranean touch is outstanding. Breakfast has all you need. Keep up the good work 👌👌

The worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Waited forever for rolls, sausage and butter...at the best breakfast time at 9 a.m. There are three of the staff standing next to the buffet and don't see it. If you point it out in a friendly manner, you'll be barked at. There were gummy bears and earplugs on the pillow...but the noise from the trains was okay. Rooms were clean!

A nice surprise in the middle of Ulm! Familiar, super nice and attentive, great service and a warm, Greek atmosphere. I can't say anything about the hotel because we were there for dinner as part of a party. And that was really good all around. We'd love to come back!

Breakfast was really very bad, coffee was cold and inedible and the rest was cheap supermarket goods. Hotel room very minimalist, mattress was sagging. Everything in the bathroom was unstable, the hairdryer was dirty and broken, the shower head was ready for the trash and there was an open socket next to the sink.

Great price-performance ratio. Very nice staff, room was fine and we had a great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Great location, you're right in the city and just a stone's throw from the train station. We'll be back!

My husband helped out at a child care center (Bear Family) over the Christmas period. For this purpose we were accommodated here together with our dogs. The staff was very friendly and super helpful right from the start - at any time. We felt very taken care of here. Thank you for that. We wish all employees and future guests all the best for the new year and say THANK YOU again.

Rating of the crepe stand at the Ulm Christmas market: 1. The woman who collects first touches the change and then the food, very unhygienic. 2. It is sold under the brand name Nutella, but it is definitely just a cheap copy, not even Nutella jars are used. 3. Crepe is very thick and doughy. 1 crêpe without hygiene that tastes bad and costs €6.50 is simply cheeky.

Management corresponds underground! Had to cancel a 4-day stay at short notice due to illness. They didn't accommodate me in any way and wanted to have the entire booking price sent immediately via credit card details. I was bombarded with constant phone calls and email pressure, even though I had booked via booking.com. The terms and conditions state that my credit card will be charged if I cancel late or don't show up. The management wasn't interested in that and wanted me to make the direct transfer straight away. For the Swabians it's all about the money. I will definitely never stay here.

Very pleasant atmosphere, very personal, friendly and flexible. The breakfast is nicely prepared. The rooms are a little noisy, but after 10 p.m. it was really quiet. The location and the price are really fair! Unfortunately, the prices vary depending on the booking situation.

Very simple rooms, clean and tidy. The location is great and you don't need the ear protection provided. Very dedicated staff. Underground parking is not advertising.

The room was small but OK. The owners, who also run the house themselves, were courteous, helpful and very nice. The location actually deserves a fourth star due to its proximity to the old town and the fishing district, if it weren't for the nearby tracks. The noise level is a bit higher and it's not for nothing that guests have ear plugs in their rooms when they arrive. The breakfast is also ok and there are free parking spaces and an underground car park available for a fee.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 2 star review here. The staff is very nice at first impression. I find it unpleasant that fees will still be charged for card payments in 2024 - without prior information. In any case, I would like to thank the boss for not “forgetting” in the end after I paid the fees after a short brainstorming session with her about the question of whether these fees are allowed or not. If you ask your guests when ordering whether card payment is possible, please tell them that this is possible with a fee BEFORE you serve the drink. By the way, the fees were 20%.

The location of the hotel is good, just a short distance from the train station and also the city center. Rooms clean and properly equipped. Absolutely ok for three stars. Continental breakfast, rolls, hard-boiled eggs, two types of sausage plus two types of poultry sausage, cheese, jam, Greek honey (very tasty), various Greek specialties, muesli, yogurt, everything was available. The only negative point we can give concerns the attached Greek restaurant, which was not available. We were really disappointed here. Otherwise we can absolutely recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately, the location only gets 3 stars because it's next to a stoner bar and strange people hang around here, where we were also harassed, but that was the bad news. The rooms are so lovingly furnished you have everything you need. We were there as wedding guests. The service was great and excellent, you always had the feeling that you were being looked after without it being intrusive. I would recommend it to everyone for a small celebration of around 30 guests, but for more it will be tight if you don't book the other room.

Absolutely recommended! Lovely and honest-friendly hospitality! Short distances to the old town and other central locations. Quiet, pleasant rooms, clean and well-kept, very good breakfast buffet. During my stay (beginning of April 2024) there was only a limited selection of food in the evening, Greek cuisine, Thessaloniki region, to the 1000-fold and honest regret of the waiter. Dear innkeepers and hoteliers: keep it that way! It's better to have a small but fine selection than 30 dishes on the menu where you don't know what to choose. My first choice in Ulm in the future!

The rooms are okay to stay overnight. The food is a complete disaster, breakfast eggs spoiled, hard bread and the rest was also more bad than good. The dishes were always dirty. Lunch and dinner inedible. Overcooked noodles, no taste and poor quality of meat. I've never eaten so badly before and was happy to put it behind me after 3 days. After talking about the food, you were spoken to in an unfriendly manner and excuses were made for everything. Never again!

I'm writing this review on my last evening in the hotel... The location is very central. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and nice. All in all a fair price-performance ratio. A good, family-run hotel without a lot of frills.

The hotel doesn't deserve a star at all. The room is small, you can lean from wall to wall. The smell that wafted around me was like lazy feet and a bottle of Fabreeze that didn't arrive, against the smell. The toilet and shower have to be across the hallway where everyone traipses along. The best thing is the bed. The only good thing was the frame. Where a frame that was too small was put in, but then closed with MDF panels. Thin foam mattress. It's more restful to sleep on a granite block. No, sorry. I didn't last an hour in there, checked out and looked for another hotel. The 56 euros for a 3 star hotel should have given me pause. Tuition fee paid again

Cheap, small, simple hotel. No-frills rooms, but clean and tidy. Very friendly service. Free parking space at the house if there is space, breakfast completely ok. very well located, within walking distance of the fishing district and old town.

The events were excellently organized and the food during the events and conferences exceeded my expectations. What was remarkable was the excellent selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes, especially at the events. The central location also made it easy to explore in my free time. Cheap and decent. Easy check in and no problem with doing check out at 4 am

Wer in Ulm unterwegs ist und einen Ort zum schlafen benötigt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Das kleine aber feine Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Ulm. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof und ca. 10 Minuten von der Ulmer Innenstadt. Das Personal und die Chefin ist sehr freundlich, wenn nicht sogar sehr zuvorkommend. Durch die Größe (kleine) des Hotels, welches großteils familiär betrieben wird, herrscht dort ein sehr familiärer Eindruck. Anders als bei großen Hotelketten, ist man keine Nummer bzw. Unbedeutender Gast, sondern ein Mensch, der auch so behandelt wird. Als Frühstück sollte man natürlich kein 5-Sterne-Menü erwarten. Habe ich auch nicht. Die Auswahl ist für ein kleines, zentrales Hotel mehr als ausreichend! Es gibt Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, Joghurt, Eier, Orangensaft, Kaffee (einen guten wohlgemerkt) und variierendes Gebäck, welches augenscheinlich und geschmacklich selber Gebacken ist. Das Hauseigene griechische Restaurant ist preislich und geschmacklich Top! Für sein Geld bekommt man eine ordentliche Portion, mit der man gut satt wird und sich geschmacklich was gutes tut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird hier groß geschrieben! Ich freue mich jedes Mal, wenn ich in die Ulmer Stuben einkehren darf. Ich kann, will und werde es weiterempfehlen!
