Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and rooms.

For a four star hotel, we expected a little more from the room. We booked a double room, which was very small. Although it was equipped with a double bed, it was otherwise only designed for one person. An armchair for the evening and a chair for the second person, no small table, just a large desk. Very useless for a cozy holiday evening. No picture on the wall and no splash of color Completely sad! We can't judge what the other rooms are like and we didn't get to know the service. The lady at reception was super nice and tried very hard. We didn't expect such disappointment with the room. We left again the next morning. We have one more experience! Too bad!

The rooms are modernly furnished, with air conditioning, minibar and safe. Very nice and friendly staff. Very tasty food and a very good breakfast. Always happy 😊

Very nice, modern and very clean hotel in the middle of the city and right on the Ems 🙂 whether nature or shopping, everything can be reached on foot in just five minutes 👍 we were there by bike, good parking and charging options. The restaurant in the evening and breakfast were also great. Not to forget the excellent service and the friendly staff 🙂🙂 highly recommended 👍🙂👍

Excellent stay at the Hotel Lücke in Rheine I had the pleasure of spending a few nights at the Hotel Lücke in Rheine and can only say good things. From arrival to departure, my stay was consistently positive. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was warmly welcomed at check-in and all of my questions and requests were promptly addressed. The rooms are very clean, well-equipped and offer a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax. A special highlight is the hotel's Café Sundays. There is not only excellent coffee there, but also a great selection of delicious dishes. Whether for breakfast, lunch or a small snack in between – the food is always fresh and tasty. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly service make a visit to Café Sundays a real pleasure. The location of the hotel is also ideal. It is centrally located in Rheine, so you can easily explore the city center on foot. The connection to public transport is also excellent. All in all, Hotel Luecke exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to any traveler. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

We were guests for a weekend as cyclists with 20 people. The service was very good, the staff very friendly and Attentive. The dinner we had together was delicious. The hotelier didn’t miss the opportunity and invited us to taste the “bonfire” he made himself. Overall a great stay. The hotel can be highly recommended, not least because of its location.

Discovered a few years ago and now like to come back again and again. The boss is very friendly and nice. He also likes to take time for his guests and for a short conversation. The rooms are very well equipped, even if some things are not always the latest. It doesn't have to and anything that looks worn out will be replaced. A lot of money has been invested in the hotel over the years. Breakfast, short and sweet: A stunner in terms of quantity, selection and quality. Staff: Attentive and genuinely friendly, you can tell that they really want to make their guests' stay a pleasant one. Other hotels/restaurateurs can learn a lot from this. Kitchen in the hotel's own SunDays: Very tasty and sufficient portions, even for very hungry guests. In summary: Top hotel, with a top location and the best staff. For cyclists: Keep your bike safe!

We recently stayed there with our sports team that was traveling to the area. We enjoyed everything about the experience! The rooms, the staff and especially the food! The breakfast was awesome and the meal we had in the restaurant was also great! We enjoyed the location that made it so easy to walk around and enjoy the local sites. We would defiantly recommend it as a great place to stay!

Decent hotel with friendly staff, clean and modern rooms and a good breakfast. The rooms are quite small, but modernly equipped. The location is quiet, but at the same time within walking distance of the train station. Gladly again!

A really nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet. A small refreshment is even included. Here and there things in the room need to be repaired (e.g. chipped paint, etc.). The parking situation wasn't great. I had to look for a public parking space further away. There is probably an additional on-site parking space upon request. It's a shame that there was no information about this. The breakfast is also good and varied. I would come again - an overall good and clean hotel with a stylish design.

A nice, well-kept hotel with a delicious breakfast and very nice staff. An original bedtime story in bed and little touches in the room.

I went on a short vacation to the hotel with my children. The room was a bit dusty and the remote control had no cover on the battery. Minibar didn't cool unfortunately. I took yogurt with me for my son and couldn't refrigerate it. No kettle in the room, luckily I brought my own.

Unfortunately the room has an unpleasant smell. May be on the canal/river next to it. Overall clean, a bit older. Mattress is worth replacing. Very friendliest staff or employees. Parking is available, but very small. Location great. Great restaurant with very good food and nice ambience Here, too, I notice: the prices are high. Like in some hotels now. Hardly anything is possible for less than €100 without breakfast

Real 4 star house. Definitely a 5 rating here! Everything accordingly. The only thing is that parking spaces at the hotel are in short supply during the weekend. Restaurant very nice and modern. Delicious food and drinks. Very nice staff.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town, directly on the Ems. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is suitable for vegan eaters.

I can't understand the negative recessions. I am very picky but this hotel is truly outstanding and definitely far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very tidy. Unfortunately, my refrigerator was defective, but it was picked up and fixed immediately. Excellent problem solving. Super nice and helpful employees who obviously really enjoy their job. Location is great, breakfast buffet is manageable, but there is enough of everything and of very good quality! We will definitely stay there again on our next business trip! Thanks for the top service!

A really recommended hotel. The rooms, the service and the staff are everything I want. I was also impressed by the food in the restaurant. I will gladly come again.

I would particularly like to mention the breakfast buffet, presented and looked after with great attention to detail. Fully automatic coffee machine, muesli, fruit salad in my opinion very high level. Recommendation!

The Hotel Lücke is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. Super friendly staff, super friendly owner. You are looked after so well here, you just feel comfortable here. The restaurant is also really worth visiting. Thanks to the whole team.

A small hotel with very friendly staff. You feel welcome from the moment you enter. Many German hotels have a single room with a small bed. This hotel has a French bed, which provides sufficient space. There is a sauna and a bowling alley, you can go inside to their restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal. Breakfast is from 6.30 (during the week) and looks good. Sufficient choice. Absolutely recommended for sleeping

Very nice fam. Hotel especially the male owner is hospitable. Excellent breakfast. Rooms with a queen-size bed are a bit too small and warm at night while my window is open. Definitely visit/stay overnight again.

Mitten im Ortskern - mit tollem Blick auf das Emswehr - eigene, kostenfreie Parkplätze - ausgesprochen höfliche und aufmerksame Servicekräfte - - immer wieder!!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage direkt an der Ems. Wir hatten das Glück, dass gerade Weihnachtsmarkt war. Der hauseigene Stand ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und die Mitarbeiter waren alle herzlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Der Fehler mit unserer Lüftung im Zimmer wurde umgehend behoben, sodass wir einen schönen (und warmen) Aufenthalt genießen konnten.

In diesem Hotel in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums von Rheine bist du immer herzlich willkommen. Die Zimmer sind immer gut gepflegt (Klimaanlage im Sommer!) und die Betten perfekt. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Aber vor allem wird man vom Lücke-Team herzlich empfangen! Sowohl für Geschäfts- als auch für Privatreisende sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Tipp: Buche rechtzeitig, denn das Hotel ist sehr beliebt (nicht umsonst). LG André de Vries

Bei Ankunft hatte ich schon Schmutz auf dem Flur festgestellt. Meine Zimmertür stand leider schon offen,so daß ich erst einmal erfragen musste,ob sich jemand im Zimmer befindet. Der Schmutz befand sich leider auch im Zimmer. Die Fugen der Dusche sind leider verschimmelt. Abends erwies sich der Besitzer ( hat sich so ausgegen) ,als sehr unfreundlich!

4* Hotel. Service/ Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer selbst müßte mal renoviert werden. Schon arge Gebrauchsspuren , gerade an den Wänden. Und bitte mal Silikonfugen in Dusche erneuern. Es beginnt sich Schimmel zu bilden. Hotelteppiche haben auch schon arg gelitten. Ansonsten gerne wieder erneute Buchung.
