I've often gotten takeaway food there after shopping. But now I've had enough. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Until recently, you got the sauce on the side. Today there was just a dollop on the rice. I asked twice where the sauce was, but they ignored me. The meat has always been dry, but this combination...

This was my first time at this Chinese restaurant, and unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. My fried noodles were cold on top but extremely hot on the bottom, and in some places even hard and burnt. The chicken breast pieces were also cold and very dry—overall, the food was really not good! What I found particularly unpleasant was the manager's behavior. He was unfriendly and even took photos of us, which I find completely unacceptable. That's just not right! Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

It's actually a chain I remember well and enjoy. The service wasn't friendly. We ate there, and the food was really small. The unwritten rule that the plates in the restaurant are bigger than the noodle box unfortunately doesn't apply here. At least it's quick, and you can leave your shopping cart next to it.

I've been going there for years. The good man has never been a service specialist and probably won't be anymore. However, the food was always delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, that has slipped a bit lately. Portions have gotten smaller, and the food isn't quite as good as it sounds on some days. However, if you want to eat delicious Asian food for €6-7 a plate, this is the place to go.

Sorry but we can't put up with this anymore. It used to be good, but unfortunately it's no longer edible at all. I got 6 mini pieces of chicken that were really dry and hard and the noodles didn't taste fresh, and the sauce was no longer runny but completely lumpy. The color didn't look good either. This has nothing to do with food anymore! The price and portions were also catastrophic. I wanted to return the entire meal and get my money back, but I didn't get one! The owner was completely accommodating and showed no understanding. The health department should definitely take a look!! I advise everyone against it!

The food was dry and not fresh. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it and had to throw it in the trash. It's a shame; I haven't experienced it like that here before.

I would never recommend this place. We ordered two dishes with drinks which cost around €20. I wanted to pay with a card. The owner said no, that's not possible, even though there was no sign saying so. Then I said okay, let's eat and then withdraw some money and bring it to me, as he had already finished the dishes. He said no, pay first then eat, and he did this in front of all the other guests. I withdrew money further up and by the time I'd eaten my food was cold 👎 I won't eat there again, that's a no-go!

Very little food and too expensive. I told them and was thrown out. Really bad. Wouldn't recommend it.

The food was really delicious and the portions were perfectly fine, especially for the price. BUT the guy could/wanted to give me only things from the menu. I wanted a couple of extra spring rolls and would have paid for them, but it wasn't possible. I really don't know why, as they were right there in front of me. And I think that's a disaster in terms of service. How can it be that I can't just buy ready-made food, regardless of what the menu says? I seriously should have bought another box of noodles. Really incomprehensible. I probably won't go again. And that's something that really isn't difficult to do.

Owner unfriendly. Fried noodles lukewarm to cold. Otherwise it would be ok. All you hear there are complaints. You don't have to. Too bad

This restaurant had insects in the counter and nothing was done about it. Eating there on Thursday was disgusting, there was just a fly in the sauce and it wasn't changed afterwards

Food was not freshly prepared! Rice was very dry, the breading of the chicken was cold and hard as anything. Owner very unfriendly.

Were there for dinner today. When returning the bottle, my husband was spoken to in a very rude manner by the owner. This has happened the second time now. Now it's enough. One star is already too much for this restaurant. The food actually tastes good, but what's going on with the owner is beyond words. Not recommended.

The unfriendliest person I have met at an Asian restaurant or in general. I wanted to go out to eat quickly with my pregnant friend after shopping and she wanted her sauce separated from the meal and asked very nicely. The answer: "No, no, it's not possible, bye bye. So I've never seen anything like that before. I can't say anything about the food because we then left. Very disrespectful.

I'm very happy there and the food always tastes delicious, the boss is always in a good mood, I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Price/performance ratio is right, keep it up 🔝

The portions are way too small. You cannot pay by card. There were four of us there and we ordered for around €40... No card payment!!!

Rice, duck and vegetables completely cold. At full price. Then no sales if it's 20 minutes before closing time. Never again! No recommendation!

Wenn man schnell was zu essen will und jetzt nicht Bock auf McDonald's oder so hat geht es fit. Essen war gut und auch schnell gemacht.

Ich kann die ganze schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin regelmäßig dort Essen und war bis yetzt ausnahmslos immer zufrieden. Die Portionen sind angemessen für den Preis und das Personal ist auch freundlich. Selbstverständlich darf man hier aber keine 5-Sterne Chinarestaurant erwarten....

Geschmacklich ganz gut, wobei das Gemüse mit irgendwas gewürzt wird, dass - manchmal mehr - manchmal weniger wie Ziegenbock riecht 😂🙈 die Portionen werden kleiner, dafür teurer. Ich hab hier schon oft gegessen und immer wieder ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Chef nicht gerade die Freundlichkeit in Person ist. Einmal hat er einfach das Wechselgeld behalten und ist ab in die Küche verschwunden, ein anderes Mal versteht er die Hälfte nicht von dem was man zu ihm sagt. Ein Deutschkurs wäre hier vielleicht ganz hilfreich. Heute hab ich mit meiner Familie dann Vorort gegessen und mein Sohn hat seine Portion Nudeln nicht ganz geschafft. Also wollte er die restlichen Nudeln zum Mitnehmen einpacken lassen. Ich fragte ob ich eine Nudelverpackung bekäme und er meinte unfreundlich "Erst 50 Cent".... echt unverschämt für die eh schon sehr gestiegenen Preise. In jedem anderen Restaurant bekomm ich Reste umsonst eingepackt. Schade, dass der Laden diese Rezensionen hier wohl nie liest.

Eigentlich bisher immer gut. Gestern leider sehr schlechtes Hühnerfleisch. Schien wie zusammengepresste Fleischreste durch Panade zusammengehalten. Inklusive Knorpel und Knochenstücke. Soße und Reis waren nicht sehr warm. Sehr enttäuscht....war auf zwei Tellern das gleiche Problem.

Geschmacklich gut 👍 preislich zu teuer weil die Portion zu klein ist. Die letzten male war es mir immer zu wenig Bratnudeln. Falls die Portionen so bleiben muss ich wo anders nach dem einkaufen essen. Die Ente war auch beim letzten Mal fettig. Wir würden uns freuen wenn diese Dinge im Zukunft besser werden.

Geschmacklich gut, aber preislich absolut überzogen! Die ToGo Box ist ein schlechter Scherz - selbst ein Block Butter ist größer.

Ich kann mich nicht beklagen, esse hier seit Jahren immer mal wieder und bin mit den Gerichten sehr zufrieden, Preise sind sehr günstig, Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wenn ich für uns chinesisches Essen hole, dann nur in diesem Imbiss im Kaufland Neckarelz. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Gemüse und gebackene Fisch, oder Hühnchen sind unser Lieblingsessen. Frühlingsrollen sind knusprig und köstlich. Uns schmeckt die braune Sojasoße am besten, aber die anderen sind auch lecker. Heute haben wir beschlossen öfter dort für jeden von uns eine günstige Box zu holen. Dabei teilen wir uns immer noch zusätzlich eine Frühlingsrollenbox. Der Koch ist sehr, sehr nett, außergewöhnlich schnell und strukturiert in der Zubereitung des Essens. Ich habe einen empfindlichen Magen. Die Gerichte dort sind überhaupt nicht zu fettig und sehr bekömmlich. Alles habe ich noch nicht probiert, aber das liegt daran, dass ich nur Fisch und kein Huhn mag. Wenn ich dort bin ist es immer sehr sauber. Ich habe keinerlei Beanstandungen, mir ist nichts schlechtes aufgefallen.

Lecker, Schnell ( Naja) und Preis war gut

Schnell zubereitet , Preise sind niedrig , das Essen ist gesund und Schmeckt gut. Alles was man von einem Asia Restaurant will. :D

Als die Filiale neu eröffnet hat, waren wir zuerst begeistert. Stark angefangen und stark nachgelassen, sehr unfreundlich und man sollte ja nicht wagen, auch nur vorsichtig und höflich auf Fehler hinzuweisen, etwa wenn man die falsche Bestellung erhalten hat. Ja, die haben auch Stress und viel zu tun, aber so ein Mindestmaß an Kundenorientierung wäre schon wünschenswert.

Perfekte Alternative zu anderem fast food. Leider manchmal nicht so schnell, weil zu den Essenszeiten meist auch viel los ist. Schmecken tut es immer. Die Suppen sind wirklich zu empfehlen.

Durchschnittlich, alles OK, etwas dreckig aber dennoch leckere Gerichte

Gutes, frisch zubereitetes Essen! Eine super Alternative zu Fast Food, wenn es mal schnell gehen soll! Alle Speisen kann man entweder vor Ort verzehren, oder mitnehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Suppen!
