The staff is unfriendly and disrespectful to some customers. I tried ordering by phone several times, even though I'd driven 30 kilometers before. I was told I'd have to call for multiple orders, but no one answered the phone. When I finally got to the restaurant, I was treated with extreme disrespect and discrimination. This is absolutely unacceptable! One star is already too many for them.

Completely unfriendly, but I ordered chicken noodles to go anyway. When paying, they "accidentally" entered €1 more than the total cost. After I pointed this out, they changed it to the correct amount without an apology. It took quite a while, even though it wasn't busy. About 10 minutes later, I ate and was furious because the chicken tasted really old and rancid, so I threw it away. Conclusion: Unfriendly, poor quality, and an attempted rip-off.

A beer garden restaurant with a practical menu and a lunch special. The highlight is the covered outdoor area, where grilled food is regularly offered. The dishes are traditional and tasty, but a visit is also recommended for hikers who just want a drink.

On July 21st at 12:30 p.m., I ordered a set meal with meatballs, peas, and mashed potatoes. I was charged €4.60 for an additional meatball, even though the entire meal only cost €8.50. When I questioned the reason, the Italian manager immediately banned the Thai employee from the premises. I have never experienced such treatment. The management of this restaurant urgently needs to ensure that their employees receive better training and learn how to treat guests respectfully and kindly.
